전인간호의 임상학적 분석과 실행에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON THE CLINICAL ANALYSIS AND PERFORMANCE IN COMPREHENSIVE NURSING CARE)

  • A considerable change of the Korean nursing system has been made during the last decade not only in its philosophy but also in its function and structure to meet political and scientific need of the modern society. The main purpose of this study is to develope the new concept of comprehensive nursing care, both its Philosophy and ethics, as the basic of modern clinical nursing theory and practice. Comprehensive nursing care is the concept of human centered nursing care, and it helps a man to meet the basic physical, psychological, environmental, socioeconomic and teaching needs. It also helps him to help himself to meet these needs. This concept starts from the individualized nursing care and its ultimate goal is to improve a man to have a better position in his own community so that he may able to have a meaningful life. To accomplish this goal, an individualized nursing care plan as a nursing diagnosis and problem solving method should be set up for different patients with similar diagnosis to meet their needs, because each patient has a different social background. from this viewpoint, nursing is a science as well as abstruse humanity. The performance of comprehensive nursing care is a goal and issue of modern clinical nursing care. If nursing is a science and a profession for man, it should have ethics which recognize the dignity of man and offers infinite service voluntarily, and should be able to show leadership in carrying out the nursing responsibility. This leadership finds a person's potential and encourages him to utilize it. Such concepts should develop into a nursing ideology and this ideology should become a priority in comprehensive nursing care. The following statements are the conclusion of this study. 1) Modern nursing has been developed from disease centered nursing care to comprehensive nursing care based on humanity. The primary principle of nursing was to assist in the treatment of disease, but it has been changed to the professional nursing system independently. 2) The concept of nursing is one of continuous or endless scope of dispersion. It proves that nursing is grasping the professional responsibility to be able to coordinate scientific principles Patient health problems are according to scientific principles rather than adhering to nursing technical discipline as a daily work. 3) In chapter I and Ⅱ, the philosophy and ideology of nursing have been discussed and the flow of concept of clinical nursing and the rate of progress which emerges from naturalizing performance of the concept of comprehensive nursing in clinical nursing studied. The discussion developed the theory that a nurse should be to embody nursing ideas and objectives by establishing definite conviction of professions and study. 4) In chapter lil, nursing planning based on nursing diagnosis as a method to attain ideal nursing care for humanity with a definite idea of establishing philosophy of nursing was presented. 5) From the result of survey on patient needs about treatment and nursing, it was observed that all patient had emotional stress from unknown factors. Therefore it was concluded that nurses should not only educate the patient but also give them the opportunity to communicate freely their needs and anxieties. Furthermore complaints and doubts of the patient should be carefully noted and must be considered to meet these needs. 6) Patient teaching is the most important part of comprehensive nursing care. In chapter, Ⅲ, the important of patient teaching was emphasized by demonstrating the effect of patient teaching for diabetic patient. 7) In Chapter Ⅳ, from the result of the study on nurses attitudes to comprehensive nursing care, it was pointed that the evolution of nursing education and the establishment of a complete concept and value of comprehensive nursing was necessary.

바위글씨로 본 부안 관아와 상소산 일대의 장소정체성 (A Study on the Place Identity on the Vicinity of Sangsosan and Government Office of Buan-hyun by Letters Carved on the Rocks)

  • 옛 부안 관아(官衙)터 반석(磐石)위에, 19세기 초 현감 박시수가 쓴 초대형 초서체 바위글씨 '봉래동천(蓬萊洞天) 주림(珠林) 옥천(玉泉)'의 의미는 혜천지역의 바위글씨와 맞물려 이 일대가 곧 신선의 세계임을 반증하고 있다. 바위글씨가 집중된 상소산 아래 서림(西林)과 금대(琴臺)그리고 혜천(惠泉)등 경물 지칭의 바위글씨는 이 고장 출신으로 여류시인이자 관기(官妓)였던 이매창이 교우했던 인물들과 밀접한 관련성을 보이며, 이곳이 부안의 풍류와 선비정신이 교융(交融)된 지역 명소이자 정원 후원으로서의 역사성을 배태한 장소임을 상징한다. 이 지역 바위글씨의 대부분은 19세기부터 20세기 초반에 걸쳐 각자된 것으로, 총 34건 중 경물(景物)관련 4건, 경색(景色) 관련 8건, 인명(人名)관련 5건 그리고 시문(詩文)15건, 기타 2건 등으로 분류되었고, 전체적으로 시문의 비율이 월등히 높았으며, 시문 속 주제어의 중심에는 '상소산'과 '혜천'이 자리 잡고 있다. '봉래동천'은 물론 '소산사호(蘇山四皓)'의 표현이나 연단로에서 제조된 신선의 단약에 비견되는 '혜천의 샘물'은 신선사상의 영향이 강하게 누적되고 관성화되어 착근된 장소정체성의 단면을 보여주는 경관어휘이자 봉래동천, 주림과 옥천 바위글씨의 조합과 조응하는 것으로 이 일대가 '신선의 세계'임을 상징화하고 있다. 헌종11년(1845년)현감 조연명의 인위적인 식수 이후, 체계적으로 가꾸어온 숲인 서림과 그 숲에 조성된 정각 서림정과 주변에 산재한 '혜천 금대'등 바위글씨가 새겨진 암반 등은 신선사상이 깃든 관아(官衙)의 후원이자 임천정원(林泉庭苑)으로서의 성격과 면모를 보여주는 흔적이며, 이곳에 깃든 장소정체성의 핵심이다. 또한 낙토(樂土), 부안의 중심인 관아지역과 풍류 시회처(詩會處)로서 후원 혜천지역은 선계 동경적 아취와 상상력을 바탕으로 생활 속의 공간으로 구현 정착되어 왔음을 볼 때, '상소산과 서림'그리고 '동천과 혜천'의 관련성과 상징성이야말로 이곳 장소정체성의 본질이라 할 만하다. 내변산과 격포지역이 부안관광의 중심인 현실을 볼 때, 서림공원 일대의 바위글씨를 중심으로 한 문화유적은 부안의 대표적인 관광명소이자 부안 읍치를 대표하는 역사문화경관으로 자리매김하기를 기대한다.

디자인 선호이미지를 고려한 공공시설물 디자인 (Public facilities design considering preferred design image)

  • 최근 지역 환경의 문화적 중요성이 증대함에 따라 지역 주민의 도시디자인에 대한 관심이 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 도시디자인을 통하여 지역 주민들의 자긍심을 고취시키고 대내외적으로 그 지역의 도시이미지를 재정립할 수 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 특정 도시(포항시)의 현황 및 환경적 특성 그리고 시민의 디자인 이미지 선호도를 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 도시이미지 정체성을 구현할 수 있는 대상으로서 '가로'를 구성하는 공공시설물의 표준디자인 제안을 기본적인 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 해당 도시의 24개 지역에 대한 경관이미지 및 공공시설물 설치 현황을 분석하였다. 또한 해당 도시의 일관된 이념과 사상, 이미지를 구축할 수 있는 공공시설물의 디자인 방향을 도출하기 위하여 시민들의 공공시설물에 대한 감성적 디자인 선호이미지를 조사, 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 내용을 바탕으로 총 31종의 공공시설물에 대한 디자인 가이드라인을 설정하였으며 표준디자인을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 매력 있는 도시이미지를 표출할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 매체의 제공이 가능하고, 향후 포괄적인 도시 경관계획에 반영할 수 있는 자료의 제공이 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

전통성 구현을 통한 현대적 기능의 단지설계 전략 연구 -세계유교선비문화공원 및 한국문화테마파크 현상설계안을 중심으로- (Study on Design Strategy of Complex with Modern Function through Realization of Traditionality)

  • The area of domestic urban design and architecture has established its original characteristics as various programs and functions were created in the drastically changing society. Such features have been presented in a certain type of patterns or unique formations, which demand a gradual development of designs in harmony with the functions and roles of the city and thus designers are forced to continue thinking deeply on this matter in their own perspectives. In particular, such demands are outstandingly high in reality in historical cities such as Andong, which this study works on. As the design contest winner is based on the geographical characteristics and locality, Confucianism and seonbi(Korean classical scholar) spirit, which are regarded as a philosophy of value, how the traditional concepts could be reflected in the plan was the focus of the discussion. The conclusions deduced from such a background include the following. First, it is necessary to make an approach on the basis of the concept in traditional architecture at the complex planning level based on the ideology in the implementation plan that requires traditionality for a complex design with contemporary functions. Second, it is important to approach this as an exploration of a solution to globalize Confucian culture in the future based on the cultural characteristics of the region and the environmental characteristics of the surroundings. Third, beginning from a concept that explains the complex to a concept that explains individual buildings, it is necessary to reflect characteristics in which the realization of a traditional space is planned in three dimensions.

일본 전통문양의 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Japanese Traditional Patterns)

  • The traditional culture has been developed for a long time with an unique property according to folk character, custom and environment within an area. Especially in 1906, when the westerners were interested in oriental cultures more and more, Paul Poiret presented Japanese traditional dress of napping sleeve coats and harem pants, henceforth japanese fashion theme began to rise. The Japanese style rose as an important fashion item of the modern fashion, with various fashion themes such as orientalism, ethnic, folklore, ecology, etc., needless to say of activities of Japanese designers. The revealed patterns on Japanese dress and it's ornament plays a role of expressive decoration as well as stand for the nation, the ideology of the age and aesthetic consciousness. For this reason, it is necessary to study Japanese traditional patterns expressed in modern fashion systematically. Therefore, in this research, the demonstrated Japanese traditional patterns on the modern fashion were divided into natural, artificial and complex design and were looked out the characteristic, furthermore it was studied in regard that Japanese patterns were how to apply in modern fashion. It was concluded that the characteristics of the Japanese traditional patterns presented in the modern fashion were as follows: first, creation of environmental friendly design using plenty of natural materials; second, expression of paint-like impression and beauty of margins by simplifying of patterns; third, expression of amusing design by using bright colors and print; finally, various patterns were spreaded out complicated on dress. The characteristics of Japanese traditional patterns in the above were expressed in the modern fashion.

Impacts of Close-to-nature Management Technology on the Korean Pine Soil Chemical Properties in Northeast China

  • Based on the guiding ideology of "Close-to-nature forestry", the soil chemical properties of Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis) plantation forest which was early done by canopy gap control were analyzed of Liangshui nature reserve in northeastern China. The results indicated that the nurture of forestry crevice diaphanous tended to improve the soil nutrient contents and significant differences of soil nutrients existed among different levels of soil for the same forest type of Korean pine. At 0< $H{\leq}20$ cm layer, the content of available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in artificial pure Korean pine forest are 640.28 $mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$, 7.54 $mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$, 275.91 $mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$, 1.114% and 0.075%, they all higher than the other kinds of forests and for average 1.1 times, 1.4 times, 1.3 times, 1.6 times and 1.2 times. From the layer of $0<H{\leq}20$ cm to 20 cm < $H{\leq}40$ cm, soil nutrient indicators showed various degrees of decreasing in which organic matter had the greatest decline, decreasing by 170.64% while PH had the lowest decline, decreasing by 4.66%.

  • Fast industrialization caused from Descartes' dichotomy has enormously developed our world, but endangered the ecosystem. In this study, the ecosystem aesthetics is not only a critique against existing growth-ideology and technical civilization, but also the art pursuing the life as an artistic state and achieving the dream for qualitatively different new future. Lao-tzu's Natural Beauty assumes that the adaptation to natural laws can lead every purpose's achievement. Based on such theoretical alternative, the earth construction as a medium for coexisting mankind, nature and construction interacts with the other objects through the natural affinity, the energy efficiency, the material generation. The earth construction provides the images of naivety, naturalness, folk as well as emotional stability in cultural terms. This study's direction and method are as follows. First, it researches the ecosystem aesthetics from the Taoism viewpoint, the alternative for environmental healing based on theoretical reviews about the ecosystem aesthetics. Second, it researches the earth construction's ecosystem aesthetic features and construction features from the low-tech aspect in continual construction genealogy. Third, it analyzes some cases targeting domestic buildings by drawing out expression methods and features through the connectivity of earth construction and ecosystem aesthetics. The earth construction lies between the heaven and the earth, but coexists in natural cycle. The earth construction caused from ecosystem aesthetics will be a future alterative, and various studies about its features and methods should be continued.

한국차문화 공간에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Tea Culture Space in Korea)

  • This thesis attempted to generate ideal tea culture space that connects environment and culture. Therefore, this examines: First, history of tea and the characteristics of tea culture space from Gochosun to modern times was reviewed Second, psychological factors (spirit of tea) of Korea tea culture space were reviewed. Third, the connection between the concept of tea culture space and Human Ecosystem Model by was analyzed. Also, this thesis examined how the culture of ecosystem and why tea culture space is needed. because tea includes varieties of ingredients for protecting environmental pollution. Finally, tea culture spaces were reviewed each region during Chosun dynasty, and tea culture space of recent tea users. In order to study tea culture space, complex residential area and single residential areas were compared. The useful of tea culture space as a ecological space was also examined. To achieve the purpose of this study, related literatures were reviewed, and investigations of museums and a survey on modern living space were also conducted. The results show that the space of our tea culture were affected by nature worshipping of Gochosun, Buddhism of Koryo, and Confusianism of Chosun with 'Pungryu', the idea that enjoys nature, thereby applying environment-friendly ecological beauty to their living space and life. The cultyral space in Korea is composed of natural environment such as mountain, sea, rock, or trees and artificial environment such as pond or pavilion. In the future, oriental culture with metaphysical value will lead the world culture, and especially, tea culture would play an important role regardless of nationality, race, religion, and ideology. Therefore, establishing a tea culture space in a living space would be the fundamental methods that would be able to settle down such tea life into our daily life. Our attempts to create ecological tea culture space as a integrated cultural space of natural, artificial, and human behavioral environment will contribute to enhance our quality of life.

발전주의와 신자유주의를 넘어: 한국 지리학의 발전과정과 대안적 전망 (Beyond Developmentalism and Neoliberalism: Development Process and Alternative Visions for Korean Geography)

  • 이 논문은 한국의 사회공간적 전환을 배경으로 한국 지리학의 발전과정을 고찰하고, 대안적 전망을 간략히 제시하기 위한 것이다. 지리학을 포함하여 지식의 발전은 주어진 기간에서 사회적 기능과 구조의 규정력 하에서 형성되며, 이렇게 형성된 지식은 다시 사회의 발전에 힘을 제공한다. 한국에서 근대 지리학은 두 단계, 즉 발전주의와 신자유주의 기간으로 구분될 수 있는 한국사회의 자본주의 발전을 배경으로 발전해 왔다. 한국지리학은 발전주의와 신자유주의의 이데올로기의 영향 하에서 발전해 왔으며, 사회공간적 정책들에 기여를 했다. 발전주의 하에서 한국 지리학은 양적으로 팽창했으며, 단순 서술에서 체계적 설명의 틀을 갖추게 되었지만, 실증주의의 한계를 벗어나지 못했다. 신자유주의 하에서 한국 지리학은 질적으로 발전한 부분도 있지만, 사회공간적 정책들에 거의 영향을 미치지 못했고, 신자유주의적 정책으로 인해 유발된 문제들에 대한 비판과 대안을 제시하지도 못했다. 앞으로 한국지리학은 발전주의와 신자유주의를 넘어서야 하며, 사회공간적 복지, 시민사회 또는 공동체, 환경정의 등을 핵심주제로 다루어야할 것이라고 제안된다.

공공공간에서의 일시적 설치미술에 대한 연구 및 제언 (A Study on Temporary Installation Art in Public Place)

  • 설치미술은 특정한 이념이나 형식을 고수하지 않으며 다양한 매체를 융 복합적으로 활용하여 설치(installation)하는 작품을 적극적으로 시도한다. 그럼으로써, 결과적으로 일상적인 장소에 대한 새로운 인지를 자극한다. 설치미술은 공간에 설치되는 것인 만큼 설치되는 장소에 따른 공공미술적인 성격도 갖게 된다. 따라서 설치미술은 그 시작부터 대중과의 소통, 사회적 이슈에 대한 행동을 잠재하고 있다. 이러한 설치미술은 가운데는 지속적으로 공간을 점유하지 않는 일시적인 설치미술도 존재한다. 일시적인 설치미술은 영구성에서 벗어남으로써 창작과 소통에 가벼움을 갖는다. 이는 곧 열린 공간에서의 인간과 세계의 소통을 위한 새로운 융 복합적 예술로서 시도할 수 있는 예술 양식으로 고려하고 제언할 수 있다.
