호스피스.완화의료기관 종사자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Study on Elements influencing on Job Satisfaction of Employees in Hospice and Palliative Care Organization)

  • This study was focused on figure out what kinds of elements are influencing on job satisfaction with approach of the educational system. It was also to figure out how work characteristics and role conflicts of employees influence on job satisfaction. Objects of study were employeeswho had been working in Hospice and Palliative medical center at least for 6 months, and they were doctors, nurses, ministers, and welfare workers. Collected materials were analyzed by Frequency Analysis, One-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, and SimpleRegression Analysis. Results from study can be summarized like below. The first, job satisfaction of workers in Hospice and Palliative medical center were 3.36, and this numerical value is pretty high over all. For saying from the higher to the lower satisfaction level, there were satisfaction with job itself, satisfaction with co-workers, satisfaction with seniors (superiors), and satisfaction with organizations, on the other hands, satisfaction with salaries was turned out as the lowest level among those. The second, role conflict was 2.63, and it is considered as the medium level. after inquiring into it by elements of role conflict, they felt many environmental difficulties compared to other workers in different fields such as environmental difficulty, role ambiguity, insufficient ability, process obscurity, etc. The third, work environment influencing on job satisfaction are as follows. Professional environment among characteristics of work environment was significant statistically. Job satisfaction of ministers was the highest; others were in the order of doctors, welfare workers, and nurses. For employment history, job satisfaction was higher as they have more and longer job experience including whole professional experience both in hospice and palliative medical center. In addition, participating in hospice and palliative programs, intensive training regularly was significantly. Job Motivation was also significant statistically. Especially, job satisfaction was higher when people decided to work in hospice and palliative medical center because of individual desire (self-realization). Lastly, influence of role conflict on job satisfaction is as follows. Environmental difficulty, role ambiguity, insufficient ability, process obscurity, etc showed the significant meaning statistically, and the lower role conflict was related with the higher job satisfaction. Suggestions for next study based on such results are as follows in order to improve or increase job satisfaction of employees in hospice/palliative medical centers. The first, to expand education opportunity of employees is needed to increase job satisfactionof hospice/palliatives medical centers. Participating in intensive programs and seminars by types of occupation and acquiring professional knowledge are very important since employees are motivated by those activities. For that, developing and activating intensive education/programs by professional occupations are suggested. The second, dividing roles of employees and determining each job's limit clearly in hospice/palliative medical centers are required. For that, study developing standard job regulations is suggested for each professional job. Lastly, developing and providing reasonable salaries is needed because low salaries of hospice/palliative medical centers are the absolute reason lowering job satisfaction. Therefore, this paper suggests improving the salary level of employees of hospice/palliative medical centers and developing practical plan for it.

공급망 내 갈등관리전략이 파트너십과 성과에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Conflict Management Strategy Within Supply Chain on Partnership and Performance)

  • 공급망 내 상호 다른 목표를 가지고 있는 각 기업들은 자신이 추구하는 목표와 성과 달성을 위하여 다양한 자원을 필요로 하지만 개별기업이 모든 자원을 확보하기에는 시간, 공간, 비용과 같은 제약이 따르므로 필요로 하는 자원 확보를 위해 기업 간 상호 의존관계를 형성할 필요가 있다. 이 과정에서 기업 간 정보의 불균형, 제한된 합리성, 이해추구, 위험회피 와 같은 환경적인 요인에 의해 갈등(Conflict)의 발생 가능성이 높아지고 기회주의적 행위가 증가한다. 기존 공급망 연구 분야에서 갈등에 관한 연구들은 갈등의 원인, 갈등이 성과에 미치는 영향 규명에 대해서만 진행되어 갈등해결 매커니즘 관점에서 갈등유형에 따른 구체적인 갈등관리전략을 제시하지 못하였다는 점에서 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공급망 내 거래과정에서의 갈등관리전략을 Kilmann and Thomas(1977)의 TKI모델을 활용하여 기업별로 세분화하고, 각 전략에 따라 파트너십 및 성과에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구결과, 양보형과 협력형 갈등관리전략이 파트너십 요인인 관계몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 관계몰입은 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 즉, 갈등발생 시 양보형과 협력형 갈등관리전략을 사용하는 기업은 갈등관리와 함께 관계의 중요성을 인식하고 관계지속을 위한 투자와 노력과 같은 관계몰입을 잘 한다면 성과에 매우 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 기업들의 파트너십을 강화하고 갈등에 따른 공급망 리스크를 최소화하는데 기여할 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구의 가장 큰 의의가 있다.

직무스트레스와 근골격계질환.정신증상과의 관계에 대한 연구 (Study of the Relation Between Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders.Psychiatric Disorders and Job Stress in Train Drivers)

  • Work related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) have become a hot issue within the Korean workplace for the past several years. Recently, the effect of job related stress on WMSDs, cerebro-cardiovascular diseases, and psychiatric disorders has been steadily increasing. The study conducted questionnaire of Korea version job stress model, WMSDs from NIOSH, CES-D (Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale), and STAI (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory) against train drivers. The results of this study show that the job stress score of the train drivers is high in the areas of physical environment, job latitude, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, and organization system. The relation between job stress and WMSDs nd, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity and organizational system. The relation between job stress and depressive disorders showed statistical significance in the areas of job demand, job insecurity and low reward. Finally, the relation between job stress and anxiety disorders showed statistical significance in areas of job demand, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system and low reward.

한강수계 물이용부담금을 둘러싼 이해당사자 간 갈등분석 (The Analysis of Stakeholders' Conflict Surrounding Water use Charges: Targeting the Han River region)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한강수계 물이용부담금을 둘러싼 이해당사자들의 갈등해결을 위한 최적방안을 제시하는 방법론적 틀을 설계하고, 분석결과를 통해 한강수계 물이용부담금 갈등해결을 위한 정책 방향을 제시하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한강수계 물이용부담금을 두고 서로 다른 입장을 취하고 있는 의사결정자들 간의 다면적인 갈등의 메커니즘을 이해하는 과정이 선행되었으며 갈등해결을 위한 그래프모형을 적용하여 한강수계 물 이용부담금 갈등 해결을 위한 최적방안을 도출하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 한강수계 물이용부담금 갈등의 해결점을 찾을 수 있는 최적의 상태는 서울·인천 지역이 지속적으로 물이용부담금 인하를 요구하는 것과 동시에, 서울·인천·경기 지역이 기존 부과요율에 따른 부과금을 납부하는 것이다. 그리고 한강수계관리위원회는 갈등 해결을 위해 물이용부담금 부과요율 결정에 대한 의사결정구조 합리화, 서울·인천 지역에 대한 한강수계관리기금 지원근거 마련, 수혜 지역 및 주민의 특성을 고려한 한강수계관리기금의 투명한 운용 등을 포함하는 서울·인천 및 경기지역이 원하는 정책을 수립할 때 갈등의 해결점을 찾아갈 수 있었다. 본 연구는 한강수계 물이용부담금 갈등해결 관련 환경정책 방향을 수립하는데 객관적인 의사결정 정보 제공을 할 수 있고, 환경의 공동 사용에 따른 갈등과 관련된 유사한 후속연구에 방법론적인 기반을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

Mediating Effect of Work-Family Conflict on the Relationship Between Long Commuting Time and Workers' Anxiety and Insomnia

  • Background: Our study aimed to investigate the mediating role of work-family conflict (WFC) on the relationship between long commutes and workers' anxiety and insomnia. Methods: Our study measured the two dimensions of WFC, time-related, and strain-related, which were considered multiple mediators. The mediating effect of WFC on anxiety and insomnia was investigated by decomposing the total effect into a direct effect (long commuting time → anxiety or insomnia) and an indirect effect (long commuting time → WFC → anxiety or insomnia). The combined indirect effect (joint indirect effect) of strain-related WFC and time-related WFC was estimated. The effects were presented as odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Results: The direct effect of 120 min or longer of commuting time was 1.39 (95% CI: 1.17-1.65) times increase in the odds of anxiety and 1.64 (95% CI: 1.41-1.90) times increase in the odds of insomnia than those whose commuting time was less than 60 min. In the case of indirect effects, those whose commuting time was 120 min or longer had 1.13 times higher odds of anxiety (95% CI: 1.07-1.18) and 1.12 times higher odds of insomnia (95% CI: 1.07-1.17) via WFC. The joint indirect effects accounted for 26.4% and 18.5% of the total effect on anxiety and insomnia, respectively. The longer the commuting time, the stronger both direct and indirect effects. Conclusions: Our findings highlight the mediating effect of WFC on the relationship between long commuting times and workers' anxiety and insomnia.

임상간호사의 직무스트레스가 우울증에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Job Stress for Depression in Clinical Nurses)

  • Propose: To identify the effects of job stress for depression in clinical nurses. Method: The subjects were 304 clinical nurses in Busan Metropolitan City. Data was collected by questionnaire surveys using convenience sampling. The instruments used in this study were the short form of the Korean Occupational Stress Scale(KOSS-SF) and the Beck Depression Inventory-Korean Version Standard Ten(K-BDI STEN). Result: After adjusting potential confounders, we found that the group of 50~75% job stress score for interpersonal conflict was more likely to have depression than the group of less than 25%(OR=3.522, 95% CI 1.06~20.25). The group of equal or more than 75% job stress score for job insecurity was more likely to have depression than the groups of less than 25%(OR=9.413, 95% CI 4.00~71.03). The groups of equal or more than 75% and 50~ 75% job stress score for lack of reward was more likely to have depression than the group of less than 25%, respectively(OR=19.302, 95% CI 2.50~244.25; OR=38.201, 95% CI=6.25~344.45). Conclusion: To prevent depression in clinical nurses, we need to intervene job stress for insufficient job control, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity and lack of reward.

환경갈등의 기록화를 위한 내러티브 설계 밀양 송전탑 건설 갈등을 사례로 (A Design of Narrative Structure for Documenting Environmental Conflicts : Case of Mi-ryang Transmission Towers Construction Conflicts)

  • 환경갈등은 지역주민들의 장소 경험이 압축적으로 이루어지는 지역의 핵심 사건이며 로컬리티 기록화에서 우선적으로 추진해야 할 영역이다. 이 연구는 밀양 고압 송전탑 건설 사례를 중심으로 지역주민이 10년에 걸쳐 경험한 환경갈등을 기록화하기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위한 것이다. 갈등사건의 기록화는 이해관계자들의 입장과 관점에 대한 이해 없이 추진하기 어려우며, 기록의 수집 기술이 갈등의 내러티브에 따라 이루어져야 한다는 점에서 본 연구에서는 프레임을 고려한 동적 내러티브 구조를 제안하였다. 먼저 환경갈등의 특징을 조사한 후, 환경갈등 기록화의 원칙과 절차, 내러티브의 구조와 개발 절차가 포함된 모형을 설계하였다. 갈등 기록화 원칙은 복합적 기록화, 프레임 적용, 동적 내러티브의 구현으로 설정하였다. 동적 내러티브가 형성될 수 있는 기록화의 구조는 ISO 23081의 메타데이터 영역을 응용하여 설계하였으며, 내러티브 설계 절차를 제시하였다. 이 모형을 밀양 송전탑 건설 갈등 사례에 적용하여 그 유용성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 갈등사건의 전개과정, 쟁점, 이해관계집단, 갈등의 성격 등을 분석한 후 갈등의 전체 내러티브 및 프레임을 설정하였다. 기록생산 맥락에 대한 기술(사건, 법규, 이해관계자)과 기록 기술을 연계하고 각 사건 기술에 사건을 둘러싼 대립되는 프레임을 추가함으로써 디지털 환경에 적합한 중층적 내러티브를 형성하고자 하였다. 이 모형의 장점은 사건, 이해관계자, 법규에 대한 정보를 체계적으로 축적함으로써 기록 생산 맥락정보를 풍부하게 제공하고, 다중 개체를 이용한 동적 기술 구조를 채택하고 있어서 정보의 갱신과 추가, 연계가 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있다는 점이다. 이러한 방식의 환경갈등 기록화는 공동체의 집단기억 형성을 지원하며 비선호시설의 입지 사업을 추진할 때 지역민의 가치와 인식을 고려한 거버넌스 행정이 이루어지도록 촉구하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

아동의 개인 및 가족변인과 교실의 심리사회적 환경변인이 자기통제에 미치는 영향 (The Individual, Family and Classroom Environmental Variables that Affect Children's Self-Control)

  • This study examines different individual and environmental factors that affect children's self-control. For an analysis, locus of control, perceived competence, and achievement motivation were all included in individual variables. For family variables, mothers' parenting and patents' marriage conflict were examined. For classroom psycho-social environment, teacher support, peer relationship, class involvement, and teachers' supervision were used. The sample consisted of 548 fifth and sixth grade children. Statistics and methods used for the data analysis were Cronbach's alpha, frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlation, and Hierarchical Regression. Several major results were found from the analysis: First, locus of control, perceived competence, and achievement motivation had a positive correlation with children's self-control. Second, mothers' affective parenting had a positive correlation with children's self-control. However, mothers' controlling parenting and parents' marriage conflict had a negative correlation with it. Third, teacher support, peer relationship, and class involvement had a positive correlation with children's self-control. In addition, teacher supervision had a positive correlation with girls' self-control. Fourth, class involvement, locus of control, and academic competence were important variables predicting boys' self-control. On the other hand, Class involvement, achievement motivation, academic competence, teacher's supervision, and mothers' controlling parenting were important variables predicting girl's self-control.

환경영향평가의 제도화에 관한 연구 및 개선방안 (A Study of Institutionalization Process of Korean Environmental Impact Assessment System and Policy Suggestions)

  • This paper attempts to analyze the institutionalization process of Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) system within the context of Korean environmental policy. The implementation of EIA in the 1980's was not seriously considered by other government agencies and was sometimes degraded as mere formality due to the inherent problems of the system. With viewing the theory and practice of EIA in Korea, this paper argues that it is essential to reinforce ex post facto management incorporate the participation of residents of concerned areas, upgrade the validity of assessment by selecting a credible assessment-agenices and develop the required technologies. Finally, this paper acknowledge the necessity of devising the mechanism to reconcile the conflict between the regional interest and the national interest.
