A Study on Activating a Producing Organization by Analyzing the Difference (산지유통조직의 차이점 분석을 통한 산지조직화 활성화 방안 연구)

  • Purpose - Distribution of agricultural products is collapsing due to recent changes in the environment balance between retailers and producers. Further, the increase in the imports of agricultural products due to free trade has caused revenue problems for producers. Agricultural producers are faced with increasing difficulties, and the organized producing center's importance is growing each day. Korean organized producing centers' policies have been conducted since 2000, and have thus been sustained for more than 10 years. Organizing a producing center's business is focused on agricultural cooperative and farming association corporation this has already have been carried out. In addition, it has achieved significant results through these organizations, but it still has many problems. Research design, data, and methodology - Organized producing centers were classified for each type. The survey covered 90 organizations, based on factor analysis, analysis of balance, and logistic regression analysis. The results of the conducted factor analysis are as follows. Production, marketing, human resources management, organizational skills, post management, safety, and scale were classified as the seven kinds of factors. These are the factors that affect the organized producing centers through the variance analysis and logistic regression analysis. The purpose of such research and analysis is to suggest the direction for the future organized producing centers' policies. Result - Results of the analysis of the variance are listed below. Items by type, production, marketing, human resource management, and organizational skills are shown to depict differences between the factors. Organization form results show that production and marketing showed a difference between the factors. The size of the organization, production, and marketing showed the difference between the factors. The factors affect organized producing centers differently depending on the type shown, as seen from the results. In contrast, the logistic regression results of the analysis are as follows. Considering the results by the type of item, and the horticulture type of marketing, human resource management has a (+) influence. Grain type and production showed a (+) influence. New types of income affecting organizational skills have a (+) influence. Considering the results for each type of organization, the agricultural cooperative type of marketing and human resource management have (+) influence. Farming association corporation type of production has a (+) influence. As a result, the size of the organization is as follows. Large organizations are production, expressed in marketing with a (+) impact. Medium-size organizations are expressed with their size factor having a (+) impact. Small organizations are expressed with a safety factor having a (+) impact. Conclusions - The types of factors display different effects. One factor is that the type of a (+) represents the influence of other factors (-) as per factor symptomatology. Therefore, the type of measures to organize a strategy to maximize the benefits of your organization should be pursued. In addition, based on the support for small organizations, improving the quality of the producer organization should be considered.

  • This study analyzes the contents of 1,279 articles related to administrative, management, marketing, and service for private clients among the scholarly research results in the field of security and security, and categorizes the main topic security, private security, The results of this study are as follows. First, the main academic achievements of the security and security sciences were first identified by finding 32 subordinate or related subjects in each category. The situation of the curriculum and the environment which is insufficient compared to the needs of academia and the age was confirmed. And the analysis of socio-scientific disciplines and job types in the field of security and security In this study, firstly, it is necessary to develop a management and marketing measurement tool suggesting the specificity of security and security business. Second, it is necessary to reconsider learning units of management skill related to management and marketing. Third, In order to improve the curriculum of security related departments, we proposed the necessary preconditions and improvement directions.

  • This study looked for employment services satisfaction surveys done in the UK, USA and Korea. And through which derived the following suggestions for improving Korea the employment service satisfaction survey. First, in terms of research design improvements to ensure the representativeness of the sample region for each center and branch-specific (job seekers and recruiters) requires the sampling design based on user scale. In addition, the sample design should be applied when considering specific user can be distributed. US is restricted to participants within 60 days for sampling and sample extraction once a month at least. Next in terms of survey improvements, it is necessary to apply a weighting part considering the regional characteristics. For this, the correct analysis of the employment center by the internal and external environment is required. And in the case of non-face-to-face service, complaints about worknet use is likely to be channeled into complaints about job centers provide services. It needs to improve on this. And for the improvements of business processes service by an in-depth study, it can be seen to review the possible introduction of a British mystery shopper.

Research Trends Analysis of Domestic Carrier Billing Services using Meta-Analysis (메타분석을 활용한 국내 통신과금 서비스 연구동향 분석)

  • The purpose of this research is to study technical and policy improvements of carrier billing services, which are a developing and growing industry, by adopting a meta-analysis method. Implications were derived from studying 15 years-worth of academic research papers (from 2001 to 2015), by analyzing the trends over a total of 109 such research papers on carrier billing services. First, looking at the characteristics of the main studies of the papers from 2008 to 2009, it papers appeared that dealt with preventing fraudulent transactions and preserving consumer protection. Privacy, policy proposals and studies for new systems were researched from 2010-2012. Service, success factors, damage prevention systems research, law, and institutions were discussed in 2013-2015 mainly. Second, the research showed that the number of carrier billing service studies increased due to social issues(telecommunications billing services deregulation, the emergence smartphones, fraud). Third, in sectorial research results, technology was the focus area of 47 papers (43.1%), the service sector was the focus of 39 pieces (35.8%) and law and policy improvement accounted for 23 pieces (21.1%). The study of technology and service areas was the most active and according to changes in the environment, law and policy improvement were second to most active. This study will contribute to improving relevant institutions and research directions about study trends in carrier billing services.

A Comparative Analysis of Informatization Level for Agricultural Corporations and SMEs (농업법인과 중소기업의 정보화수준 비교 분석)

  • Agri-food ICT(Information and Communications Technologies) convergence has been raised as an important issue for agricultural industry competence. In this situation, this study is to enhance agricultural competitiveness and seek to development plan for agricultural corporation by diagnosing informatization level. For this purpose, this study conducted survey on informatization level of 3,019 agricultural corporations and calculated level score. And result is compared with SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprise) informatization survey, including manufacturing and service industries, conducted by Korea Technology & Information Promotion Agency for SMEs in recent agricultural corporations' growing with automation of agricultural production and improving service to customer satisfaction. Evaluation system is established to calculate informatization level score and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used by the experts to investigate weighting of assessment area, assessment indicators, assessment items. As a result, agricultural corporation informatization level score was 40.16 points which is lower than the benefitted organization of agri-food IT convergence modeling(43.44 points). By assessment area, the informatization level of promotional environment area was low and investment and training items were analyzed low especially so need to improve urgently. In the analysis result by organization type, agricultural company corporation's informatization level was higher than the agricultural association corporation and 'Processing and distribution' was higher than others by business type. Informatization level of agricultural corporation is 80 percent of 2013 SMEs' level(50.18 points) and 59.4 percent of a large corporation(67.64 points). In particular, big difference is occurred in investment feasibility analysis, informatization investment and education which will be need to improve.

  • As the number of aged-housing has been rapidly increased, many kinds of defects and problems such as degeneration of housing environment, structural performance, and equipment performance have been appeared. The reconstruction as the way to improve the aged-housing has been used mostly because the legal process of the reconstruction is relatively easy. On the other hand, it has caused problems such as the lack of natural aggregates, the environmental damages owing to construction wastes, the loss of national resources, and the lack of the housing for rent nearby the reconstruction area. This problems limit active tying into the reconstruction business at present in the industrial and political perspective. In this context, it is necessary to revitalize the remodeling rather than the reconstruction. In order to reach this objective, this research aims at identifying the user-oriented performance for the housing and deducing the core technology. It is expected that the result of this research can contribute to more revitalize the remodeling as tying researches in terms of design, structure, equipment, and construction.

  • The purpose of this treatise is to show merits and method of establishing Lotte department store design division Online Documents Communication System through illustration of examples of intranet in which internet environment convenient to use for its openness is applied for establishing Design Online Documents Communication System for fundamentals of organization. In this connection merits and effect attainable from establishing Design Outline Documents Communication System of the enterprise as found were as follows: Firstly, it brought about reduction in workload of staffs through sharing various existing resources. It reduced redundant works and enables speedy handling of works. Secondly, it was possible to exchange viewpoints and share information by pertinent parties. Thirdly, by expediting information exchange and communication among persons in charge it was possible to improve work efficiency. Fourthly, it was possible to build and operate such system at relatively low cost on the basis of web browser. Without using any other significant instrument or equipment but by linking it to business network and using existing computer system operation was possible. Fifthly, by common sharing of work exclusive to design room through on-line it was possible to improve professionalism and convenience in data preservation. Through this treatise and survey and study on process for establishing intranet it was possible to find that there were sharing work, improving work efficiency, reducing workload, saving cost and expediting communication to a significant degree.

A Blockchain-based IIoT Information Collection Model for Improving the Productivity of Small and Medium Businesses (중소기업 생산성 향상을 위한 블록체인 기반의 IIoT 정보 수집 모델)

  • As the cloud environment has become more prevalent among large companies, small and medium-sized companies are also trying to utilize various technologies (IoT, blockchain, etc.) that use cloud services as a way to coexist with large companies. In this paper, a blockchain-based IoT information collection model is proposed to efficiently handle large volumes of IoT data produced by small businesses in order to improve information efficiency of SMEs. The proposed model allowe d small businesses to improve their production efficiency by independently creating groups of the same information so that data that could be generated at the endpoints of small businesses can be block-chained and forwarded to the data center for analysis. In addition, the proposed model's performance assessment was assumed to handle the production throughput of data processed in IoT for small and medium businesses, not large enterprises, so the link between large volumes of data processed in the proposed model could be maintained evenly. One of the biggest features of the proposed model is the ability to expand processes to efficiently control the information of prod ucts produced, as well as the productivity of small and medium enterprises.

Evaluation of Formaldehyde Emission from Wood-Based Panels Using Accelerated Collection Method (가속 포집방법을 이용한 목질보드류의 폼알데하이드 방출량 평가)

  • This study aimed at developing an accelerated collection method that reduces measurement and collection time by improving and complementing the desiccator method, which is mainly used for quality control in wood-based panels and furniture production sites. First, this study measured the formaldehyde emissions from the wood-based panels by grade using the desiccator method. Further, this study compared the desiccator method with the developed process and analyzed the correlation in optimal temperature, time, and exposed area. The results showed that the developed process resulted in relatively similar outcomes in comparison to the desiccator method when the temperature was $100^{\circ}C$, the time was 1 h, and two specimens were used, at which the correlation was high. To verify the developed process, this study commissioned Korea Conformity Laboratories with the standardized temperature, time, and the number of specimens to compare them with the specimen that was not used in the actual test. As a result, the correlation to the desiccator method was shown to be very high. However, the formaldehyde emission measured by the accelerated collection process was mostly higher than that measured by the desiccator method. The formaldehyde emission grades from several specimens were one level higher. However, from the perspectives of quality control, it was determined that the accelerated collection method developed in this study could be sufficiently used.

Analysis on Barriers and Resolution Priority of Sea-Rail Multimodal Logistics among Korea and Eurasia Nations (한국-유라시아간 해륙복합운송 문제점 및 해결 우선순위 분석)

  • The Panmunjom Declaration adopted by the leaders of South and North Korea on April 27, 2018, has created an environment conducive for peace and cooperation in the Korean Peninsula. In the June of last year, South Korea has joined the Organization for Cooperation between Railways (OSJD). The membership of OSJD has established a solid foundation for restoring a multimodal logistics system that connects the Korean peninsula to Eurasia countries, including China and Russia. In this paper, a questionnaire survey targeting working-level experts was conducted to find the barriers in constructing multimodal logistics that efficiently connect the port-continental railways of the Korean peninsula and the Eurasian nations. Survey items were divided into five categories-border crossing procedures, technology, facilities, operation, and government support. As a result, among the most important problems of international multimodal logistics in Eurasia that need to be solved on priority include improving transshipment facilities, eliminating inspection carried out at every country for transit, simplifying documents for customs clearance, and minimizing the changes in freight rates. In conclusion, for vitalizing the connection between the Korean peninsula and the continental railways, it is necessary to develop a transshipment system to facilitate the changes in tracks at the borders by making a joint effort with the international community. Second, railway and operational systems in South Korea, North Korea, China, and Russia should be standardized. Third, international cooperation among South Korea, North Korea, China, and Russia is essential for simplifying customs clearance at borders, priority departure of domestic cargo, sharing information about the changes in freight rates, and so on. Finally, the government should come up with measures to secure the quantity of cargo required to form block trains, while developing new business models.
