For engineers in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century, not only the specialty in their major field, but also the capabilities of creative thinking/reading/writing, of communication and of understanding society/business/economy, and the knowledge of specialized liberal arts, like ethics, are required. For the specialized liberal arts knowledge, it is important to have interest in a field, read the relevant literature, and summarize and express thoughts, but in reality, it is difficult to accomplish a higher level of learning outcome within the limited regular curriculum. In this study, an application for smart phones that purports to cultivate the specialized liberal arts knowledge of the students enrolled in the college of engineering was developed and applied to classes. Under this environment, a teacher can interact with teacher's students through the structured knowledge on a real-time basis in any place at any time, and the students can reorganize the knowledge by themselves. In this way, this paper proposed a way of improving the level of specialized liberal arts knowledge in daily life.

As the number of aged-housing has been rapidly increased, many kinds of defects and problems such as degeneration of housing environment, structural performance, and equipment performance have been appeared. The reconstruction as the way to improve the aged-housing has been used mostly because the legal process of the reconstruction is relatively easy. On the other hand, it has caused problems such as the lack of natural aggregate, the environmental damages owing to construction wastes, the loss of national resources, and the lack of the housing for rent nearby the reconstruction area. This problems limit active tying into the reconstruction business at present in the industrial and political perspective. In this context, it is required to revitalize the remodeling rather than the reconstruction. In order to reach this objective, this research aims at identifying the user-oriented performance for the housing industry and developing the new technologies. It is expected that the result of this research can contribute to more revitalize the remodeling as tying researches in terms of design, structure, equipment, and construction.

Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry, which combined agriculture with tourism. It not only has the productive function, but also has the function of improving the quality of ecological environment and supplying people with sightseeing, leisure, vacation. Agricultural tourism is a new kind of industry from the amalgamation of agriculture and tourism: it is based on farm work, characterized by agricultural management, combines agriculture and tourism, and includes the city as a market-place. It satisfies tourist demand with food, lodging, excursions, shopping and entertainment provided by agricultural places and agricultural products. After combining the substance of this study with the primary sources regarding the development of agricultural tourism, I suggest plans for the development of local agricultural tourism on the basis of sustainable tourism theory in case of the Inner Mongolia region. To conduct research, various data such as literature research and surveys are collected and analyzed. According to the result of the research, the Inner Mongolia region has great-wealthy resources for agricultural tourism. However, they have problems as well such as lack of funds, low infrastructure, low business-mind level, low management-mind, the scarcity of mid-supporting organizations for research and education, low awareness, and low service level of the agricultural tourism. In order to solve these problems, have to strengthen publicity, strengthen the county and city communication, educates continuously profession talented person, establish related laws and regulations, increase the integrity of infrastructure. As a developing industry, agricultural tourism is a new field of study which needs more encouraging research. The agricultural tourism of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has only just started development resulting in a limited amount of information available for this study. Future planned work entails a continuous in-depth study of Chinese agricultural tourism, considering Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in particular.

The human resources of an enterprise is very important to survive in these days of business environment. This study investigates the influence of four behavioral types in MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as a key conception of organizational effectiveness. The focus of this study is to investigate the effects of R&D employee's four behavioral types in MBTI and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. The results of this study show that organizational effectiveness is influenced by personality types and working conditions. According to the result, First, about the analysis of differences in job satisfaction, EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type (3.56) and EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type (3.43) are higher than IJ (Introversion Judging)-type (3.07) and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type (3.03) of four behavioral types in MBTI. So an enterprise makes various efforts to enhance job satisfaction for IJ (Introversion Judging)-type and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type. Second, For improving the organizational effectiveness that is job satisfaction and immersion, an enterprise must make favorable working conditions to each four behavioral types in MBTI of R&D employees. In order to improve job satisfaction, the enterprise will provide IJ (Introversion Judging)-type with support for collegiality and IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type. Finally, in the case of EP (Extraversion Perceiving)-type, the enterprise must admit failure for efforts. In order to improve job immersion, the enterprise will provide IP (Introversion Perceiving)-type with good relationships with superiors, the vision of company and compensation for creative work. and also the enterprise gives autonomic authority to EJ (Extraversion Judging)-type.

The catchment management experiences of the Evian natural mineral water (NMW) bottling company were reviewed. Evian is among the leading brands of bottled NMW in France, exporting worldwide and becoming a role model for companies in many countries due to its long-term experiences in sustainably managing NMW source areas. Experiences of bottled water companies in France show that they are incessantly moving forward with proactive and advanced ideas to meet environmental challenges. For business sustainability, companies are dedicated to improving their environmental performance through effective and planned resource management. Evian has been working with the local community in a spirit of co-ownership to invent and preserve the water resource and fulfill its ambition of sustainable industrial functioning. The partnership aims to balance the protection of the NMW resource and sustainable agricultural development within the catchment.

International trade environment is rapidly changing. Developing all economic activities included in the value chain of economy out of a particular country or region in the trends where globalization is spreading all over the world, 'a borderless world' has been created and become common throughout the world. Especially, in case of East Asian region, becoming the factory of the world, China has become a center of the world's economic activities in recent years; and the increase of regional investment among East Asian countries and trade expansion focused on China has been the factor of promoting the formulation of a regional trade network. SCM is an efficient way of adaptation to the complexity or uncertainty on the scene through the achievement of a sustainable competitive advantage by integrating the activities of improving the relationships in the supply chain. In this study, Sumitronics, a Japanese company, was studied as a case of the company who had implemented SCM effectively and efficiently utilizing the East Asian trade network. Not being engaged in the manufacturing processes in the headquarter, Sumitronics has implemented SCM which is capable of maximizing the responsiveness upon the requirements of customers by effective information sharing. In particular, the profits of the company have been maximized through SCM by its headquarter in Japan, which is capable of managing each base in East Asia as China and Southeast Asia, etc. Korean companies may also be able to create a new source of profit by dint of establishing SCM as such. The results of this case study has revealed that the implementation of an effective business model is the key of the successful implementation of SCM.

Although information communication technology (ICT) is long regard as very useful tool in today's construction engineering and project management environment, organizations must not only operate based upon its original setting, but also requires on-going observation, additional features and fine-tuning actions before the desirable outcome can be achieved. However, it is a very common phenomenon that organizations purchase the licensed "off-the-shelf-software" package and customize it to suit their own business need. Due to the incapability of such software and inefficient customization, the possible result is making that ICT tool not user-friendly and sometimes the whole system becomes obsolete. The purpose of this paper is to review and report those actions taken (between February 2006 and December 2010) by a construction organization to enhance the performance of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system launched in December 2002. Such actions include: improving data inputting method; removing the transition bottleneck; introducing crystallization function; revising the organization's "Delegation and Limits of Authority"; publishing the "League Table" amongst users; integrating the 3D Mode into the system and upgrading hardware. Whilst the ultimate goals of such system are well beyond the time limit of this research study, an obvious interim result, achieved by this case studied organization, was winning a landmark project worth US$500 million after the ERP system was functioned properly and effectively. Their experience and success becomes an exemplar which can be borrowed by those companies, from managerial perspectives and as a roadmap, planning to adopt information technology (IT) strategy and use ICT tool in the construction engineering and project management framework. Singapore, where public housing provisions have been a major concern of their citizens as the building stock gets older.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest the policy and scope of the concept of sports welfare and to present a systematic model enhancing sport welfare of the society. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to induce idea for welfare policy and conceptual sport welfare model, this study reviewed a literature discussing the functions and mechanism of sport in enhancing a sense of life quality and thus rebuilding welfare of community. Results: The study suggests these. First, sports welfare ensures the rights of sports of all citizens and has the main purpose of providing social services, creating environments against inequality, improving the quality of life and happiness for everyone to enjoy, and the range should be continued from the right to live, environments against inequality, to the improvement of life and happiness. Second, since the integrated perspective was first suggested, sports integration development will be researched as well as the direction of the development of policies of the integrated model. Basic research of indicator development will need to be proceeded to execute and evaluate the integrated model. Third, the improvement of treatment of sports welfare instructors is urgent. Namely, compared to sports-related budget and the enhancement of facilities, the poor environment of sports welfare instructors needs to be improved. Instead of only testing physical fitness and prescription, the business needs to be continued by connecting to the participants' continuous participation in sports. Conclusions: Whether sports welfare succeeds depends on the need for an active beneficiary, identification of demand, a beneficiary that can discover potential to join offline and online into one, the establishment of sports policies to promote competency development, and a direct progression is needed.

In a rapidly changing environment, dynamic resources have become important factors for companies, the use of Big Data come into focus new core value of business but researches on the major resources and capabilities of companies are insufficient. In this study, the effect of dynamic capability and entrepreneurial orientation in the SMEs on the intention of Big Data utilization are explored. For the purpose of empirical analysis, the survey condusted of 364 domestic SMEs to analyze the effect of dynamic capability on the intention of Big Data utilization through entrepreneurial orientation, performed a parallel multi-parameter analysis of using SPSS Win Ver.22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.0. The results of hypothesis testing showing that dynamic resources and entrepreneurial orientation had positive influence intention of big data utilization. For the determinants of Big Data utilization related to AI it provide suggestions thereby improving the understanding of dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation and helping to improve the management of SMEs.

The purpose of this study is to identify trends in T commerce and further propose ways to improve customer data-based services and development models for changes in broadcasting screens with the expansion of IPTV subscribers. Implementing a customized shopping model like mobile through TV media and improving customer satisfaction will reduce customer departures and provide a more convenient shopping environment through large screens. We would like to learn about the current status and problems of T commerce broadcasting and explain some technically validated models (channel-in-channel, AI speaker) and talk about improvement of legal (broadcasting and Internet multimedia business law) constraints.
