In this studies, the adsorption test using Chlorella pyrenoidosa was conducted to examine the effect of Pb adsorption according to various immobilized methods such as Ca-alginate, K-carrageenan, and Polyacrylamide. From the results, the duration to need to reach adsorption equilibrium was delayed according to the immobilization. And, the higher adsorption capacity of immobilized Chlorella pyrenoidosa was represented in the higher concentration of Pb, the smaller amount of immobilizing agent, and the higher pH of solution. The maximum adsorption capacity of Pb was shown in the adsorption test using Chlorella pyrenoidosa immobilized with Ca-alginate even though it was sensitive pH. The adsorption results properly represented with Freundlich isotherm equations. And, pseudo second-order chemisorption kinetic rate equation was applicable to all the biosorption data over the entire time range. The FT-IR analysis showed that the mechanism involved in biosorption of Pb by Chlorella pyrenoidosa was mainly attributed to Pb binding of carbo-acid and amide group. Adsorbed Pb on immobilized Chlorella prenoidosa was easily desorbed in the higher concentration of desorbents(NTA, HCl, EDTA, $H_2SO_4,\;Na_2CO_3$). Among the several desorbents, NTA showed the maximum desoption capacities of Pb from Chlorella pyrenoidosa immobilized with Ca-alginate and K-carrageenan and EDTA was the most effective in Chlorella pyrenoidosa immobilized with polyacrylamide. The desoprtion efficiency in the optimum condition was 90.0, 83.0, and 80.0%, respectively.
Purpose - Despite the global economic crisis, the numbers of coffee shops used for providing a place for social and cultural interactions show an upward trend and have become an indispensable part in people's daily life in recent years. Under the circumstance of tremendous efforts of searching new management strategies and projects, the concept of servicescape(which has physical environment characteristics) may provide a better alternative. Therefore, the purpose of this study can be broadly divided into 3 key points. First is to investigate the effects of servicescape on customer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty about Coffee Shops in Jeonju area. Second is to examine the mediating effect of customer satisfaction and service value between servicescape and customer loyalty. Third, there is evidence that indicates the moderating effect among the interaction of customer and staff, brand image and the composition of servicescape, customer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - This study begins empirical research about users of coffee shops' services. The data of the study is collected from 285 samples of a questionnaire which has been made from Korea and analysed by IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. Results - The results are reported below: First of all, the composition of condition, functionality, cleanliness and aesthetic characteristics of the servicescape has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and service value. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is identified as a factor to influence service value. Moreover, customer satisfaction and service value are identified as the causal relationship with customer loyalty. Besides, customer satisfaction and service value illustrated the mediation effect between the composition of servicescape and customer loyalty. Finally, the interaction between customer and staff, brand image illustrates the moderated effect. Conclusions - The composition of servicescape contributes to the formation of customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer's perceived service value in coffee shops. By meeting diverse and complex needs of consumers in coffee shop, the service value will not only attract loyal customers, but also increase customer loyalty and profitability. In a word, managers should rely on servicescape to enhance service experience by making differences with other competitors.

BtPlus is a group of biopesticides that are made of Bacillus thuringiensis and immunosuppressant. A new BtPlus that exhibits high insecticidal activity against mosquito larvae has been investigated in control efficacy in field conditions and its environmental safety against aquatic system. This study assessed the control efficacy of BtPlus against mosquito larvae with two different application methods. In aerial spraying application (100 mL per $3.3m^2$), BtPlus was effective at 50% or above formulation concentrations to control mosquito larvae. For a direct application to aqueous mosquito habitat, a semi-field mimicking paddy rice field was constructed. In this condition, BtPlus showed 80% and 100% control efficacies at 0.1% and 0.2% concentrations, respectively. BtPlus also showed 40% mortality against adults at 0.1% concentration in 10% sugar bait. However, its control efficacies against adults were much less than against larvae. Safety assessment of BtPlus against ecosystem was evaluated using young carp (Cyprinus carpio), a water flea (Daphnia magna), and a honey bee (Apis mellifera). BtPlus did not give any adverse effects on these nontarget organisms. Based on these results, BtPlus can be applied to control mosquitoes by direct aqueous application to paddy rice field.

This study was investigated to complement nitrogen removal of low concentration influent municipal sewage. The following are the results of the effect of Internal Recircularion and Step Feed rates on Treatment efficiency at a BOD low concentration influent municipal sewage. Up to 90.0% of BOD, 87.8% of COD, 71.0% of T-N, 75.3% of T-P were removed on average at a low concentration influent. Whereas BOD and T-P were removed without any relations to Step Feed rates, T-N was influenced. Nitrogen removal efficiencies in 80% of Step Feed rates was 65%, which was caused by the lack of Carbon Source for denitrification. Nitrogen removal efficiency in 40% of Step Feed rates was 58%, which means it was not removed but dischared. Consequently, the efficiency was 73%, 80%, and 78% in 70%, 60% and 50% of Step Feed rates, which was concluded as the best range of Step Feed rates. Nitrogen removal efficiency increased under the condition of Internal Recircularion. At over 150% of Internal Recircularion rate, the efficiencies were not affected any more. It is believed that lots of Recircularion caused inflow of DO to anoxic tank. Therefore, the most appropriate Internal Recircularion rate can be concluded as 50~150%.

Long subsea tunnel is subject to many restrictions in terms of spatial limitation when vertical or inclined shafts are built for tunnel ventilation. So, the construction of some artificial island is required to provide ventilation. But, because of construction difficulty and cost increase, it is necessary to minimize the artificial island construction. As a result, ventilation distance become longer and supply airflow becomes excessive due to air leakage, So, duct mounting for temporary ventilation is impossible or fan pressure and power increase exponentially. Therefore, in order to build a long subsea tunnel, it is necessary to overcome these practical problems and to develop technical solution that can keep the comfortable condition of tunnel environment during construction. In previous study, we have found that air leakage is the key factor in solving these problems and experimental results show that the new connection method has a leakage rate of about $1.46mm^2/m^2$ (Jo et al., 2017). In this study, we present the experimental results of the measurement of the leakage rate of the prototype with the new connection method, and analyze experimentally the improvement of the leakage rate when applying the flexible cover inside the duct to improve the leakage performance of the existing connection method.
These days, as the society has been in the trends of highly industrialized and the family has been downsized, there is remarkably increasing number of women who follow occupation. These changes have made it more difficult for the family to help post-partum mother, which had been performed in side of house. By the help of social believe that during at least 1 month after childbirth professional nursing program is indispensable for both maternity protection and physical-mental recuperation, now many post-partum care centers for post-partum mother have been in operation. Although these post-partum care center have in use for a long time, no study was performed before this study on the same subject. Data were analyzed using by SAS. The results of study are as follow : 1. The general features of the user of the post-partum care center. The predominant band of user's age is extended from 26 to 30. The users are mainly housewives and they are in higher level of incomes and educations. As for the feature of delivery methods, they performed the normal spontaneous vaginal delivery method by 58.0% and the Caesarean operation method by 42.0%. As for the sexuality for babies, 59.3% of infants are male, and 40.7% are female. The highest delivery order of users is first and admission after 1-3days delivery is highest. 2. The results for the investigation into the actual condition of the post-partum care center are as follow : About the main reason for entrance of the post-partum care center was found to be the needs for the better nursing programs for recuperation after childbirth. This demands are also supported by their husbands. The average length of stay in the post-partum care center is 17.6 days and the besides promised expense ; powdered milk, milk-suckers, disposable dippers, skin cares, body shape cares, entrophics, injections. The post-partum have private rooms for mother and infants. Over the half of average expense is 229 million won. They are paying accessory fees the post-partum care center have similar step organization : the nurses, the skin carers, the cleaners. Mostly both ways of feeding powdered milk and breast feeding are in use, and mother's milk is preserved in the night time to be given to infant by nurse in charge. 3. The results of the investigation on users' nursing demand to the post-partum care center and satisfaction are as follow : The ranking order of nursing demand of mothers who used the is that ; infant care demands, environmental demands, emotional and mental care demands, education and training demands. As much as 70% of the respondents have dissatisfaction in nursing program, The ranking order of service satisfaction of mothers who used appears to be higher following order ; satisfaction in infant care demand, satisfaction in physical nursing demand, satisfaction in emotional and mental nursing demand, satisfaction in education and training demand, satisfaction in environment nursing demand. The results of pearson correlation. between nursing demand and service satisfaction of mothers who used are found to be relative noticeable in the level of 0.05. only infant care. The 61.7% of the women who used the post-partum care center. are responding that they will reuse the same post-partum care center again.
When metal artifacts have to undergo conservation treatment, the person in charge of the treatment selects and uses various coating mixtures based on his judgment regarding their condition, material, or environment. Since the kinds of coating mixtures or solvents make a difference in the set time of cyanoacrylate adhesives, they have something to do with the efficiency of the conservation treatment. This study examines the effects and causes that affect the set time of cyanoacrylate adhesives according to the kinds of coating mixtures and solvents and suggests ways to increase the set time. As a result, it is thought that as the surface roughness gets flatter, the wettability of adhesive is improved further, which increases the set time. Moreover, the C-F binding of V-Flon, C-O-C absorption peak, molecular weight of the coating mixtures, and glass transition temperature (Tg) were the factors that significantly affected the set time. According to the result of measuring the set time based on the result of superficial and chemical analysis, relative difference was shown according to the kind and viscosity of adhesive, but all the adhesives indicated the following order of the set time: V-Flon > Paraloid B-72 (in xylene) > Paraloid NAD-10 > Paraloid B-72 (in acetone).
Pentachlorophenol(PCP), which is very persistent in soil and water environment, was tried to detoxify with oxidoreductive catalysts(peroxidase, laccase, tyrosinase and birnessite). To find out detoxification of PCP, the transformation of PCP through oxidative coupling was investigated in the presence of various oxidoreductive catalysts. PCP incubated with peroxidase was significantly transformed, however, in case of tyrosinase, the transformation was negligible. Using peroxidase, the optimal reaction condition was pH 5.6 and $16^{\circ}C$. The transformation of PCP was very fast in initiation step until 30 min but, that was not observed after 180 min. The transformation of PCP was increased by increasing peroacidase amount. When the effect of humic monomer was investigated as co-substrate on the transformation of PCP, the transformation of PCP was mostly decreased in the incubation with peroxidase, laccase, and birnessite. The transformation of PCP, however, was slightly increased by the incubation with tyrosinase in the presence of humic monomers as co-substrate, except catechol. On the basis of the results obtained, it may be suggested that PCP is able to be effectively detoxified through oxidative coupling mediated with oxidoreductive catalysts.

In case of the domestic condition, as the initiating from Sumjin River Dam, total 14 units of multipurpose dams had been constructed in 1965 for the roles of flood control, waterpower generation, irrigation, water supply, industrial water supply. In the case of such multipurpose dam, it produces electric energy by converting the potential energy utilizing its head and quantity of the water into kinetic energy. However, in this process, since during the time when the turbine connected to the hydraulic turbine dynamo revolves and there occurs a loud noise, it brings the physical, mental bad influences to those people also a decline of an effective working efficiency. On such point of view, after selection of various 16 measurement points, this study has measured and analyzed the travelling characteristics of noise generated at the hydraulic turbine dynamo in Daechung Dam, and also has evaluated the degree of indoor noise using the evaluation index such as PSIL, NC. As the result of noise-evaluation, in case of Daechung Dam, since the noise damage grade appears very seriously at various spaces, it is considering that its soundproof measure would be necessitated keenly. Also, it is considered that such data could be utilized as the valuable material hereafter for establishment of an efficient noise-reduction countermeasure and a comfortable working environment for the hydraulic turbine dynamo plant.
Purpose: To investigate the effect of corneal unique shape to changes of refractive full corrections when pupil size changes. Methods: Subjective refraction for monocular full correction was performed to 30 subjects ($23.33{\pm}1.78$ of age, 60 eyes) in two room conditions, 760 lx and 2 lx, respectively. Pupillary diameter was measured in two conditions and the change pattern was analyzed using a peak data of corneal topography. Results: Pupillary diameter was 3.74~4.00 mm in 760 lx and 5.52~5.90 mm in 2 lx. By comparison with refractive data in 760 lx, those data in 2 lx was changed as follows: more (-) spherical power of 17 eyes (28.3%), more (+) spherical power of 10 eyes (17.7%), more (-) cylinderical power of 17 eyes (28.8%), less (-) cylinderical power of 9 eyes (15.3%), and astigmatic axis rotation of 36 eyes (62.1%). From peak data of corneal topography, the changing pattern of two principal meridians was classified into 4 types. Conclusions: Expansion of the corneal refractive surface accompanied with pupillary dilation may be a main factor that effects the changing a values of subjective refraction because of unique corneal shape. Therefore, subjective refraction should be performed under the nearest lighting condition to a main living environment.
