The youths are characterized by their reckless and ambitious behavior. They exhibit a strong tendency to make risky decisions that may jeopardize their future. These qualities are also in line with their experience-seeking behavior. As young entrepreneurs aim high in profit-seeking activities, their ethical stance may be compromised. Moreover, their money profile increases at an accelerated pace, leading them to love money even more. Quantitatively, this study was the first to investigate the behavior of young entrepreneurs in terms of their love of money, religiosity, and ethical perceptions by adopting the hadith perspective in Islamic tradition by developing the scales of all constructs. The respondents were 261 members of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneur Association in Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia. This study also examined gender as the moderating variable. This study found that the love of money affects ethical perception negatively; on the other hand, religiosity positively affected ethics. Gender is found to moderate religiosity, but not love of money. These results signify the harmful impact of loving money too much on young entrepreneurs' ethics; furthermore, the scales developed from hadith revelation were able to capture the empirical findings significantly.
The growth of the fashionable hanbok market has led to a significant increase in the number of entrepreneurs or prospective entrepreneurs with small hanbok businesses. To develop the hanbok industry, the public sector is developing and providing education and support programs to enhance the competencies of individual hanbok brand entrepreneurs. This study conducted a survey of 213 subjects such as business operators, workers, and prospective workers in the changing hanbok industry. This study investigated their hanbok education experiences as well as future demands for education and public support programs. To explore differences based on individual characteristics, this study measured such characteristics using entrepreneurial orientation as well as the artistic and entrepreneurial competencies important in running a hanbok brand and analyzed the relationship demand for education and public support. Hanbok brand worker characteristics were classified into four groups based on individual characteristics: "traditionalist," "entrepreneur," "opportunist," and "businessman." Differences existed in terms of detailed education experience and demand as well as demand for public support, depending on the group. The results of this study contribute to development of hanbok curriculums that consider individual characteristics, the effective incubation of new and prospective hanbok brand entrepreneurs, as well as the research on founding small-scale fashion businesses.

As a result of the study, insights were derived about the background of entrepreneurs settling in the region, the motivation for starting a business using local resources, the impact of government and local government support, business strategies for sustainable growth, and the entrepreneurs' personal performance. Through this analysis, we hope to provide important insights into the positive impact local entrepreneurship has on the community and how young entrepreneurs contribute to local development.
There is growing empirical evidence that passion is an important part of entrepreneurship and influences the intentions, behaviors and performance of entrepreneurs, employees and startups. Passion is especially important in an entrepreneurial context, given the effort and challenge that entrepreneurs starting a startup must overcome. The purpose of this study was to confirm the effect of the passion of startup entrepreneurs participating in the accelerator incubation program and the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. In addition, we tried to confirm whether entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role in this influence relationship. The survey was conducted online by startups entrepreneur who completed the accelerator incubation program. A total of 330 questionnaires were used for the analysis. As a result of the empirical analysis, it was confirmed that the passion of startup entrepreneurs and the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers all had a positive (+) effect on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. The influence of passion was found to be high in the order of startup entrepreneurs, accelerator entrepreneurs, and accelerator managers. It was confirmed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a mediating role between the passion of startup entrepreneurs, the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs, and the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups, respectively. However, no significant mediating role was identified between the passion of accelerator managers and the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. This study is significant in empirically confirming for the first time that the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. The passion of accelerator entrepreneurs and managers is playing an important role as a hidden lynchpin in creating the entrepreneurial performance of incubator startups. In particular, since the passion of accelerator entrepreneurs has a great influence on the performance of incubator startups, it is necessary to recognize this fact and carefully examine their passion reputation when startups select accelerators.

Entrepreneurship is considered as the main leadership creating enterprises and employment. However, in Korea empirical studies linking Korean entrepreneurial performances with her characteristics are rarely in existence. Current study focuses on Korean entrepreneurs in manufacturing, construction and other technologically intensive (MCOT henceforth) industries compared to entrepreneurs in service and other technologically less intensive (SOT henceforth) industries and to professional/technical wage workers and examines effects of human capital, demographic, and risk-taking characteristics on earnings. Education premium is higher for entrepreneurs in MCOT industries than for professional/technical workers, even though science and engineering diploma pays better in the latter, and that concentration in college causes more selection into the latter occupational family. In terms of education premium and effects of other characteristics SOT industry entrepreneurship and self-employment appear to be lower grade occupational families, even though there appear to be significant comparative advantages working in their selection.

The outcomes of entrepreneurship studies have been tried to help the entrepreneurs in start-up stages, but the outcomes of the entrepreneurship research are not fully utilized to guide the activities of the entrepreneurs in start-up businesses. To utilize the outcomes of entrepreneurship research for helping entrepreneurs effectively, an entrepreneurship ontology, a systemized specification of the knowledge in the entrepreneurship research, has to be established, Based on the entrepreneurship ontology, the knowledge of entrepreneurial processes can be illustrated, and a diagnosis and coaching system for the entrepreneurs can be built effectively. To establish an entrepreneurship ontology, this study investigates the intellectual structure of entrepreneurship studies by analyzing the contents of top journals in entrepreneurship field, and identifies the relationship among the key concepts through bibliometric analyses based on entrepreneurship corpus, This study suggests a method of establishing entrepreneurship ontology and utilization of the ontology. Through utilization of the entrepreneurship ontology, it is expected to explain the entrepreneurial processes effectively and to improve the rate of business success.

The study aims to investigate the factors pursuing the women entrepreneurs to accept Islamic microfinance (IMF) in urban and rural areas of Malaysia. For this purpose, the study applies the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Innovation and Diffusion Theory to explain Islamic microfinance adoption. Using the structural equation model (SEM) with primary data collected from 384-woman entrepreneurs in Malaysia, the current study uses a 5-point Likert scale. On the basis of theory and collected data, the seven hypotheses are developed. All hypotheses are validated by both directly and indirectly, as well as through a mediating factor. Among the factors, knowledge about IMF and subjective norms significantly influence the acceptance of IMF. On the other hand, the perceived complexity does not show any substantial relationship to the acceptance of IMF. This outcome will be helpful in supporting policymakers, academics, and future studies and must take into account the supported factors. Therefore, the study contributes to develop an innovative framework, to create self-employment for women entrepreneurs.

According to a study, among entrepreneurs' psychological characteristics, need for achievement has a significant impact on business performance, whereas risk-taking propensity is found to have no significant impact on business performance. In addition, among entrepreneurs' competency characteristics, vision, social deftness, and network reliability have no impact on business performance, whereas opportunity recognition and frequency of network have an impact on business performance. On the other hand, need for achievement has a negative impact on controlling business incubator services. Business incubator services have a significant impact on the relationship between vision, network reliability and business performance.
There is a growing concerns for startups and management issues in the small business sector. In the Korean unique condition, female-owned small business seemed to play a crucial role in stimulating domestic demands and replacements for workforce reductions in the time of reduced birth rates and export-driven economy. Despite importance of female-owned small businesses, domestic statistics about female small businesses are not well recognized and defined. To design the current entrepreneurship training programs for female entrepreneurs more female-friendly, we need to improve overall environments surrounding training systems. We can classify the environmental improvement for women-friendly entrepreneurship training into three types as follows: First, it is needed to conduct regular surveys on difficulties female entrepreneurs may have. To develop a program for women-friendly entrepreneurship training, extensive and thorough survey is required for entrepreneurship training goals. To design women-friendly entrepreneurship training for women entrepreneurs henceforth, preliminary surveys should be carried out to detect problems within the course of the program and women's expectation regarding entrepreneurship training. Second environmental improvement is to overcome the lack of information on entrepreneurship training for women. Difficulties that women entrepreneurs experience are different from their counterparts, male. Last is about overcoming the lack of follow-up management after opening a business. To surmount the issue, we need to organize a management improvement consulting systems focused on female entrepreneurs. Establishing networks connecting female businesses should be the most urgent measure. With this regard, if follow-up services for female entrepreneurs are provided for at least three years from the time a business is opened, it may produce even more desirable results.
