The objective of this research was to develop a rural settlement demand model to analyze the determinants of settlement demand of urban residents. The point aimed at from model development was deriving stated preference of potential consumers towards rural settlement through setting a hypothetical market, and using settlement subsidy as a surrogate variable for price in the demand model. The adequate demand model deducted from hypothetical market data was derived from the basis of Hanemann's utility difference theory. In the rural settlement demand model, willingness to accept was expressed by a function of settlement subsidy. Data utilized in the analysis was collected from surveys of households nationwide. According to inferred results of the demand model, settlement subsidy had a significant influence on increasing demand for rural settlement. A significant common element was found among variables affecting demand increase through demand curve shift. The majority group of those with high rural settlement demand sought agricultural activity as their main motive, due to harsh urban environments aggravated by unstable job market conditions. Subsequently, restriction of income opportunities in rural areas does not produce an entrance barrier for potential rural settlers. Moreover, this argument could be supported by the common trend of those with high rural settlement demand generally tending to have low incomes. Due to such characteristics of concerned groups of rural settlement demand, they tended to react susceptibly to the subsidy provided by the government and local autonomous entities.

Understanding aspects of the use of Korean representative Soraksan National Park and investigating the factors affecting visitors' decision-making, this study aims to suggest a positive development plan for the rational use of the national park. The questionnaire is for those who have visited Soraksan National Park more than once. This research shows that most of the visitors wish ‘entrance congestion’ to be solved by introducing a ‘previous reservation’ system and a non-polluting shuttle bus; therefore there is a chance that they could be introduced for the settlement of the existing problems.

Design of settlement space is a complicated process while reasonable spatial layout bears great significance on the development and resource allocation of a settlement. The study proposes a weighted L-system generation algorithm based on CA (Cellular Automation) model which tags the spatial attributes of cells through changes in their state during the evolution of CA and thus identifies the spatial growth mode of a settlement. The entrance area of the Caidian Botanical and Animal Garden is used a case study for the model. A design method is proposed which starts from the internal logics of spatial generation, explores possibility of spatial rules and realizes the quantitative analysis and dynamic control of the design process. Taking a top-down approach, the design method takes into account the site information, studies the spatial generation mechanism of settlements and further presents a engine for the generation of multiple layout proposals based on different rules. A optimal solution is acquired using GA (Genetic Algorithm) which generates a settlement spatial layout carrying site information and dynamically linked to the surround environment. The study aims to propose a design method to optimize the spatial layout of the complex settlement system based on parametric generation.

This paper aims to clarify the transformation and housing spatial form of the Port Settlement of Rivershore in Sangbu-village, Samrangjin. The form of site are many fixed forms, has the narrow width of a site and the length is long. Although built as a shop house those days, there is much what changed to the residence now. If the space composition of a residence is seen, it is one building and what goes in and out through the door is common. When a focus is applied and analyzed to the transformation of a residence, position change of formation of the door and an entrance is noticeable.

This research surveyed the native resources which BiBo(replenishing shortages by helping each other) landscapes have been preserved by aiming at the village settlement spaces of five cities and counties in Gangwon Youngseo province. This research reveals that BiBo landscape patterns of 41 village forests, 23 BiBo symbols, and 6 BiBo ponds were surveyed. The village forests are all 41 places, and were mainly made on the plains in front of villages. BiBo functions of the forests were in the order of the land obstructing the view of the mouth of a river which is the most as 13 places, the land obstructing the view of the mouth of river, situation complements, village protection, and protection against wind. Bibo symbols were all 23 places. Towers, stone towers, menhirs, and Maitreya stones were 12 places, Jangseungs(a signpost raising on the entrance of the village or a temple) were 6 places, Sotdae(a pole raising at the entrance of the village as the symbol of a board or a village protecting deity) was 1 place, and the others were made multiply in 4 places. Bibo symbols were located at 21 places in front of villages. The village protection in Bibo functions was 6 places. 6 Bibo ponds were surveyed. Most Bibo ponds were made for earth power leakage prevention.

Owing to the digital revolution, Internet Commerce and Electronic commerce, revolutionize the way of doing business and making payment. The entrance of the Internet has a prominent for spread of Electronic Commerce and those phenomenons will result in paperless trading and cashless trade. By virtue of Internet, an increasing share of business transactions occurs online. Electronic payment is essential for the smooth progress of the electronic commerce as electronic payment plays the important role in the electronic commerce, that is, the value transfer restyling from the electronic commerce. Traditionally international settlement systems such as letters of credits, remittance and documentary collections operated as important and poplar method of payment, Now, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet. In international trade, there are service providers (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) to settle payment electronically through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to Conduct comparative analysis with approach manner functional respect systematic respect, role. It is shown which the Electronic payment system is better. In this study, the author attempts to find the problems is (bolero, TradeCard, BeXcom) and solutions in switching from the documentary payment system to the electronic one. This conclusion of this study can be summarized as followings. In resoect of the law, bolero should seek to prevert the users from being treated unfairly due to multilateral agreement on Rulebook. TradeCard, BeXcom do not have the proper law that users are governed. so far as the practice problems concerned, stability of computer's operation and security of message interchange should be warranted and improved continuously. Through the standardization of the electronic document and the development of software, the examination of the shipping occuments must be done automatically. Bolero should induce more banks to take part in Bolero, and make the carrier the cost and time in managing the traditional document which will be used for the time being. In respect of information technology and security, to deduce the risk in the electronic settlement system and positively uses the global authentication guideline(Identrus).

In generally, soil embankment on soft foundation is caused to reduce the stability by making the settlement of ground surface due to the over load. Thus, we try to make it stable by building EPS embankment construction which in our working place is one kind of the method of light embankment construction after excavating the original ground.
