본 연구에서는 조직 내 생산부문에서 전개되는 혁신활동에 대한 최고경영자 및 구성원의 관심과 참여가 궁극적으로 기업경영성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 구조방정식을 적용하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 기업 내 혁신활동의 성공을 위한 실천적인 방안을 찾고, 많은 기업에서 공유함으로써 보다 효율적인 혁신활동을 전개할 수 있도록 지원하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 277개사를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 이루어졌으며, 수집된 설문자료는 데이터의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검토한 후 구조방정식을 이용한 모형의 설계 및 검증 과정을 통해 진행하였다. 그 결과 경영자에 의한 비전제시와 혁신활동지원 등에 대한 확고한 의지표명이 조직구성원 입장에서 혁신활동의 토대가 되는 교육 및 소집단활동, 제안활동 참여에 적극 가담하도록 영향을 미치고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 혁신활동의 성과 제고에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 작업자의 교육 및 활동 참여의지가 혁신활동성과에 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 것도 확인할 수 있었으며, 결과적으로 매출액 증대, 영업이익률 증대, 원가절감 등과 같은 기업의 경영성과에도 긍정적인 작용을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 전남지역의 사회적 기업이 지속적인 발전을 할 수 있도록 활성화방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 조사는 전남 일원에 거주하는 사회적기업종사자를 조사대상자로 선정 하였다. 조사대상자는 총 210부 중 180부 회수하였고 사전교육과정을 통해 직접 방문하여 응답결과를 기록하는 방법을 원칙으로 자기기입방법을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 분석은 T-검정과 구조분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 사회적 기업의 제도효과성이 종사자만족도인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적 기업의 인증제도, 지자체의 우선구매제도가 효과적이라고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 사회적 기업의 지속가능성이 종사자만족도인식에 영향을 미치는 젓으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적 기업이 성장하기 위해 새로운 사업아이템 발굴의 필요성이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 셋째, 사회적기업의 운영애로사항이 종사자만족도인식에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 사회적 기업에 대한 지방정부로부터 공식적인 인정을 못 받음으로서 발생하는 애로사항은 종사자만족도인식에 영향을 미치지 않았다.

기업이 생산하고 있는 생산고추세를 이익도표에 의해서 그 유동상태를 수식화 함으로서 경영활동의 흐름을 과학화하면서 사실의 파악을 체계화하는 연구로서 이제까지의 연구에서는 이들이 폐쇄적이며 개별적인 부문활동으로만 전개됨으로서 전사적 경영이 결여되면서 생산활동에 대한 기업수익과의 상관분석이 불가능했던 것이나 본 연구에서는 이익도표와 생산고추세를 통합함으로서 새로운 체계를 마련하는 동시에 사전분석기법을 개발하고자 시도한 것이다.

제사업의 경영적 특성을 고려하여 경영수익성의 격차를 결정짓는 요인을 비교 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 제사업의 경영수익성을 결정짓는 것은 매출이익률이다. 2. 매출이익률을 실현시키는 것은 생사원가구성비목 중 일반 관리 판매비이다. 3. 생사원가와 상관이 높은 비목은 제조경비이다.

Changes in the business environment in which intense and sustained growth and survival must meet a variety of customer needs (Q, C, D) and business side of the enterprise for profit structure reformation is absolutely necessary for innovation activities. So far, management of innovation in method BPR, PI, OVA, 6 Sigma, Strategic Purchasing, PPM, SCM etc. are being introduced. However, they have a limit of partial optimization and improvement-oriented techniques. So this paper studied the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) application in order to derive empirical methodology to maximize profitability for the domestic S foundry factory. To this end, long-term gains through structural analysis and intensity analysis to ensure continued growth and profitability strategy are devised through management Innovation analysis. And improvement projects was presented to solve main issues of five categories(Inventory, Sales Mix, Cost, Quality Cost, Skill and Work-load) We will expect the office productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

오늘날 경영환경은 국가의 신용도나 기업의 신용등급이 사회적으로 매우 중요하게 인식되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 국제 거래에 있어서도 중요하게 부각되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이처럼 국내외에서 신용평가의 중요성 및 신뢰성이 중요해지는 시점에서 본 연구는 기업의 수익성, 안전성, 활동성, 재무성장성, 손익성장성의 재무비율을 분석하여 그 재무지표들이 기업가치 및 법인세에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 더불어 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향도 함께 분석해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 2017년도 코스피 유가증권상장기업 465개 기업을 대상으로 해당 기업의 재무비율을 계산하여 기업가치 및 법인세가 신용평가에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한 추가 연구를 통해 K-IFRS 도입 첫해인 2011년부터 최근까지인 2018년까지의 8년간 KOSPI 유가증권 상장기업의 재무자료를 시계열 분석하여 신뢰성 및 일관성있는 결론을 도출하려고 노력하였다. 연구 결과 각 재무비율인 수익성, 안전성, 활동성, 재무성장성, 손익성장성을 나타내는 변수들 간의 유의수준도 손익성장성을 제외하고는 99%에서 유의함을 알 수 있었다. 연구 가설의 검증 결과 코스피 유가증권상장기업들의 수익성은 기업가치 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 반면 안전성과 성장성은 기업가치 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있지 못하였다. 또한 활동성은 기업가치에는 유의적인 영향을 미치나 법인세에는 유의적인 영향을 미치고 있지 못하다는 결과를 얻었다. 이와 더불어 기업가치가 기업신용도 및 법인세에 유의적인 영향을 미치고, 법인세도 기업신용도에 유의적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였고 이를 통해 법인세의 매개효과 기능도 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 추가 연구 결과 2011년부터 2018년까지 8년간의 재무비율을 살펴보면 KARA와 LTAX 두 변수는 KISC에 1% 유의수준에서 유의적임을 확인할 수 있었던 반면, LEVE 변수는 KISC에 유의적이지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 확인된 바와 같이 기업들의 신용지표로 세무상 정보의 영향을 분석한 선행연구가 많지 않은 현실에서 본 연구는 기업의 법인세에 영향을 미치는 기업재무 정보를 확인하는데 큰 의의가 있으며 더 나아가 기업의 세무 자료가 자세히 공개되지 않는 상황에서 재무자료를 통한 세무정책 수립에도 많은 유효성이 있을 것으로 생각된다.

2005, National railway was converted from government enterprise form to public corporation form. Korail is facing in necessity to equip new manpower operating system to achieve public enterprise's part and two purposes called profit creation according to conversion to construction system. Accordingly, railway construction work began services for formation diagnostic and job analysis to construct management formation of new paradigm, personnel management course manpower operation system of the job value priority. This dissertation is research for direction establishment of human resource management(HRM) of railway construction work. Examined problem of current personnel management system with trend of HRM paradigm for this. And presented various strategy to construct greeting executive system of job putting first in person putting first and strengthens formation capacity.

The studies on the logistics has been mainly centered on the logistics information system and logistics performance on the supply chain for the enterprise's profit making. For sustainable development, it's being required the construction of recycling-oriented system, and it's also necessary to construct the efficient system not only in forward but in reverse channel. In addition, it's required to construct information system for supporting reverse logistics smoothly. In this study of manufacturing enterprises, recognition on the environmental problems is set as the adaptation degree to the national environmental regulations and enterprise's concern to the environmental logistics, and it presents the direction through analyzing the effects of such environmental logistics recognition on reverse logistics information system and performance. In order to achieve these aims, it was performed through combining philological and positive studies.

This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR for more production, and supply Inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.

The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management. In this paper, It consolidates the necessity on a LTV(Life Time Value) and analyzes data which is concerned of Customer Value. Under the these environments, defines the LTV(Life Time Value) rule that can improve the customer value.
