Korea APEC ENGINEER Monitoring Committee had announced the Code of Ethics for APEC ENGINEER in Oct. 1999. Korea APEC ENGINEER REGISTER had included the ethical model of APEC ENGINEER as required essential subject to be lectured for continuing professional development. The code of ethic is necessary for the benefit of the engineers themselves. The code of ethic is necessary for the benefit of the engineers themselves. The comparison between Korean code of ethics and Australian code of ethics shows that Australian gives more points to the Engineer's role to protect the safety of the public. Korea has too many laws regulating the engineers'practice, which can be handled by the cede of ethics. From now on, we, engineers should pay more attentions to the code of engineer's ethics and establish new and best model of ethics by enough discussion.

The purpose of this study was to compare and analysis researches related the promising career and job outlook and to provide the direction for job choice to engineering students. Literature review and expert council were used to achieve the objectives of study. The result of this study was analyzed that these jobs were promising, that is, environmental scientist and specialist, earth scientist and hydrologist(education and research related career), architecture and architectural engineer, civil engineer, landscape technician, land surveyor map production expert photo surveyor surveying technician(construction related career), material engineer (mechanics and material related career), mine and geology engineer(chemistry, fiber and environment related career), computer system design and analyst, system software engineer, application software engineer, web specialist, and computer support specialist (electrical and telecommunication related career) and food engineer(food related career). In addition, health silver specialist, bio biomedical engineer, renewable energy specialist etc. were promising by considering social and economic trend for demographic change like aging and green growth.

Product liability law is published at 1st July '94 after long study and discussion. Product liability research commitee of Japan Consulting Engineer's Association that was started on september '91, is continuing the research of technical problems and consulting business for product liability. The Ministry of International Trade and Industry release the manual of product liability for an enter prise that is the standard to performe this problems in Japan. These gists of the manual and future business of Japan consulting engineer for these problems are mentioned.

Exam administration agreement was signed by the Korean Professional Engineers Association (KPEA) and the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) at the 2nd National Convention of Professional Engineers on 6 September 2008. Korean engineers can take U.S. Professional Engineer examination under proctor of KPEA in Korea from next April. It helps to broaden for Korean young engineers to have a chance to work and to be recognized as a professional engineer in the U.S. This is a brief introduction of U.S. Professional Engineer system and examination.
