한국 이갈이 환자의 성격 유형 검사(MBTI) (Personality Type Test(MBTI) of the Korean Bruxism Patients)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 스트레스와 관련된 이갈이 환자의 성격요인을 MBTI를 이용하여 분석하고, 어떤 성격 유형이 이갈이 환자에게 많이 발생하는 지를 밝힘으로써 그 성격별 특징을 이해하고, 향후 환자에게 균형 잡힌 선호를 갖도록 방안을 제시하고 조언을 해줌으로써 심인성 환자의 치료 효율을 높임과 동시에, 기존과는 차별화된 다양한 생존 전략을 고심해야 할 시점에 이갈이 원인 중 성격 요인이 크다는 것을 밝혀 타 병원과의 차별성 획득 방안을 마련하고자 하는 것이다. 실증 분석 결과를 종합해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이갈이 환자에서는 I 비율이 높게 나왔다. 이는 주의집중과 에너지 방향을 자기 내부에 집중을 하며, 사생활이 보호되는 것을 좋아하는 내향성이 스트레스 발산에 둔감할 수 있으므로 이갈이를 한다고 생각할 수 있다. 둘째, 이갈이 환자에서는 T비율이 높게 나왔다. 이는 의사결정 시에 원리, 논리, 원칙에 따르고, 분석적인 사고형이 심인성 스트레스가 크다고 생각된다. 셋째, 이갈이 환자의 ST분포가 월등히 높았다. 이는 일의 생산성과 효과, 효율성을 추구하는 보수적인 성향이 있는 유형이 이갈이를 잘 한다는 것을 의미하고, 이로 인한 긴장과 스트레스도 많으리라고 생각된다. 넷째, 이갈이 환자에서는 IJ지표가 높았다. 이는 변화하기 어렵고 준비에 철저한 성격인 결정 지향적 내향형이 이갈이를 많이 하게 된다는 결론을 가질 수 있다. 다섯째, 이갈이 환자에서 IT지표가 높았다. 내향적 사고형이 쉽게 상처받는 그들의 성격 특성상 스트레스의 강도가 크리라 생각된다. 마지막으로, 이갈이 환자에서는 IS지표가 높았다. 이는 조용하고 수동적이나 다른 사람의 감정에 대해 방어적인 내향적 감각형이 이갈이를 많이 하는 것을 의미한다. 이 결과에서 나타나듯이 이갈이 환자군은 분명한 성격유형 특징이 있다. 분석적이고 내향적인 유형이 많은 이갈이 집단이 대조군에 비해 스트레스의 인지 정도가 더 높으리라 사료된다.

온난화 처리가 신갈나무(Quercus mongolica)와 졸참나무(Q. serrate)의 종자발아와 생장에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Experimental Warming on Seed Germination and Growth of Two Oak Species (Quercus mongolica and Q. serrata))

  • 본 연구는 기온상승 강도에 따른 우리나라 주요 참나무류의 종자 발아와 초기생장에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 신갈나무와 졸참나무를 대상으로 온도구배온실을 이용하여 대조구, 중간 강도 온난화 처리구($+1.7^{\circ}C$) 및 강한 강도 온난화 처리구($+3.2^{\circ}C$)를 준비하여 재배실험을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 발아반응과 초기생장 반응은 기온상승 강도 및 수종에 따라 차이를 보였다. 중간 강도의 온난화 환경은 두 종의 발아반응을 촉진하고, 생장량(묘고, 근원경)과 생물량(잎, 줄기, 뿌리의 건중량 및 총 생물량)을 증가시켜, 초기정착에 다소 유리할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 Tm에서 두 종 모두 대조구보다 낮은 RMR과 높은 H/D율을 나타내, 장기적으로는 생장에 불리하게 작용할 수 있을 것임을 암시한다. 강한 강도의 온난화 환경은 신갈나무와 졸참나무의 발아반응을 촉진시켰으나, 생육기간 종료 시점의 총 생물량은 대조구보다 유의하게 낮았다. 뿌리 생장은 대조구보다 크게 저하되었고, 이로 인하여 RMR은 낮고 S/R율은 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 강한 강도의 온난한 환경이 봄철에는 발아시기를 앞당겨 생장기간을 증가시켰지만, 여름철에는 임계치 이상의 높은 온도가 생장에 스트레스요인으로 작용하는데 기인한 것으로 판단된다. 식물의 생장은 온난화 처리기간, 토양수분, 광환경 등의 환경요인에 따라 다를 수 있으므로, 온난화에 의한 영향을 정확하게 판단하기 위해서는 다른 환경인자에 대한 모니터링과 장기간에 걸친 추가 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. 기온상승에 대한 두 식물의 반응을 비교하면, 발아 반응에서 졸참나무가 신갈나무보다 기온상승에 따른 발아율 상승이 높게 반응하였고, 생물량 분배반응에서 신갈나무가 졸참나무보다 민감하게 반응하는 차이를 보였다. 이는 자연에서 양 식물의 공간 분포가 가져오는 미기후 차이에서 비롯된 것으로 판단된다.

북서태평양 몬순이 동중국해 주변의 태풍활동에 미치는 영향 (Possible Effect of Western North Pacific Monsoon on Tropical Cyclone Activity around East China Sea)

  • 이 연구는 최근 37년(1977-2013) 동안 여름철 동중국해에 영향을 준 태풍빈도와 북서태평양 몬순지수와의 상관을 분석하였다. 두 변수 사이에는 뚜렷한 양의 상관관계가 존재하였으며, 엘니뇨-남방진동 해를 제외하여도 높은 양의 상관관계는 변하지 않았다. 이러한 두 변수 사이에 양의 상관관계의 원인을 알아보기 위해 가장 높은 북서태평양 몬순지수를 갖는 11개 해(양의 북서태평양 몬순지수 위상)와 가장 낮은 북서태평양 몬순지수를 갖는 11개 해(음의 북서태평양 몬순지수 위상)를 선정하여 두 위상 사이에 평균 차를 분석하였다. 양의 북서태평양 몬순지수 위상에는 태풍들이 열대 및 아열대 서태평양의 동쪽해역으로부터 동중국해를 지나 한국 및 일본을 향해 북상하는 경향을 나타내었다. 음의 북서태평양 몬순지수 위상에는 태풍들이 남중국해를 지나 중국 남부지역을 향해 서진하는 패턴을 보였다. 따라서 동아시아 중위도까지 먼 거리를 이동하면서 바다로부터 충분한 에너지를 얻을 수 있는 양의 북서태평양 몬순지수 위상에의 태풍강도가 더 강하였다. 또한 양의 북서태평양 몬순지수 위상에 태풍들이 더 많이 발생하는 특성을 보였다. 850 hPa과 500 hPa에서의 수평 대기순환에 대한 두 위상 사이에 차에서는 열대 및 아열대 서태평양에서 저기압 아노말리가, 동아시아 중위도 지역에는 고기압 아노말리가 강화되었다. 이 두 기압계 아노말리로 인해 동중국해에서는 남동풍 아노말리가 발달하였으며, 이 남동풍 아노말리가 태풍들을 동중국해로 향하게 하는 지향류 아노말리의 역할을 하였다. 또한 열대 및 아열대 서태평양에서 발달한 저기압 아노말리로 인해 양의 북서태평양 몬순지수 위상에 태풍들이 좀 더 많이 발생할 수 있었다.

양파 Oleoresin의 저장중 품질 변화 (Quality Stability of Oleoresin Onion)

  • 양파를 생채로 착즙하여 분리한 액즙을 Brix 70%까지 감압농축시킨 것과 이어서 잔사에 ethyl alcohol을 가하여 추출한 것을 농축시켜 같이 합하고, 갈변방지를 위하여 1% cysteine의 첨가와 유화제로서 2% PGDR을 첨가하여 양파 oleoresin을 저장중 품질 안정성을 검토하였다. 양파로부터 oleoresin에 추출된 당은 저장온도 5$^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$ 및 4$0^{\circ}C$에서 매우 안정하여 저장 60일후까지도 함량변화는 거의 일어나지 않았다. 양파 oleoresin 추출 직후 갈변도를 나타내는 흡광도가 0.38로 담갈색을 띄었는데 5$^{\circ}C$에서는 저장 60일 후에도 변화가 거의 없었으나, $25^{\circ}C$ 및 4$0^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 경우는 60일후 흡광도가 1.53 및 3.32로 증가하였고, cysteine을 1% 첨가한 경우는 대조구에 비하여 갈색 억제효과가 상당히 나타나 4$0^{\circ}C$에서 60일간 저장하였을 때의 흡광도는 대조구의 절반 수준으로 나타났다. 유화 안정성은 5$^{\circ}C$ 저장의 경우 20일, 40일 및 60일 후에 분리되지 않는 emulsion 층의 부피가 각각 96.8%, 94.1% 및 9.06%로 매우 안정하였고, $25^{\circ}C$ 및 4$0^{\circ}C$에서 60일간 저장 후는 83.2% 및 75.4%로 유화상태가 다소 불안정하였다. 생체 양파로부터 추출한 oleoresin을 저장시키지 않고 바로 대두유에 1%를 첨가한 경우와 0.02% BHA를 첨가하였을 때 A.I.는 각각 1.39 및 1.72를 나타내어 0.02% BHA를 첨가한 대두유의 유도기간 연장효과에 대하여 80.8%에 해당하는 항산화 활성을 나타내었고, 5$^{\circ}C$$25^{\circ}C$에서 60일 동안 저장한 양파 oleoresin을 대두유에 각각 1% 첨가하였을 때의 A.I.는 1.37 및 1.30을 나타내어 실온 또는 그 이하의 온도에서는 양파 oleoresin이 가지는 항산화 활성은 매우 안정하였으며, 4$0^{\circ}C$에서 저장 60일후의 양파 oleoresin의 A.I.는 1.08로 나타나 고온에서 저장기일이 길수록 불안정하였다. Overall odor intensity의 지표로서 total pyruvate 함량변화는 5$^{\circ}C$, $25^{\circ}C$ 및 4$0^{\circ}C$에서 저장 60일 후 잔존율이 각각 89.9%, 79.7% 및 65.2%로 저온에서 상당히 안정하였다. 양파 oleoresin의 저장중 pyruvate 감소에 대한 반응속도 상수는 저장온도 범위 5~4$0^{\circ}C$에서 1.381~4.735m㏖/$\ell$.hr, Q10 값은 1.537~1.694, 그리고 활성화 에너지는 11.649㎉/g mole이었다.

인공광 식물공장에서 수경배양액 및 광질 조절이 상추 실생묘 생장에 미치는 영향 (Hydroponic Nutrient Solution and Light Quality Influence on Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) Growth from the Artificial Light Type of Plant Factory System)

  • 인공광 식물공장에서는 작물을 생산하기 위하여 일반적으로 화학비료 유래 무기성분을 포함하는 배양액을 시용하여 수경재배한다. 본 연구에서는 광질이 상이한 식물공장에서 관행의 무기배양액 일부 또는 전량을 유기배양액으로 대체할 수 있는 폐기 농업부산물 유래 유기배양액을 시용하여 수경재배하고 작물의 생장에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 청색, 적색 및 백색 LED를 1:2:1의 비율로 혼합한 혼합LED 및 관행의 형광등 조사 조건에서 적치마와 청치마 상추 실생묘를 35일간 수경재배한 결과, 적치마와 청치마 상추의 생체중 및 전개엽수 증가는 형광등을 조사한 Y구에서 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 그러나 유·무기 혼합배양액 처리구인 YK 및 YTJ에서는 오히려 혼합LED 조사구에서 증가하였다. 유기배양액 단용 또는 유·무기 혼합배양액 처리시 엽내 SPAD치는 두 실생묘 모두 Y구와 유사하거나 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 관행의 무기배양액인 Y구에서 배양액내 구성성분 중 가장 많은 양을 차지하고 있는 무기성분인 NO3-N은 재배 개시일에 약 97 mg/L으로, 적치마와 청치마 상추 실생묘에서 모두 재배기간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 적치마의 경우 재배종료시 각 처리구별 NO3-N 농도는 형광등 조사시 약 29 mg/L, 혼합LED 조사시 24 mg/L였으며, 청치마의 경우 형광등 조사시 약 26 mg/L, 혼합LED 조사시 47 mg/L로, 초기 투입량 대비 25~48% 정도의 양이 재배종료시까지 흡수되지 않고 남아 있었다. 재배개시일 NH3-N 농도는 Y구3-N 잔여량은 약 13%로 최대값을 나타내었다. 관행의 무기배양액내 질산태질소는 작물체에 흡수되어 생체중, 엽수 증가와 같은 지상부 생장을 좌우하는 주요 성분이지만 재배종료시까지 전량이 흡수되지 않고 남아 있는 것으로 보아 상추 수경재배시 배양액내 질산태질소의 초기 투입량을 조절할 필요성이 대두되었다. 연구결과 농업부산물 유래 유기배양액을 활용하여 적치마와 청치마 상추를 수경재배할 경우 유기배양액 단용보다 유·무기 혼합배양액 시용으로 유기배양액내 부족한 질소 성분을 무기질소로 보충할 수 있어 무기성분 사용량 저감이 기대된다. 또한 상추 실생묘의 양적생장 추이와 달리 엽내 색소합성이 관행 무기배양액보다 특정 유기배양액 단용 또는 혼용에 의해 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 보아 작물체내 물질합성량, 유기배양액 사용기간 및 재이용 등 유기배양액의 화학적 특성 변화에 대한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.
