온실가스 감축컨설팅 우수기업 지정제 제도화방안 연구 (A Study on the Measure to Implement Certification Scheme for Consulting Company to Reduce GHG)

  • 온실가스 에너지 목표관리제 시행에 따라 대상기업 및 사업장에서는 온실가스 배출량 및 에너지 사용량 명세서, 목표관리 이행계획서 및 실적(온실가스 감축 잠재량 실적의 검증) 보고서 작성 등 당면과제가 놓여 있다. 따라서 관련 컨설팅 기업들이 대상기업의 감축목표를 달성하기 위하여 온실가스 감축시스템을 구축하고 실행하도록 유도하기 위한 방안의 하나로 우수기업 지정제와 같은 제도의 도입이 요청되고 있다. 본고에서는 온실가스 감축컨설팅 우수기업 지정에 관한 방안이 원활하게 시행되기 위한 제도화 방안으로 지정대상, 평가절차, 평가기준의 설정 및 평가기관의 평가위원회 구성 등 대안을 제시하였다.

  • Impact evaluation은 현재 시행중이거나 과거에 시행된 프로그램이 국가나 평가대상에 미치는 영향을 정량적으로 측정하는 평가 방법으로 경제적 상황이나 시장 트렌드와 같이 결과에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 외부효과를 제거하고 순수하게 프로그램만의 영향력을 산출한다. 이 방법은 원래 미국의 DOE(Department Of Energy)산하 EERE(Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy)에서 프로그램 평가를 위해 사용하는 General Program Evaluation Guide에서 언급된 5가지 평가방법 중 하나로 미국의 신재생에너지 프로그램 평가에 주로 사용된다. 이를 한국에 적용하기 위해 미국의 주택용 풍력보급 사업을 평가한 보고서인 Economic Development Impacts of Community wind Projects: A Review and Empirical Evaluation 을 분석 했다. 이 보고서에서는 I/O model을 이용해 직접적 영향력, 간접적 영향력, 유도된 영향력을 구했으며 이를 기존의 평가 보고서와 비교해서 시사점을 도출하였다.

Energy-factor-based damage-control evaluation of steel MRF systems with fuses

  • The primary objectives of this research are to investigate the energy factor response of steel moment resisting frame (MRF) systems equipped with fuses subject to ground motions and to develop an energy-based evaluation approach for evaluating the damage-control behavior of the system. First, the energy factor of steel MRF systems with fuses below the resilience threshold is derived utilizing the energy balance equation considering bilinear oscillators with significant post-yielding stiffness ratio, and the effect of structural nonlinearity on the energy factor is investigated by conducting a parametric study covering a wide range of parameters. A practical transformation approach is also proposed to associate the energy factor of steel MRF systems with fuses with classic design spectra based on elasto-plastic systems. Then, the energy balance is extended to structural systems, and an energy-based procedure for damage-control evaluation is proposed and a damage-control index is also derived. The approach is then applied to two types of steel MRF systems with fuses to explore the applicability for quantifying the damage-control behavior. The rationality of the proposed approach and the accuracy for identifying the damage-control behavior are demonstrated by nonlinear static analyses and incremental dynamic analyses utilizing prototype structures.

공기압 구동장치의 에너지효율 평가 (Evaluation of Energy Transfer Efficiency of Pneumatic Driving Apparatus)

  • In this study, an evaluation equation of energy efficiency of pneumatic driving apparatus is proposed. The evaluation equation is derived from state equation and energy equation of air in a control volume, and, the equation of motion of a moving part of a pneumatic cylinder. As a result, distribution of consumption energy and energy efficiency of pneumatic driving apparatus can be analyzed quantitatively. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by a pneumatic cylinder driving apparatus using a meter-out driving method.

실내체육관의 신재생에너지 공급의무비율에 따른 시스템 최적화 연구 (A Study on System Optimization according to the Supply Obligations Rate of New and Renewable Energy at an Indoor Gymnasium)

  • In statutes on the promotion of distribution of new and renewable energy, which were revised in 2014, daylight system and fuel cell were added in addition to existing new and renewable energy sources. This study, therefore, aimed at setting up targets for the introduction of daylight system and analyzing the installation rate of new and renewable energy which can be provided by daylight system for the aggressive use of daylight system, thereby deducting the optimal combination ratio with other new and renewable energy sources. The results of the study are as follows. First, when a prism-shaped daylight system was installed to a round indoor gymnasium among domestic indoor gymnasiums, out of a supply obligations allotment rate of 15% of new and renewable energy, the rate of daylight system was basically set at 2.5%. Second, therefore, with daylight system coming first, the lacked supply obligations rate was taken up by solar photovoltaic, solar heat and geothermal heat. In addition, using the KRESS Program, economic, technical, environmental and complexity evaluations for the upper 5% was made, deducting the optimal ratio of the system. The results produced the following optimal combination ratios: solar photovoltaic (83.3%) in economic evaluation, solar heat (8.3%) and geothermal heat (75%) in technical evaluation, solar photovoltaic (83.3%) in environmental evaluation, and solar photovoltaic (83.3%, the same as in economic evaluation) in complexity evaluation.

  • Since 2010, enhancement of the building energy efficiency and certification system and public office building should have been acquiring the first grade of Building Energy Efficiency. The Building Energy Efficiency Rating evaluation tool and Dynamic Analysis Energy simulation program for Building Energy Efficiency are widely used. The suitability to those programs have been discussed as a variety of programs have been used accordingly. In this study, evaluated the characteristic of Building Energy Efficiency Rating tool(ECO2) of the business building. At a result, the variables on the Weather Data, building Profile and building Load property in hourly between those Building Energy Efficiency evaluation tools have different.

하수처리수 이용 열원시스템의 경제성 평가 (Economic Evaluation on Energy System Using Treated Sewage Water)

  • It has become important for unutilized energy to be used for air conditioning of building. Economic evaluation on energy system by using treated sewage water as heat source, which is one of unutilized energy, was performed. The floor area of the subject building and the distance between heat source equipment and sewage treatment plant was assumed $30,000m^2$ and 200m. Absorption chiller-heater system was used for comparing to the energy efficient system, and payback period method was applied to carry out economic evaluation. Although the operating cost of this system is reduced compared to general heat source system, the ratio is not meaningful compared to the initial investment cost increase, and payback period was calculated to be about 36.1 years. However, when calculated based on the 2014 rate of electricity and city gas, it will be greatly reduced to 3.1 years. International commodity prices are constantly changing, and therefore national policy on the spread of unutilized energy should be maintained.

  • In this paper, a very new web-based software for renewable energy system (RES) design and economic evaluation was introduced. This solution would provide the precise RES estimation service including not only photovoltaic (PV), wind turbine (WT) and fuel cell (FC) individually but also energy storage system (ESS) as combined forms with PV or WT. The three reasons why we ought to develop it are: First, the standardized tool suitable to the domestic environment for estimating power generation from RES facilities and economic evaluation is required. Secondly, the standardized tool is needed to spread domestic RES supply policy and to promote the new industry in the micro-grid field. The last, the reliability of economic evaluation should be enhanced more for new facilities. To achieve those aims, the weather database of one hundred locations have established and the RES facility database has also constructed. For the energy management, mathematical models for PV, WT, ESS and FC were developed. As a final phase, the analytical process to evaluate economics has performed with field data verification.

수열에너지 입지 선정을 위한 계층화분석법의 적용 (Application of analytic hierarchy process technique for selecting a hydrothermal energy site)

  • In this study, an evaluation system that can be used to evaluate the feasibility of developing and supplying hydrothermal energy for the operation of large-scale complex facilities was developed. To this end, this study derived factors to be considered when selecting a location for the use of hydrothermal energy using raw water from multi-purpose dams and regional water supply systems through literature survey and expert interviews. The evaluation indicators derived from this study are divided into four sectors: hydrothermal energy utilization factors, location factors, planning factors, and disaster safety factors, and are composed of 10 mid-level indicators and 34 detailed planning indicators. The relative importance of all factors was derived using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique, and the developed evaluation indicators and relative importance were applied to four multi-purpose dam regions in the country. As a result, it was found that in the development and use of hydrothermal energy utilizing regional raw water supply line the urban planning conditions of the supply site can have a greater impact on the location selection results than the hydrothermal energy development itself. Due to the characteristics of the evaluation indicators developed in this study and their nature as comprehensive indicators, it is believed that the results should be applied to determine the overall adequacy of site selection in the early stages of hydrothermal energy development. In the future, it is believed that it will be necessary to analyze the problems in supplying and operating hydrothermal energy using raw water from multi-purpose dams and regional water resources. Based on the analysis the evaluation system developed in this study is expected to be improved and supplemented.

  • In this paper, main mechanism and measurement method of energy consumption for machine tools are investigated by experiment and simulation. To evaluate total energy consumption of the machine tools, standard test workpiece and measuring method and test procedures are suggested. And, improvement of energy consumption evaluation by the motion kinematics theory is used. In addition, to estimate energy consumption of machine tools in design process, mass distribution of the structure and 5 axis motions are investigated and simulated by numerical analysis.
