화염에 노출된 목재 마루 시스템의 신뢰성 해석에 관한 연구 (Study on the Reliability Analysis of Wood Floor System Exposed to Fire)

  • 내화 성능은 표준 화염 조건에 노출된 목구조물의 안전성 평가를 위한 중요한 기준이 된다. 내화 성능의 기준으로 여러 나라에서 지속 시간과 파괴 시까지의 시간이 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 화염에 대한 신뢰성 설계의 기초 연구로서 화염에 노출된 목재 마루 시스템의 신뢰성 해석이 진행되었다. 해석은 수치 해석적 방법과 결정론적 방법 두 가지를 모두 사용하였다. 두 방법 간에는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 화염에 노출된 마루시스템의 신뢰도는 부재의 변이계수에 크게 의존하였으며 부재의 강도나 하중은 신뢰도에 크게 영향하지 않았다.

스위블 연결구용 멀티접촉패킹의 밀봉특성에 관한 유한요소해석 (FE Analysis on the Sealing Characteristics of Multi-Contact Packing for Swivel Joint)

  • 본 연구에서는 한곳에서 접촉하는 오링과 여러 곳에서 접촉하는 멀티접촉패킹에 대한 밀봉특성을 유한요소법으로 해석하였다. FEM 해석결과에 의하면, LP가스압력 1.8MPa을 공급하였을 때 기존의 오링에서는 밀봉성에 관련된 2.5MPa의 수직접촉 최대응력을 발생하였다. 반면에 새롭게 고안된 멀티접촉패킹에서는 3.01MPa이 발생하여 20.4%나 높아진 밀봉성이 향상되었음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 밀봉내구 안전성에 밀접한 관련이 있는 압출현상은 기존 오링의 경우 1.62MPa의 가스압력에서 발생되었지만, 멀티접촉패킹에서는 1.8MPa 정도로 가스내압을 올려도 압출현상이 발생되지 않는 것은 오랫동안 밀봉작용을 한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 밀봉성과 내구안전성을 높게 요구할 때는 한곳에서 접촉하는 기존의 오링보다는 여러 곳에서 접촉하는 멀티접촉패킹을 사용하는 것이 유리함을 알 수 있다.

  • 무인기는 관측, 통신중계, 정보 수집 등 여러 분야에서 다양한 목적으로 활용되고 있다. 최근 개발되는 무인기는 장시간 체공을 하면서 현재 수준보다 정밀하고 다량의 정보 수집이 가능하도록 고사양의 성능이 요구되고 있다. 현재, 국내에서는 인공위성의 일부 기능 대체를 목적으로 성층권에서 장기간 비행하기 위한 고고도 장기체공무인기가 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 고고도 장기체공 무인기용으로 개발 중인 기체구조에 대한 구조 건전성 평가의 일환으로 동체 및 미익 체결부에 대한 안전여유 계산을 통하여 구조 건전성을 평가하였다. 그 결과로, 개발 중인 무인 비행체의 기체 구조 체결부에 대한 설계 타당성을 확인하였다.

  • In this study, the load test of rubber tire bogie for monorail type LRT. Bogie for rolling stock in safety operation of the vehicle as an essential core unit before applying to the vehicle safety and reliability should be tested sufficiently. Rubber tire monorail type bogie compared to the traditional bogie wheel lots of formats, the complexity of the load acting static load test, the bogie of the vehicle operation conditions by structural analysis by considering the loading conditions was evaluated by calculating. Test methods and evaluation criteria based on urban rail vehicle performance testing by applying the test were welded parts and materials for the results leading to material fatigue endurance test by applying the result of evaluating the structure has been identified as safe.

분말야금법을 이용한 400계열 페라이트 스테인레스강 ABS 센서 링 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study Development of the Powder Metallurgy Method Using 400 Series Ferrite Stainless Steel ABS Sensor Ring)

  • ABS sensor ring has been manufactured by powder metallurgy (P/M) method using 400 series ferrite stainless steel. The results are following. It is supposedly sufficient to use for control computer due to good experimental results of magnetic characteristics. Compared with sensor ring made by iron, 400 series ferrite stainless steel has shown a good corrosion resistance without an addition surface treatment. Thus the decreasing production process has been obtained. As a result mechanical characteristics of hardness and tensile test, 400 series ferrite stainless steel shown a good endurance when it is combined to constant velocity joint(C/V), and has a good hardness properties endurable to sand and pebble impact. The products before sintering are much more corrodible in the condition of spray test of salt water and ammonia than humidity and nitrogen condition.

  • The standard of the allowed stress in designing components such as shafts used in machinery and aircraft should be determined. It is very important to estimate fatigue strength of a component analytically, because service stress of the components is usually under the level of its fatigue limit. Improving the fatigue strength of each component in machinery is essential for high performance, lightness, and endurance. Surface treatment of components is widely used for these purpose. In this research, the fatigue behaviors of SCM415 steel and carbonitried SCM415 steel are examined. In the analysis of the fatigue behaviors of the carbonitrided SCM 415 steel, we propose a modified fatigue strength evaluation model and modified formulae.

저비중 SMC 외장패널의 피로특성 평가 (An Evaluation of the Fatigue Properties for External Panel Using Low Density SMC)

  • A research for application of LDSMC(Low Density Sheet Molding Compound) composite is in progress for lightening the weight. This paper has performed fatigue test and simulation of external panel for Korean commercial vehicle. Before the fatigue test, static test was carried out. From the test, the structural safety was investigated using Goodman diagram. After the static test performance, the fatigue test was conducted at a range of load frequency 5Hz, a stress ratio(R) of 0.05 and an endurance limit of $10^6$ to obtain the S-N curve. The S-N curve is applied to the fatigue analysis of the external panel assembly. The result of FEM analysis was in accord with the experimental result within 83% confidence. It showed that the process to set up the safety range of allowable error is required in process of the design and simulation verification.

자동차 배터리 지지 구조의 진동 피로 해석에 대한 연구 (Study on Vibration Fatigue Analysis of Automotive Battery Supporter)

  • In this paper, the vibration load and analysis results for automotive battery supporter were performed to provide efficient vibration tolerance performance prediction methods for single-product vibration tolerance testing, and the major influencing factors and considerations for setting up single-unit vibration tolerance tests were reviewed. A common applicable standard load was applied to efficiently predict the performance of single-unit vibrations through the frequency response analysis technique. The results similar to test results can be predicted by checking vulnerable parts of the vehicle components for vibration loads and applying scale factor to standard loads. In addition, it was confirmed that the test conditions with a frequency generating the same durability severity as the endurance test are needed for accurate prediction of the durability of the single-unit vibration tolerance test conditions, and the acceleration and frequency with the conditions that there is no significant nonlinear phenomena in the vibration system are established during the single-unit vibration tolerance test conditions.

  • In this thesis, using the 400 series ferrite stainless steel such as 434LD$_2$ which are furter excellent then the existing ferric products in mechanical characteristics, and experiment has been conducted on corrosion resistance of sensor ring. The results are following. 1. The products before sintering are much more corrodible in the condition of spray test of salt water and ammonia than humidity and nitrogen condition. 2. 434LD$_2$ ferrite stainless steel has shown a good corrosion resistance without an addition surface treatment. thus the decreasing production process has been obtained. 3. As hardness value of $H_{RB}$ 80 and tensile test, 434LD$_2$ ferrite stainless steel with show a good endurance when it is combined to constant velocity joint (c/v joint), and has a good hardness properties endurable to sand and pebble impact.
