  • This research treated the secondary school teachers as the research scale and the research targets included the following: secondary school (employ unit), center of teacher education, and qualified teachers. In terms of these three groups of people, the topics of exploration focused on the perception of suitable teachers, perception of evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and the relationship among teacher examination systems. The research was managed by two phases: the first phase referred to literature reorganization, expert interview, the qualities and conditions of suitable teachers, important evaluation standard during the process of teacher examination and teacher examination system used; the second phase included questionnaire survey, employ school acquisition, the perception of centers of teacher education and qualified teachers toward the suitability condition and examination evaluation standard in the first phase and teacher examination system used. This research found out that as to the perception of suitable teachers, through data collection, there were six factors reorganized. The levels of their importance were as follows: education devotion, teaching capacity, class management, capacity to guide special students, capacity to communicate with the parents and the will to undertake administrative works. Noticeably, employee unit and centers of teacher education apparently valued class management more, compared with trained teachers; as to evaluation standard of examination, the analytical result found out that the perception of three groups were different in terms of the views toward educational works, written examination data, candidate's age, club experience at school and capacity to use multimedia support teaching materials. This research further proposed six suggestions for centers of teacher education and trained teachers: (l) employ schools considerably valued educational devotion; (2) trained teachers tended to neglect the importance of class management; (3) employee unit considerably cared about the new teachers' competence to use multimedia support teaching materials; however, trained teachers did not have the same view; (4) employee unit considerably cared about new teachers' views toward educational works as well as the candidates' ages; (5) generally speaking, trained teachers neglected the importance of club experience at school; (6) the data revealed that written examination data was not relatively important in terms of teacher examination.

The manner in which employees are committed to their work and be more innovative seems to drive people's curiosity. This study aims to analyze the impacts of job demands-resources, personal resources, and coworker support on work engagement. Also, whether there is a relationship between work engagement and creativity of employees is tested through this research. The data served for the research was collected in the context of Vietnamese small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The authors used structural equation modeling (SEM) (software Smart PLS), to test the proposed hypotheses by using the data of 602 employees. Results of the study point out that proposed antecedents influence work engagement and creativity. Such findings have shed light on both theory and practice implications. In theory, it supports the social exchange theory and the job demands and resources model. In practice, leaders should assist subordinates in various aspects and build and promote a corporate culture where employees help others with great enthusiasm to increase the level of work engagement and spirit of innovation of employees.

  • Background: Because a forward-leaning posture can cause increased back muscle activity and pain. Therefore, an innovative method to reduce back muscle activity and pain is required. Objects: This study aimed to investigate the effects of a head support on muscle activity and pain in a forward-leaning posture. Methods: A total of 14 male and 16 female students (average age, 21.65 ± 2.37 years; height, 166.15 ± 7.90 cm; and weight, 60.65 ± 9.00 kg) were recruited for the experiment. Two of them were excluded due to musculoskeletal disorders. The muscle activity and pain in the forward-leaning posture were assessed while participants washed dishes for 7 minutes with and without a head support. The condition of using a head support was randomly performed with a 5-minutes break. To confirm a lumbar flexion angle of 30° during the experiment, myoVIDEO was used, and surface electromyography was used to measure muscle activity. Pain was assessed using a 10-point visual analog scale (VAS). The Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used to analyze the data, with p < 0.05 indicating statistical significance. Results: The cervical, thoracic, and lumbar erector spinae muscle activities significantly decreased with the use of the head support, but there was no significant change in the gluteus maximus. There was a significant decrease in the VAS score for the lumbar erector spinae (p < 0.05), but there was no significant change in the VAS score for the cervical region. Conclusion: The use of a head support in a forward-leaning posture reduced cervical, thoracic, and lumbar erector muscle activity and pain. Therefore, it could be recommended during working in a forward-leaning posture, such as during dishwashing, cooking, and working as a factory employee.

To this purpose, The behavior of the leader were classified as Supportive Leader and Controlled Leader, and forms of Resistance wert classified as Functional Resistance and Dysfunctional Resistance that results of the conflict. Also, Psychological Contract Violation and Breach was set up as a mediate variable. The results were as follows. First, When employee resistance comes up in the organization, Support behavior of Leaders leads to desirable changes in the organization through the functional and constructive resistance. In contrast, Controlled behavior of Leaders leads the destructive and dysfunctional resistance of employee. Second, Since the perception that the follower is receiving assistance to leaders, it reduces the perception of psychological contract violation, but Controlled leader is largely perceived as the Psychological Contract Violation to the followers. Third, Supportive Leader is not influence the affect of employee, and They resolve the Conflict in objective and positive way. Therefore, the results of this study have many theoretical and practical implications.

  • The introduction of Smart technologies such as Artificial Intelligence(AI) systems are have a powerful impact in a variety of industry fields. Some experts predict that smart technology will completely change people's daily life and work styles, causing technological innovation, productivity improvement, and discovery and emergence of new fields. On the one hand, this vision cannot ignore negative views and concerns. Despite many social debates about employment, such as job loss and rising unemployment, there have not been many studies based on employee experience that provide a fundamental solution to the conflict between AI and employment. Therefore, this study finds out the effects and related factors of AI concierge robots for hotel employees, focusing on the hotel industry, and how employees' perceptions of AI concierge robots affect user resistance and turnover intention. This study, conducted a questionnaire survey of 322 hotel employees who had experience working with AI concierge robots in China, and used SPSS and SmartPLS statistical analysis programs to draw conclusions. We found that hotel employees' perceptions of AI concierge robots were significantly related to user resistance and turnover intention, and this association was related to employee self-efficacy, perceived organizational support, quality of AI services and new tasks. In addition, it was found that the quality of AI concierge robots directly or indirectly had the greatest influence on user resistance and turnover intention. The findings of this study provide theoretical implications for academia and practical implications for industry practitioners.

  • Although the hotel industry in China has shown great growth both quantitatively and qualitatively, there is a lack of management of employees who represent hotels in direct contact with customers. Therefore, this study examined the social support of Chinese 4, 5 star hotel employees in Shanghai as supervisory support, coworker support, and family support, and examined whether the social support of employees improves resilience and affects their psychological well-being. In order to analyze this, we surveyed 322 employees of Shanghai 4, 5 star hotels in China. Empirical analysis showed that supervisory support and family support had a positive effect on their resilience, while coworker support did not. In addition, the resilience of hotel employees has a positive effect on their psychological well-being. • Purpose Issues related to information security have been a crucial topic of interest to researchers and practitioners in the IT/IS field. This study develops a research model based on a Structure-Conduct-Outcome (SCO) framework for the social exchange relationship between employees and organizations regarding information security. Design/methodology/approach In applying an SCO framework to information security, structure and conduct are activities imposed on employees within an organizational context; outcomes are activities that protect information security from an employee. Data were collected from 438 employees working in manufacturing and service firms currently implementing an information security policy in South Korea. Structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 is used to test the validation of the measurement model and the proposed casual relationships in the research model. Findings The results demonstrate support for the relationships between predicting variables in organization structure (security policy and physical security system) and the outcome variables in organization conduct (top management support, security education program, and security visibility). Results confirm that the three variables in organization conduct had a positive effect on individual outcome (security knowledge and compliance intention).
