Because the service is characterized by simultaneous production and consumption, the customer must participate directly in the delivery and production process of the service. For this reason, the variable Customer Participation has aggregated many empirical results in the service marketing field. Recent research on customer participation has focused on the relationship marketing, and is empirically identifying the relevance of customer participation and relative value of relationship marketing. These findings indicate that customer participation should be understood in a relationship between customers and service firms. Using commitment velocity and customer participation velocity considering dynamic of the relationship, this study aims to re-examine the relationship between customer participation and encounter satisfaction which is the foundation of relationship formation. Multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis are used as research methods. The study found that customer participation has a direct positive effect on encounter satisfaction, and that commitment velocity and customer participation velocity also have a significant effect on encounter satisfaction. However, all assumptions that were expected to moderate the impact of customer participation on encounter satisfaction were rejected. Although the study failed to identify the moderating role, it was clear about the impact on the encounter satisfaction of commitment velocity and customer participation velocity. Applying them to a wider variety of service types provided an opportunity to identify the value of the study, and to broaden the scope of the study suing these variables.
The purpose of this study was to stimulate the online word-of-mouth advertising by developing the concept of word-of-mouth constraint factors and measurement tools in connection with the SNS advertising on social networks. To achieve the objective of this study, this study was conducted in 3 phases. First, the exploratory investigation(target group interview, in-depth interview, and expert interview) was performed to determine the concept and scope of the word-of-mouth constraint based on literature study and qualitative investigation method. Second, the reliability and validity of the measurement questions were verified through the survey in order to refine the developed measurement items. Third, the predictive validity of measurement items was verified by examining the relationship with other major construct concept for which the developed measurement items were different. Based on the results of study, 6 components and a total of 23 measurement questions for those components were derived. Each was called intrapersonal and interpersonal constraint(psychological sensitivity, compensatory sensitivity, and other person assessment), structural constraint(reliability, informativity, and entertainment). We developed the measurement questions related to word-of-mouth constraint based on qualitative study and quantitative study and holistically examined the social and psychological, environmental interruption factors acting as the word-of-mouth constraint factors for SNS advertising in terms of SNS achievements and evaluation from the perspective of word-of-mouth constraint. The results will lead to creation of basic framework for systematic and empirical research on the online word-of-mouth constraint and to achievement of effective SNS word-of-mouth advertising.

The purpose of this study is to identify the relationships between satisfaction, behavioral intention and recommended intention of luxury consumers identified in the preceding study as reasons for the explosive growth in the Korean imported car market. Research results found that brand quality, fashion, self-display, and store atmosphere had positive effects on satisfaction, while independent variables influenced behavioral intention. However, it was found that the store atmosphere did not affect satisfaction. Satisfaction expressed a strong positive effect on behavioral intention. In addition, behavioral intention was shown to positively affect recommendation intention. These results imply that consumers are significantly influenced by psychological factors when purchasing imported cars, and that consumers value psychological factors even when resold or recommended to others. The theoretical implications of the study are the empirical analysis of the consumption factors of imported cars using the existing Luxury consumption factors. The practical implications are to provide the importers with a basis for their marketing strategy. Although there are many studies on quality and service in import car markets, there is a lack of research on relevant psychological factors.

Fashion cannot encourage co-consumption with other people as a personal item, but it can lead to new consumer needs if fashion sharing service can professionally replace the time and cost of purchasing and managing goods. The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the factors influencing the acceptance of fashion-sharing services based on the integration theory of user acceptance and utilization (UTAUT), and to discuss the virtuous cycle and sustainability pursuit of resources through the activation of the sharing. In this study, the research model for the acceptance of fashion sharing applications is schematized, and the survey was conducted 300 women aged 20~49 years. The screens of 'Project Anne', a representative fashion sharing service in Korea, were provided as a visual data. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation analysis, and multiple group analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 22.0 statistical package for statistical analysis. As a result, efficiency and social influence positively influenced behavioral intention to use, and age has found that efficiency and social influences modulate the intensity of behavioral intention to use. Therefore, for the consumer acceptance and activation of fashion sharing services, marketing activities emphasizing efficiency and strengthening social influence factors are essential. Also, it is necessary to maintain the existing target group, 30~40s, and also construct additional products and price services for the 20s. This study is of academic significance in presenting basic data for empirical research on consumer acceptance of fashion sharing, and suggests a study on the influence relationship among user experience components for real users in the future.
The purpose of this study is to understand in depth the gambling experiences of delinquent juveniles who have dropped out of school and analyze the content and meaning of gambling experiences. Thus, utilized a Giorgi's phenomenological research method. Data was gathered through in-depth interviews, and the gambling experiences of six youths who are under juvenile law protective disposition were examined through a four-step analytic process. From the results, 6 parent components and 18 sub-components were derived. That is, "the temptation of close gambling", "trapped in the bridle of gambling", "deterioration of life", "damaged of non-official networks relationship", "corruption of existence" and "attempts to escape gambling" were appeared. These results are meaningful because they have allowed researchers to identify the essential meaning and experiential structure of delinquents juvenile' gambling experiences outside of school, which has not been studied thus far. Further, this study has empirical value as its framework includes a joint analysis in terms of welfare and gambling addiction and focuses on a precarious population-delinquent juveniles who have dropped out of school. The results provide a foundation from which practical implications and policy alternatives for the prevention and treatment of gambling problems in delinquent juveniles dropped out of school.

Authenticity is the opposite of hypocrisy or deceitful living in philosophy. While various positive factors that humans experience in life based on authenticity have been studied abroad, most of the studies in Korea that tried to measure authenticity did not take into account the characteristics of Korean culture or were developed only for the purpose of use in a limited domain or specific purpose. In this study, based on the specificity of Korean culture, we developed a measure of authenticity that researchers can use universally. To this end, the items constituting the existing authenticity scale and the items reflecting the cultural value of Korean society, which value social relationships, are integrated. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis indicated that authenticity consists of three factors: self-awareness, behavioral authenticity, and relationship authenticity. In addition, criterion validity was verified based on correlations with life satisfaction, mindfulness, self-esteem, HEXACO, social desirability, self-regulation focus, and emotional diversity. These results suggest that the authenticity scale of this study is a reliable and valid measure, and is expected to be an important tool for empirical individual differences research on authenticity in everyday life in Korean population.
This study aims to conduct an empirical analysis on the impact of service quality (performance work, price, physical environment) on customer satisfaction, trust and intention to re-attend ballet performances. Another focus of the research is to examine the structural effect of satisfaction and trust on customer's intention to re-attend. This study surveyed 240 adults (Americans) who have physically attended ballet performances from 2019 to 2020. Applying the structural equation modeling analysis using the software SmartPLS, this study investigates 240 valid responses obtained from a global research institute in a mid-August 2020 survey. The findings of the analysis are as follows. (1) Performance work is positively correlated with customer satisfaction, while price and physical environment do not affect customer satisfaction. (2) Performance work is positively correlated with customer trust. However, price and physical environment haven't been observed to affect customer trust. (3) Customer satisfaction is positively correlated with customer trust. (4) Performance work, price and physical environment do not affect customer's intention to re-attend ballet performances. (5) Customer satisfaction is positively correlated with customer intention to re-attend performances. (6) Customer trust is positively correlated with the intention to re-attend performances.

Even though Korea is strengthening the support for startups due to the limitations of growth policies focusing on large companies, the survival rate of startups is very low, so that there should be more efforts to increase the survival rate of startups. As the existing startup support institutions have provided only fragmentary supports to startups, it would be necessary to have the comprehensive support institutions. As an alternative, the accelerator providing the comprehensive support such as spatial support, education, mentoring, networking, seed investment, and connection for follow-up investment to the initial startups was legalized in Korea of 2016, based on the registration system. Currently, within less than two year from then, there have been much interest in it enough to have about 136 registered accelerators. In the United States, the accelerator was introduced more than ten years ago. In Korea, however, it is still in the initial stage, so that the researches or social consensus on the accelerator are not sufficient. Thus, this study aims to suggest the measures for the development of accelerator and the consensus on the decision making for the selection of accelerator of startups, by researching which parts are considered when startups in the accelerator stage select the accelerator. As a result of the empirical analysis, the factor that has the greatest influence on decision making factors when startup chooses an accelerator was the subsequent investment attraction. This can be explained to the accelerator as desired, considering the factor that the startup of the initial stage places the most importance on growth as investment. We hope that these research results will be sustainable in future research related to accelerators, in hopes that it will be useful for establishing accelerator policies for domestic startups and direction for revitalizing related industries.
Bubble size in froth flotation has long been recognized as a key factor which affects the bubble residence time, the bubble surface area flux (Sb) and the carrying rate (Cr). This paper presents method of bubble size measurement, relationship between operating variables and gas dispersion properties in flotation column. Using high speed camera and image analysis system, bubble size has been directly measured as a function of operating parameters (e.g., superficial gas rate (Jg), superficial wash water rate (Jw), frother concentration) in flotation column. Relationship compared to measured and estimated bubble size was obtained within error ranges of ±15~20% and mean bubble size was 0.718mm. From this system the empirical relationship to control the bubble size and distribution has been developed under operating conditions such as Jg of 0.65~1.3cm/s, Jw of 0.13~0.52cm/s and frother concentration of 60~200ppm. Surface tension and bubble size decreased as frother concentration increased. It seemed that critical coalescence concentration (CCC) of bubbles was 200ppm so that surface tension was the lowest (49.24mN/m) at frother concentration of 200ppm. Bubble size tend to increase when superficial gas rate (Jg) decreases and superficial wash water rate Jw and frother concentration increase. Gas holdup is proportional to superficial gas rate as well as frother concentration and superficial wash water rate (at the fixed superficial gas rate).
