Purpose - This research aims to investigate the factors that influence consumer's overseas online shopping behavior. Consumers adopt overseas online shopping as a new buying way and more and more consumers prefer overseas online shopping than traditional shopping ways. Consumers' behaviors in this shopping experience can be different from other shopping experiences. With the increase of overseas online shopping, we need to find antecedents and results of overseas online shopping. Especially there would be positive or negative factors which influence overseas online shopping motivation. To find the relationship, this study examines self-efficacy and impulsivity as major factors which influence overseas online shopping. We also suggest that several attitude factors increase self-efficacy and it is positively related to customer satisfaction. On the other hand, we assume that overseas online shopping factors influence impulsivity of buying and it will decrease customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - This empirical study data were collected from Korean people who experience overseas online shopping. The subjects for this study were confined to shoppers who used overseas online shopping within the past six months. A total of 267 responses were gathered. SPSS 23.0, PLS 2.0 software were used in the data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to show sample characteristics. We examined reliability, validity test for constructs. All measurement items used seven-point scales(1= very strong disagree, 7 = very strongly agree) drawn from previously published papers. Partial Least Square method was applied to find the relationship between antecedent factors and dependent factors and hypotheses were estimated. Results - Results show that perceived superiority, perceived ease of use, perceived transaction safety, perceived behavioral control positively affect self-efficacy. Self-efficacy influences positively to consumer's post purchase satisfaction. Perceived monetary benefit and perceived uniqueness motivated impulse buying. This can make consumer's post purchase dissatisfaction. Conclusions - This paper attempted to confirm the existence of both the positive and negative faces of overseas online shopping. The result reveals that self-efficacy is a major factor which may increase satisfaction in the overseas online shopping. Usually, we can think monetary benefit and uniqueness of products motivate overseas online shopping. But it can also intrigue impulse buying and negatively affect customer relationship. Therefore companies should provide enough products information to their potential customers and they might apply adequate processes such as recommendation, comparing systems to build long term relationship with their customers.

Purpose : The purpose of this study examines the mediating effect of women leader's characteristics in the relationship between clan culture and market culture of global companies. In addition, this study attempts to analysis the mediating effect of women leader's position and carrier in the relationship among facilitator, mentor, producer, and director leadership using partial mediation and completed mediation model. Research design, data, methodology : Conceptual research model is designed with three constructs such as clan culture, woemn leader's characteristics, and market culture. Based on five hundred cases with leadership styles and organizational culture of global companies, this study examine the mediating effect of women leader's characteristics in the relationship between clan culture and market culture using structured equation modeling. Results : Facilitator leadership have a significantly positive influence on women leader's position and carrier. Mentor leadership have a significantly positive influence on women leader's carrier while they are not correlated with mentor leadership and women leader's position. Women leader's position and carrier have a significantly positive influence on director leadership while women leader's position and carrier not have a positive influence on procucer leadership. Also facilitator and mentor leadership have a significantly positive on producer and director leadership. Conclusions : By controlling for the mediating effect of women leader's characteristics, this study have improved the academic contributions as well as policy and practical implications through empirical study of clan culture that affect market culture in the filds of leadership style and organizational. In addition, this study means that the mediating effects on the variables of women leader's position and carrier were examined.

The purpose of this study is to study the methodology of deriving a policy that activates artificial intelligence from the governmental perspective in order to induce corporate growth by effectively grafting artificial intelligence technology into society and thereby improve individual and national competitiveness by creating new jobs. In order to derive activation plans, 1) detailed investigation of the domestic environment, 2) discovery of priority support fields and models that can be applied to artificial intelligence, 3) preparation of guidelines for activation and introduction, 4) specific methods for promoting and activating artificial intelligence Should be presented. The proposed artificial intelligence activation method performs a procedure to verify and confirm the effectiveness of artificial intelligence nurturing through a multi-faceted approach. The multi-faceted analysis approach includes business ecosystem aspects, industry-specific aspects including companies, technology fields, policy aspects, public and non-public services aspects, government-led and private-led aspects. Therefore, it can be reviewed as a method of inducing activation in various forms. In the future research field, it is necessary to prove the effectiveness of the proposed activation plan based on empirical data on artificial intelligence-based services. The expected effect of this study is to contribute to support the development of artificial intelligence technology and to establish related policies.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the reasons for preferring employment and the social influencing factors to improve future entrepreneurial intentions. Especially, this study investigates the influence of social influences such as parents', acquaintances, and individuals' experience of start - ups and employment and entrepreneurship club experiences on career choice of students who prefer employment. For this purpose, qualitative research method was applied to students who selected entrepreneurship career course among college students who completed entrepreneurship education. The results of this study are as follows: stable income, system experience, preference for parents' employment, lack of funds and lack of knowledge on start-ups. In addition, it was found that the intention of start-up is increased according to the experience of start-up of the acquaintance among the social influences of students who prefer employment. The result of this study suggests the methodology and learning direction of entrepreneurship education which can improve entrepreneurship intention and understanding of university students. In addition, this study proposes future research related to entrepreneurship education through empirical analysis.
This study deals with the relationship between entrepreneurship of corporate member and creativity at the organizational level by empirically analyzing the relationship between entrepreneurship, organizational learning orientation, individual creativity, and group creativity. In particular, the relationship between entrepreneurship and creativity focuses on analyzing the mediating effects of organizational learning orientation. Based on the literature research, the research model and hypothesis were established by explaining the relationship between entrepreneurship, individual and group creativity, and organizational learning orientation. 308 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and collected for manufacturing workers in Gyeongbuk, and empirical analysis was conducted through structural equations. As a result, it was confirmed that entrepreneurship has an influence on organizational learning orientation without directly affecting individual and group creativity. In addition, the effects of entrepreneurship on organizational learning orientation and organizational learning orientation on individual and group creativity were examined. These findings can provide Directions for organizational management from the cultural perspective by identifying the effects of entrepreneurship and organizational learning orientation at the organizational level.

The study of purpose is to analyze the effects of quality factors of ERP system on organizational performance. Where as many preceding studies have been focused on the factors of general service quality, this study analyzed interrelation between quality factors and organizational performance of corporation implemented ERP system using questionnaire. As compared with preceding studies which mainly concerned with system quality factors and information quality factors, this study specially added service quality to analyzing interrelation with organizational performance. Questionnaire consists of survey for the interrelation between ERP system implemented corporation and organizational performance. The results are as follows. First, quality factors of ERP system effected on organizational performance by t-test. Second, quality factors of ERP system showed significance statistically on the effects of organizational performance by t-test. The results of this study have a great expectation for the role of offering useful insight and information in the field of business and education. First, make sure that quality factors have significant effects on organizational performance when implemented ERP system in the business, investment and research on quality factors should be combined with. Second, in a sense that this study was added to service quality in research of quality factors by the detailed approaches which different from preceding studies, it is of highly practical use. Third, this study presents scientific foundation on quality improvement for quality factors of ERP system.

This study developed a research model to explain the use of smartphone, and collected 670 survey responses from the office workers of seoul S company who had experiences with such smartphone. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, SEM analysis is applied with valid 670 questionnaires. The results, firstly, autonomy positively influences flow. secondly, competence significantly influences flow. thirdly, relatedness significantly influenced flow. also, upper above results shows that flow influences satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze local retailers' recognition of commercial power altered by urban regeneration. For the purpose of this study, analysis is performed on pilot urban regeneration priority projects implemented in the city of Changwon. Although regeneration of commercial districts directly affect the local retailers therein, little research has been carried out to examine how they recognize such changes. This study, therefore, identifies those factors that have influence on the recognition of local retailers who would be aware of the alteration of their commercial power more immediately than others do. Using an ordered logit model, empirical analysis on two pilot projects for Odong-dong and Chang-dong indicates that retailers in Odong-dong are more likely to have a negative recognition toward the altered business areas. For the both districts, recognition of business area alterations is affected with statistical significance by how long they have run their shops, how many employees they hire, and whether they believe that the urban regeneration has resulted in gentrification. For each of the mentioned district, recognition in Odong-dong is significantly impacted by the number of employees and recognized rent changes, while in Chang-dong, the age of retailers and the perceived presence of gentrification have statistically significant influence. Issues found by this study need to be addressed prior to the upcoming 'Urban Regeneration New Deal Project', which then will bring satisfaction to each and every local residents including those retailers.
The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the nature, role and development of pedagogical content knowledge in science teaching. Two research questions were considered: 1) What are the nature and the components of the pedagogical content knowledge in science teaching? 2) What is the value of pedagogical content knowledge and are there any routes and paths to developing pedagogical content knowledge for science teachers? In order to answer these questions instead of analyzing empirical data, former research literatures are reviewed. The results indicate that science pedagogical content knowledge is a special amalgam of science content knowledge and science method knowledge in a special context of science teaching that is uniquely the province of teacher based on their own special form of professional understanding. As a part of one's own distinctive bodies of knowledge, science teachers' pedagogical content knowledge is an important basis for professional development and competent teachers. It is knowledge of how to teach specific content in specific contexts, also it depends on each teachers' distinctive knowledge structure. Pedagogical content knowledge for science teaching is composed of five components: orientations toward science teaching, knowledge and beliefs about science curriculum, knowledge and beliefs about students' understanding of specific topics, knowledge and beliefs about assessment for teaching science, knowledge and beliefs about instructional strategies for teaching science. The development of science pedagogical content knowledge does not start until teachers have acquired a deeply principled conceptual knowledge of content, also it is promoted by the constant use of subject matter knowledge in teaching situations.
The purpose of this study is to secure the basic data for the physical environment of an eco-friendly restaurant by surveying and analyzing customer perceptions of the servicescape of an eco-friendly restaurant and to verify the organic causation of the servicescape of an eco-friendly restaurant and customer perceived value, attitude and behavior intention. The samples for empirical analysis were selected from the customers over 20 years who lives in Seoul and Kyung-gi suburbs have experienced visiting eco-friendly restaurant or green restaurant more than once a month. Total 300 copies of questionnaire were distributed for the survey from the second day to the fifteenth day of April for 14 days, and total 264 (88.0%) copies of survey questionnaire except for some questionnaires that had much strong lean tendency or the missing value was discovered. The research results are as follows; when a customer recognizes an eco-friendly restaurant favorably, he or she considers that servicescape plays an important role in deciding perceived value through tangible and intangible perceived values. Since, customer perceived value has a positive effect on attitude and behavior intention, the customer considers as affected on his/her behavior intention when satisfied with the eco-friendly restaurant, which is considered that positive customer attitude will have an effect on behavior intention. Thus, it is considered based on this in-depth analysis result that maintaining and providing servicescape of high standard in the manager's perspective will have a direct effect on ensuring tangible outcomes.
