외부부착 보강된 교량 바닥판 균열폭의 반경험적인 예측 (Semi-Empirical Prediction of Crack Width of the Strengthened Bridge Deck with External Bonding Plastic)

  • 콘크리트 교량 바닥판은 건조수축 및 온도변화 등에 의하여 초기 1차균열이 발생하고, 사용기간 동안 반복되는 차량하중의 크기와 철근 간격 등에 의하여 초기 균열이 이방향 균열로 점차 발전하게 된다. 그러나 현재 사용되고 있는 대부분의 균열 예측식이 일방향 부착-슬립이론에 기초하고 있기 때문에 철근과 보강재의 간격에 따라 변화되는 교량 바닥판의 균열폭을 예측하고 보강된 바닥판의 사용성을 평가하기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시험결과에 기초하여 성능향상된 바닥판의 균열 메카니즘을 구명하였으며, 이로부터 사용성을 평가할 수 있는 새로운 균열예측식을 제안하였다. 제안된 균열예측식은 기존 균열식에 비하여 예측결과가 우수한 것으로 나타났으나, 철근 항복 이후 철근과 보강재의 변형률이 급격히 증가할 때 오차범위가 커지는 것으로 나타나 추가적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 보다나은 균열예측을 위해서는 피로 하중하에서의 철근 항복이후에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

불규칙형상의 박판제품에 관한 블랭킹 및 피어싱용 통합적 CAD시스템 (An integrated CAD system for blanking or piercing of irregular-shaped sheet metal products)

  • This paper describes a research work of developing a computer-aided design of blanking and piercing for irregular-shaped sheet metal products. An approach to the development of compact and practical CAB system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the CAD system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer. Based on knowledge-based rules, the system, STRT-DES, is designed by considering several factors, such as complexities of blank geometry and punch profile, availability of press equipment and standard parts, utilization ratio which minimizes the scrap in a single or a pairwise operation, bridge width, grain orientation and design requirements which maximize the strength of the part when subsequent bending is involved. This system checks a forming feasibility with both internal and external features, a dimension of blanked hole, and a corner and a fillet radius for irregualrly shaped sheet metal products. Therefore this system can carry out a die design for each process which is obtained from results of an automated blank layout drawing with a best utilization ratio for irregular shape of product that was successful in production feasibility check module and those of an automated strip layout drawing and generate part drawings and the assembly drawing of die set in graphic forms.

소비자들의 인터넷 쇼핑가치에 따른 관계품질 및 구매행동특성 - 의류제품 구매를 중심으로 - (The Characteristics of Relational Quality and Buying Behavior Depending on Consumer's Internet Shopping Value - Focused on Clothing Purchase -)

  • This study aims to find out the dimension of consumers' shopping values in internet clothing purchase, and the relation of their relational quality with shopping malls and their shopping behavior depending on the type of their shopping values. For this purpose, this study surveyed 343 male and female consumers in their 20s or 30s for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet shopping malls. Respondents are selected using the convenience sampling through internet survey in July 2008. For statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and $X^2$-test are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0. The results are as follows. First, consumers' shopping value dimensions in internet shopping for clothes are found 4 factors of fun, economic utility, information, and shopping convenience. Second, based on shopping value dimensions, consumers are categorized into an practicality-seeking, an economic utility/fun-seeking, a fun-seeking, and an information/fun-seeking group. Third, there are significant differences in relational quality, customer loyalty, favorable word of mouth, and repurchase intention depending on shopping value-based consumer types. In particular, the economic utility/fun-seeking and information/fun-seeking group have higher values on relational quality and shopping behavior variables than other groups. Thus internet shopping mall businesses need to recognize these group of consumers as their core customers and develop programs to maintain a long-term relationship with them.

경영정보시스템의 성공과 실패에 대한 요인 분석 : 우리나라 제조업 분야의 중소기업을 중심으로 (Analysis of the Factors Affecting MIS Success : Focusing on the Small Business of Manufacturing Industry in Korea)

  • Not much attention has been paid to the characteristics of successful MIS in small business in Korea. This study compares the characteristics of successful MIS with those of less successful MIS of manufacturing industry in Korea in terms of micro level, macro level, and personal level. The micro level consists of those variables relating to the system development and maintenance while the macro level consists of the environmental variables relating to the information systems. The personal level measures a personal EDP experience. A mail survey was sent to small manufacturing companies to collect the data for the hypothesis tests. And 81 usable questionnaires were returned for data analysis. This study performs the validity of the categorization of variables in terms of three levels. The results shows that this categorization is appropriate but the personal level. As the personal experiences of EDP in Korea used to come up with those of the organization, the variables in the personal level have high correlations with those in the macro level in empirical testing. As the personal level, however, is different dimension from the macro level in theoretical aspect, the level is maintained separately throughout the study. The data were analyzed with MANOVA and two group discriminant analysis. The analyses reveal that the characteristics of successful MIS are different from those of less successful MIS in terms of three levels. And the micro level is more important than the macro level to develop successful MIS. That is because the organizations have relatively few experience in dealing with information systems, they have not developed unique information systems which are adjusted to their organizational characteristics. Those findings seems to be important determinants of success for the MIS in a firm.

헤어스타일 불평행동과 보상 및 헤어샵애고도의 구조모형 (Structural model of complaint behavior for hair style, compensation, and hair salon patronage)

  • Hair style allows consumers to express their aesthetic sense and individual beauty. However, due to the attributes of hairdressing services and the high expectations of consumers, complaints are increasing rapidly. This study examined the complaint behavior, compensation and hair salon patronage of consumers. Then, a model is presented that explains the complaint behavior for hairstyling, forms of compensation, and hair salon patronage through empirical analysis. This study was conducted by a survey method. A total of 399 questionnaires were used for the analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical software. The dimension of complaint behavior for hair style included verbal complaints, non-verbal complaints in the salon and private complaints outside the salon. The forms of compensation included re-procedure, psychological, and material compensation. Hair salon patronage was one-dimensional. These results were obtained through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Then the conceptual model was empirically analyzed by covariance structure analysis and obtained in final form through model modification. Verbal complaint behavior positively influenced re-procedure compensation. In addition, non-verbal complaint behavior had positive effects on psychological and material compensation. Hair salon patronage was positively affected by re-procedure and psychological compensation. However, private complaint behavior had a negative effect on hair salon patronage. The direct and indirect effects of the paths among variables were verified by analyzing the mediating effects of different forms of compensations. It is possible to establish differentiated marketing strategies with these findings for consumers with complaint behaviors by considering the forms of compensation.

비국악인의 판소리 감상과정에서의 경험적 요소 (Experience of non-Korean Traditional Musicians in the Process of Pansori Music Listening)

  • 본 연구는 판소리의 치료적 요소에 대해 연구하기 위해 비국악인이 판소리를 감상하는 과정에서 경험하게 되는 요소들을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 5명의 국악을 전공하지 않은 연구 참여자가 판소리를 듣는 동안에 경험하는 것을 심층 면접을 통해 자료로 수집하였고 이를 변형된(modified) 근거 이론 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 판소리를 감상하는 과정에서 판소리 창자의 창법과 목소리의 음색, 판소리 사설, 고수의 북소리, 고수의 역할 요소는 감상자로 하여금 다양한 차원의 정서, 신체 반응을 경험하고 자신이 경험한 정서와 연관된 사고를 유발하였다. 이는 개인의 내적 문제와 연관되어 자신이 평소에 알지 못했던 내면의 문제를 인식하게 하고, 내 안의 감정과 만나도록 중재되었다. 그리고 감상자가 경험한 개인의 정서와 인식은 또 다른 차원 반응을 유발하여 감상자는 판소리의 요소들을 통해 자신의 부정적 감정을 해결하는 근원을 찾고 내 안의 감정을 정리하는 과정을 경험하였다.

The Relationships among Orientations of IT Strategy, Directions of IT Portfolio, and IT Performance

  • Many organizations experience that the Performance they gained from IT portfolio is lower than they expected values. As with any investment, executives are concerned with maximizing the performance from their investment in IT. This study focused on the relationship or fit between orientations of IT strategy and directions of IT portfolio to maximize IT performance. A field survey of chief information officers of Korea manufacturing sector was conducted in 2003. Complete data of 147 firms was analyzed to determine relationship among the three research constructs that are orientations of IT strategy, directions IT portfolio, and IT performance. In this study, the orientations of IT strategy have two dimensions that are operation orientation and market orientation. The directions of IT portfolio have two dimension that are internal system focused and external system focused. And the IT performance has divided into operational performance and competitive performance. As a result of this study, the companies that are putting a focus with operation orientation were concentrated on internal information systems than external information systems. On the other hand, the other companies that are focused on market orientation were concentrated on external information systems than internal information systems. Consequently, the companies that are focused on operation orientation were operational performance higher than competitive performance and the other companies that are focused on market orientation were competitive performance higher than operational performance. More importantly, the research results provide empirical evidence that supports the hypothesis related to closer fit between IT strategy and IT portfolio does lead to increase operational and competitive performance of IT. And the results emphasize manager's efforts of fit between orientations of IT strategy and directions of IT portfolio to be realized IT performance.

The first photometric analysis of the close binary system NSVS 1461538

  • The follow-up BVRI photometric observations of NSVS 1461538, which was discovered as an $Algol/{\beta}$ Lyr eclipsing variable by Hoffman, Harrison & McNamara (2009), were performed for three years from 2011 to 2013 by using the 61-cm telescope and CCD cameras of Sobaeksan Optical Astronomy Observatory (SOAO). New light curves have deep depths both of the primary and secondary eclipses, rounded shapes outside eclipses and a strong O'Connell effect, indicating that NSVS 1461538 is a typical W UMa close binary system rather than an $Algol/{\beta}$ Lyr type binary star. A period study with all the timings shows that the orbital period may vary in a sinusoidal way with a period of about 5.6 yr and a small semi-amplitude of about 0.008 d. The cyclical period variation was interpreted as a light-time effect due to a tertiary body with a minimum mass of $0.66M{\odot}$. The first photometric solution with the Wilson-Devinney binary model shows that the system is a W-subtype contact binary with the mass ratio ($q=m_c/m_h$) of 3.46, orbit inclination of 85.6 deg and fill-out factor of 30%. From the existing empirical relationship between parameters, the absolute dimension was estimated. The masses and radii of the component stars are $0.28M{\odot}$ and $0.71R{\odot}$ for the less massive but hotter primary star, respectively, and $0.96M{\odot}$ and $1.21R{\odot}$ for the more massive secondary, respectively. Possible evolution of the system is discussed in the mass-radius and the mass-luminosity planes.

고온 연소가스에 노출되는 디퓨저의 복합 열전달량 계산 (Analysis of Conjugated Heat Transfer for the Diffuser Exposed to Hot Combustion Gas)

  • 고온의 연소가스에 노출되는 디퓨저 냉각에 필요한 열량을 계산하였다. 디퓨저 내부는 공기와 혼합된 연소가스가 흐르고 디퓨저 벽체는 채널로 구성된 공간에 물이 흐르도록 되어 있다. 디퓨저 구조물과 유체 간에 또는 유체 자체적인 열전달과 구조물 내부의 열전달 현상은 복합적인 형태로 나타나는데 고온에서 작동하는 점을 고려하여 복사, 대류, 전도 모두를 적용 하였다. 열전달량 계산은 경험식에 근거한 1차원 해석과 CFD 해석의 2가지 방법으로 수행하였다. 1차원 해석은 경험식을 통해 얻어진 결과를 적용하여 열전달량을 산출하였고, CFD 해석은 DO 복사 열전달 모델을 적용하여 계산하였으며, 계산의 타당성을 검정하기 위하여 두 방법을 비교하였다. 총 열전달량의 차이는 1% 미만으로 거의 같았으나, 1차원 계산은 열전달 모델의 단순화로 디퓨저 입구에서의 순환영역을 구현하지 못하여 전체적인 열전달량 분포에서는 차이를 보였다. 디퓨저의 안정성을 확보하기 위한 냉각수 용량은 2가지 계산 결과를 조합하여 각 구간별로 최대 열전달량을 근거로 도출하였다.

퍼지논리에 의한 최적 성형조건 결정 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Determination System of Process Conditions for Moldability by Using Fuzzy Logic)

  • 사출성형에서 제품의 최종 품질에 영향을 미치는 중요한 인자들 중의 하나는 사출압력이다. 전통적으로 현장의 사출전문가는 오래된 현장 경험을 바탕으로 사출압력을 결정한다. 그러나 비전문가에게는 제품의 크기, 형상 그리고 사출공정의 전반적인 과정을 고려한 적절한 사출압을 결정하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 퍼지 논리(fuzzy logic)를 이용하여 제품도면에 나와 있는 제품두께와 유동길이를 알면 쉽게 초기 사출압을 결정할 수 있도록 전문가의 경험을 규칙베이스화 하였다. 규칙베이스를 구성하기 위해서 현장 전문가들을 인터뷰하고 설문조사를 한 후 기술적인 문서를 작성하여야 하지만 본 연구에서는 사출성형 해석 프로그램인 C-Mold를 이용하여 수 차례의 시뮬레이션을 반복 수행하여 규칙베이스를 구성하였다.
