Purpose: This study seeks to draw out implications that must be considered in the process of establishing measures to evacuate residents in preparation for domestic nuclear disasters by conducting an investigation about the disaster situation at the time of the Fukushima nuclear power plant explosion, emergency warning situation for residents protection, evacuation situation and In addition to investigating problems and measures raised in the resident protection system at that time. Method: A literature survey was conducted focusing on reports published by Japan's national, parliament, local governments and related agencies from right after the Great East Japan Earthquake to the present. Result: Found out what needs to be considered in the process of establishing domestic radiation disaster measures through the results of the survey on the problems and countermeasures derived from the process of evacuation of residents at the time of the Fukushima nuclear power plant explosion. Conclusion: The reviews were classified into four categories and detailed reviews were presented.

Currently, the urban railway operating agency is improving the emergency telephone in operation into an IP-based "trackside integrated interface communication facility" that can support a variety of additional services in order to quickly respond to emergency situations within the tunnel. This study is based on this Analyze the needs of various stakeholders regarding the design of a system architecture that establishes an IoT sensor network environment to detect abnormal situations in the tunnel and transmits the collected information to the control center to predict disaster situations in advance, and defines the system requirements. In addition, a scenario model for disaster response was provided through the presentation of a service model. Through this, the perspective of responding to urban railway disasters changes from reactive response to proactive prevention, thereby ensuring safe operation of urban railways and preventing major industrial accidents.

Purpose: The morbidity of pesticides are largely related with accidental ingestion in human. The four principal ideals of clarity, completeness, conformity and consistency of label are important to make a correct usage and prevent unnecessary health risk. The aim of this study is to evaluate the appropriateness of pesticides labelling practice in Korea. Methods: The photographic label images of pesticide products were gathered through visiting thirteen manufacturers that produce pesticide products in Korea. We scored labelling practice by guidelines of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 1995. Results: From August 2005 to November 2005, we gathered 1,296 label images of pesticide and $58.3{\%}$ (755/1,296) of images were scored by check lists for reviewing label content. The average score of four check list categories was $71.9{\pm}2.2$. Each categorical score were $91.7{\pm}0.9$ for the information appearing on the label, $31.3{\pm}0.0$ for safety precaution, $77.7{\pm}2.0$ for instructions for use, $87.0{\pm}8.7$ for general configurations. In safety precaution, the sentence of keeping locked up the product and two mandatory safety pictograms were missed in all label images. In general configurations category, there was score difference in product package types between bottle and bag container ($85.1{\pm}9.0$ vs. $90.3{\pm}7.2$, p < 0.01). Conclusion: Although there was no comparable previous data, the score of safety precaution was lowest than other categories because the two mandatory safety pictograms and locked up warning sentence were missed. In general configurations, the colour contrast was more inappropriate in the labels on bottle than bag container.

This study is to minimize the damage and fire early warning and research on mobile communications network of the emergency fire alarm system based on the IoT to the transmission in real time. The spread of such systems can be expected to businesses expand to technology that can replace or complement existing fire fighting system, it is also expected to a large ripple effect as an important technology that can minimize the damage to real-time detect the ignition point.

재난 상황에서 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해서는 재난 관련 정보를 빠르고 정확하게 전달할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 지상파 DMB는 개인용, 휴대용, 이동형, 디지털 멀티미디어, 방송 매체라는 특징을 가지는 재난경보를 전달하는 데 매우 적합한 매체로서, 이를 위해 지상파 디지털멀티미디어방송(DMB) 재난경보방송 표준이 2006년에 제정되었다. 현재 지상파 DMB를 통한 재난경보방송 송출은 기술적으로는 준비가 완료되었으나, 이를 지원하는 단말기는 출시되어있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 지상파 DMB 재난경보방송 수신기의 재난 메시지 처리과정 중 재난 정보 알림 단계를 분석하였다. 본 논문의 내용은 지상파 DMB 재난경보방송 수신기를 개발하는 데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

지상파 DMB는 이동 수신이 가능한 방송 서비스로 개인용, 휴대용, 이동형, 디지털 멀티미디어, 방송매체라는 특징을 가진다. 이와 같은 특징은 차량용 내비게이션과 일치하는 부분이 많아 내비게이션 결합형 지상파 DMB 수신기가 널리 보급되었다. 현재 차량 운전자들을 주 대상으로 하는 재난경보전달 시스템이 존재하지 않으므로, DMB 기능을 내장한 차량용 내비게이션은 재난경보 전달 체계를 서둘러 도입해야 하는 분야 중 하나다. 이 논문의 목적은 내비게이터형 DMB 수신기에 필요한 기능적 요구사항을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 내비게이터형 DMB 수신기로 활용 가능한 시나리오를 연구하고, 이를 바탕으로 기본 수신기와는 별도로 추가되어야 할 내비게이터형 수신기를 위한 고유의 기능을 도출하고, 기본 수신기에서 도출한 기능 중 필요 없는 기능을 분석하였다. 이 논문의 내용은 내비게이터형 DMB 수신기를 개발하는 데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Modem Industrial control systems tend to adopt a variety of intelligent wireless device controllers to interface front-end computers with active components of the industrial device. Immediately send warning or alert messages to Mobile devices or remote users. Real time monitoring the SMS systems by Mobile devices. Control systems remotely by mobile devices in emergency situation. In order to provide against system fault, SMS Mobile System will enable system administrator to promptly access, monitor and control the system whenever users want and wherever users are, by utilizing wireless Internet and mobile devices. This paper presents the Mobile SMS system for PAL Control System.

China had revised Foreign Trade Law in order to fulfill its WTO commitments and duties, and fully exercise its rights and benefits as a WTO member. The main contents of the revised Foreign Trade Law as followed. For the first time, individuals are allowed to conduct foreign trade. Intellectual property is an important component of foreign trade, and protecting intellectual property rights is a key issue. A chapter on Intellectual property protection is one of the major additions to the Foreign Trade Law. New sections have also been added to allow and provide guidance for conducting investigations and seeking relief. Finally, the new law beefs up and clarifies enforcement procedures. It regulates the setting up of early warning and emergency systems and a foreign trade statistics system.

Developed from Digital Multimedia Broadcasting (DMB), DMB+ changes the application focus fundamentally. The plus symbol "+" indicates that DMB+ is no longer for digital radio/videos, instead it works as a general data transmission technique. The merits of wireless transmission, broad coverage, high quality, information security and low building/maintenance cost make DMB+ suitable for a wide range of applications with numerous terminals and users, such as public information release, alarm and administration etc. The concept of DMB+ base station enables DMB+ to be used in building independent networks and for remote control and management, as well as for Industry 4.0. DMB+ will access into a new field that till now has been dominated by communication techniques, will open a huge commercial opportunity.
