본 연구에서는 제품구매과정의 각 단계에서 발생되는 거래비용이 온라인과 오프라인 구매에서 어떻게 다른지를 살펴보기 위하여 제품유형, 구매의사결정단계, 그리고 거래비용을 연계하는 모형을 통합적으로 제시하였다. 구체적으로, 구매의사결정의 각 단계에서 발생하는 거래비용에 기초하여, 소비자가 인지하게 되는 오프라인과 온라인에서의 거래비용의 차이를 살펴보고, 그 차이가 제품유형에 따라 다르다는 것을 비교하였다. 제품구매단계별 거래비용으로는 탐색비용, 비교비용, 제품성능에 대한 위험비용, 그리고 구매 후 서비스 위험비용을 고려하였으며 온오프라인구매의 거래비용 차이를 제품유형별로 분석하기 위하여 FCB 틀에서 제시하는 4가지 제품유형을 도입하였다. 연구결과, 총 24개의 가설 중 19개가 채택되어 온라인과 오프라인 구매의 거래비용의 차이와 제품유형에 따는 차이에 대한 가설이 대부분 지지되는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 기각된 가설 중 4개는 비유의적이었으며 1개만이 가설과 반대되는 결과를 보였다.

This paper presents a new modeling of the two dimensional magnetic property in soft magnetic materials for the magnetic field computations. In this modeling an approximate treatment is introduced to expand the applicable exciting frequency range. The result shows that the new modeling presented here is very useful in simplicity of magnetic field analysis.

For the global microwave market, high RF power or deluxe model is applying for inverter gradually. In this paper, 120[V]/1200[W] high power inverter is proposed and verified by an optimized design of PFM type. Especially the steady power output control was fulfilling at ＋/－ 10[％] input voltage variation.

본 논문은 인터넷 전자상거래를 기반으로 최근 활성화되고 있는 전자무역의 거래관행상의 영향 및 문제점을 실증분석하고 있다. 전자무역의 인터넷 전자상거래의 활용정도 및 장애요인 등을 분석하고 그에 따른 제반문제를 법제도적 측면을 비롯하여 정책적 측면 등을 중심으로 분석함으로서 전자무역의 새로운 거래관행의 확립과 법제도적 개선책의 모색을 통하여 전자무역거래의 활성화방안을 안전한 전자거래시스템의 확보 외에 관련 인력의 양성 및 교육훈련프로그램의 개발 등이 요구되고 있다.

This paper is concerned with distributed INGRES database system. The main motivation is to provide dynamic reconfiguration and global database consistency. Dynamic reconfiguration will provide proper initial environment to newly generated system. By use of transaction characteristic, database can be maintained in consistent state.

This article discusses and analyses several issues regarding to the Electronic Signature and the Electronic Certification. The objects of the analyse are the each paragraphs of the Korean Electronic Signature Act of 1999 and that of the Korean Electronic Transaction Basic Act of 1999 in comparing to the paragraphs of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act' (E-Sign) of 2000, U.S.A. and that of the Draft UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signature of 2000. The main issues discussed herein are the scope of the electronic signature, the definition of the electronic signature, permission of services to the non-authorized certification service providers, the effect of the electronic signature, the liability of the concerning parties of the electronic signature including liability of the certification service providers, that of the subscribers and that of the relying parties. This paper also discusses the problems of the possibility of issuing the electronic negotiable commercial papers, the validity of the electronic signatures done by electronic agents, the authority certificate, mutual certification of the foreign certification service providers, the permission of the electronic notary service, the problems of the consumer protection and the possibility of issuing electronic insurance policy, etc. The writer concludes by suggesting some measures that will activate the use of electronic signatures under the korean circumstances.

Finite element method (FEM) is a very powerful tool for the calculation of magnetic field of electromagnetic devices. MATLAB/Simulink is also well known as a very useful tool for control systems. This paper proposes a very promising method, where the FEM is coupled with MATLAB. We apply this method to analyze a permanent magnet (PM) motor drive system, and compare with results using MATLAB only.

We know there are tremendous increasing of electronic commerce transaction but don't have efficient method to cover the risk of it. Even though the risk why we make a deal by electronic commerce. The reason, I think, is its conveniences of little cost and by no means of papers or tele-communications. When the valid contracts are achieved you may have some problems because of different legal systems of the world. If the contractual quarrels break it is very difficult to solve it. So it is important to choose the governing law to avoid troubles when you make the contract on internet electronic commerce. The purpose of this study is to review the general principles of contract of internet electronic commerce.

본 논문에서는 통합적으로 상품 정보를 처리할 수 있는 전자 카탈로그 문서 구조를 정의하고 다양한 카탈로그 문서 포맷 및 구조를 지원하기 위하여 전자 카탈로그 표준 포맷을 XML(eXtensible Morkup Language)로 제안하였다. 또한, 거래에 참여하는 사용자가 정의된 전자 카탈로그 문서를 전자 상거래에 이용할 수 있도록 통합형 전자 카탈로그 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 웹 서비스와의 연동을 통하여 웹 서비스가 가지고 있는 비즈니스 통합 및 상호 운용성 등 다양한 장점과 전자 카탈로그 문서에서 얻을 수 없는 유용한 정보들을 웹 서비스를 통하여 얻을 수 있도록 하였다.
