  • 전자감시제도는 범죄자를 통제하기 위한 수단으로 최근에 도입되었다. 전자감시제도는 일정한 조건으로 석방된 범죄자가 지정 된 시간에 지정된 장소에 있는지 여부를 확인하기 위한 범죄자의 원격감시제도의 하나로 서 새로운 사회내처우의 하나이다. 전자감시제도는 현재 초기단계이기 때문에 그에 따른 문제점들도 많겠지만, 꾸준한 제도의 보완을 통해 국민들이 범죄로부터 안전할 수 있도록 제도적인 보완작업이 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

  • Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency Is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of PV system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for sensing the monitoring data and indirect controlling of the PV system. Most of the conventional monitoring system depend on the special hardware and software. Basic design goal of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, free of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..

  • The study, recognizing the seriousness of such second-convictions of sexual violence offenders and supplementing the problems noticed from an integral electronic monitoring anklet, which only offers simple location information, would like to propose a Prevention System against Second-Convictions of Sexual Violence Offenders by using Smart Electronic Monitoring Anklet. Proposed System is anticipated to be able to prevent second-convictions of sexual violence offenders as the data of offenders from Smart Electronic Monitoring Anklet with various sensors and the data from Integrated DB of Judicial Authorities is comparatively analyzed, allowing anticipative actions at each stage based on the analyzed data regarding sexual violence.

섀시 전자제어 시스템의 효과적인 교육을 위한 능동형 시뮬레이터의 개발 (A Development of Effective Educational Simulator for Electronic Control System of Automobile Chassis)

  • 본 연구에서는 이 분야의 효과적인 공학기술교육을 위하여 능동형 교육용 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 주행조건 제어 및 모니터링 시스템, 섀시 전자제어 시스템 모니터링 및 분석시스템, 가상 시뮬레이터 및 교육용 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있다. 여기서 주행조건 제어 및 모니터링 시스템은 다시 실차 시뮬레이터와 유압장비 및 원격제어 및 모니터링 시스템으로 구성되어 있다. 섀시 전자제어 시스템 모니터링 및 분석 시스템에서는 Labview 프로그램을 통하여 각종 센서와 액추에이터들의 동작상태를 모니터링 할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 가상 시뮬레이터 및 교육용 콘텐츠는 2D 플래시 및 3D 애니메이션으로 효과적인 교육의 멀티미디어 교육 자료를 제공하여 준다. 이러한 시스템은 교육용 뿐만 아니라 관련 분야 시스템의 모듈 연구 개발 시 성능 분석 장비로써의 활용도 가능할 것이다.

  • This paper presents observer-based on-line overload monitoring scheme for a PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) drive system. Proposed scheme is to monitor overload status of motor drive system at remote place. The drive system is previously installed on main system and has no communication function. Proposed scheme consists of intelligent sensing head and monitoring part. Intelligent sensing head acquire motor 3-Phase currents and transmit data to monitoring part over serial communication interface. Monitoring part estimates motor speed using state observer. By comparing estimated speed with reference speed, we can detect motor fault. In this scheme observed information must coded and transmitted over a digital communication channel with finite capacity. We consider communication constraint as time delay and we design discrete-time observer. The proposed scheme is tested on the actual drive system.

Optical In-Situ Plasma Process Monitoring Technique for Detection of Abnormal Plasma Discharge

  • Advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology requires methods to maximize tool efficiency and improve product quality by reducing process variability. Real-time plasma process monitoring and diagnosis have become crucial for fault detection and classification (FDC) and advanced process control (APC). Additional sensors may increase the accuracy of detection of process anomalies, and optical monitoring methods are non-invasive. In this paper, we propose the use of a chromatic data acquisition system for real-time in-situ plasma process monitoring called the Plasma Eyes Chromatic System (PECS). The proposed system was initially tested in a six-inch research tool, and it was then further evaluated for its potential to detect process anomalies in an eight-inch production tool for etching blanket oxide films. Chromatic representation of the PECS output shows a clear correlation with small changes in process parameters, such as RF power, pressure, and gas flow. We also present how the PECS may be adapted as an in-situ plasma arc detector. The proposed system can provide useful indications of a faulty process in a timely and non-invasive manner for successful run-to-run (R2R) control and FDC.

Design of a MEMS sensor array for dam subsidence monitoring based on dual-sensor cooperative measurements

  • With the rapid development of the Chinese water project, the safety monitoring of dams is urgently needed. Many drawbacks exist in dams, such as high monitoring costs, a limited equipment service life, long-term monitoring difficulties. MEMS sensors have the advantages of low cost, high precision, easy installation, and simplicity, so they have broad application prospects in engineering measurements. This paper designs intelligent monitoring based on the collaborative measurement of dual MEMS sensors. The system first determines the endpoint coordinates of the sensor array by the coordinate transformation relationship in the monitoring system and then obtains the dam settlement according to the endpoint coordinates. Next, this paper proposes a dual-MEMS sensor collaborative measurement algorithm that builds a mathematical model of the dual-sensor measurement. The monitoring system realizes mutual compensation between sensor measurement data by calculating the motion constraint matrix between the two sensors. Compared with the single-sensor measurement, the dual-sensor measurement algorithm is more accurate and can improve the reliability of long-term monitoring data. Finally, the experimental results show that the dam subsidence monitoring system proposed in this paper fully meets the engineering monitoring accuracy needs, and the dual-sensor collaborative measurement system is more stable than the single-sensor monitoring system.

성능이 향상된 Stack Monitoring System의 설계 (Design of Stack Monitoring System with Improved Performance)

  • 본 논문에서는 성능이 향상된 Stack Monitoring System을 설계한다. Stack Monitoring System의 증폭기(AMP)에 들어오는 펄스성 잡음을 차단하기 위하여, 차폐 및 전원부 임피던스를 낮추고 전원회로를 분리하여 노이즈를 차단한다. 신틸레이션 검출기 특성을 최대한 장치에 매칭하기 위한 가변 고전압, 이득(Gain), 상쇄(Offset), 한계(Threshold) 등을 설정 할 수 있는 제어부를 설계한다. 또한 300 ~ 1,500V의 가변 고전압 전원회로를 구성하여 다양한 신틸레이션 검출기에 적용가능 한 가변 전압 공급 장치를 설계한다. 성능이 향상된 Stack Monitoring System은 다종의 신틸레이션 검출기가 각각의 특성을 고려하여 동작하게 함으로서 효율적이고 높은 신뢰성을 보장한다. 개발된 Stack Monitoring System의 측정 불확도에 대하여 공인 시험기관의 장비를 사용하여 실험한 결과 우수한 성능을 나타내었다.
