태양전지의 저가격.고효율화를 위한 Ni/Cu/Ag 전극에 관한 연구 (The Research of Solar Cells Applying Ni/Cu/Ag Contact for Low Cost & High Efficiency)

  • The metallic contact system of silicon solar cell must have several properties, such as low contact resistance, easy application and good adhesion. Ni is shown to be a suitable barrier to Cu diffusion as well as desirable contact metal to silicon. Nickel monosilicide(NiSi) has been suggested as a suitable silicide due to its lower resistivity, lower sintering temperature and lower layer stress than $TiSi_2$. Copper and Silver can be plated by electro & light-induced plating method. Light-induced plating makes use the photovoltaic effect of solar cell to deposit the metal on the front contact. The cell is immersed into the electrolytic plating bath and irradiated at the front side by light source, which leads to a current density in the front side grid. Electroless plated Ni/ Electro&light-induced plated Cu/ Light-induced plated Ag contact solar cells result in an energy conversion efficiency of 16.446 % on $0.2\sim0.6\;{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$, $20\;\times\;20\;mm^2$, CZ(Czochralski) wafer.

  • Nb and Ti were added to 316 stainless steel, and then heat-treatments and surface treatments were performed on the 316 stainless steel and the Nb- and Ti-added alloys. All samples indicated enhanced electrical conductivity after surface treatments, whereas they showed low electrical conductivity before surface treatments due to the existence of non-conductive passive film on the alloy surface. In particular, the Hb- and Ti-added alloys showed remarkable enhancement of electrical conductivity compared to the original alloy, 316 stainless steel. Surface characterization revealed that small carbide particles formed on the alloy surface after surface treatments, while the alloys indicated flat surface structure before surface treatments. $Cr_{23}C_6$ mainly formed on the 316 stainless steel, and NbC and TiC mainly formed on the Nb- and Ti-added alloys, respectively. We attribute the enhanced electrical conductivity after surface treatments to the formation of these carbide particles, possibly acting as a means of electro-conductive channel through the passive film. Furthermore, NbC and TiC are supposed to be more effective carbides than $Cr_{23}C_6$ as electro-conductive channels of stainless steel

  • Nondestructive damage sensing and mechanical properties for acid-treated carbon nanotube (CNT) and nanofiber (CNF)/epoxy composites were investigated using electro-micromechanical technique and acoustic emission (AE). Carbon black (CB) was used to compare to CNT and CNF. The results were compared to the untreated case. The fracture of carbon fiber was detected by nondestructive acoustic emission (AE) relating to electrical resistivity under double-matrix composites test. Sensing for fiber tension was performed by electro-pullout test under uniform cyclic strain. The sensitivity for fiber damage such as fiber fracture and fiber tension was the highest for CNT/epoxy composites. Reinforcing effect of CNT obtained from apparent modulus measurement was the highest in the same content. For surface treatment case, the damage sensitivity and reinforcing effect were higher than those of the untreated case. The results obtained from sensing fiber damage were correlated with the morphological observation of nano-scale structure using FE-SEM. The information on fiber damage and matrix deformation and reinforcing effect of carbon nanocomposites could be obtained from electrical resistivity measurement as a new concept of nondestructive evaluation.

  • 통방융합서비스가 가시화되면서 성능이 더욱 우수한 안테나 모델을 개발하기 위해 다양한 기술적 접근이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문은 핸드폰에 부착할 수 있고, 통방융합용에 적용할 수 있는 소형모바일 안테나를 제안한다. 모바일 핸드셑용 안테나 설계에서, 크기축소는 중요한 요소 중의 하나이며, 루프안테나의 소형화는 접어진 다이폴을 굽힘으로서 실현된다. 짧은 평면 다이폴은 더 큰 입력저항을 만들기 위해 두 배의 접어진 다이폴과 루프안테나로 변환된다. 그 안테나의 전류분포는 루프 안테나와 같고, 방사패턴은 전방향 특성을 갖는다. 또한 전기광학효과 맵핑 시스템을 이용하여 전류유기 근거리장 방사패턴에 의해 RFID안테나의 성능을 분석한다.

  • We synthesized the two types of photoalignment material of high thermal resistance with hydroxyl aromatic polyimide, and studied the liquid crystal (LC) aligning capabilities on the photopolymer layers. Also, electro-optical (EO) performances for the twisted-nematic (TN)-liquid crystal display (LCD) photoaligned with linearly polarized UV exposure were investigated. A good LC alignment with UV exposure on the two types of photopolymer surface can be obtained. The Voltage-transmittance (V-T) curve in the photoaligned TN cell with UV exposure was different from two type. The response time of photoaligned TN cell was measured about 21 ms in two alkyl chain and about 15ms in four alkyl chain.

Tuning of Electro-optical Properties of Nano-structured SnO2:Ga Powders in a Micro Drop Fluidized Reactor

  • Tuning of electro-optical properties of nano-structured $SnO_2:Ga$ powders in a micro drop fluidized reactor (MDFR) was highly effective to enhance the activities of powders to be used as sensor materials. The tuning was conducted continuously in a facile one-step process during the formation of powders. The microscopic hydrodynamic forces affected the band gap structure and charge transfer of $SnO_2:Ga$ powders through the oxygen and interfacial tin vacancies by providing plausible pyro-hydraulic conditions, which resulted in the decrease in the electrical resistance of the materials. The analyses of room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) spectra and FT-IR exhibited that the tuning could improve the surface activities of $SnO_2:Ga$ powders by adjusting the excitation as well as separation of electrons and holes, thus maximizing the oxygen vacancies at the surface of the powders. The scheme of photocatalytic mechanism of $SnO_2:Ga$ powders was also discussed.

  • 최근 휴대단말기 시장에서는 블루투스, GPRS, EDGE, 3GSM, HSDPA 등과 같은 높은 대역폭의 RF를 사용하고 있다. 높은 대역폭의 RF 영역에서는 높은 면저항(Sheet resistance)을 갖는 무전도 금속박막 코팅 방법이 사용되고 있는데, 기존의 무전도 금속증착은 사출물 세정, UV 하도 코팅, 금속증착, UV 중도 코팅, 상도 코팅 등 다수의 복합 공정으로 이루어져 있다. 특히 하도공정은 금속 증착(Sputtering)과 일괄 처리가 어려워 생산성이 낮고 생산원가 상승의 원인이기도 하다. 따라서 이를 극복하기 위하여 최근 Na 등 (2014)은 무전도 금속코팅에서 Primer 대체를 위한 전자빔의 표면처리의 가능성을 가능함을 보였다. In this paper, 플라즈마 생성 전자빔 소스(Plasma generated electron beam source)를 활용하여 PC/ABS 수지 사출물의 공정을 실험계획법에 의한 전자빔 조사 조건을 탐색하여, 즉, 수지 표면처리공정 조건을 탐색하여, 그 실험 결과를 분석하여, 진공전처리공정 개발 및 양산공정라인의 처리의 최적 조건을 찾고자 한다.

  • In high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells, If high-efficiency solar cells are to be commercialized. It is need to develop superior contact formation method and material that can be inexpensive and simple without degradation of the solar cells ability. For reason of plated metallic contact is not only high metallic purity but also inexpensive manufacture. It is available to apply mass production. Especially, Nickel, Copper and Silver are applied widely in various electronic manufactures as easily formation is available by plating.   • A Study is a experiment which is figure out to aptimum discharge cutting condition of the surfaceroughness, electric discharging speed and electro wear ratio with Ton Toff and V(voltage) as an input condition according to the current(Ip) in an electric spark machine ; 1)Electrode is utilized Cu(coper) and Graphite. 2)Work piece is used the material of carbon steel. The condition of experiment is; 1)Current is varied 0.7(A) to 50(A). 2)Pulse time(Ton) is varied 3($\mu$s) to 240($\mu$s) and also Toff is varied 7($\mu$s) to 20($\mu$s). 3)The time of electric discharging to work piece in each time is 30(min) to 60(min) 4)After the upper side of work piece was measured in radius (5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$) of syulus analyzed the surface roughness to made the table and graph of Rmax by yielding data. 5)Electro wear ratio is; \circled1Coper was measured cx-machining and post machining but the electronic baiance. \circled2The ex-machining of graphite measured by it, the post-machining was found the data from volume specific gravity and analyzed to made its table and graph on ground the data 6)In order to keep the accuracy of voltage affected to the work piece was equipped with the A.V.R(Automatic Voltage Regulator). 7)The memory scope was sticked to the electric spark machine. 8)In order to preserve the precision of current, to get rid of the noise occured by internal resistance of electric spark machine and to force injecting for the discharge fluid, it made the fixed table for a work piece to minimize the work error by means of one's failure during the electric discharging According to above results, the surface roughness by the variation of electrodw and current was analyzed to compare KS(Korea Standards) It was decided the optimum condition of electric discharge cutting through analyzing the effect of electric discharge speed and electro wear ratio.

  • (주)쎄트렉아이는 400kg 급 지구관측 위성의 주 탑재체로 사용될 고해상도 전자광학카메라, EOS-C 시스템을 개발 중이다. 이 시스템은 DubaiSat-1 위성의 주 탑재체 개발을 통해 획득한 경험을 토대로 보다 향상된 광기계 및 열적 성능을 갖도록 설계되었다. 민감한 광학부품의 운용상 성능을 유지하기 위해 히터를 이용한 능동 열제어 방식이 적용되었고, 이와 더불어 히터 소모 전력을 최소화하기 위해 열 코팅 및 다층박막단열재(MLI)를 사용한 수동 열제어 방식이 적용되었다. 열해석 모델을 이용해 임무궤도에 대한 열해석을 수행하였으며, 해석 결과를 바탕으로 이 시스템의 열제어계가 설계 요구조건을 만족하는 것을 확인하였다.
