  • In this paper, we test the electrical resistance of flat wire in the PV module. normally solar cell has two kind of flat wire(inter connection ribbon and bus bar ribbon). we found the phenomenon that has a unbalance with resistance when we make a wiling between of string. So, we measurement the resistance of flat wire each other. and analysis of missmatch with resistance between flat wires on PV module. next to survey of IR picture on missmatch flat wire samples for analyze of missmatch with current in the wire. and we perform IR test with solar cell that has a connection with flat wire for test the effect of missmatch resistance on solar cell. Finally we perform the Dark I-V test for survey of effect by the unbalance of resistance. By the result of Dark I-V test, the series resistance of existing connection sample is large more then innovated connection sample.

  • Carbon powders (CP) and carbon fiber (CF) were introduced info glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP) composites to obtain fracture detection function. The composites were evaluated through the relation between a load-displacement curve and an electrical resistance change curve in three point bending test. CP containing FRP (CP-FRP) has a sensitivity of electrical resistance change at much lower load level than CF containing FRP (CF-FRP). In loading-unloading tests, CP-FRP showed a large amount of residual electrical resistance which enables the estimation of loading hysteresis.

  • Resistance standards from 1 ${\Omega}$ to 100 $k{\Omega}$, with calculable frequency dependencies of up to 1 MHz, have been developed for the calibration of commercial inductance-capacitance-resistance (LCR) meters and impedance analyzers. The resistors are designed on the basis of single bifilar loops. The typical resistance change from dc to 1 MHz is from 200 to $800\;{\mu}{\Omega}/{\Omega}$. According to the measurement results, the frequency dependencies of the resistors are severaltimes lower than the measurement uncertainty of commercial LCR meters.

  • The ohmic characterization of Au/Te/Au/n-GaAs structure is investigated by the application of x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, Auger electron spectroscopy, the specific contact resistance and I-V measurement. Increasing the annealing temperature, the results of XRD measurement show the sharpening of the Au-Ga peak and the increasing of the intensity of Au peak due to the crystallization. At 400$^{\circ}C$, which is the ohmic onset point, Ga$_2$Te$_3$peak gets evident and GaAs regrowth peak appears for the samples annealed at 500$^{\circ}C$. The variation of shottky contact to ohmic contact is confirmed by the I-V curve transition. The specific contact resistance of 3.8x10$\^$-5/$\Omega$-$\textrm{cm}^2$ is obtained for the sample annealed at 500$^{\circ}C$ and above 600$^{\circ}C$ the specific contact resistance increased due to the decomposition of GaAs substrate.

  • In this paper, we measurement the resistance on the flat wire for PV module. There is some kind of flat wire that has different length and different contact area in the PV module. so we test the resistance on each case for analysis with common connection method. we measurement the electrical output characteristics and phenomenon of PV module that is applied new connetion method. by the result, The fill factor and electrical output characteristics on PV module are analyzed to getting better more then common connection method. Finally we recommend the developed connection method for diminishing of resistance on PV module. It enhance the electrical character more than common connection method.

전기저항 측정법을 이용한 탄소섬유/기지 간 계면에서의 섬유 미끌림 정도 측정방법 (Measurement of Electrical Resistance Method in Characterizing the Slip ratio of Carbon fiber/Matrix at the Interface)

  • 전기저항 측정법을 이용하여 단일 탄소섬유의 인장 실험을 실시하였다. 탄소섬유의 전도성을 이용하여 인장하중에 따른 신율과 전기저항 변화도간의 관계를 연구하였다. 섬유 인장 과정동안에 일정 신율 거리상 응력과 전기저항 변화율간의 상관관계를 통계적으로 정리하였다. 결과에 대해 추세선을 그어 섬유의 변형에 따른 거동 모델을 구성하였다. 프레그먼테이션 시편을 이용하여 인장 실험에 따른 인장 응력이 재료 내부로 전달되면서, 시편 내부 탄소섬유에도 인장 응력이 가해져 기지보다 섬유가 먼저 파괴되었다. 이 경우 탄소섬유의 전기저항 변화도를 측정한 결과 값을 탄소섬유의 거동 모델에 대입하여 프레그먼테이션 시편 내부에 있었던 탄소섬유의 거동을 분석할 수 있었다. 탄소섬유의 인장 신율을 예측하고 프레그먼테이션 시편의 실제 신율을 비교하여 섬유와 기지 사이에 발생된 섬유 미끌림 정도를 확인하였다. 섬유 미끌림 정도의 수치가 클 경우, 기지와 섬유 간 계면 상태가 약한 접합의 상태였다. 이러한 결과를 확인하기 위해서 접착일 평가법을 이용하였으며, 두 실험법의 결과, 동일한 경향임을 확인하였다.

  • The ground resistance has been used as a method of estimating the capability of counterpoise. When transient currents blow through a ground electrode, it is reasonable to evaluate the performance of ground electrode system as a ground impedance instead of ground resistance. However, the measurement method of ground impedance for counterpoise is not clearly presented. This paper describes the measurement method of ground impedance considering the earth mutual resistances and AC mutual coupling. When we measure the ground impedance, the error due to earth mutual resistances depends on the distance between the auxiliary electrodes and the electrode under test. The measurement accuracy of high frequency ground impedance is mainly influenced by the location of the current electrode and the potential electrode.

  • In this work, the attempt has been made to investigate the morphology of self-assembled dipyridinium dithioacetate on Au(111) substrate by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy(STM). Also, we measured electrical properties(I-V) using Scanning Tunneling Spectroscopy(STS). Sample used in this experiment is dipyridinium dithioacetate, which contains thiol functional group, this structure that can be self-assembled easily to Au(111) substrate. The self-assembly procedure was used for two different concentrations, 0.5 mM/ml and 1 mM/ml. Dilute density of sample by 0.5 mM/ml, 1 mM/ml and observed dipyridinium dithioacetate's image by STM after self-assembled on Au(111) substrate. The structure of STM tip-SAMs-Au(111) substrate has been used measurement for electrical properties(I-V) using STS. The current-voltage(I-V) measurement result, observed negative differential resistance(NDR) properties.

  • 본 논문에서는 격자망식 전선배치에 의한 침출수 누출감지시스템을 개발하기 위하여 현장모형시험을 통하여 적용성을 평가하였으며, 전기회로시험을 통하여 격자망 전선 배치에서 발생하는 전기회로적 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 침출수는 전기저항을 감소시키기 때문에 누출지점에서는 다른 지점에 비해 낮은 전기저항값을 나타내었다. 따라서, 전기저항을 측정하는 본 누출감지시스템에 의하여 임의 지점에서 발생하는 침출수의 누출 감지가 가능하였으며, 평면적 분포도를 통하여 누출위치의 파악이 가능하였다. 전기저항이 감소된 지점과 동일한 전선상에 위치한 다른 센서에 서의 측정값도 약간 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나, 이는 저항이 작은 곳으로 전류의 흐름이 발생하는 전기회로적 효과로 설명할 수 있었다.
