태양광 가로등 발전 효율개선 연구 (The improved efficiency Study of PV system for the Solar lamp lighting)

  • This paper studies stand-alone photovoltaic array for solar lighting lamp. The solar lighting lamp has PV modules, batteries. and charge & discharge system. The charge efficiency is improved for the control of each battery which is divided the charge from the discharge to change the structure of existing solar lighting lamp charge & discharge system. so, the charge and discharge times are reduced of 50%. and the depth of discharge control can be controlled in the discharge cut off voltage. This can be effective of battery use. If a battery is out of order, this system can be executed for a regular period. so we saved the repair cost and developed of system's stabilization. It is possible economical effect to apply for solar lighting lamp used photovoltaic array.

  • Equalizing the state of charge of cell that affects the charge/discharge quality and efficiency of the battery through the charge/discharge characteristic experiments of battery source, we develope the high efficiency charge/discharge system which would be used in serial HEV with the constant engine-generator output. For this, establishes the electrical model of Ni-MH battery appropriate to the high efficiency charge/discharge conditions. There is no model of Ni-MH cell, so we used Ni-Cd model and obtain the Ni-MH model through the experiment. A reason that each cell has the same charge/discharge property for applying the cell model to serial/parallel connected battery source extensively is needed. Therefore, in this paper, propose the Ni-MH charger/discharger has the equalization charging function and selectable cut-off function.

  • In this paper, We examine that characteristics of formative electret with polymer film and electric charge storage using grid corona discharge. compound polymer of fluorine resin used for material in electret because of high electric charge accumulation, excellent electrical and physical characteristic. All experiments were carried out with circular samples of $Teflon^(R)FEP$ film, 12.5[${\mu}m$] thick. As experiment variables, we used voltage, electrode thickness, discharge electrode gap, and discharge time. According to this variables, we studied on characteristics of formative electret and electric charge storage. Additionally we make a comparative study of the result between the grid corona discharge and needle electrode discharge.

  • The charge and discharge current in EPR(Ethylene Propylene Rubber), which were irradiated with the radiant capacity of 0~600 [kgy/h], have been measured in order to investigate the influence of the atmosphere (oxygen, air and vacuum) on electrical properties. It has been shown that the charge and discharge current increase as the amount of radiant capacity increases in air and vacuum atmosphere. This electrical property degradation can be speculated due to that the C=O radicals or impurities, which comes from during shaping process, may act as dipoles. On the other hand, the charge and discharge current are shown to be higher in the amount of 1[kgy/h] than these in 10[kgy/h] in air atmosphere, because the charge and discharge current can be increased as the exposure time is extended with slower rate. Under the same amount of irradiation, the charge and discharge current in oxygen atmosphere are shown to be higher than those in vacuum. This is possibly due to that the main chain can be broken by oxidation when it is exposed to the $\gamma$ -rays.

  • In this paper, we have the investigated the Influence of Filler Shape on Dielectric & Electric Charge-Discharge Properties of Filled Epoxy Resin. In the low frequency range from 50Hz to a few kHz, the magnitude of tan$\delta$ become larger in the order, NON, RAS, SAS, SCS. The electrical Discharge of RAS measured for 60 min, decreased after 10$^2$∼10$^3$.

  • A hybrid supercapacitor (HS) is an energy storage device used to enhance the low weight energy density (Wh/kg) of a supercapacitor. On the other hand, a sudden decrease in capacity has been pointed out as a reliability problem after many charge/discharge cycles. The reliability problem of a HS affects the early aging process. In this study, the capacity performance of a HS was observed after charge/discharge. For detailed analysis of the initial charge/discharge cycles, the charge and discharge curve was measured at a low current density. In addition, a solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) layer was confirmed after the charge/discharge. A HC composed of a lithium titanate (LTO) anode and active carbon cathode was used. The charge/discharge efficiency of the first cycle was lower than the late cycles and the charge/discharge rate was also lower. This behavior was induced by SEI layer formation, which consumed Li ions in the LTO lattice. The formation of a SEI layer after the charge/discharge cycles was confirmed using a range of analysis techniques.

  • In this work, the effects of space charge was analyzed in removal efficiency of pollutant using dielectric barrier discharges. In order to investigate effects of space charge, two dielectrics(XLPE and TR-XLPE) was chosen which are different in space charge distribution. The simultaneously measurement of space charge and discharge current was carried out in XLPE and TR-XLPE with air gap by Pulsed-Electro-Acoustic Method in ac. Also, the removal efficiency is measured by classical ozone generator(von Siemens 1875). From the experimental results, we knew that the space charge distribution affects the discharge patterns. The more space charge is in surface, the quickly discharge initiates and the magnitude of discharge is increased when polarity changes. And these affect the removal efficiency of pollutant.

EPR의 열화에 의한 충.방전 전류 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Properties of Charge & Discharge Current by Degrade in EPR)

  • This paper describes the degraded properties of between the charge and discharge current for ${\gamma}$-ray irradiated in electric power cable rubbers using in nuclear power generating station. The charge and discharge current of degradation in EPR(Ethylene Propylene Rubber), which were irradiated with the radiant capacity of 0.033 Mrad/h, have been measured in order to investigate the influence of the atmosphere(in amount of reinforcing agent, moisture absorption and heat treatment) on electrical properties. When ${\gamma}$-ray were irradiated on the EPR with more reinforcing agent from 4 to 40 Phr, charge and discharge currents was increase due to the amount of reinforcing agent. It was verified that the discharging and charging currents irradiated by ${\gamma}$-ray were higher than those that was not irradiated. The amount of the degraded current was more after moisture absorption than before moisture absorption. The charge and discharge current after heat treatment was similar to that of before heat treatment and it was decreased with the time elapsed. As these properties related with ${\gamma}$-ray irradiation dose, it is suggested that these properties can be utilized as a index of irradiation degradation.

  • Period which does an electric condition of panel in reset in the driving method of PDP is reset period. This research experimentally analyzed the priming discharge characteristic of reset period. The amount of wall charge and the accumulation time accumulated by priming discharge are unrelated to width of priming pulse. And, self-erase discharge has the relation in the amount of wall charge by priming discharge. Then, it relates also to space charge generated by priming discharge. Moreover, space charge which helps self-erase discharge exists to about 22$mutextrm{s}$ after generating priming discharge. And, it is suitable within 12$mutextrm{s}$ of priming pulse width for efficient reset.
