기업의 CSR 활동이 조직신뢰와 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effects of CSR Activities on Organization Trust and Job Satisfaction in Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 방산제조업체인 H사의 현장 사원 289명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하고 기업의 CSR 활동이 조직신뢰와 직무만족에 어떤 영향을 미치며, 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 확인하고자 실증 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 CSR 활동은 현장 사원들의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업의 CSR 활동은 현장 사원들에게 매우 중요한 동기부여가 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 자신이 근무하고 있는 조직이 적극적으로 사회적 책임을 이행하고 있다고 인식한 직원들은 조직신뢰에 대한 지각수준도 높다고 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 직원들의 조직신뢰가 높아질수록 직무만족도 증대하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기업의 CSR 활동과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 조직신뢰의 매개효과가 있는지에 대한 검증을 한 결과, 완전 매개효과와 부분매개효과가 혼재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 연구결과는 방산제조기업이 계속 기업으로 성장에 필요한 효율적인 조직관리 방안 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

스마트공장 도입이 일터혁신에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Smart Factory Introduction on Workplace Innovation)

  • 최근 스마트공장 도입이 확산됨에 따라 스마트공장 도입에 대한 긍정적, 부정적 영향에 대한 관심과 연구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 750개 기업을 대상으로 일터혁신지수 하위 4개 부문(노사관계, 인적자원관리, 인적자원개발, 작업조직)별로 스마트공장 도입에 따른 일터혁신지수의 변화를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 전반적으로 스마트공장을 도입한 기업의 일터혁신지수가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 높게(0.5~9.4점) 나타났으며 특히 작업조직부분에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 스마트공장 도입과 일터혁신 컨설팅의 영향을 함께 분석한 결과, 노사관계부문과 작업조직부문의 경우 스마트공장을 도입하고 컨설팅을 받은 것이 일터혁신지수 향상에 부합하는 결과를 보였다.

Effects of a new generation of fish protein hydrolysate on performance, intestinal microbiology, and immunity of broiler chickens

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of co-dried fish protein hydrolysate (CFPH) on broilers performance, intestinal microbiology, and cellular immune responses. Five hundred one-day-old (Ross 308) male broilers were allocated to four treatments with five replicates of 25 birds in a completely randomized design. The experimental treatments included four levels of CFPH (0% as the control, 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5%) in the isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets. During the experiment, body weight (BW) and feed intake (FI) were periodically recorded in addition to calculating average daily gain (ADG), feed conversion ratio (FCR), liveability index, and European broiler index (EBI). In addition, cellular immune responses were evaluated at 30 days of age. On day 42, ileal contents were obtained to examine the microbial population. Based on the findings, Dietary supplementation of 5 and 7.5% CFPH increased the percentage of the thigh while decreasing the relative weight of the gizzard compared to the control group. The highest relative length of jejunum was observed in birds receiving 2.5 and 5% CFPH, and its highest relative weight belonged to birds fed with 5% CFPH. The number of coliforms, enterobacters, and total gram-negative bacteria in the intestines of birds receiving CFPH was less than that of the control group. In general, the application of CFPH in broiler nutrition can decrease the level of soybean meal in diet and it can be considered as a new protein supplement in poultry production. It is suggested to study the incorporation of this new supplement in other livestock's diets.

  • 본 논문은 오케스트라 봉사활동을 통해 경험하는 컴페션이 단원들의 심리적 안녕감과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 검증하였고, 심리적 안녕감과 자기효능감이 종속변수인 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 또한 본 연구는 오케스트라 조직 내에서 경험하는 컴페션과 직무성과 간의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 실증하였다. 본 연구의 방법은 서울 경기지역의 오케스트라 단원들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 총 연구대상은 300명이며, 조사단체는 경기북부의 3지역의 단체와 서울 5개 단체로 총 8개 단체를 대상으로 하였다. 조사 시기는 2017년 9월 1일~9월 30일까지 연구자가 각 단체를 방문하여 조사하는 방법과 연구내용을 각 단체의 지휘자에게 설명하여 조사하고 다시 회수하는 방법으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 회수된 300부의 설문지 중 불성실하게 응답한 8부를 제외한 292부를 최종 표본으로 분석하여 가설을 검증하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 첫째, 오케스트라 조직 내에서 경험하는 컴페션이 심리적 안녕감과 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증되었다. 둘째, 심리적 안녕감과 자기효능감이 직무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었고, 셋째, 컴페션과 직무성과 간의 관계에서 심리적 안녕감과 자기 효능감의 매개 효과가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Nowadays, the human resources of an organization are very important in order to survive in competitive business environment. This study investigates the influence of four decision-making styles in Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and working conditions on organizational effectiveness. Job satisfaction and immersion have been regarded as key conceptions of organizational effectiveness. The result of this study has shown that organizational effectiveness are influenced by personality types and working conditions. Based on the result, an enterprise must provide working conditions which are conducive and suitable for all decision-making styles. For ST-type, the composition of good relationship with superiors, clear organization's visions and goals and rewarding compensation on original idea contribution need to be provided. On the other hand, autonomic authority and job assistance in co-worker are more suitable for NT-type. Finally, in the case of SF-type, the organization must give job assistance in co-worker.

A Strategic Approach for Regional Fisheries Organization Establishment in Northeast Asia

  • This study considers an approach for subregional fisheries organization in Northeast Asia. The fishery resources in the Northeast Asian waters surrounding Korea are among the most productive in the world because of their extremely high biological productivity and the natural features of the sea. However, the fishery resources of the region have long been subject to heavy fishing pressures, and many stocks are now believed to be seriously depleted or even in danger of extinction because of overfishing. To move to a run sustainable fishery in Northeast Asia waters area, cooperative fisheries management between Korea, China and Japan for common resource is probably necessary. Cooperative fisheries management is likely to be more effective in fishery resources management than individual fisheries management by countries. The effects of fisheries management by regional cooperation can be divided into resource management and economical performance. Cooperative fisheries management as RFO will bring satisfactory results. Currently these jurisdictional extensions and resulting disputes over maritime space and resources were thrust upon an already transitional and unstable political environment. However, They have to have a strategic approach for RFO establishment step by step. Cooperative fisheries management using the RFO can mitigate these disputes, and cooperative bilateral fisheries arrangements have been proliferating over the past 10 years and may provide the basis for possible trust-building multilateral agreements.

  • Purpose: To develop efficient PL response system, SMEs should decide which component of PL response system is important and implemented with priority under limited resources. To accomplish this goal, we propose strategic priority components of PL response system for SME manufacturer. Methods: We categorize the components of PL response system based on prior research results - System, Organization, Training, Technology, Cost, and Awareness. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is applied to extract important components of PL response system, which is used in assigning the priority of component. To analyze effects of each components, performance sensitivity analysis is applied. Results: The survey analysis results show Technology is the most important components. Organization and Cost component are follows. As the importance of Technology is changed, we can find Organization, Cost is second and third important components. Conclusion: Our research shows Technology which is related to make a safe product with systematic process, is a basic enabler of PL response system. Also, building a PL team and securing a budget for PL activity should be carry out with limited resources.

군대 조직에서 진성리더십이 직무만족과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Authentic Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Focus on Military Organization Behavior)

  • Purpose: The study is aimed to understand the influence of the authentic leadership in the military organization on the collective and personal level of effectiveness and to examine the impact of authentic leadership on job satisfaction and the organizational citizenship behavior in the military. Methods: The empirical test are based on an effective survey with 337 respondents who are military officers in order to verify the hypothesis of the research. Results: The results of this study found that the authentic leadership has partial positive impact on the job satisfaction. The job satisfaction has positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, leaders must be educated through personal education in order to express themselves honestly. Education should be carried out so that they ca develop qualities that can truly reward mental rewards for good work and praise. The self-examination should be done with the self-examination.

The Effective Factors of Professional Learning : Study on Accounting Firms in Korea

  • The purpose of this study is to substantiate the affecting factors of informal learning outcomes for professions in various dimensions of an individual and organization. In specific, the study analyzed the effects of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment which have on task-related knowledge acquisition, adapting to organization and understanding contexts, relationship formation, and improving self-development-ability. The participants of the study were 261 professionals working at four major accounting firms in South Korea. Multiple regression models were applied step by step for analysis. In this study, the informal learning of professionals working at four major accounting firms is influenced by various factors of learning motivation, job characteristics, and a supportive learning environment. The detailed analysis results were as follows. Firstly, peer-support showed the most positive effect on task-related knowledge acquisition. Secondly, for adapting to organization and understanding contexts, task autonomy showed the greatest effect. Thirdly, peer-support was found to be the most important factor for relationship formation. Fourthly, for improving self-development ability, learning goal orientation showed to be the most important factor. The various factors facilitated the professional learning by empirical identification. The study presented practical implications for creating an effective informal learning support environment.

간호사의 조직내 대인관계 역량에 관한 구조모형 (The Structural Modeling for Nurses' Interpersonal Competence within an Organization)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify a path model that anticipates the interpersonal competence of nurses by anticipating factors that explain interpersonal competence within an organization, and analyzing the effects of these factors. A hypothetical model was formulated based on a literature review of interpersonal competence. For the study, influential factors were divided into two variables: exogenous variables including communication style, coaching leadership, and social support, and endogenous variables of self-efficacy, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Methods: The sample included 202 hospital nurses. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. Results: The overall fitness was good ($x^2=74.707$, p<.001), d.f=19, $x^2/df=3.932$, GFI=.940, AGFI=.826, RMR=.009). Social support, self-efficacy, horizontal communication and organizational commitment directly affected the interpersonal competence of the nurses, and informal type of communication, horizontal, upward communication and coaching leadership indirectly effected the interpersonal competence of the nurses. Horizontal communication, social support, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment explained 46.5% of the variance in interpersonal competence of nurses. Conclusion: Based on the study results, nurses in hospitals need informal types of communication, horizontal, upward communication and coaching leadership to increase their interpersonal competence.
