Although current RFID technology can provide wide advantages in food industry, most food companies do not consider widely adopting this technology yet. This paper presents analysis of how the effective implementation of RFID systems in food industry. To Measure the affecting factors, 19 items from Ketinger & Hackbarth, ABI Research, RFID Institutes and Researcher are selected. The validity and reliability of a questionnaire were examined through factor analysis and regression analysis was done by using the introduction of RFID systems and an achievement of ROI(Return On Investment) as dependent variables and the 4 factor scores from the factor analysis as independent variables. The results show that 2 factors are not only important in the introduction of RFID systems but also 3 factors also important for an achievements of ROI in particular.

In general, other conventional researches propose the fuzzy Petri net-based fuzzy reasoning algorithms based on the exhaustive search algorithms. If it can allow the certainty factors representing in the fuzzy production rules to use as the heuristic information, then it can allow the reasoning of rule-based systems to perform fuzzy reasoning in more effective manner. This paper presents a fuzzy Petri net(FPN) model to represent the fuzzy production rules of a rule-based system. Based on the fuzzy Petri net model, a weighted fuzzy reasoning algorithm is proposed to Perform the fuzzy reasoning automatically, This algorithm is more effective and more intelligent reasoning than other reasoning methods because it can perform fuzzy reasoning using the certainty factors which are provided by domain experts as heuristic information

In supply chain management, supplier capacity is very important to meet the customer demand quickly. This paper studies a supplier evaluation structure and then suggests a methodology using fuzzy theory for selecting an effective supplier. Several quantitative and qualitative evaluation factors should be analyzed in the evaluation structure. The qualitative factors includes not only product and service qualities but financial condition. The methodology deals with both the quantitative and qualitative factors together through fuzzy inference. A case study is also presented to show how to choose the best one among potential suppliers.

A recently developed numerical method based on a volume integral formulation is developed for the effective accurate calculation of the stress intensity factors at the crack tips in unbounded isotropic solids in the presence of multiple anisotropic inclusions and cracks and subjected to external loads. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the stress intensity factors are carried out for an unbounded isotropic matrix containing an orthotropic cylindrical inclusion and a crack. The accuracy and effectiveness of the new method are examined through comparison with results obtained from analytical method and finite element method using ANSYS. It is demonstrated that this new method is very accurate and effective for solving plane elastostatic problems in unbounded solids containing anisotropic inclusions and cracks.

The purpose of this study was to identify the association of factors related to clinical practice training for clinical competence among nursing students, and to analyze those factors influencing clinical competence, providing recommendations for improving their clinical competence and clinical learning environment. This descriptive correlative study completed organized questionnaires from 557 nursing students. The data was analyzed by SPSS 19.0. The most important factor affecting the clinical competence among nursing students was teaching effectiveness (${\beta}=.22$). followed by critical thinking (${\beta}=.19$). and the professional self-concept (${\beta}=.19$). The explained variable for clinical competence was 45.2% in nursing students. Thus, the development of an effective clinical internship program is important for strengthening nursing students' clinical competence. We suggest that the capability of nursing students should be strengthened and effective clinical internship programs should be developed to improve the clinical competence of nursing students.

In this study it is aimed to find out the relationship between the effective factors on learning motivation of the digital textbook. To carry on such exploration the learning motivation theory of Keller has been taken as the theoretical background. This is an experimental research with the data collected from 310 students who took the digital textbook class in the computer-mediated environment. It is compared and verified whether the factors causing learning motivation of the ARCS model embedded in the offline class influence on learner's motivation and achievement. With the outcomes, it has been tried to find out some practical suggestions for the achievement of the digital textbook. The results of the data show that the learning motivation of the digital textbook is significantly influence on the learning achievement.

National Education Information System (NEIS) is an ambitious reform project that can improve the competitiveness and performance of education field and to link administrational work of between schools and their senior administration offices via internet. NEIS is introduced to lighten the teachers' overburden, to standardize the work process and to bring better quality education to each classroom and make it possible for those involved in education to resolve any related educational problem on line. This paper aims to construct a hierarchy model consisting of key factors such as technological and administrative factors for the effective use of NEIS and to evaluate the relative importance among key factors using fuzzy AHP technique included fuzzy concepts. Eventually, the analysis results can be utilized to develop the future improvement strategy of NEIS and to satisfy the users.

To investigate hydraulic and thermal characteristics of ice slurries in a circular tube, ice slurries were tested in a flow loop with a constant heat flux test section, for ranges of flow velocity, ice fraction and heat flux. Heat transfer coefficients and friction factors of ice slurries were calculated by measuring the outer wall temperatures of the test section and the pressure drops over the test section. Heat transfer coefficients of ice slurries were 9% higher than the heat transfer coefficients expected by Petukhov. Friction factors were about 4% lower than the friction factors expected by Petukhov. The effective thermal capacity of ice slurry with 12.8% ice fraction, was found to be about 3 times higher than the thermal capacity of water.

In recent years, many electronics producing firms have looked upon total quality management (TQM) strategy as a means by which they could maintain competitive advantage. This empirical research evaluates TQM strategic factors in order to determine the critical success factors in environmental uncertainty. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is the proposed research methodology to discuss and tackle the different decision criteria like effective leadership, people management, customer focus, strategic plan and process management, being involved in identifying the TQM strategic critical success factors with uncertainty. The result shows that effective leadership is the most critical success factor in TQM strategy.

This study identified CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for successful ERP system implementation in small and medium firms, and empirically tested relationship between CSFs and user performance. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & fax to 142 firms that have implemented ERP systems. Out of 52 responded questionnaires, 46 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPSSWin8.0. CEO's participation, vendor support & service, securing human resources, effective use of software, and hardware capacity were identified as CSFs from factor analysis. Among those factors, vendor support & service and effective use of software were related to user performance, and the relationship was shown to be statistically significant. Study results also showed that user performance of ERP system was significantly different among those surveyed firms when ERP system package products were used as a simple proxy measure of independent variable.
