The recent diversification in terms of the scope and techniques used for simulations has highlighted the importance of analyzing state of the art trends and applying these for educational and study purposes. While qualitative methods such as literature research or experts' assessments have previously been used, such methods are in fact likely to reflect the subjective viewpoint of experts, and to involve too much time and money for the results obtained. For the purpose of an objective analysis, a quantitative analysis that included the examination of topics found in domestic academic journal articles was conducted in the present study. In this regard, simulation was found to be most actively used domestically in the electrical and electronic fields. In addition, simulation was also found to be employed for the purpose of education and entertainment in the social sciences. The results of this study are expected to help to facilitate the prediction of the direction of the development of not only the Korea Society for Simulation, but also domestic simulation studies. This study also raises the possibility of applying text mining to trend analysis, and proves that it can be a useful method for deriving future key topics and helping experts' decisions regarding quantitative data.
This study sought to explore the enhancement of the introduction of teaching and learning methods for Problem Based Learning (PBL) and the evaluation factors to evaluate them effectively through an understanding lecture in Cultural Content Planning. It was intended to incorporate a practical zero-volume education methodology of problem-oriented learning and sufficient leading learning to reflect storytelling in the entire process of completing a cultural content with culture, cultural content, and content planning. To this end, the role of teaching methods should be faithful to ensure that teamwork and cooperation can be done organically according to the educational field, practice and situation. Students who take classes were asked to meet demand, reflect it through surveys, apply real-world problems, and acquire the entire course. Learners had to cooperate with each other until planning cultural content and completing the results through classes, and they evaluated themselves and colleagues in teamwork until the last result was completed from creative ideas. The results were shared together and the students were able to investigate the necessary PBL evaluation factors for themselves, and the prior research and survey on the method of PBL evaluation was conducted to derive the factors of understanding of cultural content planning. The derived assessment elements were able to identify priorities between the assessment elements using basic statistics, word cloud analysis, and AHP analysis. The components of the assessment derived were communication skills, basic knowledge, reasoning process, expertise, and evaluation techniques. Through this article, I was able to lead the understanding of cultural content planning to problem-oriented learning classes and encourage students to be familiar and smooth.
Through photogrammetry techniques, what current researches can achieve at present is rough 3D mesh and color map of objects, rather than usable photo-realistic 3D assets. This research aims to propose a new method to create photo-realistic 3D assets that can be used in the field of visualization applications. The new method combines photogrammetry with computer graphics modeling. Through the description of the production process of three objects in the real world - "Bullet Box", "Gun" and "Metal Beverage Bottle," it introduces in details the concept, functions, operating skills and software packages used in the steps including the photograph object, white balance, reconstruction, cleanup reconstruction, retopology, UV unwrapping, projection, texture baking, De-Lighting and Create Material Maps. In order to increase the flexibility of the method, alternatives to the software packages are also recommended for each step. In this research, 3D assets are produced that are accurate in shape, correct in color, easy to render and can be physically interacted with dynamic lighting in texture. The new method can obtain more realistic visual effects at a faster speed. It does not require large-scale teams, expensive equipment and software packages, therefore it is suitable for small studios and independent artists and educational institutions.

The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental data to cosmetic waxing industry by investigating the using and awareness of cosmetic waxing. The questionnaires were administered to 230 subjects in Gwangju and Jeon-nam regions and the collected were statistically processed using SPSS ver. 21.0 program. The results are as follows: First, the most frequent groups were 20s in age group, married in marital status, professional in occupation, and high school graduation in educational background. For the difference in awareness by their general characteristics, the hair removal techniques most experienced by subjects were shaving and waxing and most of them came to know the waxing through acquaintance. Most of them reported positive awareness for experience of waxing and clean hygiene and neatness accounted for most of reason. The most frequently used place for waxing was professional cosmetic shops (nail, skin, and hair) and the most frequent motivation for waxing was effectiveness for skin hygiene. The areas where waxing is mainly performed were armpit, arm, and leg. The most of subjects received the procedure twice a month and in spring. Most of them reported 'very satisfied' for the procedure. It is expected, based on the results of this study, that the cosmetic waxing industry as a part of the beauty industry that is attracting attentions as a new growth engine for the development of national economy accomplish growth.

The article deals with the role of extra-curricular work by means of multimedia technologies in order to improve the quality of training of future specialists. An important condition for achieving high results in training specialists is the optimal combination of classroom and independent extra-curricular work of students by means of multimedia technologies. Very significant is the development of student independence, the formation of skills of independent search activity, the ability to take responsibility, independently solve a problem, find constructive solutions, a way out of a crisis situation, and so on. Extra-curricular work forms students' ability to master the techniques of analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison; develops flexibility of thinking; opens up opportunities for the development and stabilization of positive learning motives to activate the process of mastering knowledge by means of multimedia technologies as a means of forming the personality of a highly qualified specialist. The concept of multimedia as one of the priority areas of Information Technology, which plays a particularly important role in the process of informatization of education, is revealed, and its advantages in education are shown. The advent of multimedia systems optimizes transformations in education, in many areas of professional activity, science, art, etc. The necessity of distance learning to improve the quality of training of future specialists using multimedia technologies in extra-curricular work is justified. The effectiveness of pedagogical support in the process of distance learning is achieved by the following conditions, which is revealed in the article. Various forms and types of extra-curricular work of students that are used in the modern practice of the educational environment of a higher education institution are described. Scientific and informational activity is considered a key area of information activity. The analysis of scientific and information activities in the field of education allows us to identify its main functions, which emphasize the growing role of scientific information in the education system, in particular, extra-curricular work using multimedia technologies. Operational, complete, accurate, targeted information that meets objective and subjective needs becomes an important link between the field of management, science and practice.

Objectives: This study describes the implementation of a training course that aimed to increase the competency of undergraduate students of Korean medicine at a single college to obtain informed consent and perform bee venom acupuncture using an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE). Methods: We developed and implemented a short training course for 111 fourth-year students of Korean medicine during their clinical rotation at the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medicine. Lectures were conducted on the effects of and hypersensitivity reactions to bee venom acupuncture, obtaining informed consent, performing skin test and bee venom acupuncture. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, some students were offered online lectures, and some could not experience the performance of OSCE in person. A survey with 16 closed and three open questions was used to investigate self-efficacy, opinions about the online lectures, and the OSCE. Results: Out of 111 questionnaires, 104 were completed (94%). Students were generally satisfied with the online lectures and OSCE. For the subjective questionnaire about what was helpful in the training of bee venom acupuncture techniques and OSCE, the authenticity of the teaching method was recorded the highest. Conclusions: This study showed that online lectures were effective in teaching clinical skills of Korean Medicine. It is necessary to produce standard educational materials for clinical skills of Korean Medicine, and studies to analyze the reliability and validity of OSCE are needed.
As the 4th Industrial Revolution unfolds rapidly, it is important to re-light the intrinsic mission given to universities from a system theory perspective as a condition for the university to survive. In this study, the university was prescribed as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, and attempted to provide a new and novel perspective to various university officials for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-describing it based on the Multidisciplinary perspective based on business administration, but in particular on the theory of service operation management. To this end, the primary purpose of this study is to classify the nature of educational organizations, research organizations, service organizations, and support organizations to properly perform the university's essential mission of education, research, and service, and to explore concepts and techniques for performing management activities that are appropriate to them. In addition, after identifying the university from an academic and practical point of view as a fifth service industry that creates high value-added through higher education services, but more specifically, to provide a new perspective and means for the scientific rationalization of university management by re-identifying university administration based on the business administration theory, in particular the theory of service operation management, and further reflecting a recent trend to view the university president from the CEO's point of view, the specific purpose of this study is to look at this academic system. Through this, we sought the ideal form of a systematic and scientific university management organization that can respond to new environmental changes.
The whole world enters the ageing era and 'lifelong education' is issued where the elderly can learn knowledge and techniques caused by era-change. Museum is a cultural public-facility and taking roles to provide education with spatial composition of contents and articles at exhibition. Therefore, museum can be a learning space for the elderly, performance of learning, environmental support to museum is required considering their physical characteristics. This study aims to develop a environmental design checklist at museum and to provide a frame for environmental plans to support the elderly for smooth watching of exhibition and education at museum. The environmental design checklist at museum was drawn for the spaces for entry, exhibition, public-service, educational activity and movement at museum, based on physical characteristics of the elderly or the criteria of 'sense (eye-sight, hearing and feeling by tough)' / 'exercise (skeleton, movement, physical strength and muscular strength). The environmental design checklist at museum for the elderly was composed newly by combining existing related acts, manuals, and preceded studies. For future studies, actual survey items at site and questionnaires for the elderly watchers were drawn.

The purpose of this study is to explore the competence needed to be possessed by multicultural mentors, and offer an education program for the competence development of mentors. From June to September of the year 2016 in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 mentors who have participated in multicultural mentoring for over a year concentrating on the result of their participation in the mentoring. The interview contents were transcribed, then analyzed into learning competence, psychological competence, social competence as well as cultural competence. The result of the analysis is as follows. First, the learning competence needed for mentors are intellectual capability and teaching skills needed when teaching mentors. Second, the psychological competence consists of the attitude of attentively listening to mentees and advising them. Third, the social competence is conversation skills, communication techniques and leadership. Fourth, the cultural competence consists of recognizing diversity and the ability to manage the mentee's situation. Based on the analysis of this result, educational plans for enhancing mentor's capacity are as follows: First, education for mentors is necessary before they will begin mentoring. Second, it is necessary to provide a place for mentors' self-reflection. Third, it is for mentors to receive regular counseling. This study will become a basic research to reinforce the effectiveness of mentoring and reconsider the importance of mentor's capacity.
This study is a descriptive research study conducted to find out the level of perception of the good death among nursing students and compare sub-factors among the perceptions of a good death. As for the research method, 102 people who explained the purpose of the study and agreed to participate were conveniently recruited. As a research tool, 'Measure of concept of a Good Death' by Schwartz et al. (2003) was translated by Lee (2017), and the research was conducted through online. For data analysis, statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA of the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program were used. Factors showing average differences in scores for each of the three sub-factors of good death awareness were derived from the experience of clinical practice. The mean of good death (3.13±0.36 points) of nursing students who experienced clinical practice was statistically significantly higher than that of students without clinical practice experience (2.90±0.31 points) (t=3.156, p=.002). In particular, the mean of good death for 'closure' was statistically significantly higher for those with experience in clinical practice (3.46±0.39 points) than those without experience (3.16±0.37 points) (t=3.476, p=.001). Through this study, it was confirmed that nursing students' perception of a good death differed depending on whether or not they were in clinical practice. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data for the establishment of effective educational strategies for the perception of good death in nursing students.
