The world has witnessed a phenomenal growth in information and communication technologies (ICT). The development of new broadband communication services convergence of telecommunication with computers and recent developments in the field of communication protocol have fostered challenges as well as offerings in the wide-ranging use of ICT to support the creation of dynamic and interactive teaching and learning environment. By emergence of ICT, most of education and training institutions are struggling to integrate ICT and education and training systems. It is so important to apply proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms. It will be a preliminary activity for building open and flexible distance teaching and learning systems in developing countries. In this paper, we would like to suggest and recommend the proper delivery systems for utilization of the computerized teaching and learning contents in the classrooms for education sector reform in developing countries.

Internet attack incidents have steadily increased along with the increase in Internet users. To protect systems and networks from these attacks, advanced security systems have been developed. Now that these security systems are operating, their successful management is more important than the purchase and establishment of new information security systems. The acquisition of good systems is ineffective and financially wasteful unless they are managed properly. Adequate management policy has recently become the focus of users. In other words, for companies and educational institutions with their domains, capital expenses are enormous to bear, and good security staffs are difficult to find, for which reasons outsourcing vendors or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) that manage and operate the information security systems of certain domains become very appealing. Today, customers expect ISPs to perform MSSP services that used to be carried out by the security companies. This document presents the role and necessity of ISPs as MSSPs.

User satisfaction is the most critical criteria in measuring information systems success or failure. In this study, Contract Foodservice Information Systems were evaluated with user satisfaction instrument based on previous work. A total of 70 Contract Foodservice Information Systems users was surveyed. The status of building area of Contract Foodservice Information Systems was more in foodservice management (M=3.74), but less in producing (M=2.53) and pruchasing (M=3.02) management. The users recognized .accuracy of information (M=4.27), lasting educational services on systems (M=4.34) and increasing work productivity (M=4.42) as the most important factors and they also recognized it was important factors to build systems such area database management, menu management, purchasing and producing management and foodservice management (p<.01.).

Recently, as the increase of internet users and the needs of the new educational paradigm, many educational institutions go into the cyberspace system. Especially, it is increase that the cooperative extension for supplying the degree and the remote lectures in the university itself. Mostly those lectures have the form of discussion with theoretical course in the center. It is needed to the development of educational tools for the other courses. The cyber education systems are due to be developed more and more. So we should consider the effective usage of recent techniques like this. Accordingly, I'd like to say what is the method of using effectively the cyber communication. It would be considered about the part of cyber communications and the educational effects that has classified into three parts: the cyber communication as a educational medium, the communication for the cooperative studies, and the theological background of the cyberspace communication. Moreover it is proposed the two parts of the effective study directions; the constitution of the community study, and the effective study factors.

Purpose: Knowledge on pathophysiology is important to understand diseases and patient conditions and also in providing advanced nursing care. This study was performed to investigate the present situation, knowledge, and educational need on pathophyiology of advanced practice nurses(APN). Method: Eighty-four APN, who is practicing in hospitals nationwide, were surveyed with structured questionnaires developed by researchers. The questionnaire were composed of 109 items with 4 point scales with the contents of general characteristics, educational experience on pathophyisology, educational need, and knowledge on major and subcategories of pathophysiology. Result: The 77.1% of APN had experience of taking pathophysiology lecture and the lecturer were mainly medical doctors(39.8%) and APN(32.4%). The 61.5% of APN answered that the knowledge on pathophysiology was helpful and 97.6% of APN thought pathphysiologic education is needed in clinical practice. Seven major categories of pathophysiology showed higher scores were water imbalance, heart diseases, hemodynamic disorders, arterial vessel disorders, electrolyte imbalance, diseases of the digestive system, and diseases of the respiratory systems. Educational needs on the major and subcategories of pathphysiology were different by the field of APN and also by the clinical experiences as APN. APN also responded that there is a necessity to change the present curricular more specific to each practice field and more focus on the clinical practice. Conclusion: It was confirmed that educational and clinical need on the pathophysiology is very high and there is urgent need to change current curricular more specific to the field of APN and also clinical practice. This survey will help to identify and clarify the areas of change and to improve the education for the APN.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the types of present situation data related to school facilities through existing literature and related systems and to develop indicators related to improvement of educational environment that can have an important influence on students' education and life in general. In this study, we conducted a second Delphy Survey to establish the educational environment improvement index. As a result, a total of 88 education environment improvement indicators were set, including 43 indicators on the quantitative aspects of the area, adequacy of general classrooms, and appropriateness of multi-purpose steel sugar, 34 indicators on the qualitative aspects such as the level of seismic performance, age of fire facilities, aging of toilets, and aging of finishing materials, and 11 indicators on operational aspects such as energy usage and user satisfaction.

This paper presents a critical analysis of the current application of big data in higher education and how Learning Analytics (LA), and Educational Data Mining (EDM) are helping to shape learning in higher education institutions that have applied the concepts successfully. An extensive literature review of Learning Analytics, Educational Data Mining, Learning Management Systems, Informal Learning and Online Social Networks are presented to understand their usage and trends in higher education pedagogy taking advantage of 21st century educational technologies and platforms. The roles of and benefits of these technologies in teaching and learning are critically examined. Imperatively, this study provides vital information for education stakeholders on the significance of establishing a teaching and learning agenda that takes advantage of today's educational relevant technologies to promote teaching and learning while also acknowledging the difficulties of 21st-century learning. Aside from the roles and benefits of these technologies, the review highlights major challenges and research needs apparent in the use and application of these technologies. It appears that there is lack of research understanding in the challenges and utilization of data effectively for learning analytics, despite the massive educational data generated by high institutions. Also due to the growing importance of LA, there appears to be a serious lack of academic research that explore the application and impact of LA in high institution, especially in the context of informal online social network learning. In addition, high institution managers seem not to understand the emerging trends of LA which could be useful in the running of higher education. Though LA is viewed as a complex and expensive technology that will culturally change the future of high institution, the question that comes to mind is whether the use of LA in relation to informal learning in online social network is really what is expected? A study to analyze and evaluate the elements that influence high usage of OSN is also needed in the African context. It is high time African Universities paid attention to the application and use of these technologies to create a simplified learning approach occasioned by the use of these technologies.

The introduction of the Internet in homes had an effect on family systems. The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes in family systems due to Internet use in South Korea. This study classified the types of changes in the family systems and analyzes the characteristics of each type. Systems approach provides the theoretical framework for this study. First, the cluster analysis demonstrated the three types of the changes in the family subsystems due to housewives' Internet use: 'positive changes', 'negative changes', and 'no changes'. Second, there are different characteristics among the types of changes according to demographic, Internet-related, and intra-system dynamic factors. These results suggest several implications for public policy. To utilize the Internet as a useful tool to improve the quality of family life, housewives must have the ability to control the Internet use and to manage their resources. In order to enhance their abilities of using the Internet, it may be necessary for the government to provide public educational programs for housewives.

Today, many universities are confronted with the changing education paradigm such as e-Learning, CBT(Computer-based Training), Virtual University. Particularly, the Virtual University is now in the countrys educational mainstream as a legitimate, potentially standards-setting educational environment. These streams are certainly a new opportunity or threat to our universities. To overcome this problem, we should think this as strategic, and should implement IT-based Virtual University System to which computer and network technology is main edge. So, we think that the Virtual University System is SIS(Strategic Information System) which support universitys future education strategies. We proposed a planning framework for the Virtual University System. The framework which is based on the IS planning methodology is composed of such as environment analysis, requirement analysis of the system, strategic roles and objectives setting, scenario analysis of budget and revenue. To define the strategic roles and objectives of the system, we surveyed it on the side of instructors. We proposed five factors, which are to (1) improve competitiveness (2) reduce cost and secure profit (3) enhance education services (4) change the future education model (5) decrease dysfunctions of virtual education model.

The purpose of this study is to develop a method of applying AR(Augmented Reality)/VR(Virtual Reality) to educational and training systems from a comprehensive perspective, rather than applying AR/VR technology to specific education and training systems. We suggested whether to apply AR or VR technology to education and training system, the level of application of technology when constructing using AR/VR technology, and the criteria of priority among many education and training systems. To do this, we presented the framework of application of AR/VR technology, the evaluation criteria for selecting priority of education and training system applying AR/VR, and the systematic procedure for utilization of developed method. This study is significant in that it has developed a method to determine the direction of systematic AR/VR technology application for all education and training systems operated by the military or organization. This is expected to contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization in terms of economical utilization of the limited budget as well as the various benefits of utilizing basic AR/VR technology.
