This study describes the beginning and further development of a collection web-based materials for an efficient approach to culinary practice education. A database was created using a five-step process of analysis, design, development, operation and evaluation. The menu for the web-based culinary practice educational materials included cooking basics, the real status of cooking, cooking related knowledge, performance evaluation, a data room and a bulletin board. As at 30 July, 2010, the datadase of educational materials, contained a total of 571 items. These comprised 139 cooking pictures, 33 recipes, 22 cooking videos, 74 cooking animations, 57 collections of basic knowledge, 14 evaluation reports, 21 supplementary textbooks, and 211 sets of other related information. The webbased materials are adequate for culinary education purposes, and their use is expected to be very highly valued.

The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. In case of reusing the closing down a school as the educational facilities there is no legal matter which is under the separate punishment in comparison with the other facility according to the materials of the Ministry of Environment in 2013, and I am analyze that minimum cost is spent on a remodeling and it is most much used. The pattern study thinks about a purpose with the master plan through the plan characteristic derivation according to the analysis of current situation of the domestic closing down a school application educational facilities in which the related study is nonexistent and type in the educational facilities plan of the closing down a school still afterward in being utilized for reference data and guide book.

This study was designed to assess the needs for nutrition education and educational materials for older adults. Two cross-sectional surreys were conducted. The first survey, conducted by personal interviews, was part of the large-scale elderly nutrition study. Subjects were adults aged 50 and over, recruited from 6 large cities and 8 middle-sized cities(n = 1,850). The second survey, done by mail survey using open-ended questions, was conducted with dietitians working at public health centers or hospitals(n = 53). Adults aged 50 and over were interested in topics such as healthly eating(32.1%), hypertension/stroke and diet(22.1%), osteoporosis and diet(11.4%), and diabetes and diet(9.2%). Television and radio(58.2%), health professionals(12.2%) and friends(7.9%) were common sources of nutrition information. Preferred topics of nutrition education and sources of nutrition information were different by general characteristics of subjects, suggesting that nutrition education or educational materials be planned considering the characteristics of subjects. About 70% of subjects indicated that they sometimes use or do not use nutrition information in daily lives, suggesting the need to provide more practical information. Among 53 facilities responding to the second survey, 73.6% provided nutrition education for older adults. Common topics for nutrition education included diabetes(39.3%), hypertension and stroke(19.1%) and general nutritional management(11.2％). These were consistent to the topics preferred by older adults. As materials In elderly education, dietitians wanted primarily to use leaflets and slides. Boards, booklets and posters were other commonly cited materials. For contents of elderly educational materials, dietitians mentioned the nutritional management for age-related diseases(33.8%), general nutritional management for older adults(25.4%) and practically applicable information(19.7%). They also suggested that nutrition education materials for the elderly should use larger print and attractive pictures, and be easily understood, as well as presenting simple, specific and practical information. These results provide baseline information for developing nutrition education and educational materials for older adults.

The Journal of Korean Elementary Science Education has been developed in both quantitative and qualitative aspects during twenty years since first published year 1983. This study was intended to survey the research trend of the journals, which has been published so far. It will give an orientation of science education research and suggestions towards research to improve science education. The 243 articles of the journals, which were published from 1983 to 2002 by Korean Elementary Science Education Society, were classified into 7 categories including science teaching, science learning, assessment in science, science teacher education, science curriculum, educational facilities & materials, and general science education. The results are as follows: 1. The articles published last decade are increased four times compared with the first decade. 2. The half of articles published so far concentrated on science teaching and learning. The articles on educational facilities & materials or general science education are few. 3. During the last decade, the articles on science teacher education, educational facilities & materials, assessment in science, and science learning relatively increased than the first decade. The number of articles on science curriculum was fluctuated every five years. 4. Most of articles were focused on the narrow subject areas. For example, the articles on science teaching, science learning, assessment in science, science teacher education, science curriculum, and educational facilities & materials were largely focused on the teaching strategies, pupils' conception, affective assessment and teaching practice survey, teachers' appreciation about the nature of science or instruction, analysis of science textbooks, development of the experimental materials or the audiovisual aids respectively. 5. The subject areas highlighted so far in science education, for example, inquiry or experimental activities, STS instruction, environmental education, gifted education, instruction with multimedia, problem-solving or reasoning, experimental skill assessment, etc. were not much researched.

The convergence progress in science technology and ensuing changes in educational environments require another huge change in education programs in the 21st century defined as a knowledge-based information society. But nowadays, prospective college students are increasingly avoiding natural science and engineering. So, educational fields in korea need suitable convergence educational programs (STEAM: science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) for creative competent person who is training and experiencing. In addition, environmental design fields are predicting about spread of Kinetic architecture. Therefore the aim of this study is developing convergence hand-on educational program which is incorporate robot science into environmental design for children. The program and teaching materials were developed by mapping between robot science and environmental design process leading the Design Promote Committee in KIID(Korea Institute of Interior Design) supported research teams in Hansung University. And then, For utility of the program, we had a 3 times of demonstration of empirical education. First, graduate students of design and robot major, and small group of children who are selected, at last, 63 children who are applying the program randomly. For more high quality program, we were conducting survey of post-empirical education evaluation for children and their parents. In conclusion, we found out highly satisfaction of the program those two groups. Also they need more organized places, time, task and so on. And the convergence educational program would develop by systematic approach and empirical research. At last, various and series convergence programs and teaching materials would develop creative competency based for regular and irregular courses of whole educational period.

In this thesis, we will theoratically and practically study and analyze how the heat flows through an opaque wall, which is by the new material insulated, of a school building in Korea. It will be an important information for the effective using guidelines of the new light throughable insulation materials in Korea.

국내 전국대학 실험실을 비롯한 위험물 관련 사고사례를 조사하였으며, 중앙소방학교를 비롯한 서울, 경기, 부산, 광주, 경북, 충청소방학교의 위험물에 대한 교과운영이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 조사하고, 각 대학 소방관련학과에서 운영하고 있는 위험물질론 교과운영이 어떻게 진행되고 있는지에 대해서도 조사하였다. 또한 중앙 119 구조대를 비롯한 각 지방소방학교에서 교육을 받고 있는 현직 소방공무원을 대상으로 위험물관련 교육에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문분석결과, 위험물 관련실험 교육과정 및 실험매뉴얼의 개발이 시급한 것으로 조사되었고, 지방소방학교의 위험물관련 교육은 전공자가 강의를 해야 하고, 위험물관련 사고예방을 위한 전문가 교육이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 실험중심의 위험물 교과운영으로의 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

학교도서관매체센터가 학교교육에 긍정적 영향을 줄뿐만 아니라 평생학습사회의 하부구조임을 밝히는 것이 본 논고의 목적이다. 평생학습사회는 사회구성원의 학습욕구와 이를 지원할 수 있는 학습환경이 구비됨으로써 형성될 수 있다. 그리고 학교도서관매체센터는 사회구성원들의 학습욕구를 형성시켜주는 산실로 규명된다. 민주주의 사회에서 사회구성원들이 학습욕구를 강하게 가질 때 사회환경이 학습하기에 적절하고 편리하도록 변형된다는 것은 자연스러운 논리이다. 결과적으로 학교도서관매체센터는 사회구성원의 학습욕구를 만들어 내고 또 이에 응하는 사회환경을 조성하는 원동력을 조성해 낸다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 필자는 학교도서관매체센터가 평생학습사회의 중요한 하부구조라고 밝히고 있다.

전국의 167개 시,도에 있는 교육과학연구원에서는 지역의 교사들이 개발한 각종 멀티미디어 교육 자료를 웹 서비스를 통해 전국의 교사들에게 제공하고 있다. 또한 한국교육학술정보원과 한국교육과정평가원에서도 교육 자료를 개발하고, 더불어 전국의 교육과학연구원에서 제공하는 교육 자료를 통합하려는 계획을 세우고 있다. 그 첫 출발점이 바로 2001년 개발된 한국교육학술정보원의 국가표준 교육정보 메타데이터 형식과 전국의 교육청이 작성하고 있는 교육자료 메타데이터이다. 이 메타데이터를 통해 전국의 교육 자료가 통합되어 서비스될 수 있을 것이다. 하지만 각 시도별로 작성된 메타데이터를 어떻게 통합하고 관리하느냐의 문제는 전국의 교육 자료를 통합하여 서비스하는데 있어, 먼저 해결해야 될 중요한 문제이다. 따라서 본 연구는 분산되어 있는 각 시도의 교육정보 메타데이터를 통합하여 서비스하는 방법으로 XML 웹 서비스 방법과 JDBC를 도입한 3 단계 (-ter) 시스템을 제안해 보았다. 제안된 두 방법을 MS SQL Server 2000과 Oracle 9i에 각각 적용하여 성능평가 한 결과 두 방법이 서로 비슷한 응답시간을 보였다. 따라서 XML 형태의 메타데이터를 검색하는 방법으로 기존의 JDBC를 사용하는 것 이외에 웹 서비스를 이용하는 방법도 고려해 볼 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.
