의생활 정보의 사회교육프로그램 개발을 위한 주민의 요구도 분석 (Needs of Community Residents For Educational Program Development Related to Clothing Information)

  • This study examined to obtain the basic data related to fashion information and to identify residents for educational program for the community residents. The data were analyzed by using $x^2-test$ by sex, age, education level, and income. Total 476 subjects were surveyed in Taejon. Findings of the this study provided some results to develop educational programs for community people. The major results were as follows. 1. There were significant differences in needs of community residents by age. Needs were divided into two categories, they grouped teen aged and twenties into thirties and forties. Thus, education contents necessarily involved fashion design, fashion coordination. The data suggested that educational program contents should be differed by age such as the image making by clothes, clothing construction, and checking of body shape. 2. It showed significant differences in residents by educational level. 3. There were not significant differences in residents by income. 4. About 70% of residents answered that educational program should be implicated clothing recycling and management of clothing and textiles.

조리 실습 시설의 만족 수준과 사전 교육 경험에 따른 조리전공 대학생의 대학 생활 적응도 - 충청도에 위치한 대학을 중심으로 - (Culinary Art Students' Adaptation to College Life according to Their Satisfaction with a Culinary Laboratory and Their Educational Experience - Focus on the Universities in Chungcheong Province -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 조리전공자의 조리 실습 시설에 대한 만족도와 입학 전 교육 경험에 따른 대학 생활 적응의 관계를 조사하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 충청권에 위치한 대학교 3곳의 조리전공자를 대상으로 총 200명을 표본으로 수집하였으며, 이 중 191부를 분석하였다. 이에 대한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성 중 남학생과 고학년 전공자, 일반계 고등학교 졸업자의 대학 생활 적응도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 입학 전 교육 경험이 없는 집단이 교육 경험이 있는 집단에 비해 대학 생활 적응도가 부분적으로 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조리 실습 시설의 만족 수준이 높은 집단이 만족 수준이 낮은 집단보다 대학 생활 적응도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 상호작용 효과의 분석결과는 조리 실습 시설 만족도가 높은 집단의 경우 사전 교육 경험이 없는 집단의 대학 애착 정도와 신체적 적응도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 사전 교육 경험이 있는 집단의 경우 정서적 적응 및 사회적 적응이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 조리 실습 시설 만족도가 낮은 집단의 경우, 사전 교육 경험이 없는 집단의 대학 애착 정도만이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 사전 교육 경험이 있는 집단의 사회적 적응, 정서적 적응, 신체적 적응도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 미래 지향적 교수-학습이 원만하게 수행될 수 있도록 전공자의 만족도가 높고 그 기능을 충분히 다할 수 있는 새로운 조리 교육 환경이 계획되어야할 것이다.

호텔 종사원의 교육 훈련 인식이 내재화와 직무 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Recognition of Educational Training for Hotel Employees on Internalization and Job Commitment)

  • 호텔 산업에 주어진 과제 중 하나는 제품 경쟁이 아닌, 업무 효율성과 서비스 질 향상 등과 같은 교육 훈련을 통한 ES(내부 고객 만족도)를 향상시키는 것이다. 그러나 현 국내 시장에서, 적당한 교육 훈련에 기반을 둔 ES(내부 고객 만족도)가 제대로 확립되지 않고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 빈도수, 강의 자각 능력, 동기, 내재화에 대한 필요성 인식과 업무 몰입을 포함한 교육 훈련의 효과를 입증하기 위함이다. 여성(n=128, 44.4%), 남성(n=160, 55.6%)의 연구 집단은 2007년 10월 13일부터 2007년 10월 31일까지 실시된 설문 조사에 의해 모니터링 되었다. 이는 (1) 교육 훈련에 대한 인식, (2) 교육 훈련 관행, (3) 조직 동일시, (4) 브랜드 동일시, (5) 업무 몰입 등에 의해 평가되었다. 통계학적 분석은 SPSS, 데이터 코딩, 데이터 클리닝 시스템을 사용함으로써 측정되었다. 결과적으로 주기, 강의 지각의 수준, 동기, 필요성 인식은 브랜드와 조직 동일시와 비례한다는 것이 증명되었다. 교육 훈련을 통한 동일시는 업무 몰입의 효율성을 상승시킬 수 있다.

간호사와 의사의 암성 통증관리에 대한 지식과 태도 (Knowledge and Attitude toward Cancer Pain Management: Clinical Nurses Versus Doctors)

  • Purpose: This study is purposed to provide basic data needed in constructing the educational contents about cancer pain management for the health care professionals. Methods: This study surveyed the degree of knowledge in cancer pain management of clinical nurses and doctors. Subjects were clinical 143 nurses and 88 doctors in 3 cities. The tool used are 32-item scale for evaluation of health care professionals' knowledge modified by Kim(1997), which was originally developed by McCaffery and Ferrel(1995). Results: The level of the health care professionals' knowledge about and attitude toward pain management were insufficient. The level of the doctors' knowledge and attitude showed higher score than those of the nurses'. The knowledge of health professional who were not hesitated to administrate analgesia was showed more higher than who were hesitated to do. Conclusion: Nurses need more knowledge and effective attitude toward cancer pain management. Various and sufficient educational program about cancer pain management can be contribute to improve the nursing quality of cancer pain.

장기이식 코디네이터의 직무분석 (Task Performance and Analysis of Organ Transplantation Coordinators in Korea)

  • Purpose: Along the process of organ transplantation, coordinators perform complex professional roles, playing as a key person among recipients, donors, family members and medical staffs. The purpose was to analyze the tasks of organ transplantation coordinators using DACUM method and to establish the basis for standardizing them in accordance with relevant laws and systems. Methods: Participants were consisted of 78 transplantation coordinators working at the medical centers in Korea. The questionnaire was administered to analyze the criticality, difficulty and frequency of task elements. Results: The job of organ transplantation was classified into five duties, 13 tasks, and 84 task elements. The five duties were recipient management, donor management, organ donation activation management, organ transplantation administration, and professional capability development. On the four-point scale: donor management was the duty with the highest criticality (3.68), organ donation activation management was the duty of highest difficulty (2.96), and recipient management was the duty of the highest frequency (3.32). Conclusion: This study will be useful for developing an educational program and as a reference of nurse practitioner qualifying examination. It is necessary to develop a comprehensive educational program for transplantation coordinators in order to support them to take their complex roles successfully.

간호대학생의 환자안전관리에 관한 지식과 태도 및 수행자신감이 교육요구도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Knowledge, Attitude, and Confidence on Education Needs of Nursing Students for Patient Safety Management)

  • Purpose: The study examined the effects of knowledge, attitude, and confidence on the education needs of nursing students with respect to patient safety management. The participants were 119 students from nursing college. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance(ANOVA), Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. Results: The student's educational needs with respect to patient safety management differed significantly by experience of patient safety accidents (p=.026) and experience of reporting medical errors (p<.001). Additionally, the educational needs with respect to patient safety management were found to have statistically significant positive relationships with both attitude (r=.39) and confidence (r=.37). Further, a total of 23% of the education needs with regard to patient safety management were explained by attitude and confidence. Conclusion: These results can be used to develop nursing students' education programs to enhance patient safety management competence be emphasizing the experience of patient safety accidents and reporting medical errors as well as improving the attitude and confidence of the students.

Desirable Major Education through a Survey on the Needs of Education Subjects

  • Purpose: This study aims to be used as a reference for setting the direction of university major education & policy. Research design, data and methodology: The satisfaction survey were nine major curriculum surveys for each college, targeting students enrolled in a university. One university consisted of 9 colleges and 49 departments or majors. The survey period is approximately one month. Results: The highest item in the major curriculum reflects the educational goal of the department, with a score of 3.95. Conversely, the lowest item is 3.65 points, indicating that the major curriculum offers a wide range of subjects to choose from. As the questions are higher than the average score (3.83 points), the major curriculum is helping me grow my competency through academic achievement (3.90 points), the major curriculum is helping me set my career and finding a job (3.88 points), The major curriculum suggests specific performance standards for judging the achievement of a set target competency (3.88 points), and the major curriculum reflects social demands and changes (3.85 points). Conclusions: Students want that their major education faithfully reflects the educational goals of their major and that major education helps their ability to grow for academic achievement.

종합병원 간호관리자의 간호관리역량 요구도 분석 (Need analysis for managerial competencies of nurse managers in general hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the needs for the managerial competencies of nurse managers in general hospitals. Methods: A cross-sectional design was used. The participants were 203 nurse managers, 141 head nurses or unit managers, and 62 directors or team managers from 17 general hospitals. Data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire with 42 nursing management competencies and 181 behavioral indicators. Participants rated the importance and performance of each indicator. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test, independent t-test, importance-performance analysis, Borich's needs assessment model, and locus for focus model. Results: In all 42 competencies, importance was rated significantly higher than performance. The head nurses or unit managers had high demands for "human resource development," "performance management," and "information management," while the directors or team managers had high demands for "change management." Competencies in high demand in both groups were "development of nursing standards" and "self-management." Conclusion: Based on the results, it is necessary to select priorities and prepare educational content when developing educational programs to strengthen the nursing management competencies of general hospitals' nurse managers.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of a cooperative relationship in which parents of early childhood education institutions share responsibility and authority, and to suggest ways to establish efficient management strategies. Methods: The survey was conducted through online responses using Google surveys and SNS. The collected data was collected using SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 4.0 statistical programs. Results: Among the 13 hypotheses, only expertise in educational service quality was confirmed to have no effect on customer trust. The verification results of 11 mediation effects confirmed that customer satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between non-verbal communication and customer loyalty, and that customer trust does not mediate the relationship between expertise and verbal communication on customer loyalty. Conclusion: We presented basic data for establishing a marketing strategy that can improve the quality of services of infant and toddler education institutions and increase management performance.

농촌빈곤가계의 경제문제 II -소비 문제를 중심으로- (Economic Problems of Rural Poor Households in Korea II - Focused on the Consumption)

  • The objective of this study is to analyse consumption problems of the rural poor households. This is a succeeding work to the previous report on economic resource problems. Data from 154 rural poor house holds and 290 rural non-poor households were analysed to comprehend their consumption practices, financial management ability, consumer competence of homemakers, and market environments. The major findings and conclusions are as follows : 1. The rural poor households had deficit of 30, 000 won per month. They perceived relative importance of the educational expenses and food expenses and heavier pressure of educational expenses and light and water expenses than other items. 2. The rural poor households evaluated their financial management ability average like non-poor households but their level of consumer competence was lower than other households. This means their consumer efficiency is relatively low. 3. The rural poor households had similar grade of market environments to non-poor households. This is significantly different from urban households.
