Recently, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are used to deliver efficient cytotoxic payloads selectively in cancer cells. In the designing of an ADC, the antibody is connected to a toxic payload via a covalent linker, which helps to solubilizes the typical hydrophobic payload as well as stabilizes the linkage over circulation. The development of the linkers for the antibody drug conjugate is still in demand. Initially, the acid, disulfide, and cathepsin-sensitive ADCs attracted considerable attention for the delivery of a potent cytotoxic payload but suffer from instability in human and mouse plasma with a short half-life. In addition, It also suffer from a solubility issue that induces aggregation, which is the major problem in their development. ADCs associated with sulfatase and phosphatase cleavable linker are highly soluble due to the anionic nature of sulfate and phosphate groups. The ADCs also showed high stability in human and mouse plasma. Therefore, to overcome these limitations, sulfatase and phosphatase cleavable linkers were developed. This review focuses on the recently reported advantages of sulfatase and phosphatase cleavable linkers for ADCs.

최근 다양한 교육기관에서 졸업 및 성적에 관련된 학력 검증에 온라인 증명서 서비스의 활용도가 높다. 그러나, 기존 시스템의 증명서는 사실 여부와 세부 학력에 대한 검증과 추적에 한계가 있다. 관련하여 온라인/오프라인 증명서의 위조/변조 사건이 지속하여 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 대학 기관을 중심으로 위변조에 안전한 블록체인 기반 검증 시스템을 제안한다. 학과 별 세부 수업 카테고리와 출석 및 세부 성적 등 필요한 정보를 수집/분석하여 연계 관계를 블록체인으로 생성했다. 이외 블록체인 공유에 필요한 시스템/네트워크 환경을 고려하였고, 독립적인 웹 애플리케이션 형태의 확장 모듈로 구현했다. 블록체인 검증 결과, 학력 정보의 안전한 신뢰 검증과 세부 정보들의 관계를 추적할 수 있음을 증명하였다. 본 연구는 향후 국내 교육기관 학력 검증 서비스 및 정보 보안 개선에 이바지하고자 한다.

본 연구는 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급하는 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 기관의 교육형태, 교육현황을 파악하고 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할 및 개선방안 등을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급한 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 56개 기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 응답한 44개 기관의 설문을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가상훈련 운영기관의 교육형태는 가상훈련 교육매체는 PC를 활용, 활용한 콘텐츠 과정은 총 52과정, 교육형태는 이론+가상훈련 유형, 실습기간은 1-2주 기간을 가장 많이 적용하고 있다고 응답했다. 또한 교육현황을 살펴보니 가상훈련 대상은 주로 학생이며, 주로 기관 자체적으로 모집을 하며 운영규모는 1-20명, 개설 과정 수는 1-3개 정도, 담당 교·강사 수는 1-3명 정도라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할로 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발과 가상훈련 교육과정 적용 및 활용방법 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 질 제고 등이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 개선방안으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 실무능력 연계 강화, 교·강사의 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용교육, 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 연계방안 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 품질 관리 강화 등을 요구했다. 이에 본 연구는 가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영기관의 전반적 운영현황과 실태를 파악하고 공공 가상훈련 보급기관의 역할 정립 및 개선방안을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다.

The current article examines the interactions among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and learning effectiveness. Significantly, it emphasizes the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training. It applied reliability analyses to test the measurement of items and construct validity, using the research data collected from students at Vietnam National University of Ho Chi Minh. Then, the current article used multiple regressions to inspect the causal relations; and applied procedures to investigate the mediating influence. The empirical results indicate students' attitude to e-learning positively influences their implementation of e-learning in their studies. When students apply e-learning in their studies, they likely achieve the best possible training effectiveness. Statistical evidence on the mediating role of accepting e-learning in training by students on the linkage between their attitude to e-learning and training effectiveness is revealed in this article. The findings of this article make some contributions. For educational administrators, it offers insight into the links among students' attitudes to e-learning, their implementation of e-learning in their studies, and training effectiveness, which likely allows them to establish suitable online training programs. This will be beneficial to both learners and educational institutes.

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategy model for engineering education for citizen through the connection between colleges of science and engineering and science museums as a way to achieve citizen science. For this model, the role of universities was redefined as social contributions through engineering education from the perspective of knowledge triangle and university entrepreneurship. In addition, the science museum was re-examined as an engineering education platform and selected as an institution that supports the contribution of colleges to society. For practical model development, the connection types of these two institutions were analyzed as case studies and interview to collect opinions from experts in the science museum. In this process, convergence education content development, reinforcement of college-science museum linkage, infrastructure construction, development of college resource utilization plans, and maintenance and expansion of educational programs diversification were derived as components for model development. Based on this, engineering education model for citizen was presented that matches educational programs according to the type of participation of colleges including key factors and considerations.

이 연구의 목적은 과학교육분야에서 꾸준히 지속해 오고 있는 융합교육을 선행연구와 비교를 통해 2011년 이후 융합교육 연구동향의 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 과학교육분야의 융합교육관련 논문 발행 편수, 연구대상, 연구내용, 주제연계를 선행연구와 비교 분석하고, 최근 연구동향을 알아보는 네트워크 분석방법을 활용하여 융합교육의 변화를 알아보았다. 과학교육분야에서 융합교육관련 논문 편수는 8.0%이상 꾸준하게 발행되었으며 2012년부터 증가했다가 다시 2015년부터 낮아지고 2017년부터 다시 서서히 증가하는 경향성이 나타났다. 연구대상은 초등학생 대상이 높은 반면 중학생, 고등학생, 대학생 대상은 낮았다. 현직 교사는 증가한 반면에 예비 교사는 감소했고, 문헌과 일반은 다소 증가하였다. 연구내용에서 효과연구는 감소한 반면에 개발연구는 증가했으며, 이론 및 인식연구는 비슷하였다. 주제연계에서 과학 내 연계는 23.9%이고, 과학 외 연계는 76.1%이며, 과학 외 연계에서 공학·기술, 예술 연계가 높았다. 네트워크 분석에서 초등, 과학, STEAM, 프로그램 단어는 출현빈도가 높은 동시에 다른 단어들과 함께 등장하여 네트워크를 주도하고 있었다. 융합교육 연구동향에 대한 교육적 함의는 앞으로 과학교육분야에서 융합교육은 지속될 것이며, 교육 현장에 뿌리를 내리기 위해서는 중등학생을 대상으로 하는 연구가 더욱 활발히 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. 또한 STEAM 중심의 프로그램 개발 및 효과에 대한 연구에서 벗어나 융합교육의 철학적 근거 및 이론적 확립을 위한 연구가 늘어날 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 교육연구기관에서 생산된 지식정보자원이 기관의 지식관리시스템으로 역할을 수행하는지 살펴보고, 국가지식관리시스템의 방안 제시를 위하여 시도되었다. 홈페이지에서 제공되는 지식정보자원을 '결과의 지식정보자원', '과정의 지식정보자원', '소통의 지식정보자원'으로 분류하고, 내용분석법을 사용하여 메타데이터의 적용 현황, 검색시스템의 구성 현황을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 홈페이지 지식정보자원 관리의 개선을 위하여 표준화된 유형별 메타데이터와 분류체계의 개발, 홈페이지가 기관 생산지식정보자원의 대외 유통 창구라는 인식 고취, 홈페이지 지식정보자원에 대한 다양한 검색기능과 지식지도 제공, 원문 획득을 위한 연계정보 제공, 조직 운영자와 홈페이지 관리자의 기관 홈페이지에 대한 지식관리시스템으로서의 인식, 모바일 환경에 적합한 데이터 크기 분할과 제공 단위의 다양화 작업, 내부 전자결재시스템과 홈페이지의 유기적인 연계 기능을 제시하였다.

4년제 공과대학과 전문대학 등의 고등교육기관에서 이루어지는 교육과정과 자격 검정제도를 연계하려는 여러 선행 연구들이 진행되어 왔지만 실제적으로 실행되는 경우는 매우 드문 실정이다. 교육과 자격의 가장 이상적인 연계 방법은 교육과정과 자격검정의 통합 운영이라고 볼 수 있지만 교육기관에 대한 검증과 자격제도에서 갖추어야 할 제반 요소들이 선행되어야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 현재 시행되고 있는 과정평가형 자격제도와 교육과정의 질관리 체계로 작동하고 있는 공학교육인증 평가를 비교 분석하고, 공학교육인증과 과정평가형 자격을 동시에 운영하고 있는 K 대학의 사례를 통해 교육과 자격이 연계될 수 있음을 검토한다. 이러한 분석 결과를 반영하여 공학교육인증을 획득한 프로그램이 과정평가형 편성 기준을 만족하는 교육과정을 운영할 경우 이를 이수한 학생들에게 자격을 부여할 수 있는 인증평가형 자격제도를 제안한다.

This paper presents an analysis of the Teaching and Learning for a Sustainable Future (TLSF) program, an innovative teacher education and regular professional development by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) employing the curriculum analysis framework created by Posner. Using this framework the analyst found that the TLSF design is based on good research in regard to learning, teaching, and assessment now driving efforts to reform environmental teacher education. Ongoing development of the TLSF program in the research setting of an international level permits ever deeper connection with emerging curriculum theory and curriculum practice and allows new linkage as ideas are tested in research classrooms.

As the number of students continues to decline, alternatives to regional linkage and utilization of school facilities in the region are being sought. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose programs and remodeling directions for school facilities for neighborhood regeneration in urban regeneration revitalization areas. To this end, first, this study analyzed changes in educational courses and policies in Korea. Second, domestic and foreign cases of combined operation of school facilities were analyzed. Third, implications for the improvement of local-linked school facilities were derived through policies and case analysis. Finally, the direction of the plan considering this was proposed.
