  • The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of integration of informational technologies in the administration of justice as a necessary component of the development of the informational society in Ukraine. In general, informational technologies make it possible to create new forms of organization and interaction of bodies of public authorities with society, to introduce innovative solutions for legal regulation and organization of public relations. More and more services for citizens are moving to electronic format. Judicial reform is aimed at ensuring more comfortable and convenient interaction with the courts. The need for the usage of informational technology in the proceedings is preconditioned by the global informatization of modern society, the development of new forms of interaction in the civil sphere with the usage of electronic means of communication: the global Internet, mobile, and satellite communication systems and more. "Electronic justice" involves the use of information and communication technologies in the implementation of procedural law.

  • The article studies the implementation of automation in the education process as a convenient interface of a document management system, on the one hand, which makes it easy to navigate the program, requiring from the user only a small amount of any special skills in working with electronic computers, on the other hand, it provides to the user operational information about all the data of interest to him, taking into account the access rights given to this or that information, stored in the enterprise database.

A Study on the Development of ICT Curriculum for Private Security Workers (민간경비 종사자의 ICT직무교육과정 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study developed the ICT curriculum focusing on apartment security guards and analyzed the actual application results. We developed the educational contents and it designed ICT job courseware for elder education by considering and that designed in consideration of the computer attitudes and physical and cognitive characteristics of the elderly. The educational program was applied to the experimental group and the satisfaction and the educational effect were analyzed through the pre and post test results. As a result of the analysis, the satisfaction level of the education program was higher than the average of 4.00 points. The elderly informal education program was examined by using the qualitative assessment test tool before and after the application of the education program. Internet self-efficacy of experiment group, improvement of internet utilization ability, usage of internet use, personal information willingness, life correction, elimination of conflict among generations, self-confidence, and internet stress increased statistically significantly. These results suggest that the "Private Expense ICT Job Training" program developed in this study can be effective for elderly informatization and can be applied to other elderly education programs and contribute to promotion.

  • The current 7th Curriculum require elementary students to participate in an independent computer education class one time per week through means of discretion activity. However a national standard of this educational process has yet to be established, which has made regional provincial and city offices of education to choose textbooks for this purpose by discretion, that showed difference in quality, in operating education curriculums related to computer education for each classes in school such as continuing the repetitive contents without any rank or system. Also informatization education, which is one of national policies, might develop educational unbalance to young children who are to become the main characters in the future information society, due to excessive emphasis on aspect of using computer, which develops education mainly based on learning functions of applicable software. Therefore, we are proposing a discretion activity education curriculum model for utilization of computer education in elementary school which is showing regional difference based on former studies. This study will be helpful in substantiating of computer education in elementary schools in the future.

The Effect of Informatization Education Satisfaction of Elderly Welfare Center on Elderly Information Usage and Life Satisfaction (노인복지관의 정보화 교육만족도가 노인의 정보활용 및 생활만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of information education satisfaction of the elderly welfare center on information utilization satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. For this purpose, we surveyed the elderly who were enrolled in the elderly welfare center from September 02 to September 24, 2015. First, in the information cognition improvement of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information, education instructor, and educational environment are important. And in the improvement of the information experience of the elderly, it was found that the education contents, the education method, the instructor and the educational environment factors of the satisfaction of information education were important factors. Second, in the improvement of personal factors satisfaction of the elderly, it was found that the content of education of information and education and the factors of education instructor were important factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between information literacy and satisfaction of the elderly.

  • The researchers developed On-line Lesson Planner System so that teachers can make a lesson plan using ICT(Information & Communication Technology) on line. Developed On-line Lesson Planner System can make ICT using lesson plans store in the database, manage them systematically and help maximize share, use and storage of the lesson plans. It can contribute to the school informatization. It is important to suggest solution through analyzing the educational effects and problems appeared during applying to this developed system in real fields. Thus, this study suggests first, procedure of designing the lesson plan using ICT for the development of this system, second. the summary of designing and embodying methods, and third, the improvement and analysis of the effects and problems revealed in elementary school fields. This study provided educational grounds of the solution to the problems and consideration of this On-line Lesson Planner system.

A Study on Elementary School Teachers' Needs for Future School Spaces - With a Focus on A Public Elementary School in Seoul - (초등학교 교사의 미래학교에 대한 공간 요구 탐색 연구 - 서울 공립 A초등학교를 중심으로 -)

  • This study was conducted to provide implications so that teachers' voices are heard in the social consensus for future schools by exploring teachers' needs for future school spaces. A qualitative study was performed to listen to teachers' voices directly, and 10 teachers from "A" Elementary School (tentative name) participated in the study. The study 1) recognized the emergence of learning that transcends time and space, and emphasized the importance of an ICT-based informatization environment that can support such learning, 2) confirmed the characteristics of futuristic school spaces centered on "tradition" and "technology," 3) recognized the importance of learning community spaces, 4) emphasized "variable" classrooms for flexible teaching and learning activities, and 5) confirmed the need to introduce eco-friendly elements and provide support for those who may be vulnerable in high-tech learning environments. Finally, the study concluded that teachers need systematic education and experiences that contain sufficient important discourses related to future schools such as "eco-friendliness" and "connection with local communities".

  • ICT capacity building education in developing countries with poor infrastructure is a solution to help solve ICT gaps and improve economic performance. However, there is a clear difference between countries' geographical and industrial level in terms of geographical and industrial aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to design customized educational contents for each country according to the status of various industries in each country rather than uniform and unilateral ICT capacity building education. This should be followed by a basic understanding of the current situation. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of ICT technology and curricula for female students at Life University of Cambodia among developing countries, and to find out the subjects related to industry in that region and to propose policies for continuous operation.

  • A change toward a digital society is requiring of the human quotient who had new informatization ability, and is large to education is affecting it. The digital Storytelling which effective anger to be educational of traditional Storytelling was combined with came into being in these changes. As I provide together multi-media element such as a screen and sound digital Storytelling jumps over the existing Storytelling, and to move, I easily cause an interest of student, and I stimulate intellectual faculties various of a schoolchild, and I make bidirectional enemy interaction possible. Therefore, I extract whether it is the education that it can apply on-site an elementary school of a cow in this study after analyzing digital Storytelling, and digital Storytelling designs the class that it is possible, and I will present it.

Exploring Teachers' Perceptions and Beliefs about the Acceptance of Smart Education and Preschoolers' Digital Literacy (교사들의 스마트 교육 수용과 유아 디지털 리터러시에 대한 인식 탐구)

  • Although the government mandated classroom use of smart technology, there exist obstacles to adapting smart technology as a means of educational tools in class. This study aims to explore the preconditions for integrating smart technology and early childhood education. To meet this end, this study investigates preschool teachers' perceptions about the possible benefits or negative impacts of using smart media on child education. Results show that teachers have negative rather than positive perceptions and attitudes toward preschoolers' use of smart media, which implies that rendering teachers have positive impression on smart education is most important for fostering smart education.
