Under the influence of COVID-19, as a measure of social distancing for about two years and one month, non-face-to-face services using ICT element technology are expanding not only to the education sector but to all fields. In particular, as educational programs using the Metaverse platform spread to various fields, educators, and learners have more learning experiences using Edutech, but problems through non-face-to-face learning such as reduced immersion or concentration in education are raising In this paper, to overcome the problems raised through non-face-to-face learning and develop metaverse immersive media digital contents to improve the educational environment, we utilize VR (Virtual Reality) based on an immersive metaverse to provide education / Training contents and the educational environment was established. In this paper, we presented a system to increase immersion and concentration in educational contents in a virtual environment using HMD (Head Mounted Display) for learners who are put into military education/training. Immersion was further improved.

The purpose of this research is to develop evaluation indicators for evaluating the educational value of libraries and, for this, frist of all, preliminary evaluation indicators were derived by analyzing comprehensively about 60 domestic and overseas papers which researched on the value of libraries. On the basis of the derived preliminary evaluation indicators, 10 experts were selected and the final evaluation indicators were developed by conducting Delphi survey three times. The final evaluation indicators are composed of five evaluation areas, which are the divided areas of the educational value of libraries, such as the literacy improvement, supporting of learning and education, research supporting and provision of information resources, improvement of educational environment and quality of education, strengthen competence, 13 evaluation items, and 62 evaluation indicators. In the future, it seems that researches to measure the educational value of libraries based on this will have to be conducted.

Currently G-SEED certification standards was in an effort to building energy-saving and carbon emissions reduction. In this study, focusing on school facilities to suggest an alternative improve green building certification standards through data analysis and conduct an expert Delphi survey. In this study, evaluation of the existing areas of green building certification 7-5 suggest that one out. There are five proposed areas of ecology, health, function, energy and resources. Further it can add areas of economics and $LCCO_2$. Through the assessment items of foreign certification standards evaluated to the feasibility of introducing in Korea. Furthermore taking into account the characteristics of each class, kindergarten, elementary, primary, middle and high schools, College or University were broken down by purpose.

The purpose of this study was to improve the lighting environment of the VDT workspaces in computer laboratory. This study was carried out through the field measurements on the computer laboratory and a survey using the questionnaire about the VDT workspaces. The major findings of the study were as follows: (1) It was unbalanced among the illumination, luminance, and color distributions in the the VDT workspaces. (2) The difference of brightness between the CRT screen and its surroundings have presented on the whole unbalanced. (3) It was proved that the artificial light source of the ceiling lighting should use the parabolic louver luminaire limiting the radiant luminance.

2009 As the School District is amended as a metropolitan area public development operators obliged to free supply of school facilities contribute to the streamlining of the provincial education funding, and although institutions shortly became implemented in earnest, the effect has been, despite a number of problems occur. In this study, analysis of these school facilities free of charge supply system on the status and problems through surveys, and suggests directions for future drafting and improving legislation.

This study aims to investigate and analyze the actual conditions of the ecological ponds built in the campus sites of the elementary, middle and high schools which currently manage ecological ponds in order to find problems and directions for improvement concerning the management of the ponds as a way to build nature-friendly ecological ponds which can be used as an ecological work-study site on school campus: this study also intends to provide systematic and technological directions for the management and operation of the ecological pond. This study has selected 10 schools in North Chungcheong Province, where ponds are constructed, and investigated actual conditions of the ponds based on the survey, analysis, and evaluation standards compatible with the school environments, and finally judged the general relevancy of the ponds. The results of this study make us conclude that the most important issue to be considered in the processes of selection and investigation for school ecological pond is the location of the pond.

In this study, were prepared after statistical analysis was conducted of assessment items and marks distribution for the selection of executors of the BTL project. When tests of the degree of dispersion and degree of appropriateness for each assessment item were analyzed, it was found that the degree of dispersion among assessment points has the power of discrimination since it is highly marked in the design field and operation management field. In contrast, 'business management plan' and 'investment composition for economic quality assessment' have a low level of the power of discrimination since points given to them have smaller difference between business projects.

BIM(Building Information Modeling) is an indispensable tool to secure global competitiveness in construction sector, as already adapted significantly in European countries and U.S. In particular, as considering School Buildings constructed by BTL Method, using BIM tools are required for the accurate estimation of construction cost in planning stage, exact design and construction, well-judged settlement and performance of maintenance schedule. Therefore, this study investigates the BIM education status and the problems on using BIM tools through a survey of 100 BIM trainees and suggests improvement method of BIM education.

The standards for instructional media and equipments imply an essential element for curriculum. In knowledge-based society, school libraries are an educational environment to assist curriculum, offer information literacy and reading services. Therefore the standards for school libraries instructional media and equipments are able to suggest the mission of school library media center, and it should contain suitable elements for educational roles. But the current standards are insufficient from quantitatively as well as qualitatively. As with the January 2005 amendment of the Act on Private Participation in Infrastructure, schools are now included in the scope of privately-funded infrastructure projects. According to the announcement made by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology in 2007, a total of 1.1 billion-won stimulus package has been proposed and is being implemented to operate private investments in social infrastructure helping to secure sufficient educational facilities for a period of five years from 2005 to 2010. Private participation offers first-priority infrastructure in a timely manner, raises efficiency with creative project conception and design, and stimulates economy by tapping into unemployed fund. This study limited its scope to new school construction projects in Gyeonggi Province which have been implemented via BTL system since January 2005. And using field-inspection and interview techniques, the study proposed improvement schemes applicable to the field. The results will be fully incorporated into new school construction projects to be carried out in the future, to help build creative learning space-student-oriented quality structures-where in Korea's leaders of the 21st century knowledge-based society will be educated.
