사회맞춤형 LINC+ 육성사업에 따른 조리실습교육환경이 교육만족도, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Cooking Practice Educational Environment on Education Satisfaction, Employment Preparation Behavior according to LINC+ Fostering Project)

  • 본 연구는 사회맞춤형 LINC+ 육성사업에 따른 조리실습교육환경의 요인과 교육만족도, 취업준비행동 간의 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 표본추출은 현재 사회맞춤형 LINC+ 육성사업을 시행하고 있는 대학 중 외식·조리 관련 학과 재학생 및 졸업생을 대상으로 편의표본추출(convenience sampling)을 사용하여 설문조사를 진행하였다. 조사 기간은 2020년 6월1일부터 1달간 진행되었으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 통계적인 유의성을 분석하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 조리실습환경의 하위 요인인 교육프로그램, 교수자능력, 조리시설은 교육만족도에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족도와 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조리실습교육환경의 하위 요인인 교육프로그램과 교수자능력은 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구 결과를 통해 관련 전공에서의 재정지원 사업 수행에 있어서 정책 및 교육환경, 취업, 만족도에 관한 기초자료로 제공할 것으로 기대하며, 향후 전문대학 재정지원 사업 관련 연구를 수행하는 연구자들에게 이론적 근거와 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the asthma management educational program given to the allergic asthmatics receiving immunotherapy due to house dust mite on the disease related to knowledge, stress, and self-efficacy. Method: The subjects of this study were the patients received immunotherapy to house dust mite at a week interval after being diagnosed for house dust mite allergic asthma at the respiratory center of a hospital affiliated to the university. They were divided into the experimental group of 29 patients who received asthma management education, the control group of 32 patients, and 61 patients in total. Experimental treatment, as an asthma management educational program, was the group education of one time and the reinforcement education of three times with environmental therapy and immunotherapy to house dust mite. Results: The results revealed that the improvement in disease related knowledge, the improvement in self-efficacy and the decrease in stress, were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group. Conclusions: The asthma management educational program had an effect on improving the disease related knowledge and self-efficacy, and decreasing the stress of the patients asthmatics allergic to house dust mite.

생태공원에서 환경해설자의 교육적 효과 -길동자연생태공원을 대상으로- (The Environment Interpreter's the Educational Effects at Ecological Parks -In the Case of the Gil-Dong Ecological Park-)

  • The main purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of accompanying with environment interpreter in the ecological parks, and providing fundamental knowlege on the effective management method of the ecological parks by reviewing the effects of accompanying environmental parks in the ecological parks. We had done a field experimental design in the Gil-Dong ecological park, and evaluated the differences in the education effects, used types and satisfaction by the educational types - one is control groups, i.e., accompanying without environment interpreter and the other is treatment groups, ie., accompanying with environment interpreter through questionnaire survey and observation survey. The results of study are as follows; 1) In the respect of the effect of knowledge conveyance of the environmental interpreter, there appears higher educational effects of environment and ecology to the visitors of Gil-dong ecological park with an environment interpreter. 2) Accompanying with environment interpreter made the visitors reduce the depreciative behavior but no difference at environmental attitude and satisfaction. This results provide us the effectiveness of the environment interpreters. And more theoretical study is required in the future research.

자녀 수와 자녀 교육수준의 대체관계에 대한 실증분석 (Sibling Size and Children's Educational Attainment)

  • 본 연구는 2006년도 고령화연구패널 자료를 이용하여 자녀 수가 자녀의 교육성과에 미치는 영향을 실증분석한다. OLS 추정 결과, 자녀 수가 증가함에 따라 자녀의 질, 즉 교육수준이 낮아진 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증 결과는 자녀의 수와 질의 대체관계 모형에 부합한다. 그러나 자녀 수의 내생성을 통제하기 위해 첫째 자녀의 성별을 도구변수로 이용한 추정 결과에서는 자녀 수의 증가가 자녀의 교육수준에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자녀 1인당 교육투자액의 감소에 따른 교육수준의 저하가 자녀 수 증가로 인한 다른 효과에 의해 상쇄될 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • 본 논문에서는 게임의 긍정적인 효과와 부정적인 효과에 대하여 알아보고, 최근 게임의 묘미와 교육적 효과를 동시에 강조하는 에듀테인먼트 인터넷 게임의 경향에 대하여 살펴본다. 그런데 기존의 교육용 게임들은 그 흥미도가 낮아 잘 사용하지 않으려는 경향이 있는 반면 시뮬레이션 게임이나 롤플레잉게임 등 흥미위주의 게임은 그 중독성이 매우 강하므로, 컴퓨터 에서 게임사용을 제한하고 유익한 목적의 컴퓨터사용을 활성화 할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 교육용 컨텐츠를 활성화하고 게임중독을 치료하기 위한 동적 컴퓨터 사용시간 제어시스템 (dynamic computer using-time control system)의 모델을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법은 기존의 정량적인 컴퓨터 사용시간 제한 프로그램과는 달리 사용자의 교육용 프로그램이나 교육용 컨텐츠의 사용에 비례해서 컴퓨터 사용시간을 증가시키는 동적 제어시스템으로 사용자가 자발적으로 교육용 프로그램이나 교육용 컨텐츠를 이용하도록 유도한다.

The Effect of Social Capital on Creating Shared Value for Educational Companies

  • Purpose: To examine the strength of social capital (SC) that are likely to affect Created share value (CSV) factors. This research aims to conduct a literature review to establish the components of SC and CSV identified within educational research and use factor analysis to identify how numerical values differ from the average and the amount of variance expressed in eigenvalue and factor score. Research design, data and methodology: To achieve the purpose of the study and provide adequate empirical results, we conducted the structural equation analysis using IBM AMOS 24.0 and collect online questionnaires from top practitioners, managers and non-managerial employees in Korean education firms, which will be used to conduct a factor analysis to assess SC's effect on CSV. Results: Final analysis of the path coefficient of the research model indicated that the SC values based on six have a significantly positive (+) effect on CSV values based on three categories (β=.35, p<.001). Therefore, the current research accepts the hypothesis in determining that SC can enhance the impact of CSV in educational companies. Conclusions: From the study, the practitioners of education companies should make more efforts to find action plans to create corporate social responsibility and shared value, which are required throughout society.

수직정원을 활용한 초등학교 식물교육프로그램 운영 효과 분석 (Effect of Plant Educational Programs Elementary School using Vertical Garden)

  • In the modern era, the elementary schools in the Republic of Korea are advanced with the competitive world. Thus advancement in technology, and other factors in the elementary schools are releases some kind of particulate matter (PM), which causes deleterious effects on school students health, academic program, growth and development. The school students are susceptible to PM particularly, PM10 and PM2.5. Based on this hazardous effect of PM on school students we conducted the research on the elementary schools class rooms by introducing vertical gardening system to get the schools "ever green". The main aim of this study is to investigate the environmental factors in the educational effect program in the class rooms and indoor air quality changes. For the educational effect, the 4th operation program was applied to 2 schools for 2 hours once a month from September to December 2019. Each school conducted a survey on satisfaction, plant friendliness, and environmental sensibilities, targeting classes that participated in the green school program and those who did not. The environmental effects were monitored by installing indoor air quality facility in the program participating classes and the non-participating classes. From November 2019 to December 2019, three factors were measured: PM10, PM2.5, and humidity. The results were analyzed by T-test using the SPSS 24.0 software program. As a result of the analysis, student's overall satisfaction with the program and their intention to re-engage were high in terms of educational effect. It was also found to be effective in emotional, educational, social, and physical aspects. In particular, it was found that there was a statistically significant effect on improving plant friendliness in terms of plant friendliness and environmental sensitivity. In terms of environmental effects, it was found that there was a significant difference between the program-applied and non-programmed classes in PM10, PM2.5, and humidity. Through this study, it was confirmed that the plant education program using vertical gardens is effective in both the educational effect and the improvement of indoor air quality in the classroom. In conclusion, vertical gardening system in the elementary schools should implement for the beneficial of young generation development and back bone to the nation.

대학 창업교육 서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Startup Education Service Quality on Education Satisfaction and Entrepreneurship Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 대학의 창업교육 서비스품질이 교육만족과 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 대학에서 다양한 창업교육이 운영되고 있지만 창업의도에 대한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창업의도를 높이기 위한 요인을 분석하기 위해 창업 교육의 서비스 품질이 교육만족과 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기위하여 대구.경북 소재 대학생들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였고 성실하게 응답한 설문지 298부에 대한 통계 분석을 SPSS 22를 활용하여 진행하였다. 창업교육 서비스 품질이 교육만족에 미치는 다중회귀분석결과 유형성, 응답성, 확신성, 공감성은 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나, 신뢰성은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않으며, 교육만족은 창업의지에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 최근 우리나라 창업이 활성화되고 있으며 창업교육, 창업지원정책, 사업화 지원 등 다양한 프로그램들이 생겨나고 있다. 대학의 창업 교육서비스품질이 창업의지에 영향을 미치는데 교육만족도를 높이기 위해서 서비스품질 역량을 강화해야 할 것이다.

신증후군 환아 어머니의 교육요구 및 어머니가 지각한 간호사의 교육수행 정도 (The Educational Needs of Mothers of Nephrotic Syndrome Patients and the Degree of Nurse s Educational Performances Perceived by Mothers)

  • This is descripitive study conducted to identify educational needs of mothers of nephrotic syndrome patients and tie degree of nerses' educational performances perceived by mothers who look after mainly nephrotic syndrome patients. The study subjects were composed of 74 mothers of nephrotic syndrome patients whose children were hospitalized in 2 Pediatric wards of University Hospital in Seoul and 1 in Pen from June in 1996 to Januaryin 1997. A questionaire for this study was item Kikert type 5 point scale, developed on the basis of previous literature and researcher's clinical experience and the reliability of the used instruments was α=.97. The data analysis was done by SAS. t-test, and ANOVA were done to determine the effect of general characteristics of subjects on their educational needs. Pearson correlation was done to measure relations between general characterictics of subjects and their educational needs and Stepwise Multiple Regression was done to test a variable affecting educational needs. The results were as follows. 1. Mean score of educational needs of subjects was 137.06(Maximum 176). The score of the educational needs of home care was the highes, but the question numbers(of that category) are smaller than others. So, the educational need of the diagnosis art treatment was regarded as the highest in contents. 2. The mean score of nurses' educational performances was very low, 74.91(Maximum 176). Nurse's educational performances score in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease ranked as the highest Burt that score in the care during hoapitalization was the highest in contents as the educational needs was. 3. The number of children excepting the patient (r²=.215289. p=.006) and the age of patient(r²=.23770, p=.001) were emerged as important variables affecting the degree of mother's educational need.

대학 교육서비스 만족도 향상을 위한 품질차원 및 개선우선순위 도출 (A Study on Quality Dimension and Improvement Priority for Enhancing University Educational Service Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study is on the priority for improving students satisfaction in university educational service. It explores the dimension of service quality and analyzes the relationship among quality elements, service satisfaction, and loyalty. Methods: This paper performs empirical studies by questionnaire survey. The Timko model is used for finding the degree of possible improvement of quality elements, and structural equation and regression models are used to analyze the effect of them on service satisfaction and loyalty. Also, explanatory factor analysis is used to investigate the quality determinants. Results: The quality dimension is composed of curriculum, employment support, interaction with outsiders, start-up support, learning support, counselling, and administration service. Curriculum, learning support, and administration service are positively correlated with service satisfaction, and service satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Counselling service is an attractive element, and curriculum, start-up support, and learning support are indifferent elements. Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis shows that curriculum, academic advisor, and administration service have high priorities for improving educational service satisfaction.
