Influencing Factors for Repurchase Intention in e-Learning Sites

  • This study examines the effects of the characteristics of educational contents, brand recognition, educational management and technical support on the repurchase intention mediated by overall satisfaction, trust and commitment in e-Learning sites. A survey of experienced users was conducted to collect data. The reliability and validity of data were tested by explanatory factor analysis, Cornbach's alpha coefficient, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. Also, the structural equation mode (SEM) analysis was performed to test the usefulness of the model. The results of the study are as follows: Educational contents, educational management and technical support were found to have positive effects on overall satisfaction. And educational contents and brand recognition were found to have positive effects on trust and commitment. And trust and overall satisfaction were found to have mediating effects on repurchase intention.

치과위생사의 보수교육 만족도 (A study on satisfaction level with supplementary education among dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of dental hygienists with supplementary education. The subjects in this study were 305 dental hygienists, on whom a survey was conducted from September 26 to December 10, 2009. Methods : The instrument used in this study was questionnaires that consisted of three sections: educational environments, the content and method of education, and educational administration. Results : The findings of the study were as follows: 1. In terms of satisfaction level with supplementary education, they gave a mean of 3.13, which was on the average. The dental hygienists who worked in public dental clinics, who had a 10 years or more of career and who worked in the provinces expressed more satisfaction. 2. In terms of satisfaction level with educational environments, they gave a mean of 3.22. They were most gratified with lecturers(3.34), and they expressed the least satisfaction with educational opportunities(3.14). 3. In terms of satisfaction level with the content and method of education, they gave a mean of 3.15. They were most contented with the professionalism of education, and they expressed the least satisfaction with the ratio of theory and practice(2.92). 4. In terms of satisfaction level with educational administration, they gave a mean of 3.02. They were most satisfied with the application procedure(3.22), and they expressed the least satisfaction with educational cost and publicity(2.91). Conclusions : Educational institutions that provide supplementary education should reinforce small-group supplementary education for each district, provide systematic practice-centered educational programs and offer streamlined administration service to boost the satisfaction level of dental hygienists.

한국 교육행정학 연구동향의 심층분석 및 미래 전망 : 2009년~2018년까지의 교육행정학연구를 중심으로 (An In-depth Analysis and Future Prospect of Korean Educational Administration Research Trends : Focused on the Study of Educational Administration from 2009 to 2018)

  • 본 연구는 최근 10년(2009년부터 2018년 전반기)간 "교육행정학연구"에 게재된 연구논문을 대상으로, '연구자의 특성'에 따른 연구 동향을 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 연구자의 측면에서 '단독' 연구보다 '공동' 연구가 많이 수행되었으며, 제1저자가 '남성'인 경우가 '여성'인 경우보다 많았고, 제1저자가 '대학 교수'인 경우가 가장 많은 가운데, '교수'와 '대학원생'의 공동연구 활동이 활발하게 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 연구 성격의 측면에서 이론(혹은 모형)을 개발하고 검증하려는 연구들이 증가하였다. 셋째, 연구 방법의 측면에서 고급통계를 사용한 '양적연구', 면담과 관찰을 통한 '질적연구'가 증가하는 등 한국의 교육행정 현상을 기술하고 설명하려는 연구들이 증가하였다. 넷째, 연구 영역의 경우, '학교조직 및 경영', '고등교육', '교육정책 및 기획' 영역에 대한 연구자들의 관심이 높은 것으로 드러났다. 다섯째, 각 '영역'별로 해당 영역에 대한 연구를 주도적으로 수행하는 '연구자의 특성', '연구 성격', 그리고 '연구 방법'에는 다소 차이가 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대에 부응하는 미래의 교육행정학 연구 동향의 전망을 제안하였다.

  • 글로벌 환경에서 우수한 무역인재의 보유는 이제 국가의 수출경쟁력을 좌우하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 인재를 양성하기 위한 교육 프로그램을 전세계적으로 운영하고 있다. 우리나라 역시 예외는 아니다. 다양한 무역인재양성프로그램을 수행하고 있다. 그 중에서 가장 실효성 있는 프로그램이라 할 수 있는 지역특화청년무역전문가양성사업에 대해 본 연구를 살펴보고자 한다. 지역특화청년무역전문가양성사업의 교육을 이수한 학생들을 대상으로 그들이 국제화의도를 증폭시키는데 교육의 서비스가 어떠한 역할을 하는지 알아보고 있다. 그 결과, 강사품질, 교육인프라품질, 교육품질 모두가 교육만족도와 국제화의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 교육만족도는 매개변수로서의 역할을 수행하고 있었다. 이는 단순히 교육을 수행하는 것이 중요한 것이 아니라 교육서비스품질이 무엇보다 중요함을 시사하고 있어 향후 교육자 양성에도 관심을 가져야만 우수한 무역인재가 양성될 수 있음을 본 연구결과는 보여주고 있다.

학교 급식관리 및 영양교육에 대한 행정담당자 및 영양사의 의식 실태 조사 연구 (A Study on Consciousness of Administrator and Dietitian for School Food - Service Management and Nutritional Education)

  • School food service must be operated as the part of the education. But it seems that it is not to be considered as an important educational field from the perspective of educational administration. This study was conducted to suggest the effective plan to improve the quality of the school food service system. Questionaries were distributed to 51 administrators and 85 dieticians of primary schools in Incheon area from Aug 7th to Aug 31st 2000. Drawbacks of school food service system cited from the survey results were insufficient support from the authorities both in policy and in budget and shortage of specialists for food service administration. Both dieticians and administrators acknowledged that available facilities required for the school food service were insufficient. 85.9% of dietition and 51.0% of administrators thought dietition of school food service to be suitable for nutrition education. For effective nutrition education, they suggest to have teachers taking in charge of nutrition education, to have teaching system related with school food service and to develope visual auditorial teaching material. For improvement of the quality of school food service, it is necessary to acquire sufficient budget and political support from the government and to have specialists for food service administration. And regulations promoting dieticians to be teachers of nutrition education is required to be introduced in the near future.
