This research elaborated five components for pre-service mathematics teacher training: 1) Mathematical content knowledge, 2) Pedagogical content knowledge, 3) Pedagogical reasoning, 4) System of training, and 5) Mathematics teachers' beliefs. For the effect teaching, mathematics teacher program should be reformed. The key to improvement should be concerntrated on developing knowledge about effective teaching and translating it into algorithms those teachses can learn and incorporate in their planning prior to teaching. A theory of instruction should specify the most effective sequences in which to present the materials to be learned.

The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

현장실습 제도는 대학생들의 실무능력 향상을 위한제도이다. 이러한 현장실습제도는 대학의 정규 교육과정과 산업현장의 일을 연계한 학습경험 및 활동이다. 효율적인 현장실습제도를 실천하기 위해서는 기업과 대학, 학생 그리고 정부의 관심과 도움이 필요하다. 그러나 대부분의 산업체는 현장실습을 위한 전담직원이나 별도로 확보된 예산이 없는 상태에서 현장실습 인력을 수용하기가 어려운 현실이다. 그렇기 때문에 대학은 현장실습제도를 운영하는데 가장 큰 애로사항으로 실습을 위한 산업체를 확보하는 일이라고 할 수 있다. 그리고 학생들은 보다 선진화된 시설과 장비를 갖추고 있는 산업체에서 정당한 보수를 받고 실습에 참여하고 싶지만 현실적으로는 상당히 어려운 상황이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 효율적인 산업체 현장실습제도를 운영하기 위해서 산업체 현장실습 운영과정을 위한 모델과 방법론을 제시하였다. 제시된 운영과정 모델과 방법론을 기반으로 현장실습제도가 운영된다면 학생들은 산업체의 현장 경험으로 창의력과 순발력을 발휘할 수 있는 기회와 다양한 차원의 교육을 받을 수 있는 현장실습 제도가 운영될 것으로 기대한다.

Since medical education programs in Korea and Japan seem to mutually influence each other, this review article provides a history of Japanese medical education, focusing on the way in which it influenced and was influenced by Korean medical education. In the late 19th century, the University of Tokyo established the core medical school, disseminating its scholarship and system to other medical schools. In the early 20th century, the balance between the quality and quantity of medical education became a new issue; in response, Japan developed different levels of medical school, ranging from imperial universities to medical colleges and medical vocational schools. After World War II, all of Japan's medical schools became part of the university system, which was heavily regulated by the Ministry of Education (MOE) Standard for the Establishment of Universities. In 1991, MOE deregulated the Standard; since 2000, several new systems have been established to regulate medical schools. These new approaches have included the Model Core Curriculum, 2-year mandatory postgraduate training, and a medical education accreditation system. Currently, most medical schools are nervous, as a result of tighter regulatory systems that include an accreditation system for undergraduate education and a specialty training system for postgraduate education.

e-Learning has brought dramatic changes in education system for many companies in Korea. Many researchers and practitioners believe that e-Learning will be the main educational system for every companies in the world. e-Learning is an alternative education system, which includes computer based learning, web based learning, virtual classroom, and distance learning. e-learning has been expected to impact every educational sectors including Extension services. This study intends to identify and suggest some implications for successful e-Learning implementation of Extension education by investigating the successful factors of enterprises' e-Learning system, where outstanding results have be shown.

연구목적: 본 연구는 시대적 환경의 변화에 따른 경찰의 다양한 활동에 대한 성과를 효율적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 메타버스 기반 경찰교육훈련모델을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: HMD과 햅틱기술을 이용하여 표현되는 Avatar Controller를 생성하고, Network Interface에 접속하여 Cloud Education Server에서의 지휘통제모듈과 교육훈련콘텐츠모듈, 분석모듈 등을 통하여 개인 또는 팀 단위로 교육훈련 할 수 있다. 연구결과: 본 연구의 제안모델에서는 개인이나 팀 단위의 메타버스 기반 교육훈련 시 지휘통제모듈을 접목시킴으로써 테러나 범죄 상황 전반에 대하여 지휘감독요원들이 실시간으로 상황을 모니터링하여 지휘통제 하에 대응훈련을 하게 함으로써 팀원들 간의 유기적인 협업훈련도 가능하게 하였다. 결론: 메타버스를 기반으로 한 개인 또는 팀 단위의 경찰교육훈련은 몰입감, 상호작용 그리고 다양한 상황에서의 신속한 판단 등을 바탕으로 현실과 거의 흡사한 환경을 조성함으로써 보다 더 효율적이고 안전적인 교육훈련환경을 제공할 수 있기 때문에 향후 각국에서 메타버스를 기반으로 한 교육훈련 대응모델들은 지속적으로 성장하며 교육훈련에 있어서 새로운 대안으로 제시될 것으로 기대된다.

원격교육연수원은 2013년 12월 기준으로 63개 연수원이 민간, 대학부설, 국공립기관의 형태로 운영되고 있다. 원격교육연수원은 학습관리시스템을 통해 연수 관리를 하고 있기 때문에 학습관리시스템은 원격 연수의 질과 관계가 있다. 본 논문은 원격연수의 질 제고를 위해 원격교육연수원의 학습관리시스템 기능을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 전반적으로 연수자, 관리자, 튜터에게 필요한 기능이 70.07%, 72.09%, 70.41%의 구현율을 보여주었다. 연수자 기능에서는 연수지원, 관리자 기능에서는 통계관리, 튜터 기능에서는 커뮤니케이션 기능이 가장 낮은 구현율을 보였다. 본 논문의 결과를 통해 원격교육연수원의 효율적인 연수 운영을 위한 학습관리시스템 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 2009년 근로자 직업능력개발 훈련 지원에 대한 제도 개편이 한국의 이러닝 산업에 미친 영향에 대해 살펴보고, 그에 따른 어려움은 어떤 것들이 있는지 진단해보았다. 분석 결과, 엄격해진 원격훈련 지원 심사 기준으로 인해 원격훈련 기관이 상당수 줄어들게 되었고, 이는 나아가 이러닝 시장의 전반적인 위축이라는 문제점 등이 초래된 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구는 각 어려움들을 극복할 수 있도록 스마트 러닝, 창의적 융합인력 양성 등의 내용이 포함된 근로자직업능력 개발 관련 법제도의 개선 방안들을 제시함으로 창조 경제 실현에 기여할 수 있는 정책추진 방향에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

인터넷과 스마트기기의 발달은 시간과 장소에 구애 받지 않는 다양한 분야의 학습이 가능한 환경을 제공하고 있으며 이는 새로운 매체에 최적화된 학습컨텐츠를 필요로 하고 있다. 현재 다양한 IT관련 교육 중 가장 많은 온오프라인 교육이 이루어지고 있는 분야는 오피스 SW 분야이다. 그러나 교수자는 단순한 기능 전달에 중점을 두어 개념을 설명하고, 실무활용과는 무관한 형식적인 예제를 실습한 후 예제에 대한 풀이를 반복함으로써 효과적인 실무활용 교육이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 우리는 RTE(Real Training Environment)시스템이 적용된 LET(Live EduTainer)를 활용하여 학습능력을 극대화할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제시하고, 단순한 지식전달을 넘어 '재미'와 '흥미'를 유발하여 교육에 대한 '몰입'이 가능하도록 GBL(Game Based Learning)을 접목한 교육시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 시스템을 제작하는데 필요한 교수-학습법과 구체적인 솔루션 구성 및 설계과정에 대하여 기술한다. 이를 통해 획기적인 오피스 S/W 교육에 대한 새로운 대안을 제시하고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the present state of training system for mental health professionals. There are some topics which must be improved in the training system, like as reinforcement of qualification of the trainers, introduction of assessment system of the training, and other the quality improvement measures for the training system. Finally, the speciality and capability of mental health professionals will be promoted by supplements of the problematic matters and these efforts will be directly helpful to the people who has mental illnesses.
