중등단계 공업계열 직업교육기관 교사의 직무 인식 (A Study on the Job Specifications of Teachers Working at Secondary Level Technical Vocational Education Institutes)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 중등단계 공업계열 직업교육기관 교사의 직무(직무 영역과 영역별 직무 내용)를 구명하고, 구명된 직무에 대해서 교사가 인식하는 직무 중요도, 곤란도, 수행 빈도를 분석하고자 한다. 중등단계 공업계열 직업교육기관 교사의 직무를 도출하기 위하여 관련 문헌을 고찰하여 이론적으로 구안하였다. 구안된 직무의 내용을 현장 교사 전문가 16명과 교사 교육 전문가 3명의 검토를 통하여 직무 모형을 완성하였다. 직무 모형을 바탕으로 최종 조사 도구를 개발하였으며, 조사 도구는 설문지를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등단계 공업계열 직업교육기관 교사의 직무 영역은 7개(중영역 포함 10개)로 교과지도, 학생지도, 학급 경영, 교육과정 편성 운영, 교무 행정 업무, 대외 협력 및 현장 실습지도, 전문성 신장으로 구성되었다. 확인적 요인분석을 통해 교과지도 영역은 수업 준비 및 계획, 수업 운영, 학습 평가 3개 영역, 학생지도 영역은 교과외 학생지도, 생활지도 2개 영역, 학급 경영, 교육과정 편성 운영, 교무 행정 업무, 대외 협력 및 현장 실습지도, 전문성 신장으로 공업계열 직업교육기관 교사의 직무 영역은 총 7개 영역(중영역 포함 10개 영역)의 46개 하위 요인으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 중등단계 공업계열 직업교육기관 교사가 인식하는 직무 중요도는 4.10으로 전반적으로 높게 나타났고, 곤란도는 3.45로 보통 이상으로 나타났으며, 수행 빈도는 3.12로 보통 수준(한 달에 1-3회 정도 수행)으로 나타났다. 직무 중요도가 높은 영역은 학습 평가(4.32), 수업 준비 및 계획(4.28), 전문성 신장(4.27), 수업 운영(4.26), 생활지도(4.25), 학급 경영(4.17), 대외 협력 및 현장 실습지도(4.12) 영역 등의 순으로 나타났다. 곤란도가 높은 영역은 대외 협력 및 현장 실습지도(4.07), 교육과정 편성 운영(3.73), 전문성 신장(3.55), 생활지도(3.48), 학습 평가(3.35), 교과외 학생지도(3.22) 영역 등의 순으로 나타났다. 직무 수행 빈도가 높은 영역은 학급 경영(3.88), 수업 운영(3.77), 생활지도(3.52), 교무 행정 업무(3.40), 수업 준비 및 계획(3.17) 영역 등의 순으로 나타났다.

간호관리학 실습에서의 근거기반간호 교육 적용: 결과평가와 확산 전략 (Implementation of Evidence Based Nursing Education into Nursing Management Clinical Practicum: Outcome Evaluation and Diffusion Strategies)

  • Purpose: This practice study was done to describe the process and outcomes of application of Evidence Based Nursing (EBN) Education to nursing management clinical practicum and suggest strategies to diffuse EBN into nursing management education. Methods: Education on the evidence based nursing management process was provided to 65 senior nursing students from a university. Nursing management clinical practicum integrated with EBN. The setting was a five full day-clinical practicum. Group and individual training on EBN process with lectures, small group discussions, conferences, and educational prescription were provided. Outcomes were analyzed using paired t test for 65 participants. Results: Evidence based nursing competency increased significantly showing improvement in understanding EBN, formulating clinical question, searching & classifying the evidence, recognizing level of evidence, considering patient preference, and evaluating outcomes. Nursing students' access and use of evidence based information resource also improved. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the application of EBN to nursing management clinical practicum is effective to improve EBN competency in undergraduate students and should be further applied in nursing education using the systematic strategies.

병원 간호사의 지각된 간호관리역량에 대한 중요도와 수행도 (Clinical Nurses' Perception on the Importance and Performance of Nursing Managerial Competencies)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate clinical nurses' perception on nursing managerial competencies. Methods: This was a descriptive study. The data were collected from 198 nurse managers who had worked in six general hospitals using a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results: Only 32% of the participants had experienced nursing managerial competency training. The mean score for perceived performance of nursing managerial competency was lower than that for perceived importance. There were significant differences in perceived importance, performance, and importance-performance gaps among head, charge, and staff nurses. Importance-performance analysis showed that three of the 30 nursing managerial competencies require further development: staffing, human resources development and education, and nursing standard development competency. There were significant differences in importance-performance gaps according to age, career years in current hospital, work shift, position, nursing delivery system, and nursing managerial competency-education experience. Conclusion: A training program for developing and improving nursing managerial competencies which is focused on the gaps in importance and performance level is needed for clinical nurses. In addition, it should be considered to improve nursing work conditions such as nursing delivery system and formal appointment in order to increase the performance of nursing managerial competencies.

프리셉터의 업무수행, 자율성, 임파워먼트, 조직몰입에 대한 연구 (The Performance, Autonomy, Empowerment and Organizational Commitment of the Preceptors)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the performance, autonomy, and organizational commitment of the preceptors. Methods : The sample consisted of 29 nurses in one university hospital. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey of performance, autonomy, empowerment, and organizational commitment conducted from May through August. 30, 2003. The subjects accepted preceptor training for 26 hours, which was conducted by a researcher. The contents of the training program consisted of an introduction to preceptorship, nursing organization, teaching and learning methods, interpersonal relationships, organizational management, self management, and basic nursing practice. Analysis was performed by SPSS for percentile, mean, standard deviation, and correlation using the paired t-test. Results : Our study results showed that performance, autonomy, empowerment, and organizational commitment were significantly altered by training. After education for preceptors, performance, autonomy, empowerment, and organizational commitment were all enhanced. Performance was related with empowerment, and not with autonomy. Conclusion : This study suggests that the application of preceptorship as a nursing management intervention can benefit organizational efficiency.

화장품 제조업 근로자의 화학물질 인식도 비교 (Comparison of Recognition of Chemical Substances of Cosmetics Manufacturing Workers)

  • To identify the relationship between types of employment(regular and non-regular group) and departments classification (administration, product and research group) and the levels of recognition of chemical substances, a total of 117 workers in cosmetics workplaces. Mainly, regular group and research group showed higher recognition of chemical substances (PPE, ventilation, chemical management, hazards in handling chemicals, skin contact) than non-regular group and administration, product group, but In some cases, production and administrative groups were high. Descriptive statistics(SAS ver9.2)was performed. the results of recognition of chemical substances were analyzed the mean and standard deviation by t-test, and anova, (P=0.05). These results cosmetics manufacturing workplaces have normal level of the perception of chemical substances. In most of the employment types, the regular workers showed high recognition, and the working departments showed high recognition in the research and production groups. Therefore, OEM and ODM cosmetics manufacturers regularly identify characteristics and needs of workplaces and workers, and suggest the development of experience and practiced education programs and risk assessment tools that can raise worker awareness.

코칭에 대한 간호사의 인식, 행동수준 및 직무특성 (Nurses' Awareness, Behavior on Coaching and Job Characteristics in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: This research was conducted to investigate the nurses' awareness and behavior on coaching and its relation with job characteristics in a hospital. Methods: Total 300 nurses in a university affiliated hospital were surveyed with questionnaires between April and May, 2008. The data was analyzed using SAS 9.1. Results: The data showed that 88.9 % of nurses responded the need of coaching training program while only 80.9% of general nurses and 75.7% preceptor nurses would like to participate in the training. The current level of knowledge for coaching was not different by the age, education level, and career. However, coaching behavior and job characteristics were significantly higher in the nurse managers than in general nurses or preceptors. The correlation between coaching behavior and job characteristics were identified. Conclusion: The gaps between the perceived necessity of coaching program implementation and willingness to participate in the coaching program were due to worry about the burden of extra hours needed to participate the program. To introduce coaching program to a nurses' organization successfully, the efforts should be made to develop the coaching training program for nurses based on the results and to support them systematically.

Determinants of the adoption of new equipment at the individual level within an organization

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a new equipment acceptance model in the industrial market and test it empirically using a field survey. To define new equipment acceptance factors of employees in the organization, we used the TAM as a useful model to analyze the acceptance process of new equipment. All of the data for the TAM were collected from the employees. Prior research studied the usage of general information technology using a computer and particular software, while we apply the TAM to the new equipment adoption. In this study, both theoretical review and empirical study were conducted and the model was set through the theoretical study which was tested through the empirical analysis. Management support and training/education were shown to have a positive effect on PU and PEOU. Personal innovativeness, management support, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were shown to have a positive effect on behavioral intention.

중소기업에서의 내부마케팅과 구성원들의 점진적 혁신의 관계에 대한 연구 (The relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation in small business)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing and incremental innovation, and the moderating effect of firm size. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, based on the responses from 322 employees in small business, showed that almost internal marketing factors effects positively on incremental innovation. All internal marketing factors(CEO support, compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) appeared to be related positively with process innovation and service innovation. And all other factors(compensation system, education & training, internal communication, authority delegation) except CEO support showed to have positive relationship with operation innovation. In the moderating effects, internal communication effects more positively on incremental innovation in large firm-size than in small firm-size. But delegation effects more positively on incremental innovation in small firm-size than in large firm-size.

농작업 안전보건관리 전문가 양성과정의 교육과정 개발 (Development of Curriculum for Agricultural Work Safety and Health Management Specialist Training Course)

  • This study aims to develop a curriculum for nurturing experts who perform agricultural safety and health management tasks. This study was conducted in three stages. First, job definitions and job models of agricultural safety and health managers were derived through job analysis using the DACUM technique. Second, job demand analysis was conducted by conducting a survey on the difficulty, importance, and frequency of each task. Third, IPA analysis was performed as the first priority tasks of job demand analysis to present the courses and subjects of the training course for safety and health managers in agricultural work. The job of the agricultural safety and health manager was defined as "to conduct guidance and advice on safety and health education, risk factors, and evaluation and management of harmful factors to protect farmers' professional health and safety." The job model consisted of 4 tasks, 31 core tasks, and 67 detailed tasks. As a result of job demand analysis, there were 39 tasks in the 1st priority, 22 in the 2nd priority, and 6 in the 3rd priority. As a result of the IPA analysis, there were 13 'capacity development focused areas', 4 'capacity development effort areas', 11 'low priority areas', and 3 'continuous maintenance areas'.

  • 본 연구는 국내 도시철도운영기업에 종사하는 종사원을 대상으로 ISO품질경영을 도입한 운영기업과 그렇지 않은 기업 간의 조직행동 분석을 연구주제로 삼았다. ISO품질경영에서 요구하는 지침 항목들을 근거로 한 종사원 교육훈련, 업무프로세스, 직무만족, 리더십이 고객만족성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석결과, ISO품질경영 인증기업의 경우 업무프로세스는 고객만족성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤지만 종사원 교육훈련은 고객만족성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 업무프로세스 및 교육훈련과 고객만족성과 간의 영향관계에 있어서 직무만족과 리더십은 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.
