Due to the fast development of information technology, a variety of edutainment software has been used in the field of business education. One of them is Business Simulation Game that the business game domain and the information technology is definitely associated. A lot of business simulation game have been developed and used for many courses of colleges and corporate training in USA and EU. However, education program based on business simulation game has not been activated in Korea. This paper introduce a business simulation game developed by joint effort of business professors and a software firm for last three years and suggest the method of business education using this business simulation game. First of all, the development process, architecture and procedure of business simulation game are summarized. From a perspective of business education, the effect and advantage of business simulation game, sample syllabus, course outlines, users, missions and evaluation method are also addressed.

In our society today, a variety of medical caring system, along with a scientific development in the area of oriental medical science plus national demand, has increased the augmentation and the opening of oriental wards and hospitals (Han Bang), which has come to create an additional requirement of nursing activity at oriental medicine wards should be different from that of the general wards or the same as the other. In view of this, various studies need to be made in this connection. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the number of nurses who want to work at oriental medicine wards and measure job satisfaction in nursing as compared with those working at general wards so as to provide basic materials for future assignment and supplementary training for the nurses. An attempt was made to contribute toward nursing administration on the one hand improving nursing training course on the other hand. A total of 72 nurses currently working at two oriental medicine hospitals available in Seoul and 82 general nurses were selected for this study using the questionaire from December 1993 to January 1994. An instrument for the study was based on the measurement of work satisfaction developed by Paula L. Stamps including 37 questions complemented by Kim for revision (1993) and 14 questions regarding general characteristics and oriental medicine wards. The instrument to test dependability showed Cronbach's=0.7711. The collected data have been processed by computer package SPSS. General characteristics of the two groups and the matters involved in oriental medicine wards were calculated into real figure and percentage an similarities between the two groups were analyzed by t-test and F-test according to the characteristics of variables. The comparative test on work satisfaction among the two groups including general characteristics and work factors were conducted by t-test and F-test. The major findings as a result of the study are as follows : 1. As general characteristics, age group of $26{\sim}30$ years are more than any segment of age. As to marital status, the number of those in single status is slightly higher than the married. Approximately 80% of them are graduates of nursing schools and nursing colleges. They are mostly in service for one to three years. There is no significant difference between the two groups. 2. The number of those who want to work at oriental medicine wards represents 40.3% against 58.4%, being in favor of general wards. 3. The reason for service at oriental medicine wards is that "there is room for potential research" which happened to rank first, followed by "easy job," "good working atmosphere" and "growing interest in oriental medicine." 4. Work satisfactions among nurses who work at oriental medicine wards prove greater than that of nurses who work at general wards. 5. Work satisfaction between the two groups by work factors is reflected with significant difference statistically on task requirement, interaction and doctor-nurse relationships. 6. The general charcateristics and the work satisfaction by work factors prove that there are significant difference in age, marital status, education and the period of work. They tend to be more satisfied with the work as they grow in age. Significant differneces are found in the work factors such as autonomy, adiministration and professional job in the relationship with doctor-nurse. As to marital status, the married are more satisfied than the unmarried. There are significant differneces in the factors respecting administration and doctor-nurse college graduates are highly satisfied with task requirement. However, satisfaction with the professional level has proven the highest degree for those having master degree. The period of work and satisfaction : There are significant differneces in task requirement, administration, interactions, professional level and doctor-nurse relationships. As a general rule, the degree of satisfactions is in proportion to the lengrh of service. The following conclusions are drawn based on the fndings mentioned above. Even though the work satisfaction of the nurse who work at oriental medicine ward is relatively high, it is desired that personal consultation be given as to disposition of nurses when they are assigned to oriental medicine wards. It is also recommended that lectures on oriental medicine be conducted through supplementary training and/or basic nursing course in order that they may be motivated for ingenious activities with an increasing sense of self-esteem which will eventually enhance positive changes for the patients who are in need of oriental medicine nursing and for the medical teams. In addition, joint reseaches involvingclinical care and education should be in constant process for unique and scientific development for those who are subject to oriental medicine nursing care.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the comtent of the education system of US and the UK in order to build an integrated system that can develop the leadership competency of preschool principle. Based on this, the implications are as follows. First, competencies can developed through learning rather than fixed. Therefore, re-conceptualization of leadership competence appropriate to the characteristics and organization of the individual as the presiding authority of the preschool can be considered as ability to show visible knowledge and skills, invisible self concept. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a capacity development plan based on this. Second, the introduction and implementation of continuous and systematic training programs such as the training system that strengthens the capacity of the directors and principals of the United States and the United Kingdom is necessary. To do this, we must introduce a system that renews certification every five years, like the United States, rather than a system that acquires and maintains certification with a single training. Third, various training methods should be carried out. In the case of the US and the UK, we think it is desirable to train in various ways in the training period, the university, the teacher center, and the private organization or association. Therefore, it is necessary to build a cooperation system with various institutions such as training institutes, universities, teacher centers, educational information research institutes, and private organizations in each province, and strengthen them in various ways. Fourth, the contents and methods of qualification training and future job training of the director of the preschool should be deviated from the uniform level. Therefore, the systematic research that reflects the knowledge and contents of the administration required in the field should be given priority by the university or research organization that is in charge of the training.
In Korea, institutions and universities to educate and train Bigdata manpower are not yet much. There are various causes, but major cause among them is lack of understanding and perception on Bigdata. Therefore, this study investigated the situation regarding the recognition on Bigdata of universities' faculties and presented a direction for educating Bigdata manpower at the university. As a result, it was investigated that their awareness about the impact of Bigdata is not so great, despite of the somewhat understanding for the Bigdata. In particular, it was investigated that their intentions of research and education for Bigdata are not high. So, for a while, it was identified that Bigdata specialist training will not be easy. In conclusion, this study suggested that the government should pay its attention more on policy for Bigdata manpower training policy of the universities according to direction of the government 3.0 policy that considers the Bigdata to the axis of the major policy.

In the 1990s and 2000s there was considerable growth in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) Systems. It is estimated that the ERP market will grow to about $65 billion by 2009. Companies expect these systems to support many of the day to day business transactions. However, the implementation projects of ERP are big, strategic and complex projects which involve lots of time, scope and costs. Because of that, companies have to create conditions, in which they can implement chosen solution in expected time, scope and budgeted costs. This means that companies should be aware of what most critical factors for success of ERP implementations are. This study will first investigate the ERP implementation CSFs by studying prior published researches on the field of ERP implementation. Then, this study will discuss in depth some important factors of ERP implementation and represent preliminary results CSFs of ERP implementation empirical survey.
There have been many achievements for 40 years since the introduction of compulsory health insurance. Despite many achievements, it has many challenges in health insurance. Aging, non-communicable disease, and low growth economy are threatening the sustainability of health insurance, and it is time to reform the health insurance. A long-term reform plan will be an absolute necessity for reform of health insurance and health care system. Health insurance and health care reform should be an extremely revolutionary content that completely changes the framework. This reform should deal with the philosophy of health, approach of medical education and doctor training, changing supply of medical service, the innovation of primary medical care, reform of public health system, the management of medical utilization, the integration of medical cure and care services, enhancing the benefit coverage, prohibition of covered and non-covered services, etc. Therefore, it is urgent to form a consensus on the necessity of reform, to establish the health insurance plan on this consensus, and to make efforts to make health insurance sustainable.
This study suggests considerations for legislation of radiopharmaceutical manufacturing practice according as the Korea Pharmaceutical Affairs Act and guidelines on foreign radiopharmaceutical manufacturing practice. Pharmaceuticals should be verified safety, effectiveness, and uniformity. Therefore, it is expected that the efficiency of the administration of radiopharmaceuticals increase and nation's health promote if rational manufacturing management to consider of radiopharmaceutical properties is legislated.

The importance and the value of call center callers are increasing since they play very crucial roles as representatives of their companies at the closest contact point with customers. However, they have low satisfaction at work and are more likely to leave their jobs due to the fact that they are exhausted from heavy work load; they provide less pay and less chance for promotion than other jobs in the same industry. The high turnover costs companies high expenses on finding and training new callers. In the mean time, customer satisfaction may drop and it can give the customers negative image of the company. Therefore, solutions are required to keep the turnover of call center callers to the minimum. In this study, call center employees in Gwangju area were investigated for their job attitude and turnover intention. Based on the results, several implications are suggested.
This study is to prepare curriculum in South Korea to train outstanding individual in the fields of Health Care Management for the global age, hospitals' administration managers, professors and students were targeted to carry out the survey and the collected questionnaires were processed with SPSS Ver. 21.0 statistic package, based on this the suitability of the current Health Care Management curriculum and postgraduate curriculum was inspected and improvement plan was deducted, and also through comparative analysis of the Health Care Management curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate in the United Kingdom and United States, optimum improvement suggestions were made. Based on the research result, the priority to improve and consolidate from undergraduate curriculum was the strengthening of the working-level education, the most needed ability in the future is global negotiation and dispute/conflict adjustment which needs supplementation. Also, after analyzing the undergraduate curriculum of the United States and United Kingdom, it is needed that the development of the capacity to lead organizations for healthcare and subjects for the establishment of health policy should be reflected.
