This study is an empirical research to identify difference of education training satisfaction by demographic variables, and to investigate the influence of education training satisfaction on the member's organizational commitment in general hospitals. As a result of ANOVA, t-test based on the data of 325 employees in 7 general hospitals in Korea, education training satisfaction has a significant difference by a construct and demographic variables. Education training satisfaction has a significant difference by a construct such as education training system, education training administration and education training practice. Education training satisfaction has a significant difference by occupation, career, scholarship. Education training satisfaction has a partly significant difference by status, age. But it has not a significant difference by sex distinction. Satisfaction of education training system and education training practice has a significantly positive relationship with organizational commitment. But Satisfaction of education training administration has a partly positive relationship with organizational commitment. By these results, the advanced education training structure needs to equipped in order to elevate management performance in general hospitals.

According to the rapid change of the modern society, science & technology influences the society significantly. Thus, Korean education, especially the science education must be reviewed in the terms of that, the purpose of this article is to introduce social, environmental context's science education-STS education. STS education is to arise the ability of the democratic decision-making & participating in a discussion. The areas of this are knowledge, process, creativity, attitude, application. Also there are social issues approach & the social studies of science approach in the STS education. The social issues approach is the predominant approach to STS education; the social studies of science approach is often found in the form of goals & objectives for STS education. In order to introduce STS education to Korean science education,this author suggests the following; 1. The relation between science & society in science education must be emphasized more. 2. The study and development of STS education appropriate for Korean society must be preceded. 3. The new course about STS and technical education in the level of college must be developed.

An important issue for qualified science teacher education should be a proper system of pre-service education for the science teacher. There are various types of science teacher education systems in accordance with their socio-cultural backgrounds. In this paper, science teacher education systems were analysed into 3 different types: Focusing Undergraduate Certification of Education (FUCE), Open Undergraduate Certification of Education (OUCE), and Post Graduate Certification of Education (PGCE). Science teacher education systems and their outcomes, such as the quality of the science teacher, were discussed with their socio-cultural backgrounds, compared by the 3 types of science teacher education systems. For this the results of meta-analysis from TIMSS-R and OECD data sets were used. Special interests focused on countries; Japan, Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States, which would represent stereotypes of science teacher education systems and different backgrounds of oriental and western culture.

Recently, in terms of the future education, the need of the software education according to the 4th industrial revolution and the need of the ESG(environmental, social and governance) education according to social requests for sustainability are increasing at the same time. There may be a number of ways to satisfy the needs at the same time. In this paper, as an effort for meaningful implementation of the future education, a case study on the ESG engineering education based on the software education for community youth was analyzed and a future development direction was suggested. This ESG engineering education deals with the development and application of the program considering terms of target, method and implementation in order to enhance its systematicity and using physical computing and upcycling methods and a collaborative education support system. To verify the education program, a survey is performed and analyzed. Through this, the basis of an software education-based ESG engineering education model was established.

Recently, the interest in artificial environment made by mankind as well as natural environment has been increased. This interest in the environment began to be reflected in the physical education, which environmental problems affect modern people's living quality as a crucial factor affecting directly or indirectly our life. Furthermore, since we entered the era of mass sports the physical education subject has dealt with destruction of natural environment by constructing golf courses, ski slopes, etc., destruction of ecosystem by water sports, mountaineering sports, aero sports, etc., and noise pollution near the sport facilities. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the means to reinforce environmental education in many ways in the physical education concerning environmental problems. For this purpose this paper analyzed the contents of the 7th curriculum for physical education which can be thought to be teaching materials for environmental education, and described the contents in detail. Also, this paper established the orientation and goals of environmental education in the physical education subject and examined some important teaching and learning methods. In addition, this paper suggested some considerations concerning environmental education and a textbook model for the development of physical education textbooks connecting with the 7th curriculum for physical education, which is to suggest a means to connect physical education with environmental education smoothly. The physical education has an attribute that its activities like swimming, climbing mountains, and camping are performed outdoor. The physical activities in the physical education are, of course, performed in the environment, so we had better implement the environmental education including such physical activities at the same time with physical education. Also, there should be efforts so that the education through environment, the education about environment, and the education in the environment can be implemented along with the physical education.

본 연구에서는 빅데이터 분석에 기반한 평화교육과 통일교육의 주제적 특징을 도출하여 정책과 담론, 교육방향과 내용, 사회적 쟁점 등의 동향을 총체적으로 점검하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약해 보면, 첫째, 평화교육과 통일교육에서 '평화', '통일', '교육', '연구', '학생', '학교', '교사', '대상', '한반도' 등은 공통적으로 중요한 키워드로 나타났다. 둘째, 평화교육의 상위토픽은 '평화교육과 시민교육', 통일교육의 상위토픽은 '통일교육의 공감과 참여'로 나타났다. 셋째, 평화교육에서 정부별로 상승추세를 나타내는 토픽으로는 '세계평화와 인권', '평화교육의 대상과 방향', 통일교육에서 정부별로 상승추세를 나타내는 토픽으로는 '통일교육의 주체'로 나타났다. 넷째, 평화교육에서 '평화', '교육', '학생', '학교', '평화교육' 등의 중심성이 높았고, 통일교육에서는 '통일교육, '통일', '교육', '통일부', '학교', '교사'의 중심성이 높았다. 본 연구를 통해 평화교육과 통일교육에 대한 이해의 지평을 확장할 수 있었고, 관련 정책 수립 및 후속 연구 수행에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하였다.

The Purpose of this study was to develop a data base system for the information on science education research and development. As a part of this study, an analysis of papers on science education included in five selected jounals related science education was done by the use of the authors classification system for the research and development materials of science education. A total of 640 papers from the first issues to the 1991 issues of the journals were classified and analyzed. The selected five journals were Journal of the Korean Association for Research in Science Education (published by The Korean Association for Research in Science Education, 148 papers), Teaching Physics(published by Korean Physical Society, 164papers), Chemical Education (published by The Korean Chemical Socity, 98 papers), The Korean Journal of Biological Education(published by The Korean Society of Biological Education, 148papers), and Journal of Science Education (published by Science Education Center.College of Education, Seoul National University, 82 papers).

This study is about safety education experience and practice of parents who are raising preschool children and the study results are as the following. For safety education experience state, parents had experience of safety education and mostly received it through communities, TV, Internet, etc. The most common educational content was the traffic safety education. For safety education practice degree according to number of children, safety education practice was mostly done well with 1~2 children. For safety education practice degree according to family type, safety education practice degree within the family was done most in nuclear families while healthy life habit safety education practice degree was done most in nuclear families and reconstituted families. Also, for traffic safety education practice degree, it was done well in nuclear families. For respiratory disease safety education practice degree, nuclear families and reconstituted families were the highest and for first aid safety education practice degree, single-parent families were the highest. For safety knowledge level of parents, safety knowledge of family was the highest, followed by safety knowledge of respiratory disease, and traffic. For safety education practice degree and safety knowledge according to safety education experience of parents, there was a significant difference in practice degree according to safety education experience of parents and there was also difference in practice knowledge according to experience. There was also education effect in healthy life habit safety knowledge and traffic safety knowledge.

This study examines the meaning of the national education plan promotion background, focusing on the 5th Lifelong Education Promotion Basic Plan (2023-2027) and the 3rd 2023 Career Education Internalization Support Plan (2023-2027). The purpose of this study is to present future directions for lifelong education and career education. The research results indicate that The 5th Lifelong Education Promotion Basic Plan (2023-2027) and the 3rd 2023 Career Education Internalization Support Plan (2023-2027) have both been established to cope with the future social and educational environment; thus, it is necessary to realize them. For this purpose, concrete policy alternatives have been prepared. In modern society, it is vital for the state to promote basic plans related to education, particularly for developing and improving the education system. In this respect, when suggesting the direction of lifelong and career education, first, policies for social development and strengthening competitiveness are important. Second, policies are needed that respond to changes in jobs and occupations. Third, lifelong and career education are essential to ensure social inclusion and fairness. Fourth, lifelong and career education are vital in nurturing human resources for sustainable development.
