Outdoor lighting is an important factor of the urban scape. As a night image of the city, outdoor lighting acts important roles. Cities of developed countries have already had there own night images. Regarding this, government encourages outdoor lighting of building by various ways to building owners. However, in present, owners of private buildings have not been up and coming about outdoor lighting more than those of public buildings in our country. From this point of view, this paper suggests a quantification method for economic effects of outdoor lighting and analyzes economic effects of outdoor lighting in advertising. A suggested measurement method of economic effects is difficult to measure all economic effects of outdoor lighting. Therefore, this measurement method limits the target to the private buildings.

The investment for industrial disasters prevention can not help but get accomplished in negative way. At this point, the most effective way to diminish industrial disaster outbreak is the very subject should strive to prevent it by itself However, it's still the times that we place more weight on economic development no economic subject would not positively self-participate in it for the investment for industrial disasters prevention without my effect of numerical reduction. In this view, this study will tv to entirely analyze and grasp the economic toss due to industrial disasters at construction sites, and will present the most suitable safety-investment. As a result, in domestic construction sites, averagely $1.6\~2.6\%$ of the entire construction expenses had been invested for safety expense. The according to the result of the analysis, basically this safety investment expenses should be spent $2.4\%$ over to reduce the saffey-accidents stably.

Transportation routes by land like a human being blood vessel should exist for economic and trade exchange in Northeast Asia. Thinking from this point of view. I believe that TSR(Trans Siberian Railroad) and TCR(Trans Chinese Railroad). which will be connected with I would like to talk about .not only the effects of various international railroads and their connections but also economic activation TKR(Trans Korean Railroad). can play important roles. In this study, and effects in Northeast Asia which will be resulted from various international railroads construction. I tried to figure out comparative superiority and comparative advantage of the trade structure and industries in South and North Korea to find out the possibility of economic unification in East Asia. especial1y in Northeast Asia. This study also includes the effort to find out how trade exchange between South and North Korea can be expanded as a result of being a member of East Asia economic zone.

이 연구에서는 새로운 공공도서관의 건립 및 운영과 관련한 타당성 분석의 일환으로 대구광역시 북구지역의 사례를 중심으로 그 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 비용-편익분석과 민감도분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 해당지역의 공공도서관 건립 및 운영의 예상결과는 충분한 경제적 타당성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다.

경제제재와 경제지원은 외교적 목표를 달성하기 위한 중요한 수단의 하나로 인식되어 왔다. 그러나 경제제재와 경제지원의 효과에 대한 이론적 연구는 크게 미흡하다. 기존의 연구들은 거의 대부분 사례 분석에 초점을 맞추고 있기 때문이다. 이론적 분석을 시도한 연구들도 존재하나, 경제제재나 경제지원의 발의국과 대상국이 합리적이라는 전제하에 비용과 효용의 계산에 영향을 미치는 변수들에 초점을 맞추어 논의를 전개한다. 그러나 실제 현실에서는 대상국의 행위를 합리적 결정이라고 설명할 수 없는 경우가 자주 발견된다. 이러한 현상에 대해 기존 연구들은 합리적 행위자라는 전제는 그대로 둔 채 추가 변수의 도입 등을 통해 설명력을 높이고자 해왔다 그렇기 때문에 현재까지 경제제재에 관한 연구는 변수 확장의 형태로만 진행되어 사회과학의 간결성을 훼손시키는 방향으로 나아가고 있다는 지적에서 벗어날 수 없게 된 것이다. 이러한 연구 흐름의 문제점을 극복하기 위한 방안의 하나로서 본 연구는 전망이론(prospect theory)을 이용하여 경제제재와 경제지원의 효과를 이론적으로 논의한다. 전망이론은 현실 세계에서 실제로 나타나는 의사결정을 설명하고자 하는 이론이며, 합리적 선택에 의한 최적 결정(optimal choice)을 도출하고자 하는 이론으로서 변수의 확장이 아닌 변수에 대한 새로운 이해의 틀을 제공한다. 그러므로 전망이론의 도입은 개별 사례마다 새로운 변수들의 추가 없이 사례에 대한 일반적인 설명력을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 연구 결과, 제재 혹은 지원 대상국의 준거점이 높아지면 경제제재의 효과는 감소하고 경제지원의 효과는 증가한다. 본 연구는 경제제재와 경제지원의 효과 분석에 전망이론을 활용한 최초의 연구라는 점에서 학술적으로 의의를 지닌다. 뿐만 아니라 본 연구의 분석 결과는 향후 대북정책에 대해서 의미 있는 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The water supply facilities of Korea have achieved a rapid growth, along with the other social infrastructures consisting a city, due to the phenomenon of urbanization according to economic development. Meanwhile, the level of water supply service demanded by consumer is also steadily getting higher in keeping with economic growth. However, as an adverse effect of rapid growth, the quantity of aged water supply pipes are increasing rapidly, Bursts caused by pipe aging brought about an enormous economic loss of about 6,161 billion won as of 2019. These problems are not only worsening water supply management, also increasing the regional gap in water supply services. The purpose of this study is to classify hazard evaluation indicators and to rank the water distribution network hazard by cluster using the TOPSIS method. In conclusion, in this study, the entropy-based multi-criteria decision-making methods was applied to rank the hazard management of the water distribution network, and the hazard management ranking for each cluster according to the water supply conditions of the county-level municipalities was determined according to the evaluation indicators of water outage, water leakage, and pipe aging. As such, the hazard ranking method proposed in this study can consider various factors that can impede the tap water supply service in the water distribution network from a macroscopic point of view, and it can be reflected in evaluating the degree of hazard management of the water distribution network from a preventive point of view. Also, it can be utilized in the implementation of the maintenance plan and water distribution network management project considering the equity of water supply service and the stability of service supply.

The fisherman has been playing the roles of forming the fisheries village and surviving the fisheries production. Therefore, we should understand the nature of the fisherman's successor-cultivation which has been performed in order to maintain equlibrium between the fisheries economy and the national economy. Thesedays, fisherman's successor-cultivation mainly has been undertaken by the government in order to facilitate forming the economic foundation of fisherman's successor who has intended to choose "fisheries" as his own occupation in the future. From the above-mentioned, we find the meaning of the undertaking as both securing the foundation of living permanently and having the worth-while life of a professional fisherman by the survival and growth of his own business. And then, choosing the "fisheries" as an occupation, the successor should be satisfied with the requisites of occupation: 1) maintaining one's living, 2) working out one's individuality, 3) fulfilling one's social role-through engaging in the fisheries. Therefore, in order to have these requisites satisfied, I intend to suggest the followings : Firstly to maintain one's living, the environment of fisheies village should be kept in good condition to facilitate the successor's economic performance. Secondly to work out one's individuality, the fisheries' educational system should be adjusted to improve fisherman's ability. 1 hope to institute "the course of regional fisheries management" in fisheries high school and junior vocational collage, and "the school of fisheries management" for the learning of advanced fisheries knowledge. Thirdly to fulfill one's role, the opportunity actively participating in decision-making of the village's affair should be prepared more sufficiently, and the present fishing-centered fisheries system should be reformed into the fish-farming-centered fisheries system. To do this, the long-perspective vision is necessary. These three suggestions are come out from the macro-view point. Meanwhile the fisherman as an individual to improve his business is from the micro-view point. That is, the public aid, financial and legal, should be prepared. The above-mentioned suggestions are necessary to equalize fisherman's social status with other professional's especially from the result of improving the successor's economic force. Therefore, the principle of cultivating the fisherman's successor should be the principle of social equilibrium. be the principle of social equilibrium.

Purpose: In the current era of rapid development of the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector, the formation of an effective regulatory approach is important. There are some methodological shortcomings and difficulties in the approach system of international organizations that assesses the level of application of ICT in various areas in terms of quantity and quality. The basic element of economic growth differs according to the economic conditions prevailing in the period and the country. While the agricultural sector plays an active role in economic growth or development in an underdeveloped country, in a developed country, capital-intensive and even technology-intensive production is the main element of economic growth. From this point of view, the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT) to Azerbaijan's socio-economy for the period between 2010-2020 will be examined. Research design and methodology: The unit root test and Granger causality test were applied by taking the CDPPC per Capita, Employment, and Unemployment Rate from the social-o-economic data as the dependent variable, fixed and mobile phone usage and internet usage as the independent variables. The principal results: According to the results obtained; It has been determined that the use of ICT positively affects the socio-economic economic situation.

In order to understand the economic damage of economic sanctions on trade between Korea and Russia, a trade structure analysis was conducted through statistics on import and export trade between Korea and Russia. Through the structural analysis of product trade, we tried to accurately analyze the current status of product trade between Korea and Russia. In the trade structure analysis, it was confirmed that the trade in goods between Korea and Russia decreased the most in market share and trade concentration. However, trade specialization, comparative advantage by market, and intra-industry trade index were not significantly affected despite strong economic sanctions. from Russia's point of view Smart measures are needed to address the current situation to avoid a greater economic downturn. The end of the war and the restoration of partnership with other countries are considered the most beneficial solutions for Russia and all countries, but it is difficult to predict how the war will go or what economic situation Russia will be in after the war.
