This paper presents development of program for mid-tong term load forecasting in region and district respectively. In this program, at first, the region is classified by KEPCO branch which can be analyzed in light of curl·elation between load characteristics and economic indicator and then, prediction for load density in each region was performed by scenario of economic, population and city plan. Secondly, prediction for load density in each district is performed by methodology which is based on land use method. Finally efficiency for prediction work in each KEPCO branch could be identified by applying the developed program to the Seoul city in real.

Taking advantage of geographical position of Korea located on the main route of world-wide service, Port Logistics Industry can be strategic industry which secures international competitiveness necessary for Korea to be hub of Northeast Asian's logistics. Along with the advent of super large container vessel, world ports environment changed from "milkway" type, which means vessel calls every port for service to "Hub & Spoke" type, which means vessel calls regional central port and feeder service for the rest ports. As environment changes, regional ports in Northeast Asia are competing each other tougher and tougher and introducing or developing port logistics information system based on state-of-the-art technology in order to adapt themselves to new environment, thus to be Hub port. Taking this situation into consideration, we want to define clearly the meaning and scope of port logistics IT and review the global trend of port logistics IT. Finally we want to find future development of port logistics IT which we have to achieve.

Mungyung area has contributed to korean industrial development with its abundant natural resources. However, the change of industrial structure caused the decrease of the number of mines in Mungyung and it resulted in the economic depression in that area. Recently. the economic growth of Mungyung is attempted by developing the distribution center of agricultural products and the resort complex using beautiful natural environment such as the film setting of 'Taejo Wang - gun' and hot spring in good quality. In this article I survey the foreigners aware of the principle products of this district and their intention of purchasing the products using local speciality. I also make confectionery experiments on the basis of the survey and develop various confectionery using principle products of Mungyung.

The agricultural population, the farming, the agriculture of our country has been decreased more rapidly than those of other countries. Also, the changing speed of the rural village in Korea has shown a similar trend. By considering the urbanization process and migration state caused by the economic growth and the increasing level of relative poverty in comparison with the urban area, it has been necessary to go through the impoverishment and slum-orientation of the rural area. In our country, the rural village became old age. So, the collapse is predicted to a population shortage if such trend is continued in the village society. according to investigate, Many urban peoples have opinion that migrates to a farm village. but those not migrate to rural community. The mainly reason is low life environment. therefore it is need the plan that the urban people migrates to a rural village, and must have the plan to be engaged in the agriculture. lt was the rural-fishing New Town development project that started in 2009 for 30~40 years's urban people. This study is about characteristic and improvement of Rural-Fishing New Town development project.

충주 기업도시는 2005년에 시범사업 지역으로 선정되어 2020년 완공을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 선진국 기업도시의 성공요인을 토대로 충주 기업도시의 발전 전략 및 활성화 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 충주 기업도시는 충청북도의 신성장 동력산업인 첨단지식 산업 중심 클러스터와 주변의 뛰어난 자연 환경을 배경으로 친환경 웰빙 자족도시로 성장시킬 예정이다. 충주 기업도시가 성공하기 위해서는 기업, 대학, 지자체, 정부 등 개발 주체 사이의 협력이 중요하고, 선도기업과 연구 기관을 유치해야 하며, 비영리 전담기구를 설치해야 한다. 충주 기업도시의 성공적 개발은 수도권 과밀화와 국토 불균형을 해결하는 지역균형개발 정책의 성공을 의미한다.

The Korean government is in the establishment process of plan for managing fishing effort by setting up the maximum fishing gear usage per fishery type for the recovery of fishery resources, for the settlement of disputes between fishery sectors over fishing gears, and for the stability of fishing business condition. Especially in the setting up of the maximum fishing gear usage, economic standards as well as biological standards are being considered as a significant factor to promote the sustainable and economically viable development of fisheries. This study is, thus, to analyze the optimal economic fishing gear usage ($E_{MEY}$) as the most economically efficient one for the coastal snow crab gillnet fishery, one of the most controversial sectors in establishing the maximum fishing gear usage. The data of logbooks per trip were used for concentrating on the estimation of $E_{MEY}$ per trip because it was considered there were limitations of data available for analyses. As a finding drawn from the analyses, the optimal economic trap usage ($E_{MEY}$) of coastal snow crab gillnet vessels per trip has to be decreased by about 13%. That is, reducing the trip gillnet usage up to the level of $E_{MEY}$ can lead to the reduction of trip fishing costs, thereby resulting in the increased trip profits.

우리는 사회가 고도로 정보화되고 정보에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있는 21세기에 살고 있다. 따라서 각 지역사회의 정보화 수준은 지역발전의 지표가 되고 있으며, GIS는 공간정보를 관리·분석할 수 있는 새로운 국가정보기반으로 부각되었다. 따라서, 많은 지자체들이 GIS의 중요성을 인식하고 GIS 기술을 사용하여 여러 업무분야에 활용하고자 효과적인 GIS구축을 위한 기본계획을 수립 중에 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 지자체의 G3S 기본계획 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 이를 토대로 GIS 기본계획 수립의 개선방향을 제시하였다.

본 논문은 항만과 배후도시의 상생적 발전전략을 다루고 있다. 연구의 목적은 광양항을 중심으로 항만과 배후도시의 관계를 분석 정립하여 광양시가 항만중심도시로 성장 발전하기 위한 정책방안을 제도 계획적인 관점에서 강구하는 것이다. 연구의 주요내용은 서론, 항만과 항만도시관계의 개요, 광양항 및 광양시의 관계성 분석, 광양 항만중심도시의 장래발전방향 및 결론으로 구성되어 있다. 광양시의 발전구상을 동북아 항만 물류 미관 거점도시로 설정하며, 발전방향은 항만의 도시기능 증진, 항만의 지속가능한 발전 및 항만 항만도시의 통합관리 측면에서 세부전략들을 제시한다. 항만의 도시경제기능 강화전략에는 항만산업의 부가가치 창출, 항만배후단지 활성화, 항만물류비즈니스의 창출, 항만클러스터의 구축 등이 들어있다. 항만도시 질적 향상과 지속발전을 위해서는 저탄소 녹색항만의 운영, 연안환경시설의 개선, 친수성 항만공간의 조성 및 장기 항만재개발계획 구상 등의 전략들을 강구하는 것이 좋다. 항만 항만도시의 통합계획관리 전략에는 항만중심도시 발전계획의 수립, 항만중심도시 제도적 기반의 구축, 항만도시의 특성화 전략 마련과 광양항 자유무역도시 육성 등이 포함되어 있다.

연금계획(年金計劃)은 그 계획의 형태와 관계없이 경제(經濟) 및 인구(人口)와 여러가지 경로로 상호반응(相互反應)한다. 인구(人口)의 연령구조변화(年齡構造變化)는 연금수급권자(年金受給權者)의 수(數)에 영향을 미치고 인구변화(人口變化)는 노동력(勞動力)의 규모(規模)나 연령구성(年齡構成)에 또한 영향을 미쳐서 연금계획(年金計劃)이 국가재정(國家財政) 또는 국민소득규모(國民所得規模)에 영향을 미치게 된다. 인구변수(人口變數)는 따라서 국민연금계획(國民年金計劃)의 경제적(經濟的) 부담(負擔)과 그 부담을 지탱해 주는 경제력(經濟力) 양자에 영향을 미치게 된다. 그동안의 연금(年金)에 관련된 추계(推計)는 경제적(經濟的) 제변수(諸變數)를 외생변수(外生變數)로 가정(假定)하고 연금재정(年金財政)을 시뮬레이션하여 왔는데 연금기금(年金基金)이 소규모(小規模)인 초기단계(初期段階)에서는 무난한 방법(方法)이라고 볼 수 있지만 공적연금제도(公的年金制度)의 규모가 커지고 연금제도가 경제(經濟) 제변수(諸變數)에 영향을 미치는 단계에서는 이러한 상호반응관계(相互反應關係)를 반영(反映)하여야 한다. 본(本) 모형(模型)은 경제를 인구노동부문(人口勞動部門), 일반경제부문(一般經濟部門), 연금부문(年金部門)으로 3등분하여 상호연계시킴으로써 연금부문내(年金部門內)의 변수(變數)들이 일반경제(一般經濟)에 미치는 효과를 측정할 수 있도록 하여 연금재정운영방식(年金財政運營方式), 연금급부(年金給付)의 실질가치(實質價値) 유지방법(維持方法), 저축행태(貯蓄行態), 연금급부율(年金給付率), 인구구조(人口構造)의 변화(變化) 등 연금제도(年金制度)와 관련한 제변수(諸變數)가 국민경제(國民經濟)에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 분석(分析)하고 있다. 시뮬레이션의 결과 적립방식(積立方式)의 연금제도도입(年金制度導入)은 본격적인 연금급부(年金給付)가 시작되는 시점(時點)까지는 경제성장(經濟成長)을 오히려 돕는 역할을 수행하는 것으로 나타났고, 연금급부지출(年金給付支出)이 총수입(總收入)을 초과하는 시점(時點) 이후부터는 경제(經濟)에 부담을 가중시켜 경제성장률(經濟成長率)을 둔화시키는 것으로 나타났으며 물가지수연동제(物價指數連動制) 대신에 임금지수연동제(賃金指數連動制)를 도입할 경우 연금급부지출(年金給付支出)이 증대되어 연금재정수지(年金財政收支)를 더 악화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 출생률(出生率) 및 사망률(死亡率) 수준도 장기적인 부담(負擔)을 결정하는 요소로 분석되었다.

This study aims to analyzes the Relationship Between Community Consciousness and Residents' Participation in Tourism Development. Starting in 2004, the Rural Tourism Development Project, which has been promoted in Korea, is taking a bottom-up approach that values the participation of residents. And Resident's Participation is also an important criterion for selecting business sites. As the farming community becomes more modern, the community consciousness is declining. But Community consciousness is an important factor for the sustainable maintenance of rural villages. And if community members share a sense of homogeneity, they can identify problems that communities have, and they can solve them with responsibility. Community consciousness can be called the basic infrastructure of residents' participation. Rural tourism feature different characteristics from other tourist areas in that the residential space of local residents is the destination of the tours. As a result, the influence on tourism development is directly affected, so the attitude of local residents is an important success factor unlike other tourism developments. The study analyzed the community consciousness and participation in Tourism Development, which is a significant success factor in rural areas. The survey which included 200 residents of the DMZ Peace Village Site, was concluded that the member's perception and ttachment among Community Consciousness affected the Residents' Participation, and that Economic Influence among tourist development attitudes affected the Residents' Participation. It based on the results in rural tourism development for the residents' participation should be considered with a plan to enhance the economic life satisfaction and promote the economic impact on the area.
