체재형 가족농원의 주거시설에 대한 의식 (A Study on the Perception of a Kleingarten House)

  • The aim of this study was to determine the basic perception of Kleingarten house planning of Jeonbuk area. The survey method was used for data collection. The major finding were as follows: 1) Almost all respondents have a very positive attitude the participant of Kleingarten. Many respondents wanted the cheapest price for the Kleingarten rental fee and for the travel time between their home and Kleingarten to be under an hour. 2) Two different size of 45 and 66 $m^2$ were preferable for the house floor plans. The most preferable floor plan type chosen by the respondents was a house design with a terrace and the elderly householders especially preferred a house floor plan with an LDK design. 54.3 per cent respondents liked the log house and 93.3 per cent respondents liked the eco-friendly building materials such as wood, earth (Korean natural earth: whangto), and adobe bricks etc. 3) There were more needs for useful facilities such as a pergola, a grassy lawn, small ponds, a playground for the childrens, patio table settings, etc.

특허정보를 이용한 그린 IT 분야 기술 분석 (Analysis of Technology of Green IT fields using patent information)

  • 본 논문에서는 그린 IT 분야에 대한 특허 정보를 이용하여 분야별 기술 경쟁력 분석과 분야에 적용되는 기술의 다양성 및 분야간 유사도를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 그린 IT를 전기 전자기들의 에너지소모량의 절감 및 IT기술을 기반으로 전력 소비를 줄이는 친환경적인 기술을 개발하는 분야로 범위를 한정하여, 절전기기 및 시스템, 조명제어시스템, 스마트 전력관리시스템, 클라우드 컴퓨팅, 그린하우스/에코시스템으로 한정하여 특허 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 절전기기 및 시스템 분야의 기술개발이 가장 활발히 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기술분야 간 기술적 유사도의 경우, 절전기기 제어 및 시스템분야와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 분야와 기술적으로 유사한 것으로 나타났으며, 조명제어시스템과 그린하우스/에코시스템 및 스마트 전력 관리 시스템이 기술적으로 유사한 것으로 분석되었다.

조리과정에서 생성된 미세먼지의 크기분포 특성 (Size Distribution Characteristics of Particulate Matter Emitted from Cooking)

  • The characteristics of particulate matter made from daily cooking at a Korean residential apartment house with three dwellers had been investigated for about 3 months. All data were recorded by an optical particle counter every minute at the kitchen. Types of cooking such as boiling, frying, and grilling that performed in the house were listed. Boiling only was used in 32% cases among total 234 meals. Frying and grilling were 14% and 11%, respectively. From an initial indoor particulate matter smaller than 10 ㎛ in diameter, the increases due to cooking are reported by size. In case of boiling, PM at 1-10 ㎛ size and under 1 ㎛ size little increased. Normally, particles from oil or combustion in a process of frying or grilling increased indoor PM. In a case of grilling, particle mass concentration in a region of 1-10 ㎛ in diameter increased as much as 295 ㎍/㎥. Mass concentration of particles smaller than 1 ㎛ increased as much as 33 ㎍/㎥.

농촌주택표준설계도 에너지효율등급평가 및 설계변수에 따른 에너지소요량 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Energy Requirement Variation According to Energy Efficiency Rating Evaluation and Design Variable of Standard Design of Rural Houses)

  • The study analyzed the heat losses and the building energy efficiency grade by the energy simulation using the ENERGY# and ECO2 programs for the three types of Standard design of rural houses. It was calculated the energy efficiency rating by the ECO2 program for the rural housing standard design, and the energy demand and the energy consumption by each factor were compared and analyzed. And it analyzed energy consumption by element of each house by ENERGY # program. As a result, first in the evaluation of the energy efficiency grade of buildings by the ECO2 program, the rating for primary energy requirement for the housing newly built by the standard design of rural house is expected to range from 2 to 4 with 189.3 to $238.7kWh/m^2.a$. Second, the energy loss of each part of standard design of rural housing occurs in the order of ventilation 39%, window 33%, outer wall 14%, roof 9%, bottom 5%, and energy loss through ventilation and window occurs more than 70%. Third, the most beneficial effects on the energy efficiency grade is obtained the lowest grade of all three types by 2 when the lowering of the window and door heat transmission rate and the lowering of the light density, and the heat exchange ventilation device is not installed. Fourth, in the standard design of rural housing, the energy demand is occupied by heating > hot water > lighting order, and the order of the weight is changed in order of heating > lighting > ventilation > hot water. Fifth, building energy efficiency assessment system needs to establish policy for fixing rural housing energy as a practical device to ensure energy performance and quality.

국내 친환경 업무용 건축물의 디자인에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Analysis of Designs in Low Carbon Environment-Friendly Business Buildings)

  • The eco-friendly elements are important for new construction and renovation and redevelopment of the buildings. The green buildings are related with minimizing environmental pollution and how to live with nature throughout the entire process of demolishing and building. The purpose of this paper is to study on eco-friendly business buildings in the trend of mandatory green building certification system. The analysis of this paper is comparative studies on practices at eleven domestic eco-friendly business buildings through site survey on design framework of green buildings. The design framework of eleven this buildings is six kinds of skills on technical, renewable, ecological, cultural, healthy, social. The eleven this buildings in the new & renewable energy and IT technology of technical sector are satisfied with the framework. But, domestic most advanced eco-friendly business buildings are placed difference between almost the two times on the lower buildings at comparative evaluation. The three of this buildings are gratified rainwater harvesting and waste recycling systems for renewable and recycle. The buildings have an excellent aspects of technology and ecology. The benefits of this buildings are related with future compulsory zero energy house to take technical advantage of renewable energy. However, the buildings reflecting the regional culture types is insufficient. The buildings should be supplemented as follows. This buildings are need to have the social enhancement programs and design for convenient space of community residents, through health and comfort of on workplace. Moreover, this buildings have features of coexisting with human beings and nature friendly with the aim of realizing the sustainable development. The social enhancement programs through regional cultural aspects with ecology are related with individual and community livings in harmony, non-hierarchical communal lifes. The development of the cultural aspects provide for consensus about the local community and creating sustainable communities. Thus, The buildings are to have energy saving, pleasant and healthy living environment and interactive individual and community livings in harmony.

학습 만화를 활용한 환경 수업이 초등학생의 환경 건강 지식 및 실천 의지에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Educational Program using Learning Cartoons in Environmental Health Knowledge and Practice Will of Elementary School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the educational program using learning cartoons for the environmental health and to examine the educational potentials of it. The subjects were 4th grade students of an elementary school in Gyeonggi province. The topics of environmental health learning program were obesity, atopicallergy, VDT syndrome, sick house syndrome and eco-friendly living supplies. The environmental health knowledge of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<.01). Especially, the topics of VDT syndrome and sick house syndrome were effective(p<.01). Girls' environmental health knowledge about VDT syndrome was higher than that of boys(p<.05). The environmental health practice will of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<.01). The students of experimental group have significant higher practice will about VDT syndrome and sick house syndrome. Girls' environmental health practice will about obesity and eco-friendly living supplies were higher than boys' will. The results showed that the learning program using learning cartoons have effective educational potentials in the environmental health education.

복토 주택의 외벽면 복토 두께 변화에 따른 열부하 패턴에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Load Patterns for a Exterior Wall in a House According to a Variation of Earth Sheltering Thickness)

  • The various attempts is made to solve the energy and environment problems. In addition, people interested in their life quality want the more eco-friendly living space. So we suggested that the earth-sheltered house could be one of the eco-friendly and low energy consuming houses to meet the social interest. And we also made data for design of the earth-sheltered house to be applicable to climate of Korea. In this study, a simulation was performed to estimate a boundary temperature according to earth sheltering thickness at the earth-sheltered part(exterior wall) in the case of earth sheltering on the plane ground not using a sloped site. And we analyzed the reduction of a thermal load by using this boundary temperature. We also compared a case of earth sheltering at the vertical wall with a case of earth sheltering at the roof to know the thermal reduction effect of a case of earth sheltering at the vertical wall.

  • The purpose of this study was developing the building materials for creation the comfortable IAQ. By reducing formaldehyde(HCHO) known as the main factors of Sick House Syndrome. This material must be revealed the physical and eco-friendly performance, so this study set up the basic standards for building materials. The source of physical performance evaluation is Korea Industrial Standards and the base of environmental ability is the Eco Label considering certificated system related to an apartment house. Because the developed material was satisfied with the established standards, it was tested in mock-up room for obtaining the real date from indoor air. The mock-up test was conducted according environmental standard method for indoor air Quality of the ministry of environment. The result of this study were as follows; the functional building materials had a effect to reduce the formaldehyde concentration for a initial period without wall paper, so additional development is needed for application with the wall paper and the available period.

공동주택의 환기시스템별 에너지성능 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Energy Performance according to the Ventilation System in Apartment House)

  • 본 연구는 공동주택에 적용되고 있는 환기장치를 선정하고 환기장치의 에너지특성 분석과 에너지저감을 목적으로 시뮬레이션 프로그램 (ECO2)을 이용하여 환기장치 별 에너지성능평가를 수행하였으며, 아래와 같이 결과를 도출하였다. 공동주택을 대상으로 환기장치 별 에너지 효율등급평가 기준에 따른 소비량을 수행하고자 하였다. 또한 단지별 에너지소비량과 비교 검토 결과를 통하여 현재 우리나라에서 공동주택에 적용하고 있는 환기장치별 에너지 소비량 실태를 파악하였다. 중부지방의 84type, 한 개동을 대상으로 시뮬레이션한 결과, 자연환기장치의 등급용 1차에너지소요량 값은 $159.9kWh/m^2yr$, 전열교환환기장치 $161kWh/m^2yr$, 바닥환기장치 $179.7kWh/m^2yr$로 계산 되었다. 위 시뮬레이션 결과를 공동주택의 실제 현장자료로 검증하였으며, 환기장치별 에너지소요량에 대한 비율로 비교해본 결과, 전열교환환기방식이 자연환기방식에 비해 -1~6% 적은 값을 보였으며, 바닥배관환기방식이 자연환기방식에 비해 약 10~20% 더 많은 1차에너지소요량이 나타났다. 환기장치의 팬동력과 열회수효율에 따라 에너지소요량의 난방과 환기 값이 변화하며, 향후 기계환기장치의 효율화 및 최적화가 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • The recent rising living standards, environment-friendly, well-being and health aspects of life in the basic gratification, as well as the desire for a pleasant environment emotionally environmentally friendly way of external space or industrial interest in the indoor environment, the manifestation. In particular, the biggest problem of the indoor environment has been emerged as a Sick House Syndrome indoor space that is provided to the building materials, and the impact on the domestic and the indoor environment, and clean the house in a health standards are specified as laws. The performance rating and the various materials to create environmentally-friendly standards for building materials. The more detail, Porous clay material, toxic substances released by applying the high humidity and the water itself, and to absorb the moisture, if the emissions, without a separate device, to maintain a comfortable indoor environment and at the same time, one of the causes of Sick House Syndrome breaking down harmful substances to absorb a comfortable indoor environment to maintain an environmentally-friendly building interior material studies. It is aimed at the development to multi-functional high performance eco-friendly construction materials, rather than through one feature performance, identify key features for national and international eco-friendly building materials can exert Water Vapour Adsorption raw, decomposed materials for the application and selection.
