In this paper, we consider the structure of ${\gamma}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over the Galois ring $GR(p^a,m)$ for any unit ${\gamma}$ of the form ${\xi}_0+p{\xi}_1+p^2z$, where $z{\in}GR(p^a,m)$ and ${\xi}_0$, ${\xi}_1$ are nonzero elements of the set ${\mathcal{T}}(p,m)$. Here ${\mathcal{T}}(p,m)$ denotes a complete set of representatives of the cosets ${\frac{GR(p^a,m)}{pGR(p^a,m)}}={\mathbb{F}}p^m$ in $GR(p^a,m)$. When ${\gamma}$ is not a square, the rings ${\mathcal{R}}_p(a,m,{\gamma})=\frac{GR(p^a,m)[x]}{{\langle}x^2p^s-{\gamma}{\rangle}}$ is a chain ring with maximal ideal ${\langle}x^2-{\delta}{\rangle}$, where ${\delta}p^s={\xi}_0$, and the number of codewords of ${\gamma}$-constacyclic code are provided. Furthermore, the self-orthogonal and self-dual ${\gamma}$-constacyclic codes of length $2p^s$ over $GR(p^a,m)$ are also established. Finally, we determine the Rosenbloom-Tsfasman (RT) distances and weight distributions of all such codes.

To improve the problem that the settlement curve of the consolidation theory of Terzaghi does not match well with the actual settlement curve, we included a secondary compression settlement and analyzed it by varying the beginning point and then obtained the following results. The current methods of calculating the compression index from the log𝜎 curve and the coefficient of consolidation from the time-dependent settlement curve for each consolidation pressure proved that the final settlement amount will be consistent after a long time, but the actual settlement amount will always be smaller than the predicted settlement amount during the settlement progress stage. The consolidation factors estimated by the curve fitting with the condition that the secondary compression begins in the second half of the primary compression showed similar values to the consolidation factors estimated by the curve fitting for the primary compression only, and the settlement curves were in better agreement throughout the compression. It showed different values, showing low validity. It can be inferred that secondary compression acts from the point when a significant portion of the excess pore water pressure is dissipated, and the loading stress begins to have more influence on the skeletal structure of the soil. Analysis results show that secondary compression begins at the range of 91 % to 98 % on the average degree of primary consolidation.

Unlike artificially created homogeneous materials, the process of calculating the elastic modulus of natural soil involves the possibility of errors. Because the stress-strain behavior of soil is nonlinear, the secant modulus of elasticity is often used based on 1/2 of the stress at failure. Since soil has the property of changing its elastic modulus depending on the confining pressure, numerical analysis models that analyze its behavior inevitably include complex elements. The hyperbolic model, which relatively accurately simulates the behavior immediately after loading in soft ground, assumes that the stress-strain curve of the consolidated undrained triaxial test is hyperbolic and requires the slope of the tangent line at the starting point. However, the slope of the initial tangent in the stress-strain curve obtained from an actual triaxial test is difficult to have regularity according to changes in confining pressure. Additionally, due to the characteristics of a hyperbola, even small changes in related factors cause large changes in the hyperbola. Therefore, there is a lot of randomness in the process of calculating model parameters from the triaxial test results, which causes large differences in the results. Therefore, the method of calculating the initial elastic modulus by the consolidation test presented in this study is also used to verify the method by the triaxial test. It can be applied. However, since this study was applied to only one sample showing typical consolidation characteristics, it is necessary to check samples with various physical properties in the future.

In order to integrate two consolidation theories of Terzaghi's consolidation theory and Mesri's secondary compression theory and to identify a model suitable for analyzing stress-strain behavior over time, numerical analysis on consolidation tests were conducted using a modified cam-clay model and a soft soil creep model and the following conclusions were obtained. The results of numerical analysis applying the theory that a linear proportional relationship is established between the void ratio at logarithmic scale and the permeability coefficient at logarithmic scale is better agreement with the result of oedometer test than the results of applying constant hydraulic conductivity. The modified cam-clay model is a model that does not include secondary compression, but the slope of the normal consolidation line corresponding to the compression index of the standard consolidation test includes secondary compression, so the actual settlement curve over time is lower than the predicted value through numerical analysis. It always gets smaller. Other previous studies that applied Terzaghi's consolidation theory to consolidation test analysis showed the same results and were cross-confirmed. The soft soil creep model, which includes secondary compression in the theory, showed good agreement in all sections including secondary compression in the consolidation test results. It was judged appropriate to use a soft soil creep model when performing numerical analysis of soft clay ground.
Displacement cascade behaviors of Ti-6Al-4V alloys are investigated using molecular dynamics (MD) simulation. The embedded atom method (EAM) potential including Ti, Al and V elements is modified by adding Ziegler-Biersack-Littmark (ZBL) potential to describe the short-range interaction among different atoms. The time evolution of displacement cascades at the atomic scale is quantitatively evaluated with the energy of primary knock-on atom (PKA) ranging from 0.5 keV to 15 keV, and that for pure Ti is also computed as a comparison. The effects of temperature and incident direction of PKA are studied in detail. The results show that the temperature reduces the number of surviving Frenkel pairs (FPs), and the incident direction of PKA shows little correlation with them. Furthermore, the increasing temperature promotes the point defects to form clusters but reduces the number of defects due to the accelerated recombination of vacancies and interstitial atoms at relatively high temperature. The cluster fractions of interstitials and vacancies both increase with the PKA energy, whereas the increase of interstitial cluster is slightly larger due to their higher mobility. Compared to pure Ti, the presence of Al and V is beneficial to the formation of interstitial clusters and indirectly hinders the production of vacancy clusters.

In this paper, COP (center of pressure) during quiet standing and squat-and-stand movement was analyzed to compare the postural control of young and elderly subjects with special interest in the elderly females who were reported to have higher fall rate than the elderly males. Subjects include the young subjects (10 males: $21.8{\pm}2.6yrs$, 10 females: $20.4{\pm}0.3yrs$) and the elderly subjects (8 males: $75.5{\pm}4yrs$, 8 females: $72.3{\pm}3.5yrs$). Analysis parameters were the mean of the distance between the instantaneous COP and the average COP (COP distance) and the mean of the COP movement velocity (COP velocity) in both AP (anterio-posterior) and ML (media-lateral) directions. During quiet standing, the COP distance in ML direction of elderly females was significantly greater than that of elderly males and the COP velocity of elderly females in both ML and AP direction were significantly greater than those of all the other groups. During squat and stand movement, the COP distance of elderly females was not significantly different with that of the elderly males. However, the COP velocity of elderly females was significantly greater than that of all the other groups. The large lateral weight shift (COP distance) of elderly females during quiet standing may explain their greater fall rate. However, this does not apply to squat-and stand movement. In contrast, COP velocity results show that the elderly females' COP is rapidly trembling compared to that of elderly males during both quiet standing and squat and-stand movement. This results suggest that rapid trembling or postural sway may reflect the reduced postural control ability and the risk of falling.
Utilizing cross-functional project teams is an attractive organizing option, particularly in solving complex and innovative problems that require diverse sources of information, knowledge, and expertise brought by individuals from different functional backgrounds. This study is aiming at finding the group dynamics surrounding and inside the teams for the better understand what makes cross-functional project teams effective. Adopting variables from small group research and organizational context research, I extract critical antecedents, mediator, and team-coaching that lead to team performance. Data from 32 cross-functional project teams consisting of 214 individual respondents are analyzed through regression analyses for hypotheses testing. Results of the analyses demonstrate that the team process and team performance are significantly affected by the composition of competence in team and team compensation. Also I find that team-coaching as a leadership behavior has influence on team process and team performance. Some implications, future research directions, and limitations are discussed.

Education policy is a dynamic process featuring social development trends. The world countries have focused their education program on empowering the learners for future life and work. This paper aims to assess the higher education curriculum based on a survey of 280 students, employers, alumni, and lecturers in both social sciences and natural sciences in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The fuzzy decision-making method, namely the Fuzzy Extent Analysis Method (F-EAM), was applied to measure the relative weight of each parameter. Seven factors under the curriculum development have been put in the ranking. Input with emphasis on foreign language was the highest priority in curriculum development, given the expected demand of the labor market. Objective and learning outcome and teaching activities ranked second and third, respectively. The traditional triangle of teaching content, methodology, and evaluation and assessment are still proven their roles, but certain modifications have been defined in the advanced curriculum. Teaching facilities had the least weight among the seven dimensions of curriculum development. The findings are helpful for education managers to efficiently allocate scarce resources to reform the curriculum to bridge the undergraduate quality gap between labor supply and demand, meeting the dynamic trends of social development.

Primiphos-methyl and methidathion as organophosphorus (OP) pesticides were tested for their immunotoxic effects on Balb/c mice. Three dose levels of primiphos-methyl (10, 60, or 120 mg/kg/day) and methidathion (0.5, 2.5 or 5.0 mg/kg/day) were administered orally in the mice for 4 weeks. After, changes in body weight gain, relative weight of spleen and thymus, viable splenic cell numbers, surface marker on immune cell, and proliferation activity were investigated. Results showed that neither Pirimiphos-methyl nor methidathion dosages changed significantly body weight, relative thymus and spleen weight, and thymus and spleen cellularities of the mice, but high dose treatment (120 mg/kg) of pirimiphos-methyl significantly decreased relative spleen weight and spleen cellularity of the mice. No alterations were observed in changes of LPS-proliferation response of splenocytes by exposure to any dose of pirimiphos-methyl and methidathion. However, pirimiphos-methyl dosages reduced ConA-proliferation response of splenocytes and both methidathion and pirimiphos-methyl decreased the ability of antibody production to SRBC. The results indicate that 28 days exposure to the high dose of pirimiphos-methyl suppress the function of splenic T and B cell function, and methidathion reduce the immune responsibility of B cell in mice without the changes in lymphoid organ weight or viability of splenocytes. Pirimiphos-methyl is more immunotoxic than methidathion although this has higher general toxicity than that.

A company's reliance on plants is growing in the area of production and service. Therefore, the importance of the work on plants in order to manage them efficiently is growing. Effective plant management increases the durability and efficiency of the plant. An organized BSC also increases the workers' will to work harder which is to bring the higher quality of plant management. In this way, however, it has studied with variety ways to assess plant management task for performance evaluation, there is a little deficiency that the study of methodical performance evaluation that based on the some strategies. The BSC, the very way, and it has been utilized in balanced and methodical performance evaluation means in widespread fields with strategy as the center to get visions. In this study, I have developed the performance evaluation system for plant management, appling BSC concept.
