Query reformulation is an interactive process of revising user queries according to the query results. To assist biomedical researchers in this process, we present novel methods for automatically generating query reformulation suggestions. While previous work on query reformulation focused on addition of words to user queries, our method can deal with three types of query reformulation (i.e., addition, removal and replacement). The accuracy of the method for the addition type is ten times better than PubMed's "Also try", while the execution time is short enough for practical use.

Repetitive sequences such as SINE, LINE, and LTR elements form a major part of eukaryotic genomes. A literature search tool that summarizes the information contained within repeat elements would provide biologists in the field of genomics with a useful tool for analyzing genomic sequence features. We developed a java program designed to make literature access easier by using two search engines simultaneously. RepWeb is a web-based search system that provides a user friendly interface for searching the reference data and journals for information related to repeat elements by using the search engines, Google Scholar and PubMed, simultaneously. It provides an interface that displays the repeat element- related biological information, and includes useful functions such as the production of a repeat tree, clickable links to PubMed and Google Scholar, exporting, and sorting a field into date, author, journal and title.

Objective: To research the trends of study related to rhinitis and acupuncture in PubMed, and to establish the hereafter direction of treating rhinitis with acupuncture Methods: We searched PubMed and chinese medical journals related to rhinitis and acupuncture. Results: 1. The pattern of the study was as follows: Review article(3), Randomized controlled trials(2), Clinical trial(11), Case report(12). 2. The effect of acupuncture on rhinitis is reported as follows: Acupucture treatment improves the scale of symptoms, nasal airways resistance and velocity of the mucociliary transport, decreasing absolute numbers of blood eosinophils, serum IgE and percentage of nasal eosinophils. Immunologically acupuncture treatment could reduce plasma IL-10 level, control IL-2, and balance between cell-specific pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, TNF-${\alpha}$ and IL-10. After acupuncture treatment, there is statistically significant changes in IgA, IgE, E-rosette formative rate. 3. Many of these article have affirmative view for therapeutic effect of rhinitis with acupuncture. Statistical test was done only in 6 papers. There showed statically significant results in 4 articles, and in 2 article there showed some clinical improvement but no statically significant changes. 4. In Western countries, alternative treatments are frequent among adults with rhinitis or other allergic disease, and affirmative tendency for acupuncture treatment is increased.

A study on e-book viewer terminal in the native language of the platform-dependent studies are based, This is inefficient in memory usage and screen rendering speed, and there are frequent system updates, e-book viewer, the nature of mobile terminal platform application compatibility issues may occur. In this paper, using the mobile app framework in order to design e-book e-book viewer, analyzed the structure of ePub file parser and file more structured modules were designed and MVC. Designed and implemented to test the functionality of the memory information that is currently running to provide the ability to show the relationship of DDMS and layout components were used to show Hierarchy Viewer. As a result, rendering the screen 150%, 84% in the heap memory usage, improved performance was confirmed.

Objective : To know about ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome pathophysiology, risk factors and clinical features and to research the trend of the study related to OHSS. Methods : We referred a PubMed site by using searching word of "ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome"(Limits: 1 Year, only items with abstracts, Human). Results : 28 journals with 49 papers were searched. Conclusion 1. The study of OHSS subjects on pathophysiology, prevention and medical treatment. 2. As OHSS is an exaggerated response to ovulation induction therapy, it's emphasized that aspect of prevention OHSS. 3. Preventing OHSS are the following. The first is to give a GnRH agonist or antagonist in substitute for hCG. The second is to screen out prevalence of thrombophilia. The third is to monitor $E_2$ levels. The forth is to aspirate of Mediculous follicle. The fifth is cryopreservation of all embryos. The sixth is that administration of albumin for treatment of OHSS. But, it's not useful to administration of albumin for prevention of OHSS. 4. There's no therapy of OHSS. But, there's only symptomatic treatment of OHSS.

전자책이 등장한지 15년이 지났지만, 아직도 전자책 시장에는 종이책의 틀에 갇혀 글로만 쓰인 책이 가득하다. 이러한 부분을 ePub 3.0의 기반이 되는 HTML5를 이용함으로 해결할 수 있으나, 현재 국내 E-Book 시장은 크게 활성화 되지 않았다. 본 논문은 E-Book 그리고3D 그래픽 오브젝트와 미디를 융합하여 새로운 E-Book을 제작하는 도구를 제공함으로써 E-Book 시장 활성화와 다양한 멀티미디어 요소를 사용하는 도구로서 활용 가능한 도구를 구현해보았다. 또한 멀티미디어 요소를 볼 수 있는 Viewer를 실험적으로 구현해보았다.

For the B2B e-commerce and SCM (Supply Chain Management), standardization of electronic catalogue that contains product and business data is important. Especially, standardization of hierarchies that is required for categorization, and standardization of product properties are difficult and costly to maintain. The ability of searching for items and data in databases is critical for successful e-commerce system. This paper introduces the data dictionary of PUB (ISO 13584) part 42 which can establish the standard of product data. The method is applied to develop the data dictionary of automotive parts.

This study derived the policy implications and market strategies by analysis the e-book companies requirements & the CPND value chain structure, in order to revitalize the e-book market in Korea. Specifically, we examined the prospect of e-book market in Korea, current situations of production and distribution, awareness of service utilization and requirements for support policy with targets of 30 companies. As a research, the most needed item for e-book companies is 'PR and marketing support to enter and open the markets'(27%), which is the highest. 'Financial support such as labor costs and business expenses', 'support for retraining personnel to develop the expertise in respective fields' are followed and they account for 22%. Currently, the most effective support item is the external support program(35%) and funding power(30%) is followed. Unlike a paper book market, e-book is turned into a platform business in terms of the value chain. Based on these research content, e-book market activation and corporate competitive strategy was derived as follows : 1)literacy reinforcement about SNS marketing and e-pub3 authoring tool. 2)statistical DB construction of retail sales channels. 3)diversification of the billing system. 4)The quality of the e-book content certification.

As the propagation of smart devices has increased and the variety of the devices also has been diversified, various existing functions are concentrated on these smart devices. One of the phenomena is that the paper-book market has partially transferred into an e-Book market. As the demand of the e-Book has increased over time, the improvement of the types of e-Book on the market can be observed. In this study, the usability evaluation on the interface of the e-Book viewer for the types of application, which can be installed in the smart devices, has been conducted. The items for the usability evaluation of the e-Book were defined, the usage patterns were observed objectively and a questionnaire technique was applied. By analyzing the usability evaluation of e-Book interface, the directions for production and improvement of e-Books have been suggested.
