전자상거래 정보 교환을 위한 안전한 전자우편 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Secure E-Mail System for Electronic Commerce Information Exchange)

  • TAn E-Mail system is one of the most important services for enterprise and electronic commerce end users on the Internet. However, security for an E-Mail service is not satisfied yet, an E-Mail system with security service is definitely required especially in electronic commerce system. In this paper, an E-Mail system with confirmation of e-mail delivery is proposed, The certification of delivery of E-Mail message is not provided in conventional E-Mail systems. The proposed E-Mail system is composed of this certification of delivery and basic security services. The certification of delivery can prove sender's E-Mail message is securely sent to legitimate receivers. The system is designed and implemented by Java Cryptography API.

  • According to the fast-paced environment of information technology and improving customer services, the design activities of logistics systems improve customer centric services and delivery performance implementing e-logistics system. The fundamental design issues that arise in the delivery system planning are optimizing the system with minimum cost and maximum throughput and service level. This study is concerned with the integrated model development of delivery system with customer responsive service level for DCM, Demand Chain Management. We used a two-step approach for this study. First, we formulated the supply. center facility planning using stochastic set-covering problem and assigned the customers to the supply center using clustering algorithm. Second, we developed vehicle delivery planning for a supply center based on GIS, GIS-VRP. Also we developed a GUI-type computer program for proposed method for supply center problem using GIS and Geo-DataBase of Busan area. The computational results showed that the proposed method was very effective on a set of test problems.

  • The volume of parcel delivery is steadily increasing with the rapid growth of the global online e-commerce market. However, a large amount of packaging materials used for these parcel delivery is finally causing environmental problems as waste. In this study, we have taken a pilot test on the returnable parcel delivery packaging & service, which is one of various ways to reduce the generation of the distribution packaging waste raised by e-commerce-based parcel delivery. For the purpose of this project, we made 300 boxes of returnable & foldable delivery packaging(415 mm × 280 mm × 160 mm) and have cooperated with e-commerce company(CJ ENM) & logistics company(LogisAll). Consequently, about 50% of the delivered packages was returned because of the lack of consumer's understanding on the returnable packaging system. We finally have suggested the policy strategy to get over problems derived from the experiment, like the retrieval rate and cost of the returnable packaging, economic efficiency and so on.

  • Despite the fact that the sourcing process in B2B e-Marketplaces is one of the most important tasks, the evaluation and selection process of suppliers have been ad-hoc based and mainly dependent on the experience of sourcing managers' subjective knowledge. To remedy the problem, we developed a decision support System (called Wise - I) that helps sourcing managers evaluate suppliers in a more systematic way. The system reflects company's strategy and know-how by adopting company enforced weighted scores for different factors and employing a more scientific method of considering factors other than price and on-time delivery rate, utilizing the AHP method. This paper reports the effectiveness of the system as well as the detailed description of the system. To investigate the effectiveness of the system, we collected information through interview and questionnaire survey. The information was also augmented through the firm key index system, which monitors average delivery lead time and on-time delivery rate. The result indicates that the system leads to the efficiency of purchasing section and the transparency of buying process, therefore reduces delivery time and cost.

사물인터넷(IoT) 기반의 무인 택배함 시스템 개발 (Development of an IoT-based Unmanned Home-Delivery Box System)

  • This paper is concerned with an Internet of Things (IoT)-based unmanned home-delivery box system, in which the system is developed with a prototype using a weight sensor, shock sensor, the Arduino and Raspberry-Pi of open-source hardware platforms. The developed system provides several functions such as a safe storage means, prevention of delivery-theft, and remote control of the home-delivery box, etc. Specifically, the system recognizes the arrival of goods by detecting the weight of deliveries and sends the arrived message of deliveries to the recipient' smartphone, and also controls (i.e., open and close) the locker of the unmanned home-delivery box system remotely with the smartphone. Furthermore, the developed system provides automatically a warning alarm around the unmanned home-delivery box when an external shock is applied to the home-delivery box, and sends a message on the shock to the recipient' smartphone. The major functions of the developed home-delivery box system have been verified in a realistic environment, and confirmed to work well. With the application of the developed home-delivery box system to the homes and offices where recipients are always not to stay, it is expected to significantly improve the safety of delivered goods as well as to effectively prevent the delivery operatives posing as a crime.

  • This paper which can simulate FRIENDS(Flexible Reliable Intelligent Electrical eNergy Delivery System) model of distribution electrical system presents a new algorithm. In the operation of FRIENDS model, dispersed energy storage(DES) systems have an important role. We can use the active and reactive power of DES to control customer's voltage. In this, the former means load levelling operation and the later means voltage control operation of DES. We focus our research on load levelling operation of DES. We develope an algorithm to get an optimal capacity and operation schedule of DES and then apply it to the FRIENDS model. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • 가상교육 시스템이 동적 콘텐츠 전달 기술을 가지고 있지 않기 때문에 같은 수업에 속한 모든 학생들은 똑같은 콘텐츠를 접하게 된다. 본 논문은 데이터 스트림 기술을 이용하여 설계되고 구현된 개인화된 학습 시스템을 소개한다. 제안하는 시스템은 학습자의 학습수준과 능력에 따라 강의 콘텐츠를 변경할 수 있는 기술과 인터페이스를 가지고 있다. 제안하는 시스템은 동적 콘텐츠 전달기술과 학습자 수준 테스트 시스템으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 개인화된 학습 시스템의 설계와 구현 시 고려 사항에 대하여 설명한다.

  • Preconstruction process in a lean project delivery system was studied in one large healthcare project working for a general contractor. Researchers joined a new lean delivery project for approximately six weeks and participated in preconstruction process including design coordination, management coordination, and target costing while concurrently interviewing other project participants and employees, recording activity in meetings, and otherwise observing the process. The preconstruction process in lean project delivery system, called integrated project design, showed many benefits such as brining expertise of downstream players (i.e., mechanical and electrical contractors) into the design phase. However, lack of leadership and lack of design-integrator blocked the successful application of a new concept of design process.

Ground Vehicle and Drone Collaborative Delivery Planning using Genetic Algorithm

  • Global e-commerce and delivery companies are actively pursuing last-mile delivery service using drones, and various delivery schedule planning studies have been conducted. In this study, separate individual route networks were constructed to reflect drone route constraints such as prohibited airspace and truck route constraints such as rivers, which previous studies did not incorporate. The A* algorithm was used to calculate the shortest path distance matrix between the starting point and destinations. In addition, we proposed an optimal delivery schedule plan using genetic algorithms and applied it to compare the efficiency with that of vehicle-only delivery.

This study is concerned with the development of pickup and delivery system with customer responsive service level, DCM(Demand Chain Management). The distribution process and service map are consisted of manufacturing, warehousing, and pickup and delivery. First we formulated the vehicle pickup and delivery problem using GIS-VRP method so as to satisfy the customer service requests. Second, we developed a GUI-type computer program using AVL, automated vehicle location system. The computational results show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of test problems.
