SOAP is a protocol used for information exchange in distributed computing environment and SOAP defines mechanisms for message transferring between distributed system and remote procedure call/response process. This SOAP is able to be used independently on hardware platforms and operating systems and program languages because it uses only a text-based XML for protocol. Therefore ebXML that is a standard for E-Commerce adopts SOAP for message exchange. In this paper, we implement XML Hub System using SOAP and apply on the system e-Procurement. By this XML Hub System we can more easily exchange messages for B2B. Accordingly we can manage and integrate a lots of business partners.

In this paper, we study the generalizations of Euler numbers and polynomials by using the q-extension with p-adic integral on $\mathbb{Z}_p$. We call these: the generalized q-${\omega}$-Euler numbers $E^{({\alpha})}_{n,q,{{\omega}}(a)$ and polynomials $E^{({\alpha})}_{n,q,{\omega}}(x;a)$. We investigate some elementary properties and relations for $E^{({\alpha})}_{n,q,{{\omega}}(a)$ and $E^{({\alpha})}_{n,q,{\omega}}(x;a)$.

This paper presents the system design and implementation of 'Mon-e', the KT's edutainment robot for young children. We paid our special attention to the computer- illiterate young children, and the provision of the physical and friendly human interface of robots. Specifically, the paper focuses on the video telephony and home monitoring service using the Mon-e robot. RFID cards -based calling makes it possible for the computer-illiterate children to make a phone call to their parents. The SIP and DTMF based remote control of the robot enables the search and track of the children. This experimental development shows the potentialities and values of the convergence service of telecommunication and robotics.

A hybrid system is defined as a mixture of continuous systems and discrete event systems. This paper first proposes a framework for hybrid systems modeling, called Hybrid Discrete Event System Specification (HDEVS) formalism. It then presents a method for simulators interoperation in which a continuous system simulator and a discrete event simulator are executed together in a cooperative manner. The formalism can specify a hybrid system in a way that a continuos system and a discrete event system are separately modeled by their own specification formalisms with a support of well-defined interface. We call such interface an A/E converter for analog-to- event conversion and an E/A converter for event-to-analog conversion. Simulators interoperation is based on the concept of pre-simulation in which simulation time for a continuous simulator is advanced in accordance with a discrete event simulator.

본 연구에서는 광양항이 동북아 물류중심항만으로 성장하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 e-비즈니스 환경에 따른 웹사이트를 활용한 항만마케팅 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 즉, 항만을 e-비즈니스 관점에서 접근하여 단순히 웹사이트를 구축하여 대(對)고객 서비스를 지향하는 것이 아니라, 웹사이트 6C 요소에 따른 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 반면, e-비즈니스 환경에서 웹사이트를 활용한 항만 활성화 방안에 관한 연구는 매우 드문 실정이다. 일부 항만마케팅에 관한 선행연구의 경우 이론적인 전개와 Off-line적 4P 전략을 제시하고 있어 e-비즈니스 환경에 따른 한계점을 가지고 있다. 그리고 6C 전략도 모델의 설정과 비교분석 과정에 있어 다소 구체성이 부족함을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 한계점을 보완하여 체계적으로 이론을 정립했으며, 현재 광양항 관련 3개의 웹사이트 운영 현황을 6C를 중심으로 비교 분석하였다. 그리고 분석결과를 토대로 6C 전략별 운영방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Electronic commerce, the act of trading online, with its myriad of potential has been seldom looked at within the context of developing countries. E-commerce presents SMEs in developing economies the opportunity to adequately compete on a global stage. The exponential growth of e-commerce in developed economies further widens the financial gap between developed and developing economies. This study looks at a practical e-commerce adoption framework for Ghanaian SMEs and by extension, developing economies and looks at the net benefits that are available to current adopters. The study uses structural equation modeling, using Partial least squares (PLS) regression to analyze the data in the research. Using PLS algorithms as well as bootstrapping calculations. It combines the use of surveys (154) and interviews (38) as means of data collection. The findings of the research indicate that there is a need for legislation on e-commerce trading to regulate the trade in Ghana, with policies such as e-contracting and e-signature laws among others. Also, a current call for an expansion of the mobile payment methods within the country. For the private investor, a ripe market for logistics services. The study also proposes a simple guideline for SMEs looking to adopt or expand their e-commerce usage, that considers technological, organizational and environmental factors that come to play within e-commerce adoption.

This study aims to test whether and to what extend national culture affects the readiness of business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce across the world. We regress two sets of data at national level: (1) the ratings of two main dimensions of Hofstede's national culture framework, uncertainty avoidance and individualism, and (2) UTCTAD B2C e-commerce index value. A sample of 83 countries was tested in this study. Several control variables at national level are included in our regression model. We find that these two cultural dimensions have an effect on the readiness of B2C e-commerce in various ways. We find that countries with high individualism score have high index value of B2C e-commerce development. We discuss the implications of these findings for B2C e-commerce developing strategies. We then call for designing relative policies with full consideration on national culture to promote the development of B2C e-commerce. In addition, we identify the limitations of the study and propose recommendations for future research. This study is the first one to use UNCTAD data on B2C e-commerce to explore the relationships between two dimensions of Hofstede's national culture and the readiness of B2C e-commerce and adds to the knowledge of literature in this research field.

1990년대로부터 시작된 전자정부 프로젝트는 정보처리 기반의 구축, 정부내 조직 개혁, 웹을 통한 정부조달과 정부서비스의 제공 등에 초점을 둠으로써 대부분의 프로젝트가 정부기관의 기능을 강화하는 전자정부시스템의 개발에 집중되었다. 현재 거버넌스 관점에서 시민참여에 대한 이론 및 실증적 연구는 많이 되고 있으나 시민참여의 개선에 중점을 둔 전자정부 시스템, 소위 전자거버넌스 시스템의 개발에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적은 관심 밖에 받지 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 전자거버넌스 시스템의 특성과 핵심 요구사항을 분석하고 이를 만족시킬 수 있는 기본적인 시스템 구조를 제시한다.

Nowadays XML is used for exchanging information in e-Commerce, especially B2B. Necessity of XML DBMS has being increased to efficiently process XML data. So a lots of database products for supporting XML are rapidly appeared in the market. In this paper, we made an XML DBMS system based on Generic Data Model. First we developed XML Adaptor based on Generic Data Model and added it on relational DBMS for developing XML DBMS. XML Adaptor is composed of Query Convertor and XML Repository System. The Query Convertor parse commands that are for XML data manipulation and then call the relevant component of XML Repository System for relational database operation. The XML Repository System handles relational database operations such as create, delete, store, and etc. In this way we can use a relational DBMS for manipulation XML data. Therefor we can build more economically XML DBMS.

We review the algebraic structure of $\mathbb{H}{\sharp}$ and show that $\mathbb{H}{\sharp}$ has a scalar product that allows as to identify it with semi Euclidean ${\mathbb{E}}^4_2$. We show that a pair q and p of unit split quaternions in $\mathbb{H}{\sharp}$ determines a rotation $R_{qp}:\mathbb{H}{\sharp}{\rightarrow}\mathbb{H}{\sharp}$. Moreover, we prove that $R_{qp}$ is a product of rotations in a pair of orthogonal planes in ${\mathbb{E}}^4_2$. To do that we call upon one tool from the theory of second ordinary differential equations.
