전자책이란 기존의 종이 서적의 내용을 디지털 매체, 일반적으로 컴퓨터를 사용하여 가공하고 컴퓨터 파일형태로 저장된 출판물을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 웹상에서 전자책의 저작을 수행할 수 있는 웹 기술 기반의 전자책 저작도구를 객체지향기법에 따라 설계하고, 구현한다. 또한 이를 위해서 웹서버와 DB서버가 필요하므로 이를 통합한 웹 솔루션을 제안했다.

스마트폰의 확산에 따라 스마트폰의 교육적 용도에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 스마트폰의 용도에 대한 양적인 조사를 연구 범위로 하고 조사방법론으로는 T-스토아의 분야별 어플리케이션 숫자를 파악하는 방법을 취하였다. 조사 결과는 어학/교육 어플리케이션의 숫자가 게임보다는 많았으나 FUN 어플리케이션에 비해서는 1/4도 되지 않는 실정이었다. 어학/교육 어플리케이션의 경우 유아와 초중고생을 위한 어플리케이션이 주류를 이루고 다음으로는 생활영어 어플리케이션이 뒤를 이었다. e-book의 경우에도 소설이 60%에 달하는 등 아직 교육적 용도로 개발된 어플리케이션의 비중이 미약하다는 사실이 조사되었다.

The Mangi yoram("萬機要覽"), a guidebook of state affairs, was published by royal command in the late Joseon period. Its chapters on financial affairs(財用篇) are particularly remarkable, as they explain on all aspects of the national finance of the late Joseon period in a clear manner. The financial part of the Mangi yoram includes metallic mineral resources, such as the location of gold, silver, copper, lead deposits and the prosperity and decline of the mines, and the various uses of each of the minerals. These are still regarded as valuable resources. Its contents on agricultural geography comprise not only the total yearly output of grains, paddyfields and dryfields, their taxation and standards of taxation, but also ginseng which was famous in the outside world in the pre-modern era. The book also clearly explains distribution of agricultural dikes for irrigation and their functions. The book also contains information on forestry geography, e.g. the varieties of pine trees and their distribution and mountain containment policies. Contents related to commercial geography consist of material on different types of markets such as the yukuijeon(六矣廛), sijeon(市廛), peongsisuh(平市署), nanjeon(亂廛), and the distribution, size and prosperity and decline of the border markets of the northern frontier such as the hoeryungkaesi(會寧開市) and geongwonkaesi(慶源開市). Contents related to transport geography are the distribution and functions of government granaries etc. Obviously, this book contains detailed information on various aspects of Korean geography. If we try to understand the contents of this book from the framework of modern geographical classification schemes, the geographic information contained in the book assumes even greater significance. In sum one may conclude that this book, which the king kept by his side, contained useful geography related knowledge and necessary information, and was directly relevant to the administration of the country. It exerted immense influence on the contemporary intellectual world of Joseon Korea, and was regarded as an invaluable resource.

Technological development, a diverse range of media adapting to new technology has been developing. Augmented Reality Technology provides realistic information through the stereoscopic 3D images and it has been riding a wave of learner interest as an educational media which can broaden their learning experience through direct operating activity. The biggest reason why the Augmented Reality has gained such attention is because of its unique way of suggesting learning information that unlike the existing educational media, the Augmented Reality provides additional digitalized information while its users are looking at the actual object. Based on the domestic and foreign cases of development for educational contents using the Augmented Reality Technology, this thesis suggests the utilization of Pop-up books and multi-augmented Digilog Books that are ways to maximize the educational effects of the Augmented Reality. Through the development of smartphone applications that are propagating lately at a rapid rate, users can now use the Augmented Reality educational contents in a way that is easier than ever.

최근 IT기술의 발달로 인하여 다양한 분야에서 IT기술을 활용한 융합기술의 시도가 많아지고 있다. 특히 인터넷의 발달과 전자책(e-Book) 시장규모가 커짐에 따라 도서에 대한 정보가 많아지고 있으며, 이러한 정보를 분석하여 활용하는 서비스 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 현재 서비스되고 있는 대부분의 온라인 서점에서는 도서의 기본 서지정보와 같이 도서 본문 내용과는 무관한 출판사나 서점에서 도서를 관리하기 위한 정보만을 제공하고 있으며, 도서에 대한 다양한 정보를 활용한 키워드 추출 및 장르 분류를 통한 검색의 효율성 제공이 미흡한 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 도서의 본문 텍스트 정보를 마이닝 처리하여 도서 페이지의 흐름에 따라 포함되어있는 장르를 분류하고 이에 대한 결과를 사용자에게 친화적인 시각화 기법으로 제공되는 시스템을 설계하고 구축하였다. 제안한 서비스 시스템은 의미 분석을 기반으로 도서 정보의 구체적, 실제적, 직관적 정보를 제공하여 도서 추천 서비스에 활용될 것이다.

VOD Service, which has established a solid foothold as a profit model of digital broadcasting companies, is emerging as a key application of the N-screen technologies and services. In the circumstance, broadcasting companies are trying to promoting their VOD services by providing mobile services for improving the VOD service usability. The paper introduces a VOD mobile app (of a domestic digital cable broadcasting), which includes the functions of promoting the VOD programs and events printed on a VOD guide book, directly transmitting the information (e.g., book-marking and remote-control signals) to a set-top box, and watching the video contents stored in the mobile device on TV.

Digital talking books have been developed to enhance reading experiences for reading-disabled people. In the existing digital talking books, however, it is difficult to read special contents such as math expressions, images, etc. In this paper, we define reading rules for Contents MathML. Based on this rules, we implemented a program for reading the mathematical contents of Contents MathML, using XSLT. We conducted a confirm test to prove the accuracy of the program, and an usability test to measure understanding of reading text of math expressions.

The purpose of this study was to explore the unfairness of adhesion contracts for internet contents service. The internet contents were classified into six types of avatar, learning, download, e-book and movie internet sites. The adhesion contracts of internet contents service were collected in 60 internet sites. The unfairness of the adhesion contract was reviewed under the adhesion contract regulation act. The major results were as follows. First, the obligation of clear statement, explanation, and delivery was not observed completely. Second, many articles of adhesion contract were unfair and they especially violated articles 7 and 9. Therefore, the standard adhesion contract system for internet content service should be enforced and self-regulation of information service providers is needed.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the contents related to environmental education(EE) in the elementary school textbooks for the following areas: well-balanced EE, and development of EE curriculum/teachers' guide in elementary school level. For the purpose of this analysis, elementary school teachers, education administrators and EE specialists were involved. Eleven content areas of EE, namely: natural environment, artificial environment, population, industrialization, natural resources, pollution, environmental conservation, environment sanitation, environment ethics, environmentally sound and sustainable development(ESSD), and daily li(e as a consumer, were analyzed. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. There are total 1,140 contents related to EE in the elementary school textbooks of 7th Korea National Curriculum. 2. The textbooks of grade 6 contain the most number of EE contents, while the least number is in the textbooks of grade 3. 3. The subject that includes EE contents equally in its textbooks is social studies, and the subjects that relate a lot to EE are Korean language, science, and social studies respectively. 4. The content areas that are included a lot in textbooks are' natural environment', 'pollution', and' environmental conservation' respectively, while the contents of 'population','industrialization', 'ESSD' are included to a lesser degree. The content area most frequently mentioned in the textbooks is 'pollution', and the number of the contents are increasing along with the grade level. 5. Generally, the content areas of 'population', 'industrialization', and 'natural resources' are reflected in the textbooks to a lesser degree than others. 'Industrialization' is not included in the textbooks of grade 2, while 'population' is not included in ones of grade 4. According to the result, more concern about balanced EE in content areas is needed at the elementary school level. Similar studies tot K and secondary school levels are needed. The developmental study of EE guide book and teacher training for teaching EE using the book are also recommended.

본 논문에서는 작은 화면의 스마트 폰에서 볼 수 있는 전자책을 구성하였다. 대부분의 전자책이 PDF 파일과 같이 기존의 종이책을 단지 정보처리 기기에서 보는 개념의 채용 형태이거나 제한된 규정을 통해 구성된 내용을 스마트 폰보다 화면이 큰 전용 단말기를 통해 보도록 되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 PDF나 웹 형태가 아닌 앱 형태로 컴퓨터보다도 널리 퍼져있는 스마트 폰을 통해 책을 보도록 하였다. 현재 전자책의 실질적 표준 역할을 하는 EPUB는 전용 단말기를 이용한 전자책도 텍스트형 콘텐츠 또는 잡지형 콘텐츠로 정보 처리 기기의 다양한 기능을 살리지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 앱을 이용한 전자책의 초기 시도로 기존 책의 구성을 가능한 지키면서 앱의 다양한 능력을 통해 많은 편리성을 살리는 한편 특히 본문은 작은 화면에 많은 정보를 담는 것은 책을 읽는 독자에게 무리한 요구를 하는 것이므로, 본문의 내용과 관계된 이미지를 의미 단위로 토막을 내고 이를 항, 절, 장으로 구분지어 태그를 붙여 데이터베이스에 저장한 후 태그를 기반으로 본문 화면에 시간차를 두고 자동 출력하도록 하는 시도로 사용자의 편리를 도모하였다.
