Waste reduce, recycle, energy recovery technology is one of 27 key green technology by 2012, the government should increase R&D investment, despite the period 2008 to 2010 average annual growth rate was decreased. Accordingly, this area of government investment in R&D status analyzed in detail and as a result, total government investment in R&D decreased, but in these fields to define strategic product services investment in technology is increasing centralization trend that appears to be investment in the quality of determined that the good is. In particular, in 2010, strategic product service of the technologies 3 technology groups ((1) waste energy equipment (2) waste resource recycling facilities (3) waste based materials production facilities) the proportion of 24-28% relatively evenly invested, government R&D is judged that adequate investment in quality.
An instable wireless channel condition causes more packet losses and retransmissions due to interference, fading, station mobility, and so on. Therefore video streaming service over a wireless networks is a challenging task because of the changes in the wireless channel conditions and time-constraints characteristics of the video streaming services. To provide efficient video streaming over a wireless networks, QoS-enhanced MAC protocol, IEEE 802.11e, is standardized recently. Tn this paper, we propose a new network-adaptive H.264 video streaming mechanism in the IEEE 802.11e wireless networks. To improve the quality of video streaming services, video stream has to adapt to the changes in the wireless channel conditions. The wireless channel conditions are estimated by the packet loss probability and informed to the application layer by the cross-layering. According to the wireless channel information, the video streaming application filters out the low-priority data. This adaptation mechanism efficiently uses system resources because it drops the low-priority data in advance. Therefore, our cross-layer design can provide improved video streaming services to the end-user. Through the implementation and performance evaluation, we prove that the proposed mechanism improves the QoS of the video streaming by providing the smoothed playback.
The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the Cyber Home Learning contents of Earth science area in the basic course of the $10^{th}$ grade. For this purpose, we applied the 'Cyber Home Study Content Quality Control Tool' presented in Elementary Secondary Education e-Learning Quality Management Guidelines (Ver.2.0)' of Korea Education & Research Information Service(2008). The results of Cyber home learning contents analysis are as follow: First, it was presented that the study guide introduced the contents which should be studied for one class, properly. And it was not analyzed that the diagnosis assesment was not completed in the initiative study; Second, it was possible to study choosing the contents fitting the learner's level of learning in the main study, it was comprised of about 10 minutes. Third, it was performed without feedback for incorrect answers in the learning assessment, just the number of wrong questions. And the learning arrangement present the important contents learned in that class, summarizing and arranging again. The results of evaluating the contents in Cyber Home Learning are as follows: First, in evaluation section of instructional design, many text materials which were so difficult for learners to read were explained, being provided. Besides, the systematic structures leaves much to be desired, in view of learners' learning experience, contents, and environment. And in evaluation section of learning contents, the error of contents caused the learning contents not to appear, the amount of learning in each section was found too much. Second, in evaluation section of the strategy for Teaching and Learning, when we mention the strategy of Self Directed Learning, the environment to make learners search for information free and self-study possible was not possessed well. And in evaluation section of interaction, it was found that a simple click caused the learning to go on. Third, in evaluation section of evaluating, it was evaluated that there was wanting in consistency in learning aims, contents, evaluation contents.

Since Cyber Home Learning is an e-learning system promoted with policy goals of reducing private tutoring costs, solving gaps among regions, and improving scholastic attainments, preceding researches to verify its effects have been developed of evaluation standards focused on achievement of its policy goals rather than educational goals. The evaluation standards suggested in preceding researches have limitations in clearly reviewing Cyber Home Learning's effects by teaching-learning activities factors and Cyber Home Learning's improvement related to teaching-learning activities. Therefore, an evaluation model capable of analyzing effects of Cyber Home Learning from pedagogical aspect is required. The goal of this paper is to design pedagogical evaluation model according to teaching-learning activities factors and analyze effects of Cyber Home Learning. For the goal, researches from Korea and abroad related to Cyber Home Learning have been examined, pedagogical evaluation model was designed according to teaching-learning activities factors, and the model was then experimented through survey and in-depth interview on students who used Cyber Home Learning. It is expected that results of this paper can be used as a basic data to improve quality of Cyber Home Learning service for teaching-learning activities, and will contribute to establishment of more developmental Cyber Home Learning policy in the future.
The curd yogurt was prepared from skim milk powder added with the juice, puree and powder, respectively, of the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum (Jacq.) A.DC. Twelve hours were proved to be best for fermentation of the curd yogurt, which showed 4.1 in pH and 1.15% in titratable acidity. Quality of the curd yogurt in sensory evaluation was best when 2 % of juice, 1 % of puree and 1 % of powder were added to the skim milk powder, respectively. When curd yogurt was kept at $5^{\circ}C$ for 9 days, pH decreased, while titratable acidity increased. The viscosity was highest with addition of puree 1%. After fermentation, number of viable cell was $6.2{\times}10^8/ml$ in control. $4.4{\times}10^8/ml$ in juice 2%, $3.7{\times}10^8/ml$ in puree 1% and $4.2{\times}10^8/ml$ in powder 1%. When curd yogurt was kept at $5^{\circ}C$ for 9 days, its keeping quality (pH, titratable acidity, viscosity and number of viable cells) were good.
This study aims to examine the quality characteristics of bread by the amount of addition of black garlic powder. there bas been increasingly higher interest in functional foods. According to the results, after analyzing mixograph, of the dough by using mixograph, the bread containing black garlic powder was considered to be most suitable for making bread As for stickiness of the dough with black garlic powder added, the higher black garlic powder was added, the more the bread becomes sticky. BG 6(i.e. bread with 6% of black garlic powder) had the highest fermentation rate for 60-minute fermentation period(i.e. first fermentation). Analysis through crumbScan showed that there were significant differences in crumb fineness between the control and bread with addition of black garlic powder, showing no significant difference by the amount of addition of black garlic powder. As for the volume and specific volume of bread with addition of black garlic powder, the more black garlic powder, the less volume and specific volume. Preference test showed that BG 6 got the best appearance and taste, in overall preference, BG 6 and BG 9(i.e. bread with 9% of black garlic powder) showed the same degree. However, BG 6 is considered the optimum addition of black garlic powder to reduce the production costs in the numerical respect.
I conducted empirical analyses of what happens when an offline channel expands to an online channel and whether the pre-existing offline channel's competitive assets (e.g. brand reputation and level of service satisfaction) can be linked to online channel preference. I found that an offline channel's brand reputation and level of service satisfaction can have a direct influence on offline channel preference and a second-hand influence on online channel preference. Thus, if the competitiveness of the online channel is strong enough and its customers have a higher preference for the offline channel, they will be committed and loyal to the company. The resultant enhanced competitiveness of the offline channel will present opportunities for both present and future success. The main results are the following. First, the management of the distribution channel service quality is more important than that of the brand reputation. Customers' experiences of service and subjective evaluations are not important only as the leading factors in the long-term brand reputation management but also as influential factors in channel preference. SoThus, given that the service quality of the pre-existing channel is not the customers' main concern, a strategy of improving the level of service satisfaction aimed at present customers is more valuable than a wide brand positioning strategy aimed at general and new customers. Second, when an offline channel company establishes an internet shopping mall on an online channel, it is highly likely that the preference and subjective evaluation of the present customers will influence the online channel. This applies not only to the special case of an expansion from an offline intermediary channel to an online one, but also to an online channel acting as an expansion of the business model of a conventional manufacturing or service company: both cases are vertical integrations of marketing channels in an expansion of the distribution channel. My theory applies to a wide range of contexts. Third and finally, any business strategy can grasp the meaning of 'channel expansion. Fundamentally, it is an expansion of the sales activity channel and marketing activity. However, it is also a way of enhancing marketing and sales competitiveness through an expansion to an online or offline channel. The expansion of an offline company to an online channel could be seen not as improvement but as an innovation of the business process by which two goals are achieved with one technique. The former is expected to increase the sales of the offline company, and the latter is also expected to increase sales while also contributing to cost reduction.
The purpose of this study was to find out the general characteristics of school health teachers, the status of school health resources and the degrees of self-confident performance for the 124 school health teachers in Pusan City. Data was collected by means of questionaires from Aug. 1986 to Mar. 1987. The data were analyzed by use of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson-correlation coefficient. The results of this study were as follows: 1 . General Characteristics of School Health Teachers (SHT) 1) The average of age of the SHT was 32.8 years old and 39.5% of them were from 30 to 34 years old. 2) The average for school nursing experience of the SHT was 7.9 years and 37.9% of them were from 5 to 9 years. 3) The 45.2% of them have not the clinical experience. 4) The 74.2% of them were graduated from the 3 years college of nursing. 2. Status of school health resources and nursing activities. 1) The average of student number was 2497.3 and class number was 45.2. 2) The average of school health budget was 1039000 won and 27.7% of school health budget expended on examination cost. 3) Only 29.0% of all schools have organization for school health. 4) The 84.7% of all schools have health clinic separately and 69.1% of schools have less than $33m^2$ sized. 5) The average of clinic visitor number was 2111.8 for 1 year. 6) Major problem was on digestive system. And other problems were skin, respiratory, musculo-skeletal system and dental problem. 7) The number of literal message was 14.4 times for 1 year. 3. Health is a fundamental human right and a sine qua non for happiness of people and for national development. Government has a responsibility for the provision of health services for their people. Recent changes of disease pattern, i.e. decrease of Infectious diseases and increase of chronic and degenerative diseases Including cancer and cardiovascular diseases, together with universal coverage of health insurance and improved living standard have prompted medical care utilization and skyrocketed the national health expenses. The goal of national health policy is improving the quality of life through the betterment of health level. To achieve this goal it is necessary to establish a healthcare system for lifetime, to improve the efficiency of healthcare delivery system, and to strengthen the public health services for disease prevention and health promotion. The current public health service programs are Inefficient due to an inconsistent policy for health service program, lack of health information system, irrational health program planning and evaluation, and Inadequate training of health workers. Local government has a legal responsibility for health service program planning and promoting the competence of health workers. Thus, municipal and provincial health departments should expand their roles and strengthen their function. The strategies for developing public health service programs at local level are ${\circled}1$ stipulating the goals of health policy, ${\circled}2$ promoting the ability for health program planning and evaluation, ${\circled}3$ establishing health information and surveillance system, ${\circled}4$ training of health workers, ${\circled}5$ establishing an institution for health information management and training of health workers, and ${\circled}61$ collaboration with local universities.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the difference in facilities of natural recreation forests developed by public and private body to answer the research that what is the difference in development of natural recreation forest between public and private developer\ulcorner After reviewing the literatures, developer's decision-making and motivation of investment, and the planning process of natural recreation forest, we had constructed th conceptual framework and have found the hypothesis of this research. Using data on development status of natural recreation forests and questionnaire surveying of 625 visitors from 9 among 72 natural recreation forests in Korea, We analyzed the data through the comparison of quantity of facilities per 1000 visitors and logistic regression method for quality of facilities. We have found that 1) the six facilities have been turned out to be statistically significant in determining the difference of public and private recreation forests. i.e., infrastructure including roads, maintenance and information and lodging and evacuation, indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, 2) public recreation forests are well equipped such basic facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation while private recreation forests are well equipped such facility as indoor education, outdoor education, and shopping, and 3) the importance of such facility as roads, maintenance and information, lodging and evacuation, outdoor education, and shopping have been turned out to have 1.99, 2.26, 1.99, 3.01 and 2.24 times more important than that of indoor education, respectively. We can conclude that public recreation forest seems to be equipped with the facilities for sound recreational opportunities for general public, and private recreation forest turned out to have more facilities for pursuit of profits, installed basic facilities for user convenience and service, and special facilities for attracting user and raising revenue. Using the results of this research, we can make a guideline for a market positioning, and standards and provisions of natural recreation forests. We suggest that the relationship between user-satisfaction and recreation facility is needed to be examined in the future research.
