Recently, HAS (HTTP Adaptive Streaming) has been the subject of much attention to improve the QoE (Quality of Experience). In a high latency network, HAS degrades the QoE due to the lost RTT cycle since it replies with a response of one segment to the request of one segment. The server-push based HAS schemes of downloading multiple segments in one request cause QoE degradation due to the buffer underflow. In this paper, we propose a VSSDS (Video Streaming Scheme based on Dynamic Server-push) scheme to improve the QoE in a high latency network. The proposed scheme adjust video quality by estimating available bandwidth and determine the number of segments to be downloaded for each segment request cycle. Through the simulation, the proposed scheme not only improves the average video bitrate but also alleviates the buffer underflow.

In this paper, we address TPS (Triple Play Service) based on E-PON and also develop QoS control function for both directions, which is disadvantage of E-PON. E-PON technology has the configuration suitable for TPS, but relatively the large delay characteristics in upstream, so if QoS control function must be supported to transfer the real time traffic for both directions, E-PON technology can support TPS efficiently. Therefore, in this paper, we address the diverse requirements of quality for TPS, and then develop TPS platform to verify the quality characteristics according to QoS characteristics of each element in real environment based on this. This result will be used to improve the quality of TPS that become conventional in near future. ISP will use this result as the basis in establishing quality reference and as the guidance in developing new system.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the casual relationships of the service qualify, the satisfaction of the users, and the loyalty of the users on the academic libraries. The study develops a model and a hypothesis based on the previous researches, and testifies through multiple regressions and path analysis using questionnaires from 266 academic library users(undergraduate students and graduate students) in the C University. The result of this study is summarized as the following: the service qualifies of e-service, contents, and librarians significantly influences the satisfaction of the users-undergraduate students on the qualifies of library space/environment and contents, and graduate students on the qualities of e-service and librarian. The satisfaction of the users and the quality of e-service are the variables that influence the loyalty of the users. The quality of e-service is an important variable that influence both the satisfaction and the loyalty of the users in academic libraries.

e-navigation is a Strategy developed by the IMO. It aims to implement the strategy in 2018. To this end, e-navigation Software Quality Assurance and Human-Centred Design Guidelines has been developing for the implementation and development of e-Navigation. The IMO MSC approved this guideline as a MSC circular in June 2015. In this paper, international standards of software quality assurance and human-centred design has been surveyed and analyzed in terms of usability testing for the practical application of this guideline. The result is planning to be reflected in the practical application guidance for the development of e-navigation equipment hardware-software combination.

Objective: The present study investigated sperm chromatin quality and testosterone levels in acrylamide-treated mice and the possible protective effects of vitamin E on the fertility potential of spermatozoa. Methods: Thirty-two adult male mice were divided equally into four groups. Group 1 was the control, group 2 received acrylamide (10 mg/kg, water solution), group 3 received vitamin E (100 mg/kg, intraperitoneal), and group 4 received both acrylamide and vitamin E. After 35 days, spermatozoa from the right cauda epididymis were analyzed in terms of count, motility, morphology, and viability. Sperm DNA integrity and chromatin condensation were assessed by acridine orange (AO), aniline blue (AB), toluidine blue (TB), and chromomycin A3 (CMA3) staining. Results: In acrylamide-treated mice, significantly lower sperm concentration, viability, motility, and testosterone levels were found in comparison with the control and acrylamide+vitamin E groups (p< 0.05). In the vitamin E group, significantly more favorable sperm parameters and testosterone levels were found than in the other groups (p< 0.05). There were also significantly more spermatozoa with less condensed chromatin in the acrylamide-treated mice than in the other groups. Moreover, significantly more spermatozoa with mature nuclei (assessed by AB, CMA3, AO, and TB staining) were present in the vitamin E group than in the control and acrylamide+vitamin E groups. Conclusion: This study revealed the deleterious effects of acrylamide on sperm parameters and sperm chromatin quality. Vitamin E can not only compensate for the toxic effects of acrylamide, but also improve sperm chromatin quality in mice.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of Maejakgwa prepared with Eriobotrya japonica leaf powder (0, 1, 3, 5, 7%) substituted for flour. The pH and density of Maejakgwa dough significantly decreased in response to addition of all levels of E. japonica leaf powder. Furthermore, when spread factor values were compared among the groups, they were found to be inversely proportional to the E. japonica leaf powder concentration. With increasing amounts of E. japonica leaf powder, L and a values decreased, whereas b value increased. In terms of textural characteristics, addition of E. japonica leaf powder increased hardness, cohesiveness, springiness, chewiness, and brittleness compared to control. Finally, the results of an acceptance test showed that Maejakgwa containing 5% E. japonica leaf powder had the highest scores.

The purpose of this study was conducted to evaluated the effects of oral health related quality of life and impacts of oral health related quality of life of early adult group through a questionnaire OHRQoL(Oral health related quality of life). The study subjects were 224 women college students. The results of this study were as follow; 1. Physical aspects score was $41.98{\pm}7.78$, social aspects score was $33.04{\pm}7.25$, psychological aspects score was $32.50{\pm}7.50$ in effects of oral health related quality of life. 2. Physical aspects score was $25.49{\pm}4.86$, social aspects score was $20.65{\pm}4.47$, psychological aspects score was $19.84{\pm}5.53$ in impacts of oral health related quality of life. 3. The better oral health was the higher effects of oral health related quality of life(pE0.05). No missing tooth(pE0.01), use of oral health device(pE0.05), no experience oral health education(pE0.05) group was higher impacts score of oral health related quality of life. 4. The significantly correlated among all items on effects of oral health related quality of life. Therefore it suggested that college students oral health program, need precision oral exam and oral health education.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to design an integrated informatization system that can manage quality & KPI by integrating management systems in the aerospace and defense industry, and study the effect on KPI when applied to related companies. Methods: The 7 management systems required for integration in the AS&D industry were studied, and an empirical analysis was conducted for H company in South Korea for the application of e-QMS integrated informatization & KPI system based on security environment and open quality. Results: The results of this study were analyzed to have an effect on the improvement of customer satisfaction and the positive improvement of quality failure cost in the aerospace and defense industry. And it was analyzed that it works to continuously comply with ethical management and environmental laws and prevent safety accidents. Conclusion: The greatest significance of this study is that it attempted to build an e-QMS integrated system in the aerospace and defense industry. Considering that the case of integrated management system and integrated operation of KPI in related industries has not been introduced in the existing literature, the results of this study will be shared as a meaningful preceding study in the era of digital quality information. In addition, the fact that the open-quality quality innovation methodology emphasizing measurement(M), tracking(T), and connection(C) was actually applied in an AS&D company and its effectiveness was objectively proven. It is expected that it will be a good paper for follow-up research.

This research aims to identify the determinants of e-government satisfaction in Hanoi, Vietnam, and assess their impact. To collect data, we conducted an online questionnaire with citizens living in Hanoi in a time span of five weeks. We received 1,107 responses, divided into three groups: unaware, known, but not used, and used e-government. After leveraging past studies on satisfaction in different contexts, we arrived at six external variables that are of particular relevance to e-government satisfaction (i.e., efficiency, trust, reliability, convenience, citizen support, and transparency) as well as four control variables (i.e., age, gender, education level, and Internet frequency). We then applied both SPSS 22 and STATA 2016 to process and analyze the collected data and found that, while almost all external variables are statistically significant, all four control variables are not. Apart from convenience and trust, four factors - efficiency, reliability, citizens support, transparency - are important measures of system quality, information quality, service quality and relative benefits of e-government, which in turn positively and significantly impact citizens' satisfaction with the online public services. Furthermore, the efficiency variable has the most influence on customer satisfaction, and the level of impact on the dependent variable decreases in the following order: citizen support, reliability and transparency.

The e-book technology is developing day by day with the expansion of e-ink technology. However, consumers' complaint over contents which are relatively deficient compared to paper book, the issue of compatibility of file between bookstores is not improved as yet. This means that present e-book market needs study in the viewpoint of consumer who intend to accept requirement of market instead of viewpoint of technical development. Thus, this study intends to measure the quality of three main attributes such as system, contents and service based on IS Success Model which compose e-book to identify the influence on readers' purchase intention. Result, System quality is to device purchase intention, and Contents quality is to e-book pruchase intention, it showed a significant damaging effect on.
