The purpose of the study was to develop an environmental cyber inservice education program for middle school teacher. The blended environmental cyber inservice education program was developed, through reviewing literatures, analyzing domestic and foreign's environmental inservice education programs and e-Learning contents, and experts conference. And, Pragram validity was evaluated by environmental education experts. Program development stage was confirmed five stage: (1) foundational analysis, (2) planning, (3) design, (4) production, and (5) evaluation. The developed contents for middle school teachers were consisted of 3 domains: (1) Foundation of Environmental Education, (2) Understanding about Environment, (3) Strategy for School Environmental Education. The contents of each sessions were selected considering synthetically objectives, themes and components of environmental education and structured of 62 hours Course totally. Developed program evaluated by 8 environmental education experts according to 10 evaluation item of total contents and contents development structure. In result, it evaluated comparatively high score. Based on the results, some recommendations were suggested.

이 연구에서는 기업 전자교육프로그램(e-learning program)의 효과성 평가를 위한 일종의 투자수익률 분석방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 전자교육프로그램의 투자수익률 분석을 위한 정확한 비용과 수익 산출은 복잡한 과정이기 때문에 이를 분석하는 것은 용이한 일이 아니다. 이 때문에 지금까지 기업 전자교육프로그램의 투자수익률 분석에 대한 연구는 쉽게 찾아볼 수가 없다. 그러나 투자 대비 수익을 중시하는 기업 환경에서 교육투자수익률 분석은 교육훈련프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고 투자여부를 결정하는데 있어 매우 중요한 근거가 된다. 따라서 이 연구는 특정 회사의 전자교육프로그램의 투자수익률 분석을 시도함으로써 기업 전자교육프로그램의 투자대비 수익률을 규명하고자 하는 데에 구체적인 방안을 제공하고 다양한 기업 교육훈련프로그램의 투자수익률 분석을 위해 시사점을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다.

이러닝은 학습자 자율에 의해 진행되므로 성공적인 학습을 위해서는 지속적인 참여를 위한 학습동기가 무엇보다 중요하다. 평생교육에 참여하는 성인학습자가 증가하면서 이들의 학습참여와 참여에 영향을 미치는 학습동기에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 학습동기와 학습참여간의 관계를 설명하는 기대가치이론과 자기주도학습이론을 바탕으로 학습동기의 구성요소(학습가치, 비용, 자기조절, 일정관리)가 학습참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이러닝 프로그램을 MoodleCloud에 구축하였고, 학습자는 설문에 답한 후 학습을 진행하였다. 학습 진행 과정에서 수집한 로그데이터로 산출한 학습참여점수와 설문 응답 데이터를 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 성인학습자의 이러닝 학습참여에 유의한 영향을 미치는 동기요인은 학습가치와 일정관리이며, 학습가치에 대한 생각은 남녀 간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성인학습자가 이러닝 학습 프로그램의 가치를 높게 인지할수록, 학습자 스스로 일정관리 능력이 있을수록 학습에 많이 참여한다고 할 수 있다. 이 연구 결과는 학습자와 교수자의 교수·학습전략 수립에 활용될 수 있고, 궁극적으로는 이러닝 중도 탈락을 방지하는 데 도움이 될 수 있다.

Ten AOC(Air Operation Certificate) holders certified by MOLIT of Korea are operating their own maintenance training program. Though the maintenance training program is approved by the same authority, the contents of the program are different even in the mandatory training courses among AOC holders. The survey interview showed that the maintenance training in mandatory training should have the same contents and requirements. Throughout the survey and focus group discussion, this paper suggests the list and contents of the initial mandatory training and the list, contents and interval for the recurrent mandatory training. This paper also suggests how to implement the on-line training program for recurrent mandatory training to keep the quality of the airline maintenance training program.

This paper considers the development of e-learning training program for the six sigma green belt. Comparative studies of existing e-learning programs are performed and a new one is proposed. A catapult simulator is developed and the automatic grading function which immediately computes the result of the catapult simulation and gives feedback to the trainees is presented. An illustrative example is also given.

Purpose: In this study a caregiver's role improvement program was developed and tested to identify the effect on uncertainty, stress, and role performance of caregivers with hospitalized children. Methods: The design of this study was a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group and a non-synchronized design. Thirty-three caregivers were assigned to the experimental group and 33 to the control group. Data were collected from March 5 2016 to April 10 2016. For the experimental treatment, each individual was given on-site education with situated learning (given 30 minutes each, for 2 sessions), and self-repetition learning activities were performed from the e-book. Data were analyzed using t-test, ${\chi}^2-test$, Fisher's exact test, paired t-test, and independent t-test. Results: The level of uncertainty and stress decreased, and role performance level improved for these caregivers with hospitalized children. Conclusion: The findings of this study show that using on-site education through situated learning and self-repetition learning with an e-book as in the caregiver's role improvement program is an effective intervention. Therefore, utilizing the caregiver role improvement program developed in this study is recommended as an effective intervention for caregivers of hospitalized children.

본 연구는 최근 학습자의 학습능력 향상에 광범위하게 사용되고 있는 학습기술 훈련 방법에 기반한 e-학습기술 프로그램을 개발하고, 그것을 초등학교 고학년 학생을 대상으로 적용하여 효과성을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 e-학습기술 프로그램은 학생들이 공부하는데 필요한 여러 가지 정보, 환경, 시간계획, 기억하는 방법, 시험치기 요령 등 실제적인 학습자의 필요성 측면에 입각하여 학습자 요구를 중심으로 만들어졌다. 본 프로그램을 초등학교 고학년에게 적용한 결과, e-학습기술 훈련 프로그램은 학생의 학업성취 개선에 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 추수 검사 결과 e-학습기술 훈련의 효과가 장기적으로 나타나고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 향후 e-학습기술의 개념을 보다 구조적으로 정의하고 학습기술 훈련 프로그램의 내용을 보다 다양화 한다면 학습 능력을 계발시키기 위한 유용한 도구가 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 평생교육과 연계한 공공도서관의 정보활용 교육 방안을 제시하기 위하여 지방평생교육센터로 지정된 공공도서관에서 수행하고 있는 평생교육 프로그램을 조사하여 e-learning과 오프라인 프로그램으로 나누어 분석하였으며 정보활용교육이 활발한 공공도서 관의 정보활용교육의 실제 사례를 수집하여 분석하였다.

본 논문에서는 기업의 전자교육훈련프로그램(e-learning program)의 교육투자수익률(ROI)을 산출하여 전자교육훈련프로그램의 효과성을 분석하는 방법을 제안한다. ROI 모델을 통해 전자교육훈련프로그램의 교육투자수익률을 산출하는 것은 결코 쉬운 일이 아니다. 그러나 투자 대비 수익을 중시하는 기업에 있어서 교육투자수익률을 분석하는 것은 교육훈련프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고 투자여부를 결정하는데 있어 매우 중요한 근거가 된다. 본 연구는 특정 회사의 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자수익률을 산출하여 전자교육훈련프로그램을 운용하는 모든 기업의 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자수익률을 규명하는 데에 시사점을 제공하고 향후 전자교육훈련프로그램의 투자 및 운용에 있어 중요한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.

Purpose: This study proposed to examine the effects of a blended-learning orientation program executed for nursing students' clinical practice. Method: The participants were 61 nursing students in the experimental group and 57 in the control group. For the experimental group, a blended-learning orientation program was executed by e-learning (on-line) and lecture-led training (off-line) from two-week before the start of clinical practice in medical-surgical nursing. For the control group, orientation was given in the traditional lecture-led training by distributing printed materials before clinical practice. A pre-test was conducted on the experimental and control group before clinical practice, and a post-test was conducted after two-week of clinical practice in order to examine the effects of the orientation program. Results: After two-week of clinical practice, differences were observed between the experimental group and the control group in adaptation to clinical practice (F=10.242, p=.002), communication skills (F=4.305, p=.040) and clinical competence (F=6.823, p=.010). Conclusions: The blended-learning orientation program enhanced nursing students' adaptation to clinical practice, improved their communication skill and increased their clinical competence. Accordingly, it is recommended to develop and apply practical education using blended-learning in the area of nursing science.
