uEFL is an open source solution to integrate general business/learning activities and processes. uEFL is originally developed to adopt LD (Learning Design) specification, which represents learning as various combination of learning activities with learning conditions and outcomes. Learning activities are described with participant's role, learning environment, and contextual sequence. This viewpoint resembles BPM (Business Process Modeling). uEFL can convert LD to BPM description. uEFL engine can run converted LD activity with other business activities. This paper presents 4 templates and 2 sample models for uEFL. The templates and models will show how learning activities can be integrated with business activities efficiently.

방대한 량의 전자상거래 데이터 객체를 다루는데 같거나 유사한 객체들을 찾는 유사도 측정은 중요하다. 객체간 유사도 측정은 객체 쌍의 유사도 측정값을 비교하므로 객체 량이 많아질수록 오랜 시간이 걸린다. 최근의 여러 유사도 측정 연구에선 이를 더 효율적으로 수행하는 기법을 제시하고 실제 데이터 셋에서 그 성능을 평가해왔다. 본 논문에서는 이들 연구에서 사용하는 데이터 셋의 특성과 실험에서 사용되는 쓰레숄드 값이 가지는 의미에 대해 분석해본다. 이러한 분석은 새로운 유사도 측정 기법의 성능 평가 실험의 참조 기준을 제시하는 역할을 한다.

System Intergration (SI) has resently been conceived as one df the most important tools for enforciong and reinforcing the competitiveness of an enterprise. A major concern of SI lies in sharing many types of information, such as engineering, production, finance, marketing, and so on. Product Data Management (PDM) systems are mainly concerned with product- related information, and also support a large portion of the Commerce At Light Speed (CALS) straitegy. PDM systems receive a great amount df attention form industry, A variety of PDM solutions have been introduced for the last few years, and its market has expanded very fast with an annual growth of 30%. However, in general, it is not an easy task to choose a right PDM solution for a particular company. A major purpose of this paper is to provide essential factors in evaluating PDM systems. While developing the factors. we consider the expected future trend of PDM technologies and three types of PDM-based intergration (frontward, rearward, and sideward integrations). We Propose to carry out the evaluation process in two fold. An overall evaluation is performed first to narrow down many alternatives into a few candidate systems, and then a detailed technical evaluation step follows to determine the final solution. A number of influencing factors are categorized and described in each of these steps.

This study focuses on the detailed explanation of the strategic allocation algorithm which can be used as an ATP(Available To Promise) from the perspective of customers, and as a sales plan for sales organizations. A strategic allocation algorithm includes three methods depending on FIXED RATIO, RANK and DEMAND BASIS. In addition, further topics would be discussed regarding the method of system implementation utilizing strategic allocation algorithms and information flow with an aim to integrate such a sales plan into the e-Biz. This study aims to provide a new solution in order to secure emerging competitive factors in today's enterprise world; that is, an achievement of faster business processes. It is suggested that this new solution be implemented in order to achieve an efficient business environment by systemizing the decision making process which in the past was manually conducted.

전자상거래의 성립을 위해 온라인 정보시스템 상에서 거래 당사자의 정보를 제공하는 것은 필수적이다. 거래의 간편성을 위해 서비스 제공 기업이 이를 보관하고 개인정보와 거래 정보를 가공하여 추가 서비스를 제공하는 것이 전자상거래 분야에서 일반화 되고 있다. 그러나 해당정보의 임의적 보관은 거래의 간편화에 도움이 되는 반면 외부 유출로 인해 직접적 혹은 간접적 피해가 발생할 수 있는 가능성을 높인다. 본 연구는 시스템 운영 기업의 측면에서 정보유출 사고발생의 위험률과 이로 인해 발생할 수 있는 기대 손실을 분석하기 위해 정보보호 관리체계로 대표되는 정성적 정보보호 관리방식과 더불어 대표적인 정량적 분석 방법인 개인정보에 대한 수요공급 곡선과 Gordon and Loeb 모델을 소개한다. 또한 한국인터넷진흥원에서 실시한 개인정보보호 수준 실태조사 결과 중 개인정보 누출사고가 있었던 조사 대상 사업자의 분포가 핵심사업분야나 기업규모에 따라 큰 편차를 나타내는 원인을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 징벌적 손해배상으로 유출사고로 인한 기업의 금전적 손실이 일정 수준을 유지하는 것과 법률로 요구하는 개인정보보호 기준을 최상위등급으로 유지하는 것이 기업간 개인정보 취약점의 편차를 보완할 수 있는 방법으로 제시된다.

기업 프로세스 관리를 위한 컴퓨터 기반 응용 프로그램으로서 BPM(Business Process Management)에 대한 많은 관심은 시장 선점을 위한 여러 솔루션 벤더들의 독자적인 프로세스 정의와 저장 방식을 가져왔다. 호환성이 결여된 프로세스모델 정의는 국제적인 표준의 필요성을 제기함과 동시에 제정된 표준의 보급을 위한 적절한 적용 방법론을 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 프로세스 모형화 측면에서 BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation) 표준으로 기술된 프로세스 모델을 호환성 관점에서 XMI(XML Metadata Interchange) 기반의 중립 파일로 변환하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 21가지 워크플로우 패턴별로 변환 템플릿을 제공하였고, 기존 변환 방식인 BPEL4WS(Business Process Execution Language for Web Services)로의 변환 방식과 비교하였다. 연구 결과, 본 논문에서 제시한 XMI 변환은 기존 방식에 비해 완전한 변환이 가능함으로, BPM 공급업체들의 BPMN 적용에 실용적으로 기여할 수 있다.

EC(Electronic Commerce) which is done on the virtual space through Internet has strong point like independence from time and space. On the contrary, it also has weak point like security problem because anybody can access easily to the system due to open network attribute of Internet, Therefore, we need the solutions that protect the EC security problem for safe and useful EC activity. One of these solutions is the implementation of strong cipher system. YK2(Young Ku King) cipher system proposed in this paper is good solution for the EC security and it overcome the limit of current block cipher system using 128 bits key length for input, output, encryption key and 32 rounds. Moreover, it is designed for the increase of time complexity by adapting more complex design for key scheduling algorithm regarded as one of important element effected to encryption.

The various software engineering techniques have been appeared in order to cope with the software crisis since 1980's. Currently, the research against the techniques likes the Design pattern, Component which improve the software's re-use are spread out. Also S/W Development Process are interested intensively which attempts the quality and a increasing productivity of software development with the basic policy. The design pattern is the solution against the problem which occurs repeat in a specific area. Many design pattern are developed and researched, but the method which accommodates the developed design pattern efficiently in the phase of analysis and design software development process is not good enough, so it is the actual applying technique is difficult. In this paper we suggest and the “UML components+” which is a efficient component development process from customizing EJB based the J2EE using the “UML Components” which is a component development methodology. Applying J2EE pattern efficiently with UML components+, there is a possibility of efficiency in the component development based pattern.

The Comprehensive Measures for a soft landing of Household Debts affecting the credit service of Fisheries Cooperative (FC) have been known to the public in June 2011. Its essential points are as follows: 1) Abolition of Tax-free Regulation, 2) Set limit of loans, etc. per person, 3) Introduce leverage regulations for credit-specialized financial sector i. e. FC, 4) Gradually strengthen loan-loss reserve requirements for card-loan and other credit loans. However, the Financial Policy Measures seem to pay no attention to the Cooperative's Values, Principles and Identity. In this paper, emphasis is be placed on the task of the regulators i. e. Financial Services Commission and Financial Supervice Service to lift the Financial Measures negatively affecting the operation of fund of FCs, and on the establishment of Cooperative identity in order to further develop FCs.
