Most commercially available collaboration support systems are not proper for small enterprises in a specific area such as small e-design companies, because they are focused on general functionalities, required by most large enterprises. In this paper, we analyze the requirements for improving communication environments of small e-design companies, and propose an advanced communication management tool which reflects those requirements. The communication platform focuses the acknowledgement process by customer and the schedule sharing and management between project members. The proposed system suggest a new research direction which supports the systematic collaboration with external entities such as customers rather than the unsystematic collaboration between internal members, and improves the communication environment of those small e-design companies that are desperately in need of a cost-effective way to carry out projects, and will help in the process of successful projects.

The transaction was happened within a single business entity or a single marketplace at the stage of e-business. It becomes to grow to complex form. Expecially, the need for business collaboration between business entities or marketplaces has being on the rise as the core topic. The format translation between documents is very important factor according to various the exchanged document formats. In this paper, we define ebXML as the basic format of exchanged document according to object-oriented business transaction. Also we design the multi-format translation system to support the translation of various document formats. The proposed system in this paper, is designed with model-driven method and it is possible to construct with various structure as for system environment. The proposed translation system is designed to use the proposed system as adding the corresponding parsing module even though any format of document. Also, we increase the reusability of data as using the common data set. In this paper, we prove the superiority of the proposed system to compare the performance with the legacy system for various format translation.

In the enterprises the data integration based on service requires integrated data management as the change in the environment of enterprises accelerates. Cooperation among enterprises is accomplished through accessing distributed database using business process. As this approach is performed based on the global query, problems such as data heterogeneity, schema heterogeneity, and verification of validity have to be solved in advance for the interoperability among the heterogeneous system. Thus, cooperation requires dynamic and reliable construction. In this paper, we propose XMDR-DSM (eXtended MetaData Registry-Data Service Mediator) system for cooperation. XMDR-DSM, which is comprised of XMDR-DS, XMDR-DQP, and XMDR-DAI, supports the mapping between global schema and local schema and provides data access and integration service. Therefore, XMDR-DSM enables the mutual support of business operations among heterogeneous database. In addition, it can secure information as reusable asset and the standardization of interchange. Also it can manage unified information since it provides business process based on workflow; therefore, it will be able to increase the life span of information and reduce the cost.

Business collaboration can be achieved by message exchange between companies. Such an exchange method enables loosely coupled integration between heterogeneous organization, and Web service has been a popular technique for accomplishing it. This research focuses on the choreography standards extending Web Service, specifically WSCI, BPEL4WS, and BPML. We compare and analyze the standards in terms of functionality, expressiveness and so on.

e-비즈니스 활성화에 따른 물류 환경의 변화로 인해 시장의 확대와 경쟁력 강화를 위한 효과적인 물류망 관리 요구가 대두되고 있다. 인터넷 기반의 B2B는 서로 다른 플랫폼과 서로 다른 문서 구조를 가지고 있으므로 상호운용성에 많은 어려움이 존재하기 때문에 XML를 이용한 전자상거래의 표준인 ebXML를 이용하여 여러 기업간의 업무 프로세스 통합을 효율적으로 수행하도록 한다. e-Logistics 프로세스의 다자간 협업을 위해서 프로세스 자동화를 위한 프로세스 중심의 워크플로우 프로세스 모델링과 역할 중심의 양자간 협업을 위한 ebXML 프로세스 모델링을 기반으로 ebXML 기반의 e-Logistics 프로세스 모델링을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 기반의 B2B 물류 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 위한 ebXML 기반의 e-Logistics 프로세스 모델링 시스템 아키텍쳐를 설계한다.

웹서비스 기술이 발전함에 따라 분산환경의 웹기반 서비스들을 조합한 복잡한 비즈니스 프로세스를 구현할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 비즈니스 프로세스는 일반적으로 비즈니스 활동(activity)들의 순서와 로직을 포함딴 이벤트 기반 모델(event-driven model)로 표현되고 있다. 하지만 비즈니스 활동을 수행하기 위해서는 불특정 다수의 대안 서비스들 중 하나를 런타임-바인딩(runtime binding)하여 해당 비즈니스 활동을 수행해야 하는 경우가 빈번히 일어나는데. 이는 기존의 이벤트 기반 모델링 기법만을 이용해서 해결하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스를 동적으로 통합할 수 있도록 상태 기반 협상 모델링(state-,driven brokering modeling SDBM)을 기존 모델링 기법에 확장한 아키텍쳐를 제안한다. SDBM은 이벤트 기반 모델링에서 표현하기 힘든 대안 서비스들의 동적 런타임-바인딩을 가능하게 하는데. 이는 대화 정잭(conversation policy)을 구현함으로써 가능해 진다. 본 논문에서는 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스에 독립적이며 웹기반의 분산 비즈니스 프로세스 간의 유연한 통합과 자동화된 협업을 수행랄 수 있는 확장된 메커니즘을 웹서비스 기술로 구현하였다.

최근 기업들은 공급사슬 상에 있는 파트너들 간 실시간 정보 공유, 생산 스케줄 조정을 통해 급변하는 비즈니스 환경에 민첩하게 대처하기 위한 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 협업적 SCM(supply chain management)에 있어, 최근의 웹서비스 기술로 인해 플렛폼 독립적으로 파트너들의 정보시스템에 유연하게 접근하는 정보 공유의 기술적 바탕은 마련되었다. 하지만 생산 스케줄, 주문 조정과 같은 파트너들 간의 협업을 조율할 수 있는 방법론은 미흡하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 상태기반의 다자간 대화정책(conversation policy)과 이를 웹서비스 기술로 구현한 conversation support system 을 제시하여 파트너들 간의 합리적인 협업을 가능하도록 하였다.

기업환경 영역의 글로벌화 진전에 따라 파트너 쉽이 기업의 활동의 중요요소로 대두되고 있으며 협업을 위한 프로세스 관리에 어려움을 겪게 된다. 이렇게 확대 분산되고 있으며 잦은 변경, 프로세스 자체의 방대해짐과 복잡해짐과 동시에 사람의 판단에 대한 의존도가 높아지는데 따른 리스크의 증가를 극복하고 효율적인 경영을 하기 위해서는 기업을 구성하고 있는 고객, 파트너, 임직원, 정보시스템과 비즈니스 프로세스 등을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있어야 한다. 업무 생산성과 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 비즈니스프로세스를 중심으로 이러한 단위업무 들을 연계하고 자동화시킬 필요가 있으며, 이를 가능케 하는 해결책이 바로 BPM(Business Process Management) 솔루션이다. 본고에서는 통합 솔루션으로서의 BPM 과 그 적용 사례를 국내 기업 중심으로 소개한다.

정보통신 기술의 발전으로 정보의 획득, 관리, 활용이 용이해지며 글로벌 네트워크의 구성이 가능해졌다. 글로벌 경쟁의 심화로 경영환경의 불확실성이 증가에 대응하기 위해 기업의 e-비즈니스화가 보편화되면 기업간의 협업이 증대되었다. 협업 네트워크(Collaborative Networks)는 사회적 자본과 목적의 관점에서 대부분 자동화되고, 지리적으로 분산되어 있으며, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 토대로 공통 목표를 성취하기 위해 협력하는 다양한 참여자로 구성되는 네트워크라 할 수 있다. 가상기업은 협업 네트워크의 대표적인 개념으로 시장기회의 대응성을 높이기 위해 상호보완적인 핵심역량을 가진 참여자들의 네트워크이다. 본 연구는 가상기업의 주요 특징을 고찰함으로써 가상기업의 개념을 구체화시키고 가상기업의 성공요인과 위험요인을 도출하고 각 요인간의 상대적 중요도 및 순위화를 통해 가상기업 참여기업의 가이드라인으로 활용하고자한다.

To execute business collaborations, the business process specification is required and it is generated from the business process model. ebXML, which is the XML-based B2B standard framework for organizations over the Internet, recommends process analyst and modeler to use UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology for modeling. All the artifacts of the modeling and transformed results between different business models may be registered in the business library for the share and re-use. In this paper, we implement the business process modeler including built-in registry client. It provides not only modeling the business process but also generating the specifications, exporting the metadata about the business model, and registering in the business library.
